Shirakawa-go was much larger than I expected, and there were buildings to visit, so I was able to explore to my satisfaction since I had enough time.
The Hida beef grilled with miso on a magnolia leaf for lunch was very delicious.
Gokayama, unlike Shirakawa-go, was a very quiet village, small and really nice.

I was surprised that half of the participants were foreigners.

白川郷は思ったよりかなり広く、見学できる建物もありましたが、十分時間を取っているので、満足行くまで見学できました。
昼食の飛騨牛の朴葉味噌焼きはとっても美味しかったです。
五箇山は白川郷とは違い、とっても静かな集落で、こじんまりしていてすごく良かったです。

参加者の半分が外国人だったのには驚きました。

I participated alone, but being by myself allowed me to communicate more with the other tour members, which was really enjoyable. Since there were many foreigners, I was able to talk with people from various countries, and it felt like I was experiencing an overseas trip even though it was domestic travel, which was a great benefit. The male guide was from China, and he was kind and funny, which was nice. I think this course would have been difficult to cover in a day without the tour. It was packed with activities, but the itinerary was easy and comfortable.

一人での参加でしたが、ツアーの方々と一人だからこそコミュニケーショを取る機会が多くなってとても楽しかったです。
外国の方が多かったことで、色々な国の方とお話ができて、国内旅行でありながら、海外旅行も味わえた感じで、得しました。
男性のガイドさんは、中国の方でしたが、親切で面白くてよかったです。
このコースは、ツアーでなければ一日で、回れるコースではなかったとおもいます。盛りだくさんでしたが、無理のない楽ちんな行程でした。

I was able to see popular tourist spots in Kyoto in one day, but it was raining, so I was disappointed that I couldn't take good photos. Since they guided us to places close to transportation, meals, and hotels, I think this kind of tour is much less burdensome than sightseeing on my own. I would like to make a reservation here again for my next visit to Kyoto.

京都の人気観光地を一日で観ることが出来ましたが、雨でしたので写真が上手く撮れなかったのが残念でした。移動やお食事、ホテルに近い場所へ案内してくれましたので個人で観光するよりこうしたツアーの方が負担にならずとても良いと思いました。次回の京都観光でもまたこちらにて予約したいと思います。

I went with my mother in her 80s. The guide from Shanghai, who spoke Japanese, Chinese, and English, was very kind and explained things well. The weather was nice, and we had a great time!

日本語・中国語・英語を話せる上海出身のガイドさんは、とても親切。説明も上手でした。
天気も良くて楽しめましたよー♪

I was able to enjoy the sights of Tokyo from an open bus, experiencing the scenery from a different height! The guide's stories were interesting, and I was satisfied to leisurely view the cherry blossom spots from the bus! Since even small children were having fun, I think it's also recommended for families! It was just the right timing as the rain had stopped, allowing us to enjoy the cherry blossoms.

都内の見所をオープンバスで回ってもらい、いつもと違った高さから景色を楽しむことができました！ガイドさんのお話も面白く、桜の名所をバスから悠々と眺められ満足です！小さなお子さんも楽しんでいたので、家族連れでもおすすめかと思います！ちょうど雨も止んでいるタイミングで、お花見ができました。

I was told there would be a confirmation call the day before, but when I received the call, I was informed that many people would be coming the next day and it would be crowded, so I was asked to check the email they sent. No matter what I asked, I was told to check the email. That email was sent shortly before the call, so I felt anxious before even going, thinking that if they had sent the email earlier, I could have checked the contents and asked questions.

On the day of the tour, the guide spoke in a way that suggested they didn't want us to take breaks, saying things like, "We have the next stop in 45 minutes," and when I went to the restroom, I was told to hurry because I was late, which felt sarcastic. Then, at Jomon Sugi, we spent 30 minutes, and while talking with others from the tour, we mentioned that it was raining and cold, and we didn't need that much time. After returning, we were made to wait while the guide chatted with other guides.

On the way back, the breaks were excessively long, and I thought that if we had this much time, we could have taken a restroom break on the way there. The time management was not great. After reaching the goal, the guide said, "When you get back, have fun talking bad about your mom," which made me feel very sad. I admit I walked slowly, but I pushed myself to walk for over 10 hours for a once-in-a-lifetime memory, and to be spoken to like that was disheartening. I made the reservation here because other tour companies were fully booked, but I will never use this service again.

前日に確認の電話があると書いてありましたが、電話がかかってきたら、明日は沢山の人がきて混んでいるので、メールを送ったので見てくださいと言われ、何を聞いてもメールを見てと言われました。そのメールも電話の少し前に送られてたので、もっと早くにメールを送ってくれたら、内容を確認してから質問できたのにと、行く前から不安を覚えました。当日は、ガイドさんから、トイレ休憩や水汲みなど、45分後に次があるので、など、あまり行って欲しくないような言い方をされ、トイレに行くと、遅くなったので急ぎましょうとか嫌味を言われました。かと思うと、縄文杉で30分も時間を取り、他のツアーの方と、雨が降って寒いし、早く帰りたいので30分も要らないのにねと話して、戻っても、他のガイドさんと話していて待たされました。帰りはやたら休憩が長く、こんなに時間があったなら、行きのトイレの時間を取れたはずなのに、時間配分がイマイチでした。ゴールに着いた後、最後に、「帰ったらお母さんの悪口で盛り上がってね」と言われ、とても悲しい気持ちになりました。確かに私も歩くのが遅かったと思いますが、一生の思い出にと頑張って10時間以上歩いたのに、そんな言われ方をして悲しいです。他のツアー会社が一杯だったのに、こちらは空いていたので予約したのですが、2度と使いません。

It was rainy, so I had to use an umbrella while sightseeing, which made it a bit difficult to take photos from the observation deck, and that was disappointing. However, the guide provided detailed information, which added to the knowledge I had researched online, making the experience more enjoyable. There were shops and attractions I couldn't visit due to time constraints, but thanks to the fun guide, I thought I would like to visit them next time I have the opportunity.

The bus ride was comfortable as well. There were also foreign visitors, and the English explanations were helpful for my learning. I felt a great sense of unity among everyone participating in the tour, which was very nice.

雨だったので傘を差しての観光だったので、展望台からの景色の写真が少しとりづらかったのが残念でした。しかし、ガイドさんが細かい情報を教えてくれたので、自分でネットで調べた知識にプラスされてより楽しめました。時間がなくて行けなかったお店や見所も、楽しいガイドのおかげで、また機会があったときに訪れようと思いました。
バスの乗りごごちも快適でした。外国人の方もいらしたのですが、英語の説明もあって自分も勉強になりました。このツアーに参加したみんなが楽しめるような一体感が伝わってきて、大変良かったです。

At the photo spot, the guide took pictures for us, creating wonderful memories. They shared interesting information about Yakushima's characteristics, the plants, and the highlights of the area, which I found very engaging. The moss-covered forest was also fantastic, but the journey to get there was mystical and very healing.

Since I usually don't move around much, the half-day course at Shiratani Unsuikyo was just right for me.

撮影スポットでは、ガイドさんが写真を撮ってくれていい思い出が残りました。
屋久島の特徴や、植物の事、その場の見どころなどを話して頂き、とても興味深かったです。
苔むす森もとても良かったですが、そこに行くまでも道のりも神秘的でとても癒されました。

普段、動くことが少ないので、白谷雲水峡の半日コースでちょうどよかったです。

The tour was rainy all day. Since I had experienced it once before, I was able to appreciate the beauty of the rain. I got to enjoy the rain at Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu Temple, and Kinkaku-ji. The bamboo grove is definitely better in sunny weather!

Since I have received exceptional service from ANA on board since I was young, I was sure that this tour would be a wonderful experience...!

I thought so, but not only were the facilities beautiful and amazing, but the warm hospitality from the cabin crew and staff at ANA Blue Base made me feel the greatness of ANA's management philosophy of "Safety, Warmth, Brightness, and Energy!" to the fullest. It was a thoroughly satisfying day.

The water buffalo was so cute! I took a picture with it, and even though I didn't plan to buy anything, after seeing the photo, I ended up purchasing it. There was no smell at all, and the guide's stories were interesting, which made it really enjoyable. The bus guide was also very entertaining, and a crowned eagle appeared by chance and he told us about it. I highly recommend it!

I wanted to visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium since I couldn't drive, so that was my main goal. However, the Submarine Jr. II at Kouri Island, where you can see the beautiful underwater scenery, was more enjoyable than I expected. It was a full-day tour, and I got tired from the sun and heat, but I recommend it for those who want to visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium but can't drive.

免許が無いので運転はできない状況で美ら海水族館に行きたかったのでそれがメインでしたが、古宇利島も綺麗な海の中が見られるサブマリンJrⅡも思っていたより楽しかったです。丸一日のツアーだったのと日差しと暑さで疲れましたが、美ら海水族館に行きたいけど運転できない人にはおすすめです。

It was quite a tight tour, but the guide was very efficient in providing information. What was disappointing was the lunch. It was supposed to be a tempura set, but the tempura was completely cold and soggy, and there was not a single shrimp included in the tempura set. How about changing the name to a yudofu set? It was quite misleading advertising.

かなりタイトなツアーでしたが、ガイドの方はテキパキと案内して下さいました。
がっかりしたのは昼食です。
天ぷら御膳とありましたが、天ぷらはすっかり冷えていてべちゃっとしていましたし、天ぷら御膳なのに海老1本付いてなかったです。湯豆腐御膳と名前を変更したらどうですか？誇大広告もいいとこでした。

My 86-year-old father also participated. The boat from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island was beautiful. We were able to see plenty of mangroves, and the guide, who was also the bus driver from the port to Yubu Island, was entertaining, making it one of my memorable experiences on Iriomote Island. We rode on water buffalo, and we had enough free time to explore Yubu Island, so I was very satisfied.

86歳の父も参加しました。石垣島から西表島までの船も綺麗。マングローブも思う存分見れたし、船着場から由布島までのバスの運転手さん兼ガイドの方のガイドが面白おかしくて西表島の思い出の一つになりました。水牛に乗ったり、由布島も自由行動で十分見れましたし、大満足です。

I visited two World Heritage sites, Gokayama and Shirakawa-go, and experienced the differences between the villages and their history firsthand. The tour participants included just the two of us Japanese, along with about ten people from China. Our guide provided detailed explanations in Japanese just for us, and since we were the only ones, we could easily ask questions, which helped us understand Gokayama, Shirakawa-go, and the gassho-zukuri style very well.

Gokayama's Ainokura had quite a bit of snow, giving it a very rustic feel, and it seemed like there were no other tourists besides us. Shirakawa-go had a larger number and scale of gassho-zukuri buildings, with many tourists, and there were plenty of places to eat and souvenir shops.

We extended our visit to Kan town, took photos of the three gassho-zukuri houses, toured the inside of the Kanda and Wada houses, and enjoyed eating sweet red bean soup at the folk village, making the most of our time. Finally, we were taken to an observation deck where we could view Shirakawa-go from above, and overall, it was a very satisfying tour.

五箇山、白川郷、２つの世界遺産を訪ねて、それぞれの集落の違い、歴史を肌で感じたツアーでした。
ツアーの参加者は、日本人は私たち2人、他は中国の方が10人ほどでした。ガイドさんが私達のために日本語で丁寧に説明してくださり、また私達だけなので質問も気軽にでき、五箇山、白川郷、合掌作りについてとてもよくわかりました。
五箇山相倉は雪もかなり積もっていて、とても素朴で観光客も私達以外はいないという感じでした。
白川郷は合掌造りの建物の数も規模も大きく、観光客も多く、食事ができるところ、お土産屋さんも充実していました。
かん町まで足を伸ばし、合掌造りの建物が3軒だけの写真を撮ったり、神田家、和田家の合掌造りの中を見学したり、民家園でお汁粉を食べたり、時間が足りないくらい満喫しました。
さらに最後に展望台まで連れて行っていただき、上から白川郷を眺めて、とにかく大満足のツアーでした。

This was my first time climbing a mountain. I was a bit anxious since I participated alone, but there were others who also joined solo, so I didn't feel lonely and was able to complete the climb! The guide was very kind and frequently checked in with us, which made me feel secure while climbing. The photos the guide took were really beautiful and became the best memories! I would like to rely on this tour again the next time I participate! Thank you very much!!

I participated because I wanted to explore the sights without a car. It was fun to see various places with explanations, but I wished I had a bit more free time, especially at places like Kabira Bay. When I got on the glass-bottom boat, there was hardly any time to do anything.

車なしで見どころを回りたかったので参加しました。色々解説付きでみれたのは楽しかったけど、川平湾などでもう少し自由時間が欲しかったです。グラスボートに乗ったら何もする時間がないくらいでした。

The guide sang songs for us, and the bus arrived on time, making it a very pleasant trip. The content of the tour was also not bad.

ガイドさんが歌を歌ってくれたり、時間通りにバスが来て、とても気分が良い旅行でした。ツアーの内容も悪くは無い内容でした。

This time, although it was cloudy and drizzling, the gassho-zukuri was wonderful. I visited 40 years ago and 20 years ago, and the "gassho-zukuri" remains unchanged. I'm grateful that it has been preserved until now. Moreover, it's simple and nice to see that people are actually living and farming there. Additionally, almost half of the tourists are foreigners. As expected, this is the effect of being a World Heritage site. I'm also thankful to learn from the contributor Taut's book "Rediscovering the Beauty of Japan."

今回、曇天や霧雨だったけど、合掌造りは素晴らしかった。
私は、４０年前、２０年前に訪れましたが、そこには変わらない「合掌造り」がありました。
よくぞ今まで残していただきました。
しかも素朴で、実際、農業を営み生活してるのがいいです。
なお、観光客のほぼ半分は外国人です。さすが世界遺産効果です。
貢献者のタウトの著「日本美の再発見」からも学べて感謝です。

On the first day of our arrival in Yakushima, we were picked up at the airport and efficiently accessed Yakusugi Land and the Jomon Sugi. We left our luggage on the microbus and enjoyed the 50-minute course at Yakusugi Land, and on the way back, we were taken to our accommodation. We were very satisfied with the guide who taught us about Yakushima.

First Bus Tour
We usually travel by car, but as we are approaching 60 years old, the bus tour was very comfortable for us as a couple.
In one day, we were able to leisurely visit four places: Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama.
Fushimi Inari, which I had always wanted to visit, was just as I had imagined, with its stunning tunnel of torii gates.
On this day, Kiyomizu Temple and Kinkaku-ji were very crowded, so I think traveling by train and bus would have been quite tiring.
I'm glad we chose the bus tour.

When the tour guide spotted us while we were sightseeing, they kindly asked if we wanted to take a photo, and they took a picture of the two of us, which became a wonderful memory.

いつも車での旅行でしたが、もうすぐ６０才になる私達
夫婦にはバスツアーはとても楽でした
1日で伏見稲荷、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山、4ヵ所も
揺ったりと見学出来ました
私の一番行きたいと思っていた伏見稲荷は
思っていた通り、鳥居のトンネルが素晴らしかったです
この日は清水寺、金閣寺がとても混んでいたので
電車やバスの移動では、とても疲れたと思います
バスツアーで良かったです

I visited Shirakawa-go for the first time during the March holiday. It was a perfectly clear day with no clouds, and a light jacket was just the right amount of warmth. I thought the snow would have melted by now, but there were still patches of snow in areas that weren't exposed to the sun. On the mountain path leading to the observation deck, I was able to touch the cold melting snowmelt flowing from the mountainside, which made me feel the change of seasons.

3月の連休に初めて白川郷を訪れました。
雲ひとつない快晴で、薄手の上着1枚がちょうど良いあたたかさでした。もう雪は溶けているかなと思っていたのですが、陽の当たらないところに所々雪が残っていました。
展望台に続く山道では山肌から流れる冷たい雪解け水を触って、季節の移ろいを感じられてよかったです。

Shirakawa-go, which I had wanted to visit but found difficult to access, was a wonderful experience. The weather was so nice, with bright sunshine and a bit of snow still remaining in Shirakawa-go. I was able to smoothly experience and stroll through the Sagara village in Gokayama as well. The lunch was also very delicious, making it a fulfilling day that I was glad to participate in.

I especially want to thank Mr. Yamazaki, our tour guide, and the interpreter, who provided clear and easy-to-understand guidance, allowing us to feel at ease throughout the trip. If anyone around me is thinking of visiting Shirakawa-go, I would definitely recommend your tour! Thank you very much.

アクセスがなかなか難しくいきたいと思いつつ訪ねられていなかった白川郷。
太陽が眩しいくらいの良いお天気でまだ雪の少し残る白川郷内、また五箇山の相良集落を手際の良い流れでスムーズに体験、また散策させていただくことができました。
お昼ご飯も大変美味しく、参加してよかったなと思える盛りだくさんの1日でした。
特に添乗員できてくださった山崎様、また通訳の方も丁寧でとてもわかりやすい案内をしてくださり安心して過ごすことができました。
もし、周りに白川郷を見にいきたいと思っている人がいたら御社のツアーをぜひおすすめしたいと思います！

The Outer Shrine aside, the Inner Shrine has more than enough time allocated, with three hours set aside. I extended my visit to Sarutahiko Shrine.
The meals are very much geared towards tours, so don't expect too much.

外宮はともかく、内宮は3時間と十分すぎる時間が確保されている。自分は猿田彦神社まで足を延ばしました。
食事はツアー向けのいかにも、という内容で、過度な期待はできません。

This is the best tour because you can visit both Takayama and Shirakawa-go in one day. The bus guide's commentary is kept to a minimum. While this may be a matter of personal preference, I had no issues with that style. There was also plenty of time at each location.

高山・白川郷の両方を1日で回れるという意味で、最高のツアーです。バスガイドの案内も必要最小限です。これは好みが分かれるとは思いますが、自分はそのスタイルで問題なかったです。各地の時間も十分にありました。

I used the Sky Hop Bus for the first time.

★Morning Blue Course → Bought a lunch bento at Marunouchi Building → Thought about where to get off while riding the first Red Course → Moved seats without getting off the Red Course → For the second time, got off at the place I had thought of during the first ride and enjoyed a late lunch while taking in the scenery → Returned to Marunouchi on the Red Course… it was very nice★ The Green Course is close to my home, and I've been there many times, but since the frequency is low, I avoided taking it this time. (I made a reservation based on the cherry blossom forecast, but only early-blooming cherry blossoms were out… this is natural, so it doesn't affect my evaluation.)

I misunderstood that I could only ride from the Marunouchi ticket center with just the voucher, so I had some questions and called in advance. They answered my questions politely. The staff who were waiting when I arrived also provided accurate advice for my questions, thank you very much. It was very helpful. The guides varied by person. Some provided commentary in Japanese and English in addition to the earphone announcements (like "If you turn at this intersection, you can see the Tokyo Skytree right in front of you") and would announce the next bus stop, while others had almost no guidance and were quite silent. It seems there are no set rules. When I asked questions, some would summarize the key points, while others loved to talk and wouldn't stop… I was a bit confused by the constant chatter since I wanted to enjoy the scenery. Since there were many foreigners, I wonder if it was easier for us Japanese to talk? But overall, I was satisfied. Although I live in Tokyo, I thought I could go anytime, yet I rarely visit places like this, so I highly recommend it. I had a refreshing time enjoying the beautiful views and smiles of spring. I truly enjoyed the post-COVID Tokyo experience. I talked with my friends about wanting to try the autumn foliage course next time. Thank you for your assistance!

スカイホップバスを初めて利用しました。

★朝のブルーコース→ 丸ビルでお弁当ランチ購入→１度目赤コースを乗車しながら降りたいところを考える→赤コース降りないで席移動→２度目は、１度目に考えた場所で降車して景色を観ながら遅めのランチ→赤コースで丸の内へ戻る…とても良かったです★緑コースは家から近く何度も行ったところですし、緑は本数が少なくて時間が合わす乗車を回避しました。（開花予報で予約しましたが、桜は早咲きのみ…これは自然のことなので、評価には入ってません）

バウチャーだけでは、丸の内のチケットセンターのみの乗車しか出来ないのかと勘違いして、疑問がわき、事前に電話で問い合わせしました。丁寧に答えてくださいました。着いた時に待っててくださったスタッフの方も質問に的確にアドバイスくださり、ありがとうございました。とても助かりました。ガイドさんは人によって違いました。イヤホンのアナウンスとは別に日本語と英語でガイドしてくださったり（この交差点を曲がると目の前にスカイツリーが観えますとか）次は○○バス停ですと声掛けしてくださる方と、ほぼガイドなし、シーンとしている方で様々で、決まりはないようです。質問した時には まとめて要所を答えてくださる方と、お話が好きで止まらない方…景色を観たいので、話が止まらないのは少々困惑しました。外国の方々が多いので日本人の私たちは話しやすかったのかしら？でも総合的に満足でした。東京在住ですが、いつでも行けると思い、そうは言っても実はなかなか行かないところを周ってくださるのでオススメです。展望良く笑顔の多い春の時間を過ごせ、リフレッシュできました。コロナ明けのthe東京 改めて満喫させてもらいました。また秋の紅葉コース行ってみたいなって友人と話しました。お世話になりました！

It was a great opportunity to enjoy a view of the sea in Ishigaki Island, have a delicious lunch, and exchange information with the people I met there. The guide's sanshin performance and singing were also wonderful. I made great memories.

石垣島の海を一望したり美味しいお昼を食べたり、そこで出会えた方と情報交換できたりいい機会でした。ガイドさんの三線と歌も良かったです。良い思い出ができました。

I went with my second-grade son, and it seemed a bit difficult for him. However, I think it was great that we could see various things, like the inside of the cockpit and the size of the airplane tires. We also got to see the training process.

2年生の息子と行ったのですが、ちょっと難しかったようです。でも、コックピットの中の様子や飛行機のタイヤの大きさなど、いろいろと見れて良かったかと思います。訓練の様子も見れました。
