I read a lot of reviews here before my trekking trip, and that's why I decided to go, so I’ll write my own review too. I had many concerns, but once I actually went, I realized my worries were unnecessary. I was able to enjoy just walking without thinking about anything, thanks to the guide. I usually don’t walk much and I'm not good with heights, but I managed just fine. Looking back now, it feels like a dream, and it was amazing.

私もトレキングの前ここのレビューをたくさん読んでやっぱり行こうと決めたから私も書きます。不安な点が多かったんですが実際行ってみたら心配していたのが無駄でした。ガイドさんと一緒に行って何も考えず歩くことだけを楽しむことができました。普段あんまり歩かないし高いところが苦手でしたがなんとかできますね。今考えると夢でもみたようで最高でした。

Since we departed at a reasonable time of 9 AM, we were able to enjoy a proper breakfast at the hotel. The bus guide and driver were very polite and left a good impression. The lunch, including the hamburger and cheese fondue, was delicious, and I enjoyed the factory-exclusive wine (at an additional cost) with my preferred flavor. However, sitting at a four-person table facing strangers while sitting next to someone else felt a bit awkward.

In Furano, the early-blooming lavender was beautiful, and the blue pond was lovely as well. I thought it might be a bit early for the Shikisai no Oka (Colorful Hill) given the season. Overall, I had a great time and was glad to participate.

9時出発という無理のない時間帯なので、ホテルでの朝食もしっかりとれました。
バスのガイドさん、運転手さん、とても丁寧で好感が持てました。
ランチのハンバーグ、チーズフォンデュも美味しい、工場限定ワイン（別料金）は好きな風味。ただ、レストランのお席、2人並び席で4人テーブルを知らない方と向き合うのは気まずい感じでした。
富良野では早咲きのラベンダーがきれいでした。青い池も素敵でした。四季彩の丘は、季節的にちょっと早いかな‥と思います。
総じて楽しかったし、参加してよかったです。

This is a comment from a solo traveler visiting from abroad.

The guide this time was incredibly knowledgeable, and while the car was moving, they continuously introduced what was on the left side as 〇〇 and what was on the right side as 〇〇 without taking a break. Their singing ability was also exceptionally good! They sang two songs from Okinawa.

I want to come back to Okinawa again.

The weather was cloudy, and unfortunately, there was heavy rain in some areas, but at Kabira Bay, we were miraculously able to enjoy the beautiful Ishigaki blue under clear skies.

It was a tour that included lunch, and we had a delicious hamburger lunch at the restaurant, making it an excellent value for the cost.

The driver and guide were both wonderful, and I highly recommend this tour for those who do not plan to explore Ishigaki Island by rental car.

天気は曇天、所々でザーザー降りのあいにくの天気ではありましたが、川平湾では奇跡的に晴れて美しい石垣ブルーを堪能する事が出来ました。

ランチ付きのツアーで、レストランで美味しいハンバーグランチもいただけ、コストパフォーマンスとしては最高でした。

ドライバーさん、ガイドさんの対応も素晴らしく、レンタカーで石垣島を観光しない方には絶対お勧め出来るツアーです。

I thought the plan was really good. There were many people from various nationalities, and there were fewer Japanese participants. I had a bit of an unpleasant experience due to the poor manners of some foreigners. It might be good to provide a notice sheet tailored for each country and hand it out at the beginning. I was concerned about things like people talking loudly, playing videos at high volume, and not gathering on time, among other issues.

プランはすごく良かったと思います。
色々な国籍の方が多く、国内観光、日本人の方が少なかったです。
外人の方のマナーが悪く、少し嫌な思いをしました。注意書きの用紙を各国向けに書いて、最初に渡すなどの対応があっても良いのかと。大声で話されたり、動画をおっきな音で流したり、時間通りに集合しない等、多々気になりました。、

Even though it was cloudy, the sea was beautiful.
It was my first time in Ishigaki Island. With Veltra, I could take a bus to famous spots without having to drive, which made me feel relaxed and at ease.
I also used it when I was in Okinawa.

I learned about the ruggedness, fun, and freshness of nature from the guide. Throughout the journey and on the way back, they shared a lot about Yakushima, making it a very enjoyable trekking experience. Thank you very much!

I am very satisfied with the content, but the duration of the stay was not sufficient, so I didn't have enough time to leisurely view the Olympic Museum and the exhibits at Hitsujigaoka. It's more suited for those who want to take photos and buy souvenirs. If you want to study more, it's better to go on your own.

内容的には大変満足していますが、やはり滞在時間は十分ではなかったため、オリンピック博物館や、羊ヶ丘の展示などをゆっくり見る時間はなかったです。写真を撮って、お土産を買って帰る人向けです。もっと勉強したい人は、自分で行った方がいいです。

I was able to efficiently visit all the places I wanted to check out in Okinawa in just one day. The time spent at the aquarium was well-timed to catch the dolphin show, which was great. The allocation of time at each point was also good. However, when I got to American Village, I felt there could have been better guidance on how to get around and recommendations for places to visit.

沖縄で、とりあえず行ってみたいところをサクッと効率よく1日で回れました。水族館の滞在時間もイルカのショーに合わせてあって、見ることができました。各ポイントの時間の配分もよかったです。ただ、アメリカンビレッジに降りた時には、もう少し行き方とか、おすすめの場所の案内があってもよかったと思います。

I wonder if it would have been more fun if there were a few more people from Japan. However, the driver was kind, and the explanations were easy to understand, which was great. It would be helpful if the car had a phone charger. Even if you send photos, it's hard to open them. The car was too fast and it was scary. I was disappointed that it wasn't a bus.

日本の人が、もう少し多いと、楽しかったかなーと、、。
でも、運転手さんも親切だし、わかりやすい説明で、良かったです。車が、携帯の充電が、あると助かります。写真送ってくれても、中々開けれないです。

The content of the tour itself was fulfilling. However, since it was a multilingual tour, the guide provided information in three languages one after the other, which made it a bit tiring for the passengers. Additionally, more time was spent on promoting products rather than explaining the history, climate, and culture of Hokkaido, making it feel almost like a shopping tour (there was no forced purchase). Overall, I got the impression that the quality of the tour was not very high.

ツアーの内容自体は充実しておりました。しかしながら、多言語対応のツアーということもあり、ガイドの方が3カ国語で順番に案内をされるため、乗客側としては少し疲れてしまいました。また、北海道の歴史や風土・文化についての解説よりも、商品のプロモーションに多くの時間が費やされていたため、まるで買い物ツアーに参加しているかのように感じられました（強制的な購入はございませんでした）。全体として、ツアーの質（格調）があまり高くない印象を受けました。

It was a fulfilling day efficiently visiting three islands: Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island in just one day. I felt that 90 minutes was a bit short for both the meal and exploring Yufu Island.

1日で西表島、由布島、竹富島の3つの島を効率良く巡れて充実した1日でした。
90分の中で食事と由布島の巡るのは少し時間が足りなかったように感じました。

The tour was unique with smooth transportation. The water buffalo cart is highly recommended, but the speed varies depending on the horse you ride.

スムーズな移動でツアーならではでした。水牛車は本当におすすめですが、乗る馬によりスピードに差があります。

It was great to be able to tour Ishigaki Island on a sightseeing bus, with a guide providing detailed explanations. Kabira Bay was especially beautiful. The glass-bottom boat had an additional fee, but I highly recommend it.

定期観光バスで、石垣島を周遊でき、ガイドさんの丁寧な説明もあり、とても良かったです。川平湾は、特に、綺麗でした。グラスボートは、追加料金でしたが、お勧めです。

I had a great time visiting the three islands of Iriomote Island, Yubu Island, and Taketomi Island in just one day. In particular, the island tour by water buffalo cart was a lot of fun. The sea was also very beautiful.

西表島、由布島、竹富島の３島を、一日で回れて、とても良かったです。特に、水牛車での島巡りは、とても、楽しかったです。海も、大変綺麗でした。

It was nice to relax. I think it's perfectly fine for those who lack confidence in their legs since you can avoid walking.

It was a place worthy of being a World Natural Heritage site.

のんびりして良かったです。
歩かずに済みますので足に自信の無い方でも全然大丈夫かと思います。

世界自然遺産に相応しい場所でしたね。

On the day of the trip, it was rainy, and I was very disappointed that I couldn't see the blue sky and blue sea that you can enjoy on a sunny day in Okinawa. However, I was very satisfied with the course content as it included all the places I wanted to visit. I would have been even happier if the stay time at Kouri Island, Manzamo, and American Village could have been extended by about 10 more minutes. The driver and guide were very calm, cheerful, and kind, which made the experience very pleasant. Thank you for your assistance. I would like to use your services again.

当日は雨模様で、沖縄の晴れた時に味わう　青い空と青い海が見られなかったのはとても残念でした。
でもコースの内容は行きたい所ばかりだったので、とても満足です。古宇利島　万座毛、アメリカンビレッジの滞在時間　もう少し後10分ほどプラスしてくれるともっと嬉しいです。運転手さんとガイドさんの対応がとても穏やかで明るく親切でとても気持ち良かったです。お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。また利用させてもらいたいです。

First, there was extremely little information about the history and description of Kamakura. There was only a brief explanation at the beginning of the tour, and after that, it was more of an introduction to the locations rather than providing any substantial historical context. They should definitely add more background about each place.

At each location, there wasn't enough time to really see everything, and we felt rushed the whole time, which made it hard to enjoy. It was also inconvenient that we couldn't eat or drink on the bus.

Michael was pleasant and nice.

まず鎌倉の歴史や説明が極端に少なかった。
ツアーの初めに少し説明があっただけで、後は簡単な最低限の説明と言うより、その場所の紹介だけ。
もっとそれぞれの歴史などの背景を加えるべき。

それぞれ行った場所でも充分に見る時間がなく、ずっと急いで周り、楽しめなかった。
バスの中で飲み食いできなかったのも不便。

マイケルは感じが良かったしナイスだった。

It was a very valuable experience to be able to observe the current staff members undergoing training. The staff member who guided us was also a flight attendant, and I had a lot of fun hearing various stories from them.

実際に現役の職員の方々が訓練されている様子を見学することができて、とても貴重な体験でした。ご案内してくださる職員の方もフライトアテンダントの方で、いろいろなお話を聞くことができて、とても楽しかったです。

The weather was nice and the Shakotan Blue was very beautiful. It was definitely the right decision to walk all the way to the tip of Cape Kamoi!

Since it was Saturday evening at the Shiroi Koibito Park, there were a lot of people, and I didn't have quite enough time. Still, I was able to hurry and buy some souvenirs and enjoy some soft serve ice cream. It was a very satisfying bus tour!

I'm glad I was able to see how people involved with airplanes are trained and educated in their environment within the 70-minute timeframe.

70分という時間の中で飛行機に係る人達がどういう環境で訓練、教育を受けておられるのか実際に見れて良かったです。

It was a very well-thought-out schedule. I was able to visit three islands, and I gained a good understanding of the geographical relationships in the Yaeyama Islands. The guide's explanations were also educational. The performance of the sanshin on the water buffalo cart was great. The lunch exceeded my expectations, and I got to enjoy various Okinawan dishes. Although it was cloudy with light rain seasonally, I was satisfied. Thank you.

とてもよく考えられたスケジューリングです。3つの島に行け、八重山諸島の地理的な位置関係が良くわかりました。
ガイドさんのお話も勉強になった。
水牛車の三線演奏が良かった。
お昼ご飯も期待以上。沖縄料理をいろいろいただけました。

I'm glad I was able to efficiently visit Cape Kamui and Otaru! Is the guide from China? Since they speak Japanese, English, and Chinese, you shouldn't expect the same level of detailed explanations as you would from a Japanese guide.

ガイドさんは中国の人？日本語、英語、中国語と話されるので、日本人ガイドさんのようなきめ細かな説明を期待しない方がいいです。

The taxi driver was able to take us to the places we wanted to go within the time we requested. He was also great at conversation, making the two hours very enjoyable and never boring.

タクシーの運転手さんが、希望通り、時間内でいきたいところを回っていただけました。お話も上手で、飽きなく2時間、とても楽しい時間でした。

My friend, who is a university student aspiring to be a teacher, said that they want to provide such educational opportunities to others as well. I believe that having practical opportunities like this before working as a teacher would have a positive effect on the students being taught. I was simply happy that the trainees waved and welcomed the visitors.

I participated in early June, ordered lunch bento only, and I'm a beginner at mountain climbing.

While researching on Veltra, I found that there were very few places that allowed solo participation. Even after making a reservation, I faced cancellations due to requests, and I finally managed to book this tour. I was truly grateful for that.

After heavy rain the day before, flights were canceled, and there was a fear that this tour might also be canceled, so I was quite anxious. However, on the day of the tour, it was rainy then cloudy, and we were able to trek safely.

A large bus came to pick us up near the hotel early in the morning, and those who ordered bento received their meals from a bento shop along the way, heading straight to the trailhead.

After getting off the bus, we quickly had breakfast and started. We walked along the flat path of the trolley, and then it was finally time to climb. We were able to see the main attractions like Wilson's stump, the Great Cedar, and Jomon Cedar.

Although it was early June, the temperature wasn't too hot, and there weren't many bugs. The natural beauty of Yakushima was truly stunning, making the climb enjoyable.

Our guide, Mr. Mitsuhashi, was a bit strict (maybe?), but thanks to that, I was reminded of the challenges of mountain climbing, which made me more focused. He was also very knowledgeable, and by listening to his stories, I learned about the history of the spots we visited, the greatness of Jomon Cedar, and what kind of island Yakushima is. This added a lot of value to the experience.

He actively suggested angles and poses for photos, which made it fun. Thank you very much!

I exceeded the character limit in the advice section, so here’s more… Regarding the drinks mentioned in the packing list, it said about 500ml. Since I tend to get thirsty more easily than others, I brought 1 liter, which was two 500ml bottles. However, I found that there were natural water supply spots in Yakushima, and I ended up not needing to drink from my bottles, making them extra weight. So, as mentioned, one bottle is sufficient! However, if someone is a bit of a germaphobe and is hesitant about drinking natural water directly, they might need to prepare accordingly.

Also, while it can be cold at the summit, it gets hot when you're moving, so I thought a heavy jacket might not be necessary.

6月初旬参加・お弁当昼のみ注文・山登り初心者

ベルトラで調べていて1人参加できるところがかなり少なく…。
予約してもリクエストキャンセルをされやっと予約できたのがこのツアー。本当にありがたかったです。

前日の大雨から飛行機も欠航、こちらのツアーも中止の恐れがあるとのことでヒヤヒヤしておりましたが当日は雨のち曇で無事トレッキングをすることができました。

早朝にホテル近くまでお迎えの大型バスが来て、注文した人は途中お弁当屋さんでお弁当を受け取り、そのまま登山口まで。

バスを降りたあと、早速朝食を食べて開始です。
トロッコの平たんな道をひたすら歩いたあと、いよいよ登り。メインであるウィルソン株や大王杉、縄文杉…等見ることができました。

6月のはじめではありましたが気温もそこまで暑くはなく、虫もそこまでいなかったこと、また屋久島の自然は本当に綺麗で登っていて気持ちがよかったです。

ガイドの三橋さんは少しスパルタ(？笑)ではありましたが、そのおかげで山登りの厳しさを改めて知り気が引き締まりましたし、
知識も豊富で、お話を聞くことによりそのスポットの歴史やこれから向かう縄文杉のすごさ、また屋久島という島がどういう島であるのか勉強になり、この体験にたくさんの付加価値をつけてくださりました。

写真撮影等も角度やポーズの提案など積極的にしてくださり楽しかったです。
本当にありがとうございました。

アドバイス欄では文字数オーバーしたので、
こちらに…
持ち物にある飲み物、500ml程度とのことで
私は普段から人より喉が乾きやすいので、勝手に500ml×2本の1リットルを持って行ってました。
そうしたら屋久島では天然の給水スポットがあり、むしろそちらが飲またくなり完全はなお荷物になりました。
なので記載の通り一本で充分です！
ただわからないですが潔癖症とかで天然の水をそのままはちょっと…と思う方はやはり用意が必要かとしれません。

また登頂は寒くはありますが、動いている時は暑くなるため、上着もそこまでしっかりいらないかなと思いました。

Shirakawa-go and Gokayama were both wonderful, and I truly felt their status as World Heritage Sites. However, regarding this program, I didn't feel much meaning in signing up for it. The tour guide seemed to be doing their best, but both the content of the guidance and their English proficiency felt quite lacking.

I have experienced several tours with Veltra and other companies overseas in the past, all of which were fulfilling, so I had high expectations this time as well. Unfortunately, the explanations were very minimal and superficial. Even regarding the gassho-zukuri (thatched-roof houses), there was only a mention that they were old houses, without any details like how many years ago they were built or what "gassho" means.

Moreover, while more than half of the participants were inbound tourists, it seemed that even for simple questions, they struggled to understand English, despite having memorized parts of their script. There were frequent basic grammatical errors (such as using present participles in imperative sentences, using past tense where future tense should be, confusing 15 with 50, etc.), and in the end, even the inbound tourists were left chuckling awkwardly.

Honestly, I think that for those who understand the language, it would be easier and cost about half as much to take a regular bus instead of this tour. It's very disappointing because I believe the location itself is worth visiting.

白川郷、五箇山はいずれも素晴らしく、さすがは世界遺産だと感じました。
ただこのプログラムについて言えば、これに申し込んだ意味はあまり感じられないものでした。添乗の方は、一生懸命ではあったと思いますが、案内の内容も英語力も、いずれもかなり物足りなく感じました。
過去のベルトラのツアーも、他社のプログラムも、何度か海外で経験しておりどれも充実していたので今回も期待していたのですが、とてもわずかな通り一遍の説明しかありませんでした。合掌造りについても昔の家というだけで、たとえば何年前くらいとか、合掌とはどういう意味かなどすら説明がありませんでした。
また、インバウンドの方が半数以上でしたが、おそらく覚えてきた原稿部分はともかく、簡単な質問をされても英語が聞き取れないようでしたし、基本的な文法も明らかな誤り（命令文に現在分子を使う、未来形であるはずのところに過去形を使う、15と50を間違える、など)が頻出し、最後はインバウンドの方も苦笑していました。
正直これなら、日本語がわからない方はともかく、言葉がわかる人はちょっと手間をかけて普通のバスで行く方が半額くらいで済むと思います。
場所自体は訪ねる価値のあるところだと思うだけにとても残念でした。

It was great to see the behind-the-scenes operations of a passenger aircraft, something that is usually not visible. It provides a different experience compared to visiting a hangar.

通常であれば見られない、旅客機を運航する裏側が見られて良かった。格納庫の見学とはまた違った経験が得られる。

I'm glad I was able to visit the famous tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. The bamboo grove in Arashiyama was beautiful, and I think I had a great experience as the tour guide took even more wonderful photos for me.

The water buffalo was amazing! The lunch at Yufushima was also very delicious. It was great to see mangroves for the first time.
