I could see that the employees of ANA consistently provide better service to customers and thoroughly manage safety during my visit. If possible, I think it would have been a more memorable and enjoyable experience if there had been just one experience corner where we could try out the emergency evacuation slide.

ANAの従業員の皆様方が常日頃から、お客様によりよいサービスを提供し、安全管理も徹底している様子が、見学した中で見てとれました。
できれば、一つだけ体験コーナーを設け、緊急時の脱出シュートの体験だけでもやっていただけたら、もっと記憶に残る楽しい体験になったのかなと思います。

I wished I could have stayed at the market a little longer, but with such a packed itinerary at this price, I had no complaints—it was an incredible value. Unlike a sightseeing bus, the compact size allowed for better maneuverability, and the driver's skills were impressive, smoothly navigating narrow roads at a speed that felt like I was in my own car, which was really great! I definitely want to do this again!

市場がもう少し滞在時間長かったらな…って思ったくらいで、この価格でコレだけ盛りだくさんの行程連れてってもらえたらコスパ良すぎでなんの不満もありませんでした。
観光バスと違ってコンパクトなので、小回りもきいてて、運転手さんの運転技術もいいのか細い道もさくさく運転してくれ、マイカーで行ってるくらいのスピード感で、それも凄く良かったです！
また絶対リピートしたいです！

We participated as a family of four. The tour guide's stories were interesting and filled with useful information, making our time on the bus enjoyable. In Shirakawa-go, which welcomed spring, we had a generous two and a half hours for exploration, allowing us to fully appreciate the gassho-zukuri village. The lunch we had in a renovated room on the second floor of a gassho-zukuri house, featuring Hida beef with bamboo leaves, mountain vegetables, and soba, was delicious, and we left Shirakawa-go feeling satisfied. In the afternoon, we explored the gassho-zukuri village in Gokayama. We heard various stories about Gokayama's gassho-zukuri during the bus ride, which was very informative. The final break included a fun experience of grilling white shrimp rice crackers, and the over eight-hour bus tour was never boring; we thoroughly enjoyed the day. Thank you very much.

Actually, this was a tour I had initially booked three years ago in spring but had to cancel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It felt like a long-awaited assignment after three years, and I am very satisfied to have finally participated in the tour to the gassho-zukuri.

家族4人で参加しました。添乗員の方のお話は面白く且つためになる情報満載で、バスでの移動中も楽しい時間を過ごせました。春を迎えた白川郷では散策時間が2時間半たっぷり取られており、合掌造り集落を堪能することができました。合掌造りの2階をリノベーションしたお部屋で頂いた飛騨牛の朴葉味噌に山菜、蕎麦などの昼食も美味しく、満足して白川郷を後に。午後は五箇山の合掌造り集落を散策。五箇山の合掌造りについてもバスの車中でいろいろなお話を伺い大変有益でした。最後の休憩を兼ねた白海老煎餅焼き体験も楽しく、8時間余りのバスツアーは退屈することもなく、一日楽しませて頂きました。どうもありがとうございました。
実は3年前の春にも一旦予約しておきながら、コロナ禍のためやむなくキャンセルしたツアーだったのでした。今回3年越しの宿題という感じでしたが念願の合掌造りへのツアーに参加させて頂くことができて、大変満足しています。

Honestly, the ANA Blue Hangar Tour, which offers a close-up view of the actual aircraft for free, is more impressive. While it was indeed a valuable experience to visit a facility that trains the people who support aircraft operations, the areas viewed through glass are not necessarily occupied by trainees, which does create a somewhat lonely feeling of empty spaces.

正直、無料で実機が目の前に迫るANA Blue Hangar Tourの方が感動します。確かに航空機運航を支える人々を養成する施設を見学出来るのは貴重な体験でしたが、ガラス越しに観る各エリアは必ずしも研修生が受講中である訳ではないので、寂しい空室感は否めません。

It became one of the best memories of my trip to Ishigaki Island. The scenery of Taketomi Island is something you can't see on Ishigaki Island, and it was very soothing for my heart. The cows were also incredibly gentle and cute. I was able to take pictures with them too.

石垣島旅行の中でも最高の思い出になりました。
竹富島の風景は石垣島では見られないもので、とても心が癒されました。牛さんもすごい温厚で可愛くて。一緒に写真も撮れました。

I have participated in the ANA Blue Hangar Tour several times, but this training facility has always been a dream of mine. I was impressed by the visit to the training facilities for ground staff, cabin crew, flight crew, and maintenance personnel, especially the flight simulators, which are equipped for various aircraft types, demonstrating their constant efforts to improve safety. However, it was unfortunate that I took home the locker key that was handed to me at check-in without any confirmation from the staff on my way out. I wish there had been a brief reminder.

ANA Blue Hangar Tourには、何度か参加したことは有りますが、この訓練施設は憧れでした。
グランドスタッフ、客室乗務員、運行乗務員、整備士訓練施設などを見学、特にフライトシュミレーターは機種事に揃え、常に安全性向上に努めている姿に感心しました。
ただ残念なことに、受付時渡されたロッカーの鍵、帰りにスタッフからの確認がなく持ち帰ってしまいました。一言お声掛けが有ればと思います。

I was able to visit three islands in one day and had various experiences such as riding a water buffalo cart and a glass-bottom boat. It didn't feel too much like a tour in a good way, and I appreciated having some free time as well. Thank you very much!

I brought along someone from abroad. I was very anxious since I didn't know much about Kyoto, but the person in charge was incredibly attentive and provided various ideas, which really helped me. Unfortunately, the Yakusugi trekking was canceled due to rain, but instead, I was taken to Shiratani Unsuikyo.
Because the rain was heavy, we couldn't reach the highlight, Taiko Rock, but the guide provided an excellent experience within the accessible area.
The guide had a wealth of knowledge about the vegetation and history, which was wonderful.
After leaving Shiratani Unsuikyo, we still had some time left, and the guide kindly offered to take us to another place if we wanted, showing great attentiveness and a strong service spirit.
I would love to have the opportunity to try the Yakusugi trekking again.

あいにく、雨で屋久杉トレッキングは中止になってしまったのですが、代わりに白谷雲水峡に連れて行っていただきました。
雨が強かったため、白谷雲水峡も目玉の太鼓岩までは行けなかったのですが、行ける範囲内で目一杯ガイドしていただきました。
植生や歴史に関して豊富な知識をお持ちのガイドさんで素晴らしかったです。
白谷雲水峡を出てからも当初の時間が余っていたため、他にどこか行きたいところがあれば案内する旨お申し出いただくなど、本当に丁寧でサービス精神旺盛なガイドさんで良かったです。
また機会があれば、屋久杉トレッキングリベンジしたいです。

It was a tour with three groups, but thanks to our guide, Mr. Mitsuhashi, it was friendly from the start! During the tour, he adjusted our schedule to avoid overlapping with the other groups, allowing us to have plenty of time for photos!

３グループでのツアーでしたが、ガイドのミツハシさんのおかげでスタートからフレンドリー！ツアー中は他グループの動きを見て、ポイントで被らないよう調整してくださり、十分な撮影時間を確保することができました！

It was great that we could efficiently visit multiple tourist spots. The positive aspect is that although the schedule was tight, we were able to go to several places in one day. It was enjoyable to see various sights within a limited time, reminiscent of a school trip.

On the downside, the lunch was not good. I made a reservation thinking it would be difficult to find a place to eat since all the restaurants would be crowded if we didn't include lunch, but the cold dengaku, lukewarm yudofu, and the overall taste of the dishes were disappointing, and I couldn't eat much... It left a negative impression. Additionally, some foreign tourists were not punctual, which caused delays as they didn't return on time, making it difficult for the guide who had to call out names loudly to find them.

　効率よく観光スポット巡りが出来るので良かったです。良かった点は時間はタイトですが、1日で数ヶ所に行く事が出来る事。限られた時間の中であれこれ観て回るのも修学旅行の様で楽しかったです。
残念だった点はランチが美味しくなかった事。ランチ付にしなければ　どこのお店も混んでいるので食事をとるのは難しいだろうと思い予約しましたが、冷めた田楽や煮物　ぬるい湯豆腐　お料理自体の味もイマイチで箸が進まず…良い印象は残りませんでした。他には、外国人観光客の中には時間にルーズな方がいて　毎回定刻通りに戻らないため　待たされました。ガイドさんも大声で名前を読んで探しているのが大変そうでした。

It was closer to Shirakawa-go than I expected, and I was able to get there quickly. I had planned to return by Shinkansen that day, but I had plenty of time and was able to enjoy it. Also, with lunch included at this price, I am very satisfied.

思ったより金沢から近く、サクッと白川郷まで行けました。その日に新幹線で帰る予定でしたが、十分に間に合いましたし、楽しむ事が出来ました。
また、お昼もついてこのお値段なら大満足です。

This time, I didn't rent a car, so it was my first bus tour. I was attracted to the idea of being able to visit all the spots I wanted with my kids. I appreciated the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff from Celestial Blue, including the tour guide and driver. However, the schedule was indeed tight. I felt that it might be tough unless the children are in elementary school or older, as it required strict time management. When trying to accommodate the kids' requests (for food and souvenirs), we ended up moving quickly or even dashing, so it might be easier to have prior information about the spots we were visiting. Our boys didn't mind the details, which made it easier for us. Although it was a tour, I enjoy having some time to wander around, and it's nice to have time to relax (without driving). I recommend it for those who are tired of traveling by car. Our family usually travels by car, and since our other itinerary was completely free, the time constraints felt refreshing and enjoyable. By the way, this was my first time experiencing rainy weather in Okinawa. Although we couldn't enjoy the scenery at the famous spots due to the rain, I think the number of spots we could visit and the cost were quite good. I would recommend it for those who have traveled to Okinawa several times or are okay with a bus tour. They take you along longer distances while you relax, and depending on the spots, I think I would consider repeating it next time. The kids also enjoyed it without complaints. With the number of spots on the bus tour, we were able to travel almost all over Okinawa in three days without a rental car. I am satisfied.

今回、レンタカーしなかったので初めてのバスツアー。行きたいスポットに子連れで全部行けるのが魅力的で申込みました。添乗員さん、運転手さん等セルリアンブルーのスタッフの方々の気遣い優しさが嬉しかったです。が、やはりスケジュールがタイトでした。ガッチリ時間管理して子供たちが小学生中学年以上でないと厳しいそうかなと思いました。子供達の要望（食べ物&お土産）を叶えてあげようとすると、ほぼ早歩き移動かダッシュ、事前に行くスポット情報把握した方が楽かなと。我が家は細かい事を気にしない男児でしたので楽だったのかな。ツアーだけど時間限定でぶらぶらするの好き、ぼーっと出来る時間（運転せずに移動）がある方が良い、車移動に飽きている人には、オススメです。私達家族は普段は車旅が多く、他の日程は完全フリーの旅行だったので、時間制限がなかなか新鮮で楽しかったです。ちなみに、今回雨の沖縄は初めてでした。名所が雨で景色を楽しめずでしたが、回れるスポット数、金額的には良かったかなと思います。何回か沖縄旅行行ってる方や、バスツアーで良いと割り切ってる方にはオススメかなと思います。割と長距離をぼーっとしながら連れて行ってくれるので、私はスポットによりけりですが、次回もリピートするのありかなと思っています。子供達も文句なく楽しんでいました。バスツアーのスポット数もあり、３日間の旅で、レンタカー無し、ほぼ沖縄全土移動出来ました。満足です。

Walking across the tidal flats to the island on a water buffalo cart was a first-time experience for me. I honestly didn't have high expectations for the lunch bento, but it was made with many local specialties and was delicious.

水牛車で干潟を歩いて島に渡るという体験は初めてでした。お昼ごはんのお弁当も、正直期待していなかったのですが名産品などを多く使用しており、美味しく頂けました。

My mother and I had a great time sightseeing. The guide and the driver were kind. Although the sightseeing stops felt a bit short, the views from the bus window were amazing, so it turned out to be just the right itinerary for the day. Perhaps the left side of the bus had a better view of Mount Yotei.

ひとつひとつの停車観光時間が短い気もしましたが、車窓からの眺めが最高だったので、結果的に1日ちょうどいい行程でした。バスは左側の席が羊蹄山がよく見えたのかもしれません。

The tour guide was a Chinese bus tour guide who spoke Japanese well and was very friendly. I was very satisfied with the tour, and what stood out the most was that although we only had one hour for lunch at Lake Toya, following the guide led us to a delicious hidden gem for a meal at a lower price. I had a scallop rice bowl for just one coin, and for an additional 100 yen, I enjoyed a miso soup with young scallops. However, most of the participants were Taiwanese and Korean, with me being the only Japanese person. Thanks to this, I was able to splurge on souvenirs and also enjoy a foot bath.

中国人バスツアーガイドさんだったが日本語も上手くフレンドリーな方で、ツアーは十分満足で、特に印象強いのは、洞爺湖でのお昼時間1時間しか無いが、ガイドさんについて行った方が安くて美味しい穴場の食事が楽しめた。1コインでホタテ丼。プラス100円でホタテの稚貝の味噌汁。
ただし、ほとんどが台湾、韓国人で、日本人は私1人だけ。
おかげでお土産代も奮発でき、足湯にも浸かることが出来た。

If I were younger, I would have wanted to join here and become a CA. It's such a wonderful, cool, and rewarding job. I also take pride in my current work. I've gotten used to the feeling of returning to my original motivation and doing my best.

若ければここに入ってCAになりたかった。それくらい素敵で格好良くやりがいのある仕事です。私も今の仕事に誇りを持っています。新たな気持ち初心に返り頑張ります、という気持ちに慣れました。

The aquarium was great, and the views from Kouri Island and Manzamo were amazing! The guide gave us various tips, and the shopping was spot on! Thank you so much!

From check-in, the service was so attentive that it felt like I was really at an airport. All the staff greeted us with smiles, which made it very relaxing to tour the facility. Since it was around lunchtime, I thought there wouldn't be any training sessions, but I was very happy to see several training activities taking place. I was particularly surprised to see both pilot simulators in use for training. The guide was an active flight attendant who taught us a lot. We also got to take some photos at the end. I was impressed to realize that thanks to the thorough training of the ANA staff, we can board airplanes with peace of mind. I definitely recommend everyone to visit!

チェックインから丁寧な対応でまるで本当の空港にいるみたいな感じでした。スタッフの方々も皆さん笑顔で対応して頂きとてもリラックスして見学できました。ちょうどお昼にかかる時間帯だったので訓練はしていないだろうなぁと思いましたが幾つかの訓練をしているのが見学出来てとても嬉しかったです。なかでもパイロットのシュミレーターが2台とも訓練していたのに驚きました。案内してくれた方は現役のCAさんで色々と教えてくれました。写真も撮ってもらい最後でした。ここでANAのみなさんがしっかりと訓練しているおかげで私達が安心して飛行機に乗れるんだなぁと感心しました。是非みなさん見学する事をおすすめします。

Visiting the actual training facility was simply enjoyable! The flight attendant who guided us answered all my questions promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable, which was wonderful. I definitely want to participate in the tour again.

The time management was very good, and it was nice to see everything smoothly. I think that guides in overseas tours tend to provide more detailed explanations compared to Japanese guides. If they could provide more in-depth explanations, I believe it would make the long journey more enjoyable without getting bored. Both the guide and the driver were very considerate, which was great. I think if the company prepared detailed scripts in both Japanese and English, it would make things easier for both the Japanese and English guides.

時間配分も、とても良かったし、サクサクと、見れて良かったです。
海外などのガイドを見ると、日本のガイドより詳しくいろいろと説明してくれる傾向があると思います。
掘り下げた説明をもっとしてもらうと長い道中飽きずに楽しめると思います。
ガイドさんも運転手さんもとても気遣いができて良かったです。会社が詳しい脚本を日本語版と英語版と作って渡しておけば、日本語ガイドさんも英語ガイドさんもラクだと思います。

My impression as soon as I entered the "Kirei" was that the infection control measures and cleaning were thoroughly done, and everything was sparkling clean.

The tour was guided by someone who works as a flight attendant. With their polite explanations and cheerful pace, my third-grade son was able to enjoy the visit as well. I understood well that there are many "verification" tasks involved in the job, and it made me realize how our lives are protected because of them.

Next time, I hope to participate in a factory tour and work experience as well!

「キレ～イ」館内に入った瞬間の感想です。
感染対策もお掃除もしっかりされていて、どこを見てもピカピカでした。

ツアーは、客室乗務員のお仕事をされている方が案内して下さいました。
丁寧な説明と明るい進行で、小学3年生の息子も楽しく見学することが出来ました。お仕事には、たくさんの「確認」作業があり、そのお陰で私たちの命は守られていることがよく分かりました。

次回は、機体工場見学やお仕事体験も、参加できればと思います！
　

It's a unique experience to be able to visit so many places in just one day on a tour! Even the small troubles faced by guests were handled smoothly thanks to the wonderful support from our tour guide. Bravo! Hiro, our guide, was fantastic, and his personality and work ethic made for a memorable experience.

I believe there were participants from five different countries? Everyone was smart, and the bus environment was pleasant from start to finish. It's understandable why this tour is popular, as it covers globally renowned tourist spots. The schedule is tight, but there's plenty of time for sightseeing. Even those with walking aids were able to enjoy the tour.

I opted for the admission tickets and lunch, which was definitely the right choice. It was smooth and stress-free. I would love to participate again. Thank you very much!

一日でこれだけのコースをまわれるのはツアーならでは！！お客さんの小さいトラブルも添乗員さんの素晴らしいフォローでとてもスムーズに進みました。ブラボー！ヒロさん（添乗員さん）のお人柄とお仕事ぶりが素晴らしくてそれも一つの思い出に。
今回は５カ国の方が参加と仰っていたかな？皆さんスマートで、スタートからゴールまでのバス車内も終始気持ち良い環境でした。世界的に人気の観光地をこれでもかと周るから、人気なのは納得。時間はタイトだけど観光には充分。杖をついた方もしっかり観光出来ていました。
拝観チケット、昼食付きにしたけど大正解。スムーズでノンストレス。

I was satisfied with the course that I couldn't have done alone. The schedule that had us arriving in Sapporo by 6 PM was also good. The guide's talk, mixing Japanese and Chinese, was very nice. My children (two middle schoolers) were amazed that they could speak Japanese, Chinese, and English!

Personally, I was very moved by the beauty of Lake Shikotsu, so I would love to see a canoe and SUP experience tour that starts in Sapporo rather than a meet-up at the location!

自分だけでは、まわれないコースで、満足でした。
18時には札幌に到着する日程も良かったです。
ガイドさんの、日本語、中国語交じってのトークもとても良かったです。子供(中学生2人)が、日本語も中国語も英語も喋れるのがすごい！と言っていました。

個人的には支笏湖の美しさにとても感動したので、現地集合型ではない札幌集合での支笏湖カヌー、SUP体験ツアーを作ってほしいです！

After 25 years, I wanted to visit Iriomote Island and Yufu Island, so I went to Ishigaki Island. This time, I made a reservation with Beltora, which I trust, and went with my friends. We enjoyed a leisurely trip where time flowed slowly.

The person managing the cattle played the sanshin and sang Okinawan folk songs, allowing us to spend a pleasant time that you can't experience in the city, even if it was just for a short while.

25年ぶりに西表島と由布島に行きたいと思い石垣島へ行きました。今回も安心のベルトラで予約を取りお友達と行ってきました。時間がゆっくりと流れのんびりした旅行が楽しめました。
牛舎を操る方が、三線を弾き沖縄民謡を唄って短い時間ですが、都会ではできない心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。

Kuroda, our guide, provided excellent explanations in both English and Japanese. Thanks to the detailed information, I was able to enjoy the highlights without any confusion.

I was especially happy to be able to take photos of the three gassho-zukuri houses lined up together.

I really wanted to cross that bridge and see the emerald blue sea, and my dream came true. This was my first trip to Okinawa. It was a journey with my three daughters, but since I'm a paper driver, I didn't have the courage to rent a car (laughs), so I thought I wouldn't be able to do any sightseeing that required traveling far... Just when I was about to give up, I found this bus tour.

Of course, I wanted to visit the famous Churaumi Aquarium, and for some reason, my youngest really wanted to go to Pineapple Park! So, I was satisfied just to find a tour that could accommodate both of those wishes.

On the day of the tour, we started from Kencho-mae, and as we picked up participants from various hotels, the seats gradually filled up, and by the end, it was almost full, which shows how popular this tour is. At Manzamo, there was a surprising strong wind that blew my daughter's hat away (tears), but we were deeply moved by the ocean blue of Kouri Island, and we even saw sea turtles from the bus window.

Light snacks were distributed on the bus, and I thought they would be cheap sandwiches like the typical ones... but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the sandwiches were! Eating those sandwiches under the blue sea and sky of Kouri Island became an unforgettable experience. Pineapple Park was also quite enjoyable (laughs).

The Churaumi Aquarium was impressive with the whale sharks, and I was moved by the quality of the dolphin show. I couldn't buy the purple sweet potato tart at the snack castle because it was sold out, but I ended up spending quite a bit.

On the way back, instead of returning to Naha, we were dropped off in Chatan, and although it was outside the tour, we were able to enjoy American Village as well! I was able to experience a full day of classic Okinawa sightseeing, and for this price, I am truly satisfied!!! I highly recommend it to first-time visitors to Okinawa!!!

初の沖縄旅行でした。
私と娘3人での旅だったのですが、私がペーパードライバーなためレンタカーを借りる勇気が持てず(笑)、遠方に足を運ぶような観光はできないよな…と諦めていたところ、こちらのバスツアーがヒットしました。
やはり王道の美ら海水族館は行きたい、そしてなぜか末っ子がどうしてもパイナップルパークに行きたい！とのことで(笑)、その2つが叶うところが見つかりまずはその時点で満足。
ツアー当日、私達は県庁前からスタートしたのですが、いろいろなホテルに泊まっている方をピックアップしながら徐々に参加者で座席が埋まっていき、最終的にはほぼ満席になっていたのでやはり人気なツアーなんだと。
万座毛ではすごい強風で娘の帽子が飛ばされるというハプニングもあり（涙）、古宇利島のオーシャンブルーに大感動、車窓からウミガメも見えました。
車内で軽食が配布されたのですが、どうぜTheサンドイッチみたいなチープな感じのものが配られるんでしょ…と思いきや、期待を良い意味で裏切られた美味しいサンドイッチでした！
古宇利島の青い海、青い空のもと食べたサンドイッチ…忘れられないものとなりました。
パイナップルパークもそれなりに(笑)。
美ら海水族館は圧巻のジンベエザメと、イルカショーのクオリティに感動。
お菓子御殿では紅芋タルトが完売で購入できなかったのですが、散財してしまいました。
帰りは那覇まで戻らず、途中の北谷で降ろしていただき、ツアー外ですがアメリカンビレッジも楽しむことができました！
まる一日、沖縄観光の王道を体験することができ、これでこのお値段は本当に大満足です！！！
沖縄初めての方にオススメします！！！

Churaumi Aquarium was impressive and very good. There were many tourists with children during spring break, and there were some exhibits that were hard to get close to, so I would like to visit again on another occasion. There were foreign participants in the tour, but the explanations regarding the return time to the bus and ticket distribution were only in difficult-to-understand Japanese and English, which seemed to confuse them. I felt that it would be better to distribute tour explanation materials in Chinese and English. It seemed like the tour guide was using materials created in 2021 without updating them, which made it feel like they were not taking the tourists seriously.

美ら海水族館は見応え有り大変良かったです。春休みで子供さん連れの観光客が多く、近寄れない展示があったのでまた別の機会に訪問したいです。ツアーには外国人の方が
参加されていたのですが、バスに戻る時間やチケット配布方法等か日本語と理解の難しい英語のみの説明で、戸惑っておられて気の毒でした。中国語や英語でのツアー説明資料を配布すれば良いのにと感じました。観光ガイドが恐らく21年に作成したものを更新せずに使っていた為、観光客を軽くあしらっている様に感じました。
