First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Driver Matsuzaki (I apologize if I misheard your name) for your polite and safe driving. The next day, I participated in a half-day sightseeing bus tour in Sapporo, and I was very happy when the driver recognized me and said, "You're the one from yesterday."

I also appreciate all the consideration you showed regarding my shoes. I was truly impressed when I saw the guide bowing his head while driving in response to the guide's "Thank you." He is truly a wonderful person.

The guide for the Sapporo city tour was also very helpful. Everyone, including the driver and the guide, was fantastic, making for a very enjoyable trip.

As for the bus tour itself, despite the long itinerary of 10 hours, I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful snowy landscapes of Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the Usuzan Ropeway, and the time flew by.

On the next day's sightseeing in Sapporo, the Okurayama Jump Stadium and the Shiroi Koibito Park were also very nice.

In closing, thank you very much to the driver and the guide for a truly enjoyable trip.

先ずは、松崎ドライバーさん（お名前を聞き間違えていましたら申し訳ありません）の、丁寧で安全な運転に心より感謝いたします。
次の日にも札幌市内午前半日観光バスツアーに参加しましたが、その際に運転手さんから「昨日の方ですね」と覚えていていただき、大変嬉しく思いました。
また、靴の件でもいろいろとご配慮いただき、ありがとうございました。
ガイドさんの「ありがとうございました」に合わせて、運転しながら頭を下げておられる姿を拝見し、本当に素晴らしい方だなと感じました。
札幌市内観光のガイドさんにも大変お世話になりました。
このように、運転手さんやガイドさんが皆さま素敵な方々で、とても楽しい旅となりました。
肝心のバスツアーですが、10時間という長い行程にもかかわらず、支笏湖・洞爺湖・有珠山ロープウェイと、それぞれの美しい雪景色を満喫でき、あっという間に時間が過ぎました。
次の日の札幌観光では、大倉山ジャンプ競技場や白い恋人パークもとても良かったです。
最後になりますが、運転手さん、ガイドさん、楽しい旅を本当にありがとうございました。

It was very good.

The weather was relatively favorable, but I was extremely satisfied to see two different sides of Shirakawa-go: the bright, snowy landscape during the day and the beautifully illuminated village after sunset.

Above all, the view of Shirakawa-go from the observation deck was truly stunning, unlike the scenery I had seen while walking around nearby. It was so beautiful that it felt like something straight out of a brochure. Climbing up the snowy path in the dark was quite a struggle, but it was worth it.

比較的天候にも恵まれた事もありますが、
明るい中の雪の白川郷、陽が暮れてからのライトアップされた里と２つの異なる白川郷を見られて大満足です。
何と言っても展望台からの俯瞰で見た白川郷は
散策して近場で観ていた景色とは異なり、本当にパンフレットそのままの現実とは思えない美しさでした。暗い中雪道を登るのには結構苦労しましたが、その甲斐がありました。

The Chinese male guide's trilingual guidance was wonderful! In the first half, he presented in the order of English → Japanese → Chinese (probably based on the number of people), but in the second half, to be fair, he changed the order of each language randomly. I was impressed and listened attentively, thinking it was amazing how it didn't get confusing.

His thoughtfulness was also remarkable; after finishing each explanation, he would say "Thank you," which was a great learning experience. In the end, we all expressed our gratitude with applause.

The tour itself progressed quickly, but it efficiently covered three locations, so I highly recommend it! The day before, there was an announcement that heavy snowfall delayed our return by two hours. On this day, the plan was changed to visit Shirakawa-go first. We were blessed with snow, and Shirakawa-go felt like a world from a fairy tale, even more than I expected!

Thanks to the change in plans and everyone keeping to the schedule (there were about four or five Japanese participants, and the rest were mostly foreigners, all of whom had good manners), everything proceeded on time. The driver’s safe and smooth driving allowed us to arrive 30 minutes early. I think people from any country would enjoy this.

This was my first time participating in a tour, and I thought it was great to be able to explore freely at the tourist spots with people from various countries while also having a guide. I believe that strict group activities can be tough for everyone.

We spent 90 minutes in Shirakawa-go (which really flew by, so it might be good to do some research on what to see), 2 hours in Hida Takayama (this includes lunch time, so there's a bit of leeway), and 60 minutes in Gujo Hachiman (I followed the guide here, which was good because I could see the highlights). On this day, we were lucky to see Gujo Hachiman at night.

I truly had a valuable experience. Thank you very much! I look forward to the next time.

中国人男性ガイドさんの3ヵ国語でのガイドが素晴らしかった❢
前半は、英語→日本語→中国語の順（おそらく人数の順番）でしたが、後半は公平になるように？それぞれの言語をランダムに順番を変えていた。よくわからなくならないな～と感心して聞き入った。
気遣いなども素晴らしく、何か説明をし終える度にThnak youとお礼を言っていたので勉強になった。最後は、みんなで拍手でお礼を伝えました。

ツアー自体は足早に進むが、３ヶ所を効率よく周れるのでぜひお勧め❢
前日は、大雪で帰りが2時間遅れたとアナウンスあり。この日は、先に白川郷に行くプランに変更された。雪にも恵まれ、白川郷は予想以上に昔話の世界♪
プラン変更と皆さんが時間を守ってくれたので（日本人は4・5組ぐらいで、あとはほとんどが外国人。皆さんマナーいいですよ）すべて時間通りに進み、運転手さんの安全かつスムーズな運転で帰りは30分早く到着でした。どの国の方も楽しめると思います。
ツアーに参加するのは初めてですが、様々な国の方と一緒のツアー＆観光地で自由に散策とガイド付きを選べることが、今どきでいいなと思いました。全て団体行動は、お互いにきついものがあると思う。

白川郷90分（本当にあっという間なので、どこを見るか下調べしたほうがいいかも）、飛騨高山2時間（こちらは、ランチの時間も含まれているのでこの時間が相当で少し余裕あり）、郡上八幡60分（こちらは、ガイドさんに付いて行きました。その方がポイントを見られるので、いいと思う）この日は、夜の郡上八幡が見られてラッキーだったのかも。

本当に、貴重な体験が出来ました。ありがとうございました❢

It was a windy day, but I spent a relaxing time. The island crossing on the water buffalo cart was fantastic. I also enjoyed lunch very much.

風は強い日でしたが、のんびりとした時間を過ごしました。水牛車での島渡は最高でした。ランチもとても惜しくいただきました。

→ The Tourist Information Center was closed before business hours, so we had to wait outside until the meeting time. There is an underground shopping area nearby, where we could wait and use the restrooms. Here, we checked in with the tour guide and boarded the bus.

→ツーリストインフォメーションセンターは営業時間前でしたので、屋内に入ることはできず集合時間までは基本屋外での待機でした。近くに地下街があるので、そこでの待機・お手洗いの利用ができました。こちらでツアーガイドの方から出席確認を受け、バスに乗り込みました。

→道路状況により、到着は1時間ほど遅延しました。冬季は雪の影響があり到着時間が読めないため、バスツアー当日の夜は予定をなるべく入れないことをおすすめします。

There were only two of us Japanese people, and I was anxious about the English guide, but they kindly spoke to us in Japanese, which made us feel at ease and enjoy the experience. Thank you very much.

In Dazaifu, the annual mochi-pounding and zenzai event was held, and I was able to enjoy a cup for 200 yen (as a gesture of goodwill).

It warmed both my heart and body, and I was very grateful (*>ᴗ<*)

Due to a heavy snow warning, the expressway to Yufuin was completely closed!! Additionally, because of strong winds, I couldn't ride the Beppu Ropeway and had to change to a course exploring the Sea Hell, but I had a great time without significant delays on the way back ♬♡

I enjoyed the unique scent of sulfur from the hot springs, savored onsen tamago (hot spring eggs), and drank hot spring water at about 80°C, fully enjoying my trip 😊

I collected many photos and souvenirs ‪(*´﹀`*)‬

大宰府では 年に1度のもちつきぜんざい会が行われており、1杯200円(お気持ち)で頂くことができました

大雪警報のために、湯布院までの高速道路が全面通行止めに!!
また、強風のために別府ロープウェイには乗ることが出来ず 海地獄散策のコースに変更になりましたが 帰りの時刻が大幅に遅れることもなく、とても楽しめました♬♡

温泉ならではの硫黄の香りを楽しみ、温泉たまごに 80℃ほどの飲む温泉水を頂き 旅を満喫しました😊

It's really convenient to be taken along a challenging route without having to do it on my own. One of the great things about the bus tour is that you get to learn various information along the way. Skipping lunch and enjoying street food at Okage Yokocho was fantastic! I think the time for exploration was just right—not too long and not too short. I highly recommend this for anyone planning to visit Ise Jingu!

自力では大変なルートを乗ってるだけで連れて行ってもらえるのが楽ちんです。
道中も色々と情報を教えてもらえるのがバスツアーの良いところですね。
昼食なしにしておかげ横丁で食べ歩き最高でした！

It was difficult to get to Asmui on my own, so I joined a tour with Beltora. It was very comfortable, and I was completely surprised by Cape Henoko, which was even more impressive than Asmui. I realized again that one of the great things about tours is that they take you to places you wouldn't choose yourself. I want to participate in the same tour again. It was that good!

とても快適だったし、全く期待していなかった辺戸岬が素晴らしく　アスムイよりも感動しました。
自分のチョイスでない場所に　連れて行ってくれるところも、ツアーの良さだなぁと改めて思いました。

Since the person I went with was visiting Okinawa for the first time, we booked this course. We were able to visit various tourist spots in Okinawa, and at the Churaumi Aquarium, we coincidentally got to see the feeding of the whale shark, which was just starting, and we were able to see it swimming vertically. There was no traffic, and we arrived at the steak restaurant an hour early. Although the restaurant was full, they arranged for us to be taken by taxi to their main store. I had no expectations at all, but not only was the performance of cooking in front of us impressive, but the meat was tender and everything was delicious. We had other plans while in Okinawa, but it was a day filled with sightseeing. I would love to participate again.

一緒に行った方が沖縄が初めての方だったので、こちらのコースを予約しました。沖縄の観光地を回って時間も適度にとって頂き、なかでも美ら海水族館で偶然ですが、じんべいざめの餌やりが丁度に始まり縦になった姿を見れました。渋滞もなく夕飯のステーキ屋さんに一時間早く着いてしまいお店は満員でしたが、そちらのお店の本店にタクシーで送って頂きました。全く期待してなかったので、目の前で焼いて下さるパフォーマンスもさることながら、お肉が柔らかくすべて美味しく頂きました。私達は他に用事があって沖縄に来たのですが、観光を満喫した１日でした。また参加したいです。

It was a cold day, but thanks to the guide's thoughtfulness and attention, we had a wonderful time and created great memories! Also, since there is quite a bit of walking involved, having something like a backpack might make it easier to carry souvenirs without having to hold them in your hands.

All the tourist spots were great. I was able to efficiently visit places that would normally take more than a day to see if I were to go by regular bus.

個人で通常のバスで行こうとすると、１日では観光できない場所に、効率よく行けました。

The day before, I visited Taketomi and explored the island on foot, but transportation is definitely essential. Considering the possibility of rain, I recommend opting for a bus tour.

The weather was great and perfect. The guides were professionals, so their explanations were excellent, and they added some funny stories here and there, which was nice. The highlights of Iriomote Island depend on luck, as you might see some rare animals. The water buffalo cart ride was truly a great experience. Yubu Island felt a bit lacking, though. The streets of Taketomi Island felt like a different world. This tour was really good.

ガイドの方々もプロなので解説が上手いし所々笑い話挟んでくれて良かったです。
西表島の見所は運次第で珍しい動物が見れるかと。
水牛車は本当に良い経験でした。
由布島はなんか物足りない感じかな。
竹富島の街並みは違う世界って感じでした。このツアーかなり良かった。

The water buffalo was great! Unfortunately, I couldn't explore Yufushima due to the rain and wind (^◇^;)

I was relieved when the rain stopped for the mangrove boat tour. It was wonderful to see a woman steering the boat while providing explanations!

Since it was my first solo trip to Ishigaki Island, I joined this tour to learn more about the island. They took me to all the places I wanted to visit. The guide provided detailed and careful explanations about the island, including its culture, which helped me understand it well.

I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to get to know Ishigaki Island as a whole.

It was a snowy day due to the cold wave from the Sea of Japan, but fortunately, the snow stopped at Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. We enjoyed a wonderful view from Mount Usu.

日本海からの寒波で雪の多い日でしたが、幸い、支笏湖と洞爺湖では雪が止みました。有珠山からは、素晴らしい景色を楽しめました。

It was very good because we could efficiently get around in one day. There were many seniors, and there was good consideration for things like restroom guidance. I think it's a tour that people of all ages can enjoy, so I recommend it.

1日で効率よく回れるのでとても良かったです。シニアの方も多く、お手洗い案内などよく配慮がされていました。あらゆる年齢層で楽しめるツアーだと思うのでおすすめです。

You can efficiently visit Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island. It was my first time in the Yaeyama Islands, and I think I was taken around efficiently. I also got to ride a water buffalo cart, and there was an explanation about the mangroves. It was more efficient than going on my own, and the explanations were easy to understand.

西表島、由布島、竹富島と効率よく回れます。初めての八重山諸島でしたが、効率よく連れていってくれたと思います。水牛車にも乗れて、マングローブの解説もあり、自分で回るよりも効率よく、説明も分かりやすかったです。

My wife and I participated in a tour together. We decided to join because it was possible to participate until the age of 70, but I have some mountain climbing experience while my wife is almost a beginner. From the start of the trek on the trolley path, she was a bit slow, and once we finished the trolley path and began the actual climb, it became quite challenging to keep up.

The guide informed us that at this pace, we wouldn't make it back to the bus on time, and that beginners should sign up for a private tour. I managed to carry my wife's backpack, and we somehow made it to Jomon Sugi.

Additionally, there were other beginners in the group, and we found ourselves in a situation where we needed to put on crampons due to the snowy conditions. However, the guide only handed out the crampons and did not assist with putting them on.

According to the climbing app, our pace was about 110-120% of the average. I think it would have been better if the usual sightseeing explanations were shortened and adjusted to the participants' skill levels, allowing for a slower pace.

I hope that in the pre-registration information, they can specify the required climbing skills so that participants can determine whether they are capable of joining.

Despite the difficulties, I was moved by the sight of Jomon Sugi.

70歳迄ツアー参加可能ということで参加を決めたのですが、私は登山経験有りで妻は殆ど初心者。行きのトロッコ道を歩く時から少し遅れ気味だったのですが、トロッコ道を終え、本格的に登り始めるところからついていくのがかなり厳しかったです
ガイドからこのペースだと帰りのバスに間にあわない、初心者は個別ツアーに申し込むべきだと告げられました
妻のザックを私が担いであがる事でなんとか縄文杉までは到着しました
また、他にも登山初心者の方が参加されていたの雪道でアイゼンを付けなければならない状態だったのですが、ガイドはアイゼンを渡すだけで付け方を手伝うことはありませんでした
登山アプリでの行動ペースは一般の110〜120%となっており、普段実施されている観光説明を参加者のスキルにあわせて短くし、ゆっくり目に歩いてあげる様な配慮もあってよかったと思います
申し込みの事前告知に求める登山スキルを記載して、参加者がこれなら参加できる、できないの判断ができる様にしてくれる事を望みます

苦しくても見ることの出来た縄文杉には感動しました。

From morning until evening, and with the option to choose between a 4 PM or 5 PM closing time, it's truly guest-first. I thought it was expensive before making the reservation, but in the end, it was a great value for the price.

朝から夕方までしかも終了時間も16時、17時と選べるのはゲストファースト。お高いと予約前思いましたが、結局コスパ良かったです。

Since it was a weekday, I was able to see some actual training in progress. I think only ANA and JAL are this well-organized in the world. In any case, I believe my perspective will change significantly the next time I fly.

平日だったので、いくつか実際に訓練している様子を見ることができました。こんなにきちんとしているのは、世界でもANAとJALくらいなのではないでしょうか。いずれにしても、次回飛行機に乗る時の視点が大きく変わると思います。

I had the opportunity to observe the actual training and tour the equipment, but it turned out to be just a simple tour, which was quite different from what I expected. I wanted to see it up close, like a hangar tour.

実際の研修の様子や機器の見学をさせて頂いたのですが、単なる見学ツアーで、思ってたのとかなり違いました。ハンガーツアーのようにもっと間近で見たかったです。

The content was good, but I wanted to spend a little more time in Arashiyama. The bus meeting point was hard to find. I wish it could be made clearer. Even when I asked the staff at the bus meeting point, no one seemed to know about this company. This tour wasn't listed on the electronic bulletin board either. I had a really unpleasant experience from the morning.

内容は良かったのですが嵐山はもう少しゆっくりしたかった。
バスの集合場所が分かりづらいかった。
もう少しわかりやすくして欲しいです。
バスの集合場所に居る係員みたいな人に聞いても誰もこの会社の事をわからなかった。

The tour had about 90% foreign participants, but everyone showed great respect for Japanese culture and had good manners, so I had no concerns. (Participants were from Australia, Italy, the United States, Singapore, etc.) For children, this environment provided a valuable experience.

The guide explained in Japanese first, followed by English, and I was amazed by the variety of topics covered, from geography and history I studied in school to interesting trivia.

Winter in Shirakawa-go can be tricky with the weather, so I think it's best to have an umbrella and snow boots (rubber boots) regardless of the forecast. Children will also have fun playing in the snow if they have ski gloves!

Additionally, the viewpoint in Shirakawa-go can be accessed by walking or by bus, but the buses only come every 20 minutes and are small, so if other tours overlap, you might have to wait for the next bus due to congestion. I think it's better to go early once you arrive.

On the bus, we received a sightseeing map of Shirakawa-go and Takayama (in Japanese or English), which allowed us to explore efficiently in a short amount of time.

If anyone is interested in Shirakawa-go, I would highly recommend it, and I hope to visit again in a different season. Thank you for your assistance!

外国人が9割のツアーですが、みんな日本文化にリスペクトがある方ばかりでマナーも良く心配な点はありませんでした。（オーストラリア、イタリア、アメリカ、シンガポールなど）子どもにとってはその環境も貴重な体験になりました。
ガイドさんが日本語→英語の順に説明をしてくれて、内容も学生時代に勉強した地理や歴史から雑学的なものまでトピックの引き出しの多さに驚きました。
冬の白川郷は天気が難しく、予報にかかわらず、傘とスノーブーツ（長靴）はあった方がいいと思いました。お子様はスキー用の手袋があると雪遊びもできて楽しいです！
また、白川郷の展望台は徒歩かバスで行くのですが、バスは20分おきでしかも小さいバスなので、他のツアーの方などが重なると混雑で次のバスを見送らなくてはならない状況になりました。到着したら早めに行くのがいいと思いました。
バスの中では、白川郷と高山の観光マップ（日本語or英語）がもらえて、短時間で効率よく散策できました。
白川郷に興味がある方がいたら、おすすめしたいですし、また別のシーズンに再訪できたらいいなと思います。お世話になりありがとうございました。

I went there in December 2025!
I was healed by the mangrove scenery of Iriomote Island, and I rode a water buffalo from Iriomote to Yufu Island, where the buffalo carried about 12 adults.
Lunch on Yufu Island was a buffet with various island dishes, and it was delicious and great.
Exploring Taketomi Island was also fun!
Since I wanted to go far, I rented a bicycle for the day and rode around.
It turned into a day full of fun and excitement that I couldn't stop!

2025年12月に行って来ました♪
西表島のマングローブの景色に癒され、水牛に乗って西表→由布島へ、水牛が大人12人くらい乗せて運んでくれました。
由布島でのお昼ご飯はバイキングで色々な島ごはんが食べれて美味しくて良かったです。
竹富島での散策も楽しかった♪
遠くまで行きたかったので当日レンタサイクルを借りて周りました。
楽しくてワクワクが止まらない1日になりました。

This was our first trip to Okinawa as a couple. A few years ago, we had to cancel our trip to Okinawa due to the COVID-19 situation, but this time we finally got our revenge!

On the first day of the year, we spent the whole day sightseeing (Nago Pineapple Park ⇒ Churaumi Aquarium ⇒ Kouri Ocean Tower), and on January 2nd, we visited places from our hotel to Naha Airport (Ryukyu Village ⇒ American Village ⇒ Former Naval Headquarters Bunker). For both days, we were taken care of by the same driver. Driver K was someone who consistently showed natural consideration, and I would definitely like to request him again for our next trip to Okinawa.

数年前コロナ騒動で泣く泣くキャンセルした沖縄旅行、今回やっとリベンジ致しました！
①元旦の丸一日見学(名護パイナップルパーク⇒美ら海水族館⇒古宇利オーシャンタワー)と、②1/2宿泊ホテルから那覇空港到着までの見学(琉球村⇒アメリカンビレッジ⇒旧海軍司令部壕)で、2日間同じドライバーさんにお世話に成りました。ドライバーKさんは、終始自然な気配りの出来る方で、次回の沖縄旅行でも是非指名してまたお世話に成りたいと思います。
