The first time doing SUP and snorkeling was so much fun!!! I even got to see a sea turtle, and it was so cute! It was so enjoyable that I want to do it again next time in Miyako Island!

The weather was cloudy, but the temperature in November was neither too hot nor too cold, making it perfect for snorkeling. The staff guided us to both shallow and deep areas, and I was amazed by the breathtaking view where I could see dozens of fish and the clear ocean floor even at depths of over 10 meters!

I definitely want to go again, and next time I want to try diving as well.

お天気は雲でしたが、11月の気温は暑くも寒くもなく、シュノーケリングには最適でした。
海ではスタッフの方が浅瀬や深場へと導いてくれて、何十種類ものお魚が、水深10メートル以上の所までも透き通った
海の底まで見える絶景に感動しかありません！

また、絶対に行きたいし、次はダイビングもしたいです。

Due to the tides, the tour was scheduled for the afternoon, but both the snorkeling and the Pumpkin Cave were amazing experiences! Unfortunately, we didn't see any sea turtles while snorkeling, but we were delighted by the clownfish and many other fish.

The Pumpkin Cave was more activity-oriented than I had imagined. After paddling a canoe to the entrance of the cave, we explored the cave's ups and downs. It was great to enjoy the experience with everyone in the same group.

We drove from the snorkeling spot to the Pumpkin Cave, but we ended up wetter than we expected. I think it's a good idea to bring several large towels and plastic covers to prevent the car seats from getting wet.

I was also happy that our guide took many photos and shared wonderful pictures with us via LINE at the end. It became a fantastic memory!

潮の満ち引きの関係で午後からのツアーとなりましたが、シュノーケリングもパンプキン鍾乳洞もどちらも最高の体験でした！
シュノーケリングでは残念ながらウミガメには会えませんでしたが、クマノミや沢山の魚たちに癒されました。
パンプキン鍾乳洞は想像よりアクティビティ性が高く、カヌーを漕いで洞窟の入り口まで向かった後、アップダウンが激しい洞窟内を探検するようなスタイルでした。
同じグループの皆さんと楽しく周れたのがなによりよかったです。
私たちはシュノーケリングのポイントからパンプキン鍾乳洞までレンタカーで移動したのですが、想像以上に濡れた状態での移動になりました。車のシートが濡れないように大きいバスタオル複数枚、ビニールなども用意しておいた方がよいと思います。

ガイドのお兄さんが沢山写真を撮ってくださり、最後にLINEで素敵な写真をいただけたことも嬉しかったです。最高の思い出になりました！

At first, I was worried about bothering the other tour participants, but thanks to our guide Yuya, I was able to enjoy a wonderful day. I think it was worth more than the price! I highly recommend this tour.

Unlike the sunset viewed from the shore, the beauty seen from a kayak out at sea is unparalleled. Perhaps the beauty increases by going out to sea under your own power? However, we can only pray for good weather. The joy when it happens enhances the beauty even more!

岸から眺める夕日とは異なり、カヤックで沖へ出て眺めた美しさは最高です。

I found a night tour around 4 PM when I didn't want to waste the evening after another tour ended! The tour itself was short, but it wasn't a very well-organized tour, so I hurriedly made a reservation on the same day.

The young and energetic guide was very enthusiastic and made everyone laugh, which was a lot of fun. We were able to find some snakes and crabs that are usually hard to see, which was really exciting!

Unfortunately, I couldn't see the stars on the day I went, but instead, I was able to see fireflies!! Super lucky!

I recommend this for those who want to make good use of their evening time or for families with children!

午後4時ぐらいに他のツアー終わって夜の時間を無駄に使いたくなかった時見つけたナイトツアー！！ツアー自体に時間は短かったが、あまりよくできるツアーではなかったので急いで当日に予約のお決まり★

若くて元気なガイドのお姉さん、やる気満々で凄くいい感じでみんなを笑わせて楽しかった。普通には見ることがなかなかできない蛇やカニなど結構見つけられて嬉しさ上々★

私が行った日は残念ながら星を見られなかったが、代わりに蛍みることできた！！超ーラッキー

夜の時間を上手く使いたい人や子供を持ってるおご家族におススメ★

From the initial contact, they kept in touch frequently, and as I headed to the location with excitement, they warmly welcomed me at the parking lot! I was able to see beautiful tropical fish like the clownfish famous from Finding Nemo and the shimmering blue damselfish from the bottom of the kayak. Plus, they took plenty of photos with a drone and GoPro, which made me very satisfied! After it was over, I received the photos right away, and there was even a stylish gift at the end, making it a wonderful memory.

事前の連絡からまめにしていただけて、ワクワクしながら現地に向かうと駐車場までお迎えに来てくれて温かく対応してくださいました！
ニモで有名なカクレクマノミや青くキラキラ光るルリスズメダイなどの綺麗な熱帯魚をカヤックの底から見えるスポットも見られて、しかもドローンやGoProでもたくさん撮影をしてもらえて大満足でした！
終わったらすぐに写真をいただけて、最後に粋ななプレゼントもあり最高の思い出になりました☺︎

The tour was amazing, thanks to the guide and the favorable weather. Previously, I had a difficult experience with a guide who prioritized leaving early due to heavy rain when visiting Jomon Sugi, but this tour was a huge success.

The plan was well-balanced, allowing us to enjoy Yakusugi up close, experience the world of Studio Ghibli films, and take in breathtaking views at Taiko Rock, all while not being too physically demanding.

The guide was extremely experienced, had a wide range of topics to discuss, was very kind, and even provided more detailed advice on photography than I could. It was the best experience. While it might be possible to visit these places without a guide, I’m really glad I chose to have one.

ガイドさんと天気に恵まれて、最高のツアーとなりました。
前は大雨で早く帰ること第一のガイドさんで縄文杉に行き、しんどい思いをしましたが、このツアーは大当たりでした。
プランも適度で屋久杉にも近くで味わえるだけでなく、ジブリ映画の世界を体験でき、太鼓岩では絶景など、見所満載の割には体力的にもきつくない、バランスの良いプランでと思います。
ガイドさんは超ベテランの方で、話のネタは広いし、あたりも優しく、写真の撮り方なども、私より詳しく対応していただき、最高の体験となりました。
ガイドなしでも行ける場所かもしれませんが、ガイドさんありにして本当に良かったです。

I wanted to fully enjoy Ishigaki Island until night, so I signed up for this tour. I was glad to see creatures like fireflies and coconut crabs that are not often seen. The explanations were also very easy to understand and enjoyable.

石垣島を夜まで満喫したいと思いこちらのツアーを申込みました。ホタルやヤシガニなどあまり見ることができない生き物を見ることができて良かったです。解説も非常にわかりやすく楽しかったです。

Unfortunately, the cloudy sky meant we couldn't see the stars at all, but I was very satisfied to see four coconut crabs, fireflies (larvae??), and stalactites! I especially couldn't find the coconut crabs at all, so when I finally did, I was truly moved!

あいにくの曇り空で、星空は全然見れなかったですが、ヤシガニ4匹と蛍(の幼虫？？)、鍾乳石が見れて大満足でした！！
とくにヤシガニは全然見つけられなくて、、見つけた時は本当に感動でした〜

Even though I'm not very good at snorkeling, I was able to dive in comfortably by myself. I was also happy that they took photos for us. I was satisfied to meet a sea turtle as well. Thank you very much.

Without a guide, I was able to discover spots and stories I wouldn't have noticed, and we took photos in places that looked great, creating many memories! Even though there were times when I was focused on the ground because it was tough, I was able to enjoy the nature of Yakushima while climbing!

ガイドなしだと気づかないスポットやお話をしてくれて、写真映えする場所での撮影もしてくれてたくさん思い出を残すことができました！きつくて下しか見てない時間も無意識に多くなってましたが、屋久島の自然を見逃さないで登山できました！

The Higashi River Mangrove Park in the morning had great weather, and the guide's explanations were very easy to understand. Although the weather was unfortunate at Cape Hedo and the Oishi Rock Forest, I enjoyed the places I wanted to visit. I was also able to see the Okinawa Rail up close, and the seafood for lunch was very delicious, making for a fulfilling day. Thank you!

午前中の慶佐次川のヒルギ公園は、天気も良くガイドさんの説明もとてもわかりやすかったです。辺戸岬と大石林山は生憎の天気でしたが、行きたかったところなので満喫しました。ヤンバルクイナも間近で見られましたし、お昼の海鮮もとても美味しく充実した1日となりました。ありがとうございました！

The weather was cloudy, but I was able to fully enjoy the clear sea. I saw many blue damselfish and clownfish as well. It was my first time kayaking, and although I had some arguments with my family while paddling (laughs), I was able to control it well by the second half. The staff's response was very good, and I am grateful for that. The drone footage was amazing and will become a family treasure. The scenery looked even more beautiful in the drone footage than it did from the boat! It was an experience that makes me want to visit Miyako Island again!

天気は曇り空でしたが透明度のある海を満喫することができました。青いスズメダイやニモもたくさん見ることができました。初カヤックでしたが家族と喧嘩になりながら漕ぎ（笑）後半は上手にコントロールできるようになりました。スタッフの対応がとても良く感謝しています。ドローンの映像が素晴らしく我が家の家宝にします。実際に船から見ている景色よりもドローンの映像で見た方が一段と綺麗に見えました！
宮古島また行きたい！と思える体験でした。

It seems that about half of 2022 was rainy, but we were blessed with the best weather during October and November! Due to the waves and wind, we couldn't go snorkeling, but instead, the water buffalo cart experience on Yufu Island was amazing! The time spent traveling back and forth on the water buffalo cart, accompanied by the sound of the sanshin, and the beautiful scenery that truly represents the tropics was wonderful! Above all, Gakki from ADVENTURE PiPi was adorable and soothing! Her voice was clear and easy to understand, and there was a nice contrast in her energetic guidance. Thank you for the fun time!

2022年は半分くらい雨の日だったようですが、10.11月の中で最もコンディションが良い晴天に恵まれました！波風のため？シュノーケリングはできませんでしたが、代わりに体験させて頂いた水牛車の由布島は最高でした！三線の音色ともに水牛車で往復する時間や由布島でのこれぞ南国という景観が素晴らしかったです！何よりADVENTURE PiPiのガッキーさんが、可愛くて癒されました！声もよく通って聞き取りやすく、ちゃきちゃきした案内には良いギャップがありました^ ^

It was my first time experiencing canoeing, and it was so much fun (≧∇≦). At first, I wondered if I would be okay, but it turned out to be a very valuable experience. I want to try canoeing again, and I want to stay in Ishigaki Island until I get tired of it. Thank you very much!‍♂️

The weather was bad during my stay, but the night of my visit it cleared up, and I saw the best starry sky! After that, I had fun exploring for creatures along the seaside at night.

滞在中天気が悪かったのですが、当日夜は晴れ、最高の星空が見えました！その後で、夜の海沿いで生き物探し、冒険楽しかったです。

The weather forecast for November 11 predicted rain all day. Just 30 minutes before the start, it was full of rain clouds with strong winds and heavy rain, and I thought it would be canceled. However, by the time we received the kayaking instructions, the sun was shining brightly, and it was sunny throughout the tour. Around the end time, the rain clouds returned! It was truly a miracle! The weather in Miyako Island is unpredictable, so for those who will participate in the future, please don’t give up as you won’t know the weather until the last minute. Thanks to the staff's careful advice from start to finish, I was able to participate with peace of mind. The drone footage is the best memory of this trip. Thank you very much. I hope to participate again someday.

11月11日天気予報は一日雨。開始30分前は雨雲だらけの強風・大雨で中止になるかと思いきや、カヤックの漕ぎ方を説明受ける頃には、眩しい太陽が出てきて、ツアー中ずっと晴れてました。終了時間頃に雨雲復活！まさに奇跡!宮古島の天気は当てにならないので今後参加される方はギリギリまで天候はわからないので諦めないで欲しいです。スタッフの方々の最初から最後まで丁寧なアドバイスにより安心して参加する事ができました。ドローンでの撮影動画は、この旅最高の思い出です。ありがとうございました。またいつの日か参加させていただきます。

We didn't go out to sea due to the strong winds, but we had a great time. The staff kindly taught us how to maneuver the kayak safely in the wind, how to identify deeper areas of the sea, and the best spots for seeing fish from the kayak. We also received amazing drone footage, which became a wonderful memory of our trip. The staff were very friendly and even let us try stand-up paddleboarding, even though we hadn't made a reservation! When I visit Miyako Island again, I would love to experience different activities!

強風で沖には出ませんでしたが　とても楽しめました　危険がないよう風の中のカヤックの動き方や海が深い場所　魚が多くいる場所はカヤックからの眺め方など優しく教えていただきました。

We spent two nights and three days on Yakushima with my sister and mother for our first visit! On the second day, we went trekking to Jomon Sugi, and on the third day, we were taken to Shiratani Unsuikyo! Both days were sunny, and our guides were truly wonderful people. My sister and mother felt more than just tired; we all thought, "I'm so glad we came!!" It was a very satisfying two days. They took many photos for us and shared recommendations and stories about Yakushima that you can't find in guidebooks! I had heard that the experience can vary greatly depending on the guide, but it's no exaggeration to say that our first trip to Yakushima became an unforgettable memory thanks to our guides!!! Thank you so much!!! We will definitely come back!!!

2泊３日で姉妹、母で初屋久島！！２日目に縄文杉トレッキング、３日目に白谷雲水峡に連れてっていただきました！！両日とも晴れ、またガイドさんが本当におふたりとも素敵な方で妹、母ともに疲労感以上に「来てよかったね〜！！」と大満足な2日間でした。写真をたくさん撮っていただいたり屋久島のおすすめスポットやお話などガイドブックだけでは拾えない情報までたくさん教えていただきました！！ガイドさんによって楽しめるかが全然変わってくるとは聞いていましたが、初めての屋久島旅行が最高な思い出になったのはガイドさんのおかげと言っても過言ではありません！！！本当にありがとうございました！！！絶対またいきます！！！

The guide was very kind and explained points that we might have missed on our own, allowing us to fully enjoy Jomon Sugi. The pacing was also perfect. On the day of the tour, there were school trip students participating, and we expected the path to be crowded. However, thanks to the guide's consideration of the pace, we were able to proceed smoothly and thoroughly enjoy Jomon Sugi and the Wilson stump. Additionally, we had some extra time, so we were taken to the guide's recommended spots as a detour. Overall, I’m glad I participated in the tour. I believe beginners should definitely join a tour.

Note:
Since the group consisted of 5 to 6 people, it was necessary to match the pace of others while climbing. Therefore, those who are not confident in their physical fitness or do not exercise regularly should prepare to some extent before participating to fully enjoy the tour.

ガイドの方がとても親切にしてくださりました。自分たちだけだと見逃してしまいそうなポイントも、しっかりと説明して下さったおかげで、縄文杉を満喫することができました。また、ペース配分も完璧でした。当日、修学旅行生も参加しており、道中混雑することが予想されました。しかし、ガイドの方がペースを考えてくれたおかげで、戦闘を進むことができ、縄文杉やウィルソン株をしっかりと堪能することができました。さらに、時間に余裕ができたので、寄り道として、ガイドの方のおすすめスポットに連れて行ってもらいました。総じてツアーに参加して良かったと思います。また、初心者の方は絶対にツアーに参加するべきだと思います。

注意点:
他の参加者も含めて5~6人のグループになり、登山するため、周りのペースに合わせる必要があります。なので、体力に自信のない方、日頃運動しない方は、ある程度準備をした上で参加した方が、ツアーを満喫できると思います。

Due to bad weather, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but they executed an alternative plan for us! The fish and the sea were incredibly beautiful, and the handsome tour guide made it the best experience ever! Thank you very much!

I used this service for a two-person trip on my first visit to Miyako Island. It was recommended to choose two activities from pumpkin cave, sea turtle snorkeling, SUP, and canoeing, so we experienced snorkeling in the morning and the pumpkin cave in the afternoon.

Before our departure, the weather forecast predicted bad weather, and we were worried about what would happen, but fortunately, we were blessed with good weather throughout and even encountered sea turtles!

It had been several years since I last entered the sea, but thanks to our knowledgeable and handsome guide, Kei, who provided precise instructions, we had the best experience.

出発前は悪天候の予報でどうなることかという感じでしたが、幸運なことに終始天候にも恵まれ、無事ウミガメにも遭遇！

海に入る事自体が数年来の自分でしたが、博識イケメンガイドのけいさんに的確に教えていただき、最高の体験が出来ました。

I usually don't exercise and wasn't confident in my physical fitness, so I honestly participated with some anxiety about whether I could really enjoy it. However, thanks to the guide, it became a very memorable trekking experience. Along the way, I enjoyed beautiful scenery, and the guide took some wonderful photos and played games with us, allowing us to have fun the entire time (though my legs felt like sticks from lack of exercise...).

At first, I was hesitant about whether to request a guide, but I think if I hadn't had one, I would have given up along the way.

日頃運動をしておらず、体力に自信がなかったので、正直ちゃんと楽しめるか不安な状況で参加したのですが、ガイドさんのお陰でとても思い出に残るトレッキングになりました。道中は美しい景色を楽しめた他、とても素敵な写真を撮影してくださったり、ゲームをしてくださったりと、終始楽しむことができました（運動不足で足は棒のようになりましたが…）。
最初は、ガイドさんをお願いするかも迷っていたのですが、恐らくガイドさんがいなかったら、途中で心が折れてたと思います。

Positive aspects:
The tour guide was bright, fun, and friendly—absolutely the best! According to the guide, they were the oldest among the guides. There were elderly participants on the tour, but the guide was considerate enough to ensure that their slower pace didn’t create any pressure (I also wasn't confident in my stamina, so it was actually a perfect pace for me). During lunchtime, they made hot miso soup, which warmed both my heart and body. Thanks to the enjoyable conversations, even strangers among the participants became friendly, and despite the challenging journey, everyone was able to complete the Jomon Sugi tour safely and happily. Thank you very much.

Negative aspects:
I had my own hiking gear, but anticipating it would get dirty from the rain, I joined a tour that included rentals (backpack, shoes, raincoat). Therefore, upon arriving at Yakushima Airport, I was told there would be someone with a whiteboard, but there was no one there. When I looked around, I found a whiteboard with my name propped up at the exit. I waited there for 15 minutes. Finally, the person in charge arrived, saying they were "guiding another person." Since I had provided my phone number, I would have appreciated a call if no one was there. Additionally, there was a fitting afterward, but I was told to wear the socks I would use on the hiking day to try on the shoes, which meant I had to take them out of my suitcase unexpectedly. I had to open my suitcase outside (at the airport exit) to put them on before fitting the shoes. I mentioned this to the staff, but if socks were necessary, I would have liked to have been informed during the phone call three days prior so I could pack them in advance.

Overall, there was a significant gap between the quality of the tour on the day and the level of service for the airport pickup and fitting.

よかった点:
ツアーガイドさんが明るく楽しくフレンドリー、とにかく最高でした！ガイドさん曰く、一番年長のガイドとのこと。ツアー内にご年配のかたがいましたが、ご本人たちの歩みがゆっくりであってもプレッシャーにならないようなご配慮をされるかたでした（私も体力に自信がなかったので、かえってちょうどいいペースでした）。ランチタイムには熱々の味噌汁を作ってくださり、心も体も温まりました。楽しいトークで見知らぬ参加者同士も仲良くなり、辛い道中も和気あいあい、楽しく無事に全員が縄文杉ツアーを終えることができました。ありがとうございました。

よくなかった点:
登山道具を持っていましたが、雨で汚れることを想定し、現地でレンタル（リュック、靴、レインコート）付きツアーに参加しました。そのため、屋久島空港到着時、『ホワイトボードをもった会社のかたがいる』と聞いていましたが、実際はおらず、周囲を探すと、私の名前が書かれたホワイトボードが出口に立てかけてありました。その場で待つこと15分。やっと担当者がやってきましたが、『もう一人のかたを案内していた』とのこと。携帯電話番号を渡していたので、もし誰もいないのであれば、電話一本欲しかったです。また、その後、フィッティングがあったのですが、登山当日に履く靴下を履いて靴を合わせるように言われ、まさかのスーツケースから取り出しとなりました。スーツケースを屋外（空港の出口）で開けさせられ、履いてから靴のサイズ合わせがありました。担当者のかたにも伝えましたが、もし靴下が必要であれば、3日前の電話時、事前に持ち込み荷物に入れておくことができたので、教えて欲しかったです。

よくもわるくも、当日のツアーのクオリティと、空港の出迎え&フィッティングのレベルの落差が大きかったです。

I participated with my 3-year-old. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, so we couldn't see the beautiful color of the sea, but we were able to see plenty of clownfish, which my son loves. The staff were very kind throughout, and we had a really enjoyable time. My 3-year-old just splashed around with the paddle, but he proudly said, "I paddled a kayak in the sea!" when we returned to the hotel, laughing.

We received a video mixed with photos taken by a drone after the tour, and it was a wonderful video that became a great travel memory. If we have the opportunity again, we would love to join.

P.S. My son said it was the most fun time of the trip. He seemed very excited about the drone footage, saying, "This is what it looks like from above. It's beautiful," and he has watched the video several times since we got home. Thank you very much!

3歳児と2人で参加しました。あいにく曇天で美しい海の色はお預けでしたが、息子が大好きなクマノミは沢山見る事が出来ました。スタッフの皆様が終始親切に対応してくださった事もあり大変楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。3歳児はオールをバチャバチャするだけでしたが、「海でカヤック漕いだんだぁ」とホテルに戻っても得意気でした笑
ドローンで撮影した写真も織り交ぜた動画をツアー後に頂きましたが、とても素晴らしい動画で良い旅の思い出となりました。また機会がありましたらよろしくお願いいたします。
追伸: 息子にとって旅行中一番楽しい時間だったそうです。ドローンからの撮影がとても新鮮だったようで「上から見るとこんな景色なんだねぇ。綺麗ねぇ」と帰宅後も何度も頂いた動画を見ています(^^)本当にありがとうございました。
