Training was taking place here and there during the early morning hours, but the blinds were down, and since the actual training was not visible from the inside, it didn't feel like we could see the real training. However, since this is a part of the operation that we wouldn't normally see, I think it was valuable just to tour the facility with the guidance of a current cabin attendant. Given that the sessions are held quite irregularly, I guess it was good that I was able to attend.

朝一番の時間帯であちらこちらで訓練はされていたが、ブラインドが降りていたり、実機訓練も内部は見えないので実際の訓練を見られる感じではなかった。が、そもそも見ることのない裏側の部分なので、現役CAの案内で施設を見て回るだけでも貴重だと思う。時間を含めかなり不定期開催なので、行けただけでもよかったのかな？

As expected, there were honestly some places in the course that I wasn't very interested in, but I understand that's how tours go. I definitely wanted to visit the Churaumi Aquarium and Ocean Park, so I think it would have been better if we had a bit more time. There are so many highlights that three hours just isn't enough.

予想通りでした。コースの中には正直、私にとってあまり興味のない場所もありましたが、ツアーなので仕方ないと思います。美ら海水族館と海洋公園は絶対に行きたかったので、もう少し時間があったらもっと良かったと思います。見どころがたくさんあるので、3時間では足りません。

The taxi driver for the sightseeing tour was very kind, guiding us to the glass boat boarding area and the entrance to the limestone caves. During the ride, he shared stories about Ishigaki Island, including famous people's homes, unique Okinawan plants, the formation of the limestone caves, and Mount Omoto, which was very enjoyable. He told us that as long as we returned by around a certain time, we could take our time and enjoy the scenery, allowing us to relax and explore! I definitely want to have him guide us again when I come back to Ishigaki Island!

観光タクシーの運転手さんがとても親切な方で、タクシーを降りて、グラスボートの乗り場や鍾乳洞の入口まで案内してくれたり、移動中も石垣島のお話（有名人の実家や沖縄特有の植物、鍾乳洞や於茂登岳の成り立ちなど）もして下さり、とても楽しかったです。
◯時くらいまでに戻ってくれればいいから、ゆっくり景色も楽しんでおいで〜と言って頂き、のんびり回ることができました！
また石垣島に来る際は、ぜひ案内してもらいたいな～と思いました！

The driver was very kind, which made the sightseeing enjoyable. The weather was snowy and then rainy, but Shirakawa-go was covered in snow and had a beautiful appearance. Since there are many group tourists, I recommend going early in the morning. Gokayama had a quiet atmosphere and a different charm. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

I felt a relaxed sense of time, and it was truly a healing moment. The beauty of nature, along with the stories from the water buffalo and the gentleman guiding us, as well as the sanshin and songs, made me forget the busy everyday life.

ゆったりとした時間を感じ、本当に癒されるひとときでした。自然の美しさ、案内してくれる水牛とお兄さんのお話も三線と歌も忙しい日常を忘れさせてくれるものでした。、

I wanted to use this service when I first visited Ishigaki Island in June last year, but it was suspended, possibly due to COVID-19, so I used it this time in February. I'm not confident in driving, and the local buses have limited schedules, so it was great to efficiently visit the highlights of Ishigaki Island.

The impression can change with the weather, but if the weather is nice, it's a five-star course! The cost performance is also good, with lunch included for under 5,000 yen for half a day.

Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but the blue of Kabira Bay was still beautiful. Thanks to the guide, I was able to learn about the origins of the Tomb of the Chinese and Tōrin-ji Temple. The explanations about Ishigaki Island's culture and tropical flowers were diverse, and I had a lot of fun learning.

There were many solo participants, so it was enjoyable to exchange information during lunch. The option to choose to board a glass-bottom boat on-site (I rode one in June, and this time, since it was cloudy, I opted for local sightseeing) and the flexibility to get off at Ishigaki Airport were also nice.

Next, I would like to visit Hirakubo Cape Lighthouse, so I would be happy if there were other bus tours that I could easily join, like this one.

　昨年６月に初めて石垣島へ行った時に利用したかったのですが、コロナの影響か運休中で、今回２月に利用しました。
　車の運転に自信がないですし、路線バスも本数が限られているので、効率よく石垣島の見どころを回れるのは良かったです。
　天候で印象が変わりますが、お天気が良かったら☆５つのコースです！半日でランチが付いて5,000円以下とコストパフォーマンスも良いです。

　生憎の曇天でしたが、それでも川平湾のブルーは綺麗でした。
　また、ガイドさんのおかげで、唐人墓や桃林寺の由来を知ることが出来て良かったです。石垣島の文化や南国のお花の説明など、多岐に渡って説明していただき、とっても楽しく学ぶことが出来ました。
　一人参加の方も多かったので、ランチ時には情報交換などできて楽しかったです。
　グラスボートの乗船も現地で選択可（→６月の時にグラスボートに乗ったし、今回は曇天だったので周辺観光にしました。）だったり、石垣島空港で下車も可能で、融通が利くのも良いですね。
　次は平久保埼灯台とかも行ってみたいので、今回のように手軽に参加できる違うコースのバスツアーがあると嬉しいですね。

As a beginner, I was initially anxious, but the guide was very friendly and provided a lot of explanations. Before I knew it, we arrived at the moss-covered forest! It was a wonderful experience! They also took care to adjust our return ferry time a bit earlier. Thank you very much!

It was a good tour.
However, the meeting point was shared with various tour companies, which made it very confusing.
The tour company name listed in the itinerary sent by email was different from the one on the flag held by the guide, and the guide only had a guest list and a flag, without a large sign indicating the destination.
Although the weather was not favorable, Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go were very nice.
The guide's announcements on the bus were polite and easy to understand.
All the participants were also on time for the bus meeting, which went smoothly.

いいツアーでした。
でも、集合場所はいろいろなツアー会社の集合場所になっていて、とてもわかりにくかったです。
メールで送られた日程表に書かれているツアー会社名と、ガイドさんが持っている旗は別物だったし、ガイドさんが持っていたのは客の名簿と旗だけで、行き先を大きく書いた案内も持っていなかったから。
お天気には恵まれませんでしたが、飛騨高山と白川郷はとてもよかったです。
バス内のガイドさんの案内は丁寧でわかりやすかったです。
参加しているお客さんも、だれもバスの集合時間に遅れることなくスムーズでした。

I used this service while staying in Sapporo for my child's entrance exam. It was convenient for me as it allowed for a day trip with a meeting and dispersal point at Sapporo Station.

The variety of animals was limited, and there were not many, so it felt like seeing them in their natural state. The bus guide on the way there and back had a gentle speaking style, which was enjoyable. I was concerned that there were no restrooms on the bus, but there was a restroom break at just the right time, so it wasn't an issue.

Most of the other passengers were Japanese, so the bus was quiet. At Asahiyama Zoo, there was enough time to look around. The snow often stopped, and we were fortunate with the weather. The ground was slippery in many places, and since the zoo is not flat but on a slope, I walked carefully. I felt like I was more concerned about my footing than the animals.

There were some people who fell over. The souvenir shops had a variety of products; the bus guide mentioned that all shops sell the same items, but when I asked the stores, they said the companies were different, so the products varied.

I think this is a perfect course for a day trip from Sapporo. I highly recommend it!

子供の受験のため札幌に滞在中に利用しました。
日帰りで、札幌駅前集合解散が出来たので自分にぴったりだったため便利でした。
動物達は種類は多くなく、数は少なくて自然の姿を拝見する感じでした。
行き帰りのバスガイドさんは穏やかな話し方で楽しかったです。
トイレがバス車内にないのが気掛かりでしたが、ちょうどよい時間にトイレ休憩があり問題ありませんでした。
同じ利用客は日本人が多かったので車内は静かでした。
旭山動物園では見て回るには十分な時間がありました。雪は止んでる事が多く、天候にも恵まれ良かったです。
地面は滑りやすいところも多く動物園が平地ではなく、斜面？なので慎重に歩きました。動物よりも足元ばかり気になっていたように思います。
ひっくり返ってる方もいました。
お土産屋さんは、バスガイドさんはどこも同じ商品が売ってると仰ってましたが、お店に聞くと、会社が違うため商品も違うとのこと、その通り様々でした。
札幌から日帰りでちょうどよいコースだと思います。ぜひどうぞ。

There was one participant, but there were no issues. I participated on the Monday after the three-day weekend. There was a bit of traffic in the morning, but after that, we were able to stick to the schedule without any problems. The weather was snowy and foggy, but we were able to enjoy the hot springs at Lake Toya.

３連休明けの月曜日に参加。朝少し渋滞でしたが、その後は問題なく予定時間でまわることができました。
天候は雪と霧でしたが、洞爺湖では温泉に入れましたし、楽しむことができました。

I am aspiring to be a cabin attendant, and this was my first time participating in the tour. I was very happy to be able to talk directly with the cabin attendant who guided us. Since there was a media interview taking place, other guests were quite excited, which was a bit bothersome, but I appreciated that the staff asked if we wanted to see from the front.

I booked the 3-hour course. I requested to focus on sightseeing around Kabira Bay and the glass-bottom boat, but they took me to many more places than I had expected, and I enjoyed it far more than I had anticipated. It exceeded my expectations.
Along the way, I was able to see a crowned eagle and a sea turtle, and the pineapple juice introduced by the driver was delicious, plus the scenery was amazing.

3時間コースを申込み。川平湾、グラスボートを中心に観光しようとお願いしましたが、それ以上にたくさん回って頂き、こちらが考えていたのより、はるかに楽しめました。期待以上でした。
途中カンムリワシも見れましたし、ウミガメも見れましたし、ドライバーさんに紹介してもらったパイナップルジュースは美味しかったし、景色も最高でした。

ツアーは非常によく組織されており、訪れた場所は素晴らしいです！

特に、親切でプロフェッショナルな渡辺さんに感謝します。私の好奇心にすべて答えてくれました！

I had the best food walking and exploring in Dazaifu and Yufuin! It's better not to eat breakfast before going—haha! At Mount Tsurumi, I was able to see wonderful phenomena thanks to the weather and climate, creating lovely memories.

I booked a trip to Hokkaido with my son without knowing much about the area, but it turned out to be a great decision as we were able to efficiently and enjoyably visit various tourist spots!

Especially, our guide, Mr. Gyoda, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our detailed questions about the sights with care, precision, and a personal touch. While the content of the trip is important, what made it truly rewarding was receiving such high-quality service from our guide, which made me feel like I really got my money's worth.

息子との2人旅、北海道の事がよくわからずとりあえず申し込みましたが、効率よく楽しく観光地を回る事ができ、大正解でした！

特にガイドの行田さんが素晴らしくよかったです。知識が豊富で、観光に関する細かい質問にも、丁寧に的確にまた親身になって応えていただきました。
旅行内容も大切ですが、何よりガイドさんからこんなにも質の高いサービスを受ける事ができて、凄く得した気分になりました。

This is a great tour for those who want to quickly explore in just one day. Anyway, Kyoto is very crowded, so utilizing a tour is a good option.

時間がなく一日でさっと回りたい人にはいいツアーです。とにかく京都は人が多いので、ツアーの活用も一つの手段として良いです。

We had a tour guide named Watanabe, who was very kind and made sure to take breaks according to our group's pace. He also shared some interesting stories with us, which made the experience enjoyable. Thanks to our guide, we were able to trek happily, and the difficulty felt halved.

渡辺さんという方にツアーガイドをしていただいたのですが、私たちのグループの進み具合に合わせて休憩をいれてくれたり、確かある話を聞かせていただいたりとすごく親切で、楽しかったです。
ガイドさんのおかげで楽しくトレッキングでき、
しんどさも半減しました。

They can also hold your suitcase, so I think it's a good idea to participate even on the last day of your trip. You can visit four tourist spots, making for a very fulfilling day.

スーツケースなども預かって頂けるので旅行最終日なのに参加してみるのも良いと思います。
観光地を4ヶ所も回れるのですごく充実した1日になります。

The only disappointment was the bad weather, but I had a very satisfying time no matter where I went or which guide I had. The bus driver's stories were very interesting.

I had booked a glass-bottom boat, but it was canceled before departure due to high waves, and that was the only regret.

Since it was a trip with both children and grandparents, we chose a tour that everyone could participate in together. I wanted to see the pineapples, but I guess it's the season. It was also fun to hear the bus guide's stories, which I wouldn't have been able to enjoy if we were moving around on our own.

It was the middle of a three-day weekend, and the only sunny day in Kyoto. This was my second bus tour in Kyoto, a luxurious tour visiting four locations. I had been to these places before, but I participated again because I wanted to go back.

At Fushimi Inari, I went through the torii gates a little and then checked out the souvenir shops on the back path. I also bought a "key charm for achievement," which features a key held by a fox. After finishing our sightseeing, we gathered on the path. Then, we all walked to the bus meeting point, but we got delayed for about 20 minutes because the crossing was closed, which made me anxious. Since everyone was together, the path was indeed the correct meeting point.

Once we arrived at Kiyomizu-dera, we had lunch right away. We had chosen a plan that included a Kyoto yudofu meal, so we could eat as soon as we sat down. It was extremely crowded, so opting for lunch was definitely the right choice. The view from Kiyomizu-dera was amazing.

Kinkaku-ji also had great weather and a wonderful view. We felt like we had a bit of extra time, which was nice.

At Arashiyama, we were a bit short on time. The guide took us to the bamboo grove, but during my last visit to Kyoto, I spent too much time in the bamboo grove and missed out on seeing and shopping on the main street of Arashiyama, so this time I quickly looked at the bamboo and returned. It was so crowded that I thought having two hours for sightseeing would be good. We crossed the Togetsukyo Bridge and then headed back to the bus meeting point. Managing time in Arashiyama was challenging.

There were also foreign visitors, but the guide explained everything thoroughly. I wondered if the foreign guests would be able to keep to the schedule, but their manners were good.

三連休真ん中、唯一晴れの京都でした。
京都のバスツアーは、2回目。4箇所回る贅沢ツアー。4箇所行ったことがあったけど、また行きたいという思いから参加をしました。
稲荷伏見は、鳥居を少しくぐって戻り、裏参道のお土産屋さんを見ました。また、「達成のかぎ守」を購入。狐がくわえている鍵を買いました。観光し終わったら、参道に集合。その後、みなさんでバス集合場所まで歩くのですが、踏み切りが開かずの間になり20分くらいかかり焦りました。みなさん一緒だったので集合場所は、参道が正解ですね。
清水寺についたら、すぐにランチ。私たちは、京湯豆腐御膳付きプランにしていたので、席に着いたらすぐに食べることができました。ものすごく混んでいるので、ランチ付きにして正解でした。清水寺からみた景色は最高でした。
金閣寺も、天気がよく、とても素晴らしい景色。ちょっと時間が余った感じでしたが、良かったです。
最後の嵐山は、時間がたりないくらい。ガイドさんが竹林まで案内してくれましたが、前回京都にきた時、竹林に時間をかけすぎて、嵐山のメイン通りで見たり買ったり出来ず残念だったので、竹林はサクッと見て戻りました。とにかく混んでて2時間観光時間があってもいいかなと思うくらい。とりあえず、渡月橋も渡って見て、バス集合場所まで戻りました。時間配分が難しい嵐山でした。
外国の方もいらっしゃい増したが、ガイドさんが丁寧に説明されていたし、また外国の方、時間厳守できるのかな？と思いましたが、マナーも良かったです。

I was looking forward to this tour, staying at a hotel right by the port, and it exceeded my expectations. The initial mangrove cruise was fantastic! The next experience with the water buffalo cart was exotic, but I couldn't fully enjoy it because I felt sorry for the buffalo.

Taketomi Island had a charm that made me wonder if Okinawa's main island used to look like this. However, on the way back to the port, I got lost and it was quite nerve-wracking. It was frustrating that the place names on the signposts at the fork in the road were not on the map provided. Fortunately, I was able to navigate using my smartphone's location, but I hope for improvements to the map.

このツアーに参加するためホテルも港横にして楽しみにしていたが、期待以上だった。最初のマングローブクルーズは最高！　次の水牛車もエキゾチックな体験でしたが、水牛さんがかわいそうで心からは楽しめませんでした。
竹富島は昔は沖縄本島もこんな感じだったのかなという風情がありよかったのですが、帰りに港に向かう道で迷ってハラハラしました。分かれ道の案内標識に出てる地名が渡されていたマップになかったのは困りました。幸いスマホの位置情報で事なきをえましたが、マップの改善を望みます。

The day before, I participated in a three-island tour, and on this day, I initially thought about taking a route bus to the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay. However, that would only leave me time for lunch and then heading to the airport, so I didn't have high expectations and decided to sign up for an island tour that would drop me off at the airport. The humor of the only male guide was fantastic.

前日に3島めぐりツアー参加でこの日は当初自分で路線バスで川平湾グラスボートでも行こうかと考えていたが、それだと昼食とそれだけで空港に向かうくらいしかできないので、あまり期待せず空港で降りれるので島内ツアー申込した。唯一の男性ガイドさんのユーモアが最高でした。

The weather was bad, so I participated wearing a rental raincoat from the beginning. When I checked the size at the airport during the handover, I was worried because the raincoat seemed a bit off compared to the shoes, but both the shoes and the raincoat fit perfectly and were clean. On the contrary, they fit so well that I wondered how I would change clothes along the way since they seemed too tight to wear over regular pants. The backpack felt somewhat worn out.

I ended up sweating more than I expected, so if you're concerned about that, it might be better to bring your own raincoat.

The guide's pacing was excellent, switching between moving quickly and taking breaks to chat, which made it so I didn't feel too tired (though I felt exhausted once I got back to the hotel, haha). They took many wonderful photos that were as good as those taken by a professional photographer, leaving me with great memories.

We had lunch at a resting area near Jomon Sugi with a roof, and despite the heavy bags, they brought hot water and instant cocoa, which tasted really good.

Even as a solo participant, I was able to bond with the other members climbing together, which I think is a wonderful aspect of this tour. Jomon Sugi was divine and moving, but every view along the way was beautiful and left a lasting impression on me. I'm glad I participated. It was a challenging journey, but I hope to join again if I can. Thank you very much.

天候が悪く、最初からレンタルのレインコートを上下着て参加しました。
受け渡しの空港でサイズ確認をした際に、シューズに比べてレインコートは適当だったので不安だったのですが、靴もレインコートもぴったりで清潔でよかったです。逆にぴったりすぎて、普通のズボンの上からは履けなそうだし、途中で着替える時はどうするんだろうと疑問に思いました。バックパックは割と使い古された感はありました。
思った以上に汗をかくので、気になる方はレインコートは持参した方がいいのかもしれません。

ガイドの方のペース配分が、黙々と一気に進んだり、休憩して談笑したりする切り替えが絶妙で、全く疲れないわけではないですが、疲れを感じにくかったです。（ホテルに帰ってから疲れが襲ってきましたｗ）
プロカメラマン並みの素敵な写真もたくさん撮ってくださっていい思い出を残すことができました。
縄文杉近くの屋根がある休憩所でお昼を食べたのですが、重い荷物にも関わらず、お湯とインスタントのココアを持ってきてくださっていて、それがとても美味しく感じました。

一人参加でもいつの間にか一緒に上るメンバーと打ち解けることができるので、それもこのツアーの素敵なところだと思います。
縄文杉も神々しくて感動したのですが、道中のどの景色を切り取っても美しくてずっと胸打たれていました。
参加してよかったです。大変な道のりでしたが、また参加できたらいいなと思います。ありがとうございました。

This was my first time using a bus tour. I didn't have time to do much research and was thinking about how to explore Okinawa when I found this tour. It was a tour focused on the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, and the price was reasonable, so I decided on it right away. As a result, I had the best time. The bus was clean, and I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Okinawa very comfortably. I didn't expect the bus to be this enjoyable. I would like to use a different tour next time as well.

今回初めてバスツアーを使ってみました。というのも下調べの時間がなく、どうやって沖縄観光をしようか考えていた時このツアーを見つけました。美ら海水族館をメインにしたツアーで価格もお手頃で即決しました。結果最高の時間を過ごせました。バスも清潔感があり、とても楽に沖縄を観光することが出来ました。バスがこんなに楽とは思いませんでした。次回もまた違うツアーを利用したいと思ってます。

The guide was extremely kind. The mountains of Hell Valley in Noboribetsu, the bears at the bear ranch, the soup curry at Lake Toya, and the ice sculptures at Lake Shikotsu were all great.

ガイドは超親切です。登別の地獄谷の山、熊牧場の熊、洞爺湖のスープカレー、支笏湖の氷像は全部よくなりました。

During the boat and bus rides, as well as in the water buffalo cart crossing to Yufushima, I enjoyed the staff's flexible explanations without getting bored. The amazing scenery that you can't see on the mainland was the best. Even though I was traveling alone, I had a great time without feeling bored at all.

移動中のボートやバスの中、由布島に渡る水牛車の中と退屈する事なくスタッフの臨機応変な説明が良く楽しめました。本土では見ることのない素晴らしい景色が見れて最高でした。一人旅でしたが全然退屈する事なく楽しかったです。

The bus guide and driver were considerate of my mother, who has difficulty walking, and that was a great help.

This was my first time participating. It started with the polite service from Ishigaki Island Dream Tourism, and after arriving at Iriomote Island, we smoothly enjoyed a mangrove cruise with breathtaking scenery that was truly moving. The person explaining things on the boat was also fun and enjoyable. Next, we rode a water buffalo cart to Yubu Island, and the stories from the water buffalo cart driver, along with the shamisen and songs, were all fantastic! I was amazed at how smart and cute the water buffalo were! On Yubu Island, there were water buffalo that you could touch, and I was allowed to pet their horns and bodies. The weather was great, so the scenery was wonderful, and I was healed by the plants and butterflies, allowing me to spend a lovely time. I wish I had a bit more time on Yubu Island. The entire tour was really enjoyable, and the conversations were fun and friendly. I'm so glad I participated in this tour! I made great memories! If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to use this service.

初めて参加させて頂きました。まずは石垣島ドリーム観光の方の丁寧な接客からはじまり西表島に到着後もスムーズにマングローブ遊覧、素晴らしい景色が広がり感動。遊覧船で説明してくれる方も楽しくてよかったです。続いて水牛車に乗って由布島へ水牛車の方のお話、三味線、歌、全て最高でした！水牛がすごく賢くてかわいいのに驚きでした！由布島では触れる水牛がいてツノや体を触らせてもらえたり、お天気がよかったので景色も最高で植物、蝶にも癒され素敵な時間を過ごせました。もう少し由布島で時間があったらよかったなー。ツアー全体は本当に楽しくて、お話も楽しく親しみやすくこのツアーに参加して本当によかった！いい思い出がでしました！また機会があったら是非、利用したいです。
