I made a reservation for the morning of the day. They contacted me right away, and I had a great time canoeing, creating wonderful memories. Surprisingly, my clothes got soaked, so I think wearing swimwear for the lower half would be better.

当日の朝、予約しました。すぐに連絡をくれ、楽しくカヌーでき、いい思い出になりました。
思いのほか、洋服がビショビショになったので、下半身は水着がいいと思いました。

Since it was right after the typhoon, I couldn't go to a place where I could see the sun sinking on the horizon, but I was able to enjoy a beautiful view near the bottom of Ingyamarine Garden. The sea was calm, and the sunset sky was incredibly beautiful, creating a blissful moment in the flow of time. Instructor Kei was very kind and provided thorough guidance. I was also very happy that he took photos of each participant. This trip was to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary, and the two-shot of us kayaking with the red sunset behind us became a wonderful commemorative photo. I am very satisfied. Thank you, Kei.

台風直後だったので水平線に沈んで行く太陽を見れる場所屁は行けなかったのですがインギャーマリンガーデンの下あたりの大変景観の良いところで出来ました。海は静かで夕焼け空は大変美しくゆったりとした時の流れの中での至福の一時でした。インストラクターのケイ君
にも丁寧に指導していただきました。また一人一人、参加者全員の写真を撮っていただき大変嬉しく思っています。今回は結婚29周年を祝う旅行だったのですが、赤い夕日を背にカヤックに乗ったツーショットは素敵な結婚記念の写真になりました。大満足です。ケイ君、有り難うございました。

The scenery was beautiful. The guide was very kind and taught us about the habits of the animals and plants living in the primeval forest while we were walking, which was very educational.

景色が綺麗でした。
ガイドさんはとても親切でした。原始林に生息してる動物や植物の習性について、散策しながら教えて頂き、勉強になりました。

I didn't receive any explanation about the fish. The photos were sadly not very good...
However, at the points we visited, I was able to see turtles and enjoy the beautiful surface of the sea, which was amazing!

お魚に関しては何にも説明して貰えませんでした。写真も悲しいくらい上手じゃなく…
でも、回ったポイントでは亀を見られたり綺麗な海面を拝めたり、最高でした！

The phantom island was truly wonderful, living up to its name. I was worried about the weather, but we were able to enjoy stunning views with some breaks of sunshine along the way. The sea was more beautiful than in Hawaii or Guam.

The afternoon marine sports were a lot of fun for my high school son and middle school daughter, as well as for us, a couple in our fifties! There was a heavy rain at one point that almost brought our spirits down, but the staff kept things lively and fun during that time, which made it enjoyable. The rain stopped quickly, and we resumed the activities! The staff really went all out to ensure we had a great time, creating wonderful memories. Everyone was kind and had a pleasant demeanor. Thank you so much!

As for what to bring, I forgot to pack drinks, so those participating in the future should be careful! (There are no vending machines near the departure point, so you can't buy anything.)

幻の島はその名に負けないくらい素晴らしかったです。天気が心配でしたが、途中晴れ間も見え、絶景を楽しめました。ハワイよりもグアムよりもきれいな海でした。
午後のマリンスポーツも、高校生の息子や中学生の娘はもちろん、私たちアラフィフ夫婦もとても楽しめました！途中大雨が降ってしまいテンション下がりそうになりましたが、スタッフさんがその間を楽しく明るく盛り上げてくださり、楽しめました。すぐに雨も止み、アクティビティ再開！とにかくスタッフさんが全力で楽しませくれたので、とても良い思い出となりました。みんな親切で好感の持てるステキな人たちでした。本当にありがとうございました！
持ち物として、飲み物を忘れてしまったので、これから参加される方は気をつけて下さい！(船が出航する付近では自販機などもなく、買えません)

It was different from what I initially thought, and I realized it was a 25-minute walk away. Feeling a bit desperate, I contacted them to say I might be late, and they kindly reassured me that it was okay. I gathered myself and managed to board the ship. Sitting in the co-captain's seat, it was an attraction like no other! The captain's talk was enjoyable, and the charm of the scenery was doubled!

最初思ってた場所と違って、徒歩25分も離れたところとわかり、絶望的な気分になりながら、遅れるかもと連絡したら、とてもあったかい感じで大丈夫ですよーと言って頂き、気を取り直してなんとか乗船。副船長の席で、もう経験したことのないアトラクションでした！船長のトークも楽しくて、景色の魅力も倍増しました！

I was worried it might be cloudy, but fortunately, it was clear on the day, and I was able to see a perfect starry sky. I've been to several places with beautiful starry skies, but this might be the best. It was really great.
The jungle exploration was also very satisfying, as I encountered several coconut crabs and purple land hermit crabs.

曇らないか心配でしたが、当日は運良く晴れて、満点の星空を見ることができました。星空が綺麗なところにいくつか行ったことがありますが、ここが一番かもしれません。すごく良かったです。
ジャングル探索もヤシガニや紫オカヤドカリに何匹も会えて、大満足です。

This time the sea was rough, so we couldn't go snorkeling, but we were able to do the mangrove kayaking! We received various explanations and were able to take photos, making it a very enjoyable experience.

今回は海が荒れてしまって、シュノーケリングができませんでしたがマングローブカヤックはできました！
いろんな説明していただいたり、写真も撮っていただけてとても楽しい体験となりました。

This is an incredibly fulfilling tour where you can enjoy the ocean and then go on an adventure in a limestone cave! Unfortunately, snorkeling was affected by rain, but the water was clear and very beautiful. It seems that since Miyako Island has no rivers, the seawater doesn't get muddy even when it rains.

The Pumpkin Cave is accessed by canoe from the sea, and climbing up and exploring the spacious interior with a flashlight was full of adventure and really fun. It was also lovely that we had to bow twice when entering and exiting.

Our guide, Yuma, was polite and made the tour enjoyable, and afterward, I truly felt that participating in the tour was a great decision! Thank you very much! ♬

海の中を満喫した後、鍾乳洞を冒険しにいける超充実したツアーです！
シュノーケリングはあいにくの雨でしたが、海の中は澄んでいてとても綺麗でした(^^)
宮古島は川などが無いので、雨が降っても海水は濁りにくいみたいです。

パンプキン鍾乳洞はカヌーで移動して海から入るんですが、上までよじ登ったり中も広く懐中電灯で照らしたりと、冒険感満載ですごく面白かったです。
出入りの際は二拍一礼を必ずする所も素敵でした。

ガイドのゆうまさんも丁寧で楽しくガイドして下さり、終わったあとは、ツアー参加して本当良かったー！って改めて思いました！

It was very helpful to have transportation to the hotel. The staff were all very kind, and the atmosphere of the tour was great. I enjoyed hearing various stories. They also carefully taught us how to use the equipment. While swimming in the sea, they moved around while always paying attention to us participants. We were able to see beautiful corals and fish at each point because they helped us find various creatures. I was very happy when the fish came close. After arriving at the hotel, we had a delicious bento. I am truly grateful. If I come to Ishigaki Island again, I will definitely participate again.

ホテルまで送迎していただけるのはとても助かります。スタッフの方々皆さんとても親切で、ツアーの雰囲気も良かったです。色々なお話も聞くことが出来て楽しかったです。道具の使い方も丁寧に教えて下さいました。海では泳ぎながらカメラ撮影、常に私たち参加者に気を配りながら移動して下さいました。色々な生き物を探して教えていただけたので、それぞれのポイントで綺麗な珊瑚や魚たちを見ることが出来ました。魚が寄ってきた時はとても嬉しかったです。ホテル到着後には美味しいお弁当いただきました。本当に感謝です。石垣島に来たら絶対また参加します。

I participated in the Stargazing Jungle Night Tour this time. First of all, the staff who guided us were bright and approachable, and they were very kind, allowing us to have a truly fulfilling time! As for the tour, both the starry sky and the jungle wildlife were in the best condition. We not only saw a sky full of stars but also shooting stars and the Milky Way for the first time in my life. The wildlife included a big hermit crab, sea snakes, and island-specific insects, all of which I saw for the first time! If I have the opportunity to visit Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely like to sign up!

今回、星空ジャングルナイトツアーに参加させてもらいました。まず案内していただいたスタッフさんが、明るく接しやすい方で、非常に親切に接していただき、非常に充実した時間を過ごすことが出来ました！ツアーに関しても、星空もジャングルの野生動物もベストなコンディションで、満点の星空はもちろんのこと、流れ星や人生初の天の川まで見れ、野生動物ではビッグサイズなヤドカリ、ウミヘビ、島特有サイズの虫など人生初で見れたものばかりでした！また石垣島へ訪れる機会がありましたら、ぜひ申し込みたいと思います！

The staff's response over the phone and the person who arranged the rental of hiking boots were very helpful. However, the guide was quite unfriendly, and as we were walking on a slippery mountain path in heavy rain, he kept moving forward without looking back, which made me very anxious. I was scheduled to participate in a 1.5-day tour, but while trying to keep up quickly, I twisted my ankle and had to cancel my participation the next day. Additionally, there was a foreign participant who didn't understand or speak Japanese, and I felt it was inconsiderate to ask them to relay messages from the back. When I contacted to cancel, the person who was supposed to guide us on the second day was very accommodating. I think there was a mismatch in compatibility with the guides, which was very disappointing.

スタッフの方の電話での対応や、登山靴等のレンタルを手配してくれる方はとても対応がよかったです。
しかし、ガイドの方がとても無愛想で大雨で滑りやすい山道を後ろも振り返らずにどんどん進んでいくのでとても不安でした。
1.5日のツアー参加予定でしたが、急いで着いて行く際に足を捻ってしまい翌日は参加キャンセルしました。
また、参加者に外国の方がいて日本語がわからない、話せないのに後ろに伝言してくださいと言うのも配慮が足りないように感じました。
キャンセル連絡した際に、2日目にガイドしてくれる予定だった方はとても対応がよく、ガイドさんとの相性や当たり外れがあったのだと思いますがとても残念でした。

Honestly, I was a bit anxious about the long trek, but I was truly impressed by it. They also taught us how to cool down, and I was guided by a very good guide, which made me very satisfied.

正直長時間のトレッキングに不安もありましたが、とても良いもので感動しました。クールダウンの方法も教えてくださり、とても良いガイドさんに案内していただき大変満足しております。

We participated in our honeymoon. It was our first time in Miyako Island, and we were worried about the weather since a typhoon was approaching, but we were able to enjoy clear skies without any issues.

When we stood in front of the limestone cave, we were moved by the power of nature and its history. The staff were friendly and shared various stories with us, providing detailed explanations about the cave, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Both my husband and I were extremely satisfied.

新婚旅行で参加しました。初めての宮古島で台風が近づいていることもあり、天気が心配でしたが無事に晴天で迎えることができました。
いざ、鍾乳洞を目の前にすると自然の力と歴史に感動しました。スタッフさんも気さくな方でいろいろお話ししてくれたり、鍾乳洞について詳しく説明してくれてより一層楽しむことができました。夫婦共に大満足でした。

I understand that there are time constraints, but it was quite a fast pace. It's a shame I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy nature, but I did feel a sense of accomplishment.

時間の制限があるので仕方ないことだとは思うのですが、なかなかのハイペース。
自然を楽しむ余裕がなかったのが残念ですが達成感はありました。

It was unfortunately rainy, but the members were great, and we had a lot of fun climbing! However, since it was my first trekking experience, I'm still dealing with quite a bit of muscle soreness... haha.

This was my first time in Miyako Island. Initially, I had booked a pumpkin tour limited to one group, but it was canceled due to Typhoon No. 11. I quickly changed my schedule and made a reservation with PiPi, which had high ratings. I thought it would be a large group tour, but it turned out to be a small group with one tour guide. When I arrived a little early at the meeting place, several staff members greeted us warmly, and they informed us that our tour guide was "Taro." They pointed out who Taro was, and I really appreciated how kind everyone was. Taro was quite charming and handsome, with a wonderful smile. On the way to the beach, Taro mentioned that we might see something rare, and I was looking forward to it. He said that a waterfall that hadn't appeared for months due to heavy rain was now visible. We were blessed with good weather, and both the waterfall and the pumpkin limestone cave were amazing! Taro also took many photos for us and sent them the same day. Thank you for a fun tour!

今回初めての宮古島でした。 当初、1グループ限定のパンプキンツアーを予約していたのですが、 台風11号でキャンセルとなり、 急きょ日程変更し、評価の高かったPiPiさんで予約しました。 大人数でのツアーとなるのかと思っていましたが、 少人数にツアーガイドさん１人がついてくださるというものでした。 予定時間より少し早く集合場所に行くと、何人かのスタッフさんの爽やかな挨拶と 私たちのツアーガイドは、「太朗」さんですよと教えてくださり、 「太朗」さんはあの人ですと案内してくれたりと、 ホント皆さん親切だなぁと(^^) その太朗さんはかなりの爽やかにイケメンで、笑顔が素敵な方でした。 ビーチに行く途中に、 もしかしたらレアなものが見れるかもとおっしゃっていた太朗さん、 何があるのか楽しみにしていましたが、 雨が沢山降ったときにした現れない滝が数ヶ月ぶりにでているとのこと。 天気にも恵まれ、滝もパンプキン鍾乳洞も最高でした！ 太朗さんにも沢山写真も撮っていただき、 その日のうちに送ってくださいました。 楽しいツアーをありがとうございました。

I would like to thank the three colleagues from work for their support following our Jomon Sugi trekking the day before. Thanks to the ice bath icing method you taught us, I was able to challenge the Shiratani Unsuikyo without much muscle pain. Although it was raining, the moss was well-hydrated, creating a very magical atmosphere in the mossy forest.

We left our backpacks behind to make the ascent to Taiko Rock. It was a slightly steep path that required the use of both hands, but the view from the top of Taiko Rock was wonderful, allowing us to overlook the surroundings. The rain that had been falling stopped, and the fog cleared, so we could fully enjoy the grand panorama. The magnificent scenery is a reward for those who have worked hard to climb.

There was a moment when the sole of my shoe almost came off, but thanks to the quick fix with tape by our guide, Mr. Muramatsu, I felt reassured. Thanks to you, I had a very fulfilling and enjoyable time over the two days. Thank you very much.

職場の仲間３人で、前日の縄文杉トレッキングに引続きお世話になりました。
前日教えていただいた水風呂アイシング方法のおかげで、大した筋肉痛もなく白谷雲水峡に挑むことができました。
雨降りでしたが、そのおかげで苔も潤って、苔むす森はとても幻想的な空間が広がっていました。
太鼓岩へは一旦ザックを置いてアタック。
両手を使いながら登る少し険しい道でしたが、頂上の太鼓岩は辺りを一望できる素敵な場所で、それまで降っていた雨も止んで霧も晴れたので大パノラマを堪能できました。
壮大な景色は頑張って登った人へのご褒美ですね。
途中、靴底が取れそうになるハプニングもありましたが、テーピングで応急処置をしてくださりガイドの村松さんの頼もしさを実感しました。
おかげさまで２日間とても充実した楽しい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

I participated with three colleagues from work. It was a long journey of 10 hours round trip, but thanks to our guides, Mr. Muramatsu and Mr. Konaka, we had a great time trekking. The climb after passing the trolley path was quite tough with all the stairs, but I was moved by the Jomon Sugi after reaching the top! The rain came and went, creating a very mystical atmosphere with the fog, which made all the fatigue disappear. It's definitely worth walking 22 kilometers! Mr. Muramatsu's stamina to surf after the Jomon Sugi trekking is truly impressive! I would recommend this tour to anyone planning to visit Yakushima. Thank you very much.

職場の仲間３人で参加させてもらいました。
往復10時間という長い道のりでしたが、ガイドの村松さん、小仲さんのおかげで楽しくトレッキングできました。
トロッコ道を過ぎてからの登山は階段がけっこう辛かったですが、登りきった後の縄文杉に感動！
雨が降ったり止んだりだったこともあり、霧がかかってとても神秘的で、疲れが一気に吹き飛びました。
22キロ歩く価値アリです！
縄文杉トレッキングの後にサーフィンできる村松さんの体力も頼もしすぎます！
周りに屋久島行く人がいればお薦めしたいツアーでした。

During the hike, the guide shared a lot about the history of Yakushima and knowledge about Yakusugi, which was very educational. It had been a while since I last hiked, and it was quite tough, but the sense of accomplishment was incredible!

登山中ガイドさんが屋久島の歴史や屋久杉の知識などをお話くださりとても勉強になりました。
久しぶりの登山で結構しんどかったですが、達成感は半端ないです！

The rental items were smelly, worn out, and old. The rental items from other participants were not this old. On top of that, the rain gear smelled as soon as I opened it. I really wish it was better. Honestly, it deserves ★1, but the elderly guide was wonderful, so I’m giving it ★5 as a special exception. You should rent items separately.

レンタル品は臭いしボロいし古い。
他の参加者のレンタル品はここまで古くなかった。おまけにレインウェアは開けた瞬間臭い。勘弁してほしい。本当は★1だが高齢のガイドさんが素晴らしかったので特別に★5です。レンタル品は別で借りるべき。

I participated in the Pumpkin Cave tour and the sea turtle snorkeling tour. Due to the typhoon, we could only kayak part of the way, but the waterfall that is usually not visible was breathtaking, and I was lucky to take photos in front of it. Both the Pumpkin Cave and the sea turtle snorkeling offered extraordinary views, making them the highlight of my trip to Miyako Island. The kind guide provided thorough support, allowing me to enjoy all the activities with peace of mind. I highly recommend visiting Miyako Island!

パンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーとウミガメシュノーケリングツアーに参加しました。
台風の影響でカヤックは途中までしか進めませんでしたが普段は見られないという滝が絶景でその前で写真を撮れたことはラッキーでした。
パンプキン鍾乳洞もウミガメシュノーケリングも非日常的な景色ばかりで宮古島旅行の一番の思い出になりました。
親切なガイドさんが丁寧にサポートしてくださるので安心してすべてのアクティビティを楽しむことができました。宮古島を訪れる方にパワープッシュします。

The shuttle service to the hotel was very convenient. Since you have to go to a port that is quite inconvenient without a rental car, I chose this plan with the shuttle included.

It was my first time snorkeling in the Kerama Islands, and the full-face mask was very comfortable. The type that you have to keep in your mouth can be tiring, but this type was easy to breathe with, and no water came in, allowing me to enjoy snorkeling. There were many options available, but this time I focused mainly on snorkeling and just watching the fish, which was enough fun for me. I even saw clownfish, and the fish came right up to me, making for a wonderful experience! Since the shuttle was included, changing clothes was necessary. I wanted to stay a little longer, but I took a shower and changed earlier than the others. There were limited changing areas, so that was a bit disappointing.

ホテルまでの送迎付きがとても便利でした。レンタカーがないと結構不便な港まで行かないといけないのでわざわざ送迎付きのこのプランにしました。
慶良間諸島シュノーケリングは初めてでしたが、フルフェイス型のマスクはとても楽でした。ずっと口にくわえていないといけないタイプは疲れますが、こちらのタイプは息もしやすく水も入ってこないし、楽しんでシュノーケリングできました。オプションもたくさんありましたが今回はシュノーケリングメインでずっと魚を見ているだけでしたが十分楽しめました。クマノミも見れたし目の前まで魚たちが来てくれてとてもいい経験ができました！送迎付きなので着替えが必須、もうちょっと見ていたいと思いましたが他の人たちより早めにシャワーと着替えをしました。着替え場所が少ないので仕方ないですがそこだけは残念でした。

The handsome guide who showed us around was kind and attentive, no complaints at all! Even though the kids weren't very good at swimming, the handsome guide helped them by pulling them along with a rope, which was a great help. I would love to request him again next time. Thank you very much! ♪

I was very tired, but I was really glad to see the World Heritage Site, Jomon Sugi! I felt a great sense of accomplishment after completing the 10-hour hike, and I was fulfilled by doing something that can only be done now! It's a treasure in my life. Thank you very much.

You can hear various explanations about the nature of Shiretoko from the guide. I think it would be enjoyable to walk while taking in the scenery without explanations if the weather is nice, but when I visited, the weather was not great and the scenery was also lacking. However, it was good to be able to walk while listening to various explanations. In the afternoon, I believe you couldn't enter the Shiretoko primeval forest without a guide, but the weather improved, and I was able to see the wonderful Okhotsk Blue scenery.

ガイドさんから知床の自然に関する説明が色々聞けます。お天気が良ければ、説明なしに景色を見ながら歩いても楽しいとおもいが、私が訪れた時はイマイチなお天気で景色もイマイチでしたが、色々な説明聞きながら歩けたので良かったです。
午後の知床原生林は、ガイドさんなしでは入れなかったとおもいし、お天気も快復して、素晴らしいオホーツクブルーの景色を観ることができました。

The scenery created by nature, which cannot be made by humans, was breathtaking.

The guide was also very kind, and I had a valuable experience.

The instructor was handsome, and the coral was very beautiful. It was impressive when a boy's fin fell to the seabed, and he went to retrieve it while free diving.

インストラクターのお兄さんがイケメンでサンゴもとても綺麗だった。参加していた少年の足ヒレが海底に落ちた時も素潜りで取りに行った、すごかった。

I was wondering how the start would go since we couldn't begin the reception until the scheduled time. Also, I was quite concerned about the water clarity due to the heavy rain the day before. However, once we started, I forgot all about that and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the pleasant experience!

時間まで受付開始出来なかったのでスタートはどうなることかなと思いました。
また前日雨が多く降っていたこともあり水の透明度もとても不安でした。
ただスタートしたらそんなこと忘れるような綺麗さ、気持ちよさで楽しめました！

I thoroughly enjoyed the natural experiences in Yakushima. During the equipment rental, I received detailed explanations on how to tie shoelaces to avoid blisters, the differences between cedar, Japanese cedar, and Yakusugi, various types of moss, and the characteristics of other tree species besides cedar. I was impressed by the grandeur of Jomon Sugi and other Yakusugi trees. I also learned tips on how to ascend and descend, as well as how to navigate stairs, making it a very meaningful experience.

屋久島の自然体験を満喫しました、道具のレンタル時は靴ずれをしない靴紐の結び方、トレッキングの時は杉•小杉•屋久杉の違いや、苔のさまざまな種類、杉以外の木の種類と特徴等の詳しい説明をしていただきました、縄文杉や他の屋久杉の雄大さに感銘しました、登り方や下り方、階段の上り下りコツも教えて頂き大変有意義な体験になりました。
