I thought it might be better to go to Akiyoshido Cave rather than Karato Market. Since we had plenty of time at each spot, it was nice to take our time and enjoy. I imagine Motonosumi Shrine and Tsunoshima would be beautiful on a sunny day. It was a pity it was cloudy.

唐戸市場に行くより、秋芳洞に行ったほうがいいのではないかと思いました。各スポットで十分に時間があったので、ゆっくり見れていいです。元乃隅神社や角島は晴れてるときれいだろうな。曇りだったので残念です。

Shirakawa-go and Gokayama have been world heritage sites I wanted to visit for a long time. Shirakawa-go was bustling with many foreign tourists. We were blessed with clear weather that day, and although there wasn't as much snow as I expected, the view from the observation deck was truly wonderful.
Gokayama has a rustic charm, and since I visited in the evening when there were no tourists, it felt like we had the place to ourselves, which was great. I recommend visiting Gokayama as well when you go to see the gassho-zukuri villages. There aren't many shops like those in Shirakawa-go, but that's part of its appeal.
There are bus tours available, but if you have a group, taking a taxi is a good option. You can use your time freely without being rushed to meet a schedule!
It was a great decision to hire a taxi for our family of four! I was also impressed by the kindness and warm personality of Mr. Y from Fuji Taxi. Thanks to him, the world heritage tour became even more memorable. Thank you very much.

白川郷・五箇山は以前から訪れたい世界遺産でした。白川郷は外国人観光客の方々が多くいらっしゃり、賑わっていました。当日は晴天に恵まれ、思ったほど雪はなかったのですが、展望台からの景色はとても素晴らしいものでした。
五箇山は素朴で趣きがあり、観光客のいない夕方に訪れたので、貸し切りのような状態でそれも良かったです。合掌造り集落を観に行かれる際は、五箇山もお勧めです。白川郷のようなお店はほとんどありませんが、そこがまた良いです。
バスツアーもありますが、人数がまとまりましたら、タクシーが良いですね。時間を自由に使えて集合時間に追われないで済みますから！
家族4人でタクシーを貸し切り正解でした！

I had applied several times for similar shareholder tours but had not been selected in the lottery. However, I learned that I could make a reservation for a tour through Veltra, even though it was paid, and I signed up without hesitation.

I had imagined that I would be quietly observing from the side at the training facility, but the viewing paths were well organized, allowing us to see various training rooms through glass. I was particularly lucky because during my visit, there were check-in procedures, CPR training using an AED, and training in a flight simulator taking place.

With such impressive facilities, it would be great if they could increase the frequency of these events to make it easier for people to participate. (I also wanted to join before boarding my flight, but my schedule didn’t allow it.)

Additionally, while the strict restrictions on photographing the training scenes are understandable, there were many interesting exhibits and panels in the corridors that I really wanted to take pictures of. (There were also participants diligently taking notes.)

　同種の株主向け見学会に数回応募し抽選に外れていたのですが、有料とはいえベルトラから見学ツアーの予約ができると知り、迷わず申し込みました。
　研修施設にお邪魔して脇からそっと見学するようなイメージでしたが、しっかりと見学通路が整備されており、いろいろな研修部屋をガラス越しに見て回る形でした。特に私が参加したときはチェックイン手続きやＡＥＤを使った救命研修、フライトシミュレータでの訓練が行われておりラッキーでした。
　これだけ立派な設備があるのなら、もっと開催頻度を増やして気軽に参加できるようになると良いですね。（私も飛行機搭乗前に立ち寄る形で参加したかったのですが、スケジュールが合いませんでした。）
　また、研修風景の撮影制限が厳しいのはやむを得ませんが、通路にある展示物やパネルも興味深いものが多く、是非写真を撮りたかったです。(一所懸命メモを取っている参加者の方もいましたが。）

Shirakawa-go was also wonderful, covered in snow from Gokayama, creating a silver world. The guide was experienced, and their interesting explanations were just right, making for a pleasant experience.

白川郷も五箇山の雪に覆われ銀世界で素晴らしかった。ガイドの方もベテランで話も面白く過不足無い説明は気持ちが良かったです。

The explanation about the mangroves was clear and interesting.
The water buffalo cart was strong and comfortable even with a large number of people.
The boat ride was spacious and comfortable, and it swayed less than I expected.
I would definitely like to participate if I have the opportunity.

I was worried about my elderly mother using a wheelchair and the potential inconvenience it might cause to others when getting on and off the bus, boarding and disembarking from the boat, and using the water buffalo cart. However, the boat staff, the female bus driver, and the elderly man with the water buffalo cart were all very kind and always offered their assistance. My mother was very happy, and it turned out to be a wonderful trip. Thank you very much for your help.

母が高齢で車椅子利用でバスの乗り降り、ボートの乗下船、水牛車と他の方に迷惑をかける心配がありましたが、ボートのスタッフ、バスの女性ドライバー、水牛車のお爺と皆さんとても親切で、いつも手を差し伸べてくれました。母もとても喜び楽しい旅行となりました。お世話になり、本当に有難うございました。

On February 11th, I participated in my first trip to Kanazawa with guide Yamazaki and driver Matsushita. It was a bit disappointing that it was too warm to see the heavy snowfall I had never experienced before, but I had a wonderful time. The guide and driver provided great insights not only about Shirakawa-go but also about local topics and delicious food in Kanazawa, which made the rest of my trip very rewarding. The guide was very approachable and natural. The driver was very safe in his driving. Thank you very much. I will definitely use your services again when I visit Kanazawa.

2月11日、初めての金沢旅行の初日にガイド山崎さん、ドライバー松下さんで参加。この日暖かすぎて今まで見たことのない豪雪が見れなかったのは残念でしたが、とても素敵な時間を過ごせました。ガイドさんや休憩時のドライバーさんの、白川郷だけでなく、金沢の身近な話題や美味しい食べ物等の紹介がとても参考になり、その後の旅行を大変実のあるものにしてくれました。ガイドさんが自然体で親しみを持てました。ドライバーさん、とても安全運転でした。

I took my 90-year-old grandfather and a 0-year-old child, but we were able to get around easily with all the bus transfers and charter services. It rained, but we had a great time. I don't think we could have managed biking around, so I'm glad we signed up for this tour.

おじいちゃん90歳と0歳の子供を連れて行きましたが、全てバスでの送り迎えや、チャーターで連れて行ってもらい、難なく過ごせました。雨でしたが、とても楽しめました。自転車で周遊するなどは決して出来なかったと思うので、このツアーに申し込んで良かったです。

Manza Beach → Nago Pineapple Park → Kouri Island → Warumi Bridge → Churaumi Aquarium → Okashi Goten. The price including the entrance ticket was incredibly reasonable. The light snacks provided were delicious as well. If I could wish for anything, I would have liked to stay at Churaumi Aquarium for another 30 minutes (laughs). The comfortable bus ride and the guide's explanations were easy to understand and very informative. I want to recommend this to my friends and acquaintances, and if I have the chance to go again, I will definitely use this service.

この金額はお得すぎました。軽食まで出てなおかつ美味しかったですし。
欲を言えば美ら海水族館にあと30分は居たかった(笑)
快適なバスの乗り心地とガイドさんの説明は聞きやすくためになりました。
友達や知り合いにオススメしたいしまた行く機会があればぜひ利用します。

Since it was a holiday Saturday, the highway was congested with frequent accidents, and we got caught in traffic, which delayed our schedule. However, thanks to the quick thinking of our experienced driver and our trilingual guide, we were able to reverse the original route from Hida Takayama to Shirakawa-go. As a result, we were able to visit both places without reducing our stay time.

I was very satisfied with the personalities of both the guide and the driver. Thank you very much.

祝日の土曜だったので高速道路が混雑しており、事故多発、渋滞に巻き込まれ、予定通りに進まなかったのですが、ベテランと思われる運転手さんとトリリンガルのガイドさんの機転の効いた判断で　飛騨高山→白川郷　の本来のルートを逆にしてくれました。おかげさまで両方、滞在時間を削る事なく旅を終えました。

ガイドさんと運転手さんのお人柄もとても良かったので大満足です。ありがとうございました。

I wanted to take a little more time to explore Shirakawa-go. The meeting point was hard to find. Since the photo was taken from inside the station showing the taxi stand, it was easy to get confused. I thought it would be better to show a photo near the fountain.

白川郷一箇所でいいからもう少しゆっくりと観光したかった。待ち合わせの場所がわかりにくかった。写真は駅の構内からタクシー乗り場を写していたので間違えるもと。写真を出すなら噴水近くでなければと思った。

The water buffalo cart driver was really good at explaining things and even sang for us, which was fun. I wish we had more time on the beach during the bus tour; I wanted to play a bit longer.

水牛車のお兄さんが凄く説明が上手で歌も歌ってくれて楽しかったです。
バスツアーは時間がなかったのかもう少し浜辺で遊びたかったです。

The bento from Yubu Island was very delicious. The water buffalo cart was also charming and enjoyable. I think it was better to explore Taketomi Island by bicycle as it allowed for more sightseeing.

由布島のお弁当がとてもおいしかった。水牛車も趣がありよかった。竹富島は自転車の方がいろいろ回れてよかったと思う。

【Experience Review】
On the day of the experience, a flight attendant who actually works for ANA guided the tour. They introduced the various job roles of those working at ANA and showcased what they do through videos and exhibits. I was very moved to see the operational crew and flight attendants conducting evacuation training up close. I believe that future participants in the tour will also have the chance to witness this if the timing is right!
Additionally, I had the opportunity to experience the audio in the cockpit and listen to the communication between the air traffic controller and the captain and first officer, which gave me goosebumps. It made me realize that such exchanges happen on the very planes we board, and I am now even more excited about flying in the future.
I also felt that the operation of the aircraft is not just the responsibility of the flight crew, but that it is supported by the entire ANA group, including flight attendants, maintenance staff, ground handling, and many others, ensuring our safety while flying.
I look forward to flying with ANA many more times and am even more excited about the possibility of meeting them on board. There are not only the ANA Blue Base Tour but also various other tours available, which I highly recommend! I sincerely wish to participate in the tour again. Thank you very much!

【体験した感想】
体験当日は実際に、勤務している客室乗務員さんがツアーを案内して下さいました。
ANAで働かれている方々の職種の紹介や、実際にどんなことをやられているかなどなどを映像や展示品などでご紹介して頂きました。
そして、実際に勤務されている運航乗務員さんや客室乗務員さんが、脱出訓練をなさっており間近で見る事ができてとても感動致しました。
今後、ツアーに参加される皆様もタイミングが良ければ、拝見する事ができると思います‼︎
また、コックピットでの音声体験を経験させて頂いて、管制官と機長・副操縦士のやり取りを聞く事ができ、とても鳥肌が立ちました。私たちが実際に搭乗させて頂いている飛行機で、このようなやり取りをされているんだなと感じ、今後より一層搭乗することをが楽しみになりました。
また、飛行機は運航乗務員さんで飛んでいるのではなく、ANAグループ全体（客室乗務員さんや整備士さん、グランドハンドリングさんなどなど）様々な支えがあり、私たちが安全に飛行機に乗る事ができるのだなと感じました。
今後ともANAさんには沢山搭乗させて頂き、機内でもお会いできるのがより一層楽しみになりました。
ANA Blue Base Tourだけでなく、その他いろいろなツアーもありますので、そちらもおすすめです‼︎
私もまたツアーに参加させて頂きたいと心から思えました。

It was a bus tour that stopped at various places. Basically, it seems like the cost was just for the bus. However, I was glad to be taken to places I wouldn't normally go on my own.

The description mentioned there would be a foot bath, but there was none to be found anywhere. Why!?

We had free time for lunch at Lake Toya, but the restaurant right in front of us was fully booked. We ended up walking a bit to find a place to eat.

The next stop, Showa Shinzan, seemed to have many restaurants, and there were attractions like a bear ranch and a ropeway, so I thought it might be better to spend more time there for lunch.

The Ice Festival was really great!

色んな所に寄るバスツアーでした。
基本的にはバス代のみなのかな。でも自分ではなかなか行けないので、色んな所に連れてってもらえて良かったです。
説明書きには足湯があると書いてありましたが、どこにもありませんでした。なぜ！？

洞爺湖で自由昼食でしたが、目の前のレストランは予約でいっぱい。少し歩いてお店を探しました。
その次の昭和新山のがお店沢山ありそうだったし、熊牧場やロープウェイなどあったので、そちらで長く時間を取って昼食のが良いのでは？と思いました。

氷濤祭りがとても良かったです！

At the entrance, the flight attendants welcomed us, and the locker keys had three-letter codes like those at international airports, which really got me in the mood for traveling abroad. I was a bit embarrassed to be an older man attending alone, but the friendly flight attendants treated everyone, whether they were aviation enthusiasts or not, with warmth and without discrimination, so my worries were unfounded.

Fortunately, I was able to watch a training session where they practiced using the emergency slide. The pilots and flight attendants in training even waved at us. It was a very enjoyable and interesting experience. I would love to participate again.

エントランスではCAさんがお出迎え、ロッカーの鍵には海外空港の3レターと、海外旅行の様に気分が盛り上がります。
一人参加のおじさんということで、気恥ずかしいかな？と思いましたが、非常に詳しいマニアの人にも、あまり詳しくない方にも、案内のCAさんはフレンドリーで分け隔てなく接していただき、心配は杞憂でした。
運良く、非常口からスライダーで降りる訓練を見ることが出来ました。
訓練中のパイロットさんやCAさんも、手を振っていただけました。
とても楽しく、興味深い体験でした。
また、参加したいと思います。

I was happy that they remembered me from my last visit. I couldn't participate in the year-end event because my flight was canceled due to snow, but the person in charge came to assist me and was very courteous. I could see ANA's commitment, and I would like to participate again.

前回行った時の方が当方を覚えており、嬉しかったです。
また年末のイベントが雪で飛行機が欠航になり参加出来ませんでしたが責任者の方まで来て頂き丁寧に対応してくれました。
ANAの姿勢がよく見え、また参加したいと思います。

I had previously only used Veltra for overseas trips, but this time I used it domestically for the first time, and I was impressed by the reasonable prices and the wonderful guides.

Once again, the hospitality from the guide and driver made for a warm experience. I was concerned about the early morning meeting time and thought I would have breakfast on the bus, but due to COVID-19 measures, food was prohibited while drinks were allowed. I was glad I managed to grab a quick bite at Donq in the station.

While overseas guides usually provide a lot of commentary during the journey, this time it felt more balanced between talking and resting. Personally, I prefer guides who provide more information, but I understand that other guests might want to use the travel time for sleep, so perhaps this was the best approach.

The guide provided specific recommendations for souvenirs and items unique to Shirakawa-go, which I truly appreciated. Everything I bought based on their suggestions was delicious, and I felt grateful for the insights that I wouldn't have known otherwise.

Additionally, the recommended photo spots resulted in some fantastic shots. In Shirakawa-go, I felt fortunate to have permission to drive into the area despite the traffic restrictions due to its status as a World Heritage site, making for a much easier trip.

I plan to continue using Veltra for domestic travel as well.

ベルトラさんでは、これまでに海外での利用のみでしたが、良心的な価格とガイドさんに毎回恵まれて今回初めて国内利用でした。
今回も間違いなくガイドさんと運転手さんのおもてなしの気持ちが伝わる対応に、心温かく過ごすことができました。
朝の集合時間が早くてバスの中での朝食をと思っていましたが、コロナ対策として食は禁で飲はオッケーということでした。駅中のドンクでバタバタ食べておいてよかったと思いました。
海外のガイドさんは道中本当に沢山ガイドをしてくれるのですが、今回は話しと休みと加減をつけてのガイドという印象でした。(個人的にはたくさんガイドして頂ける方が嬉しいのですが、道中は睡眠タイムの他のお客さんもおられるので今回位がベストとなっているのかなと)
お土産のおすすめや、白川郷でしか求められないものなどその地域に特化したものを具体的に教えて頂けました。言われた通りに買うと本当においしいものばかりで、教えて頂かないと知り得ることができなかったなと本当に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
あと、写真撮影のおすすめ場所など、言われた通りにすると本当に良いロケーションでの撮影が叶えられました。
白川郷では、世界遺産のため交通規制がある中、中の方まで入車できる許可がとられてあるということで随分と楽な旅をさせて頂けたと感じました。
国内でもベルトラを利用していこうと思いました。

I had a great time without any delays, even with many foreigners around. The Churaumi Aquarium was also nice. Although I arrived late, I spent my time meaningfully.

外国人も多い中遅れもなく楽しく過ごせました。

I gifted my parents a trip to Okinawa, but since they are elderly, I thought it would be difficult for them to drive around with a rental car, so I signed them up for this bus tour. It was helpful because they were taken to all the places they wanted to visit.

両親に沖縄旅行をプレゼントしましたが、高齢なのでレンタカーであちこち周るのは大変だと思いこちらのバスツアーに申し込みました。
行きたいところに連れて行ってもらえるので助かりました。

I have visited Kyoto many times, but this time I used the service because my Australian husband was with me. They answered all of his questions, and I learned a lot about the history and culture myself, which was truly wonderful. At first, I didn't expect to be guided like a tour guide during our sightseeing, but even though I had been there before, having a guide made it even more enjoyable. We were very well taken care of as a couple, and we are extremely satisfied. I definitely want to use the service again.

京都は何度も来たことがありますが、今回はオーストラリア人の夫も一緒なので利用させて頂きました。

I participated in the same tour with friends in the fall and really wanted to see the snowy scenery. After the New Year, I decided to go this season and signed up right away. I enjoyed taking photos at the scenic spots and comparing them to the fall views. Although I joined alone, I had a great time.

秋に友達と同じツアーに参加して、ぜひ雪景色を見たいと思っていました。
　年明けにやっぱり今シーズン行こう！と決めて即申し込みしました。
絶景ポイントでの撮影、秋のものと比較して楽しんでいます。

The bus tour was very good, and the bus guide was pleasant. I wish there was a one-day sightseeing bus tour in Ishigaki Island.

It was a convenient and enjoyable tour that takes you around Ishigaki Island and shows you the famous spots. Thanks to the guide's fluent explanations, I learned about the history of Ishigaki Island, stories related to the landmarks, and the wonderful scenery. There were opportunities to view from the car window as well as to walk around, making it truly recommended for first-time visitors to Ishigaki Island. Lunch was included, and it was delicious at a restaurant with a great view, allowing us to enjoy local specialties from Ishigaki and Okinawa. One of the best parts was being able to get off at Ishigaki Airport at the end. Since I participated on the last day of my trip, being dropped off at the airport to catch my flight was a huge help. The guide's chatter, singing, and playing the sanshin were very skilled and created great memories. If I had to say something, it felt a bit rushed at times. There were a few places I wished we could have spent a little more time at. But I understand that it's not possible to see everything.

手軽に石垣島を一周し、名所に連れて行ってくれる楽で、お得な楽しいツアーでした。ガイドさんの流ちょうな説明で石垣島の歴史、名所にまつわるお話、素晴らしい景観について知ることができ、車窓からの見学と実際に歩いて回るところがあり、石垣島に始めて行かれる人には本当におすすめです。ランチもついているのですが、見晴らしもよいお店でおいしく、石垣島、沖縄地方の名物が堪能できました。ありがたかったのは最後に石垣空港で下車できるところ。旅の最終日に参加したのでそのまま帰りの飛行機に乗るために空港下車は大変助かります。ガイドさんのおしゃべりや歌、三線がとても上手でいい思い出になりました。欲を言えば少しせわしない感じがしたかな。ちょっとゆっくりめに見たいところもありました。回り切れないから仕方ないですよね。

I participated because I wanted to visit the major spots in one day. I joined alone, but the guide engaged with me, and I was able to go to the places I wanted to visit, which was fun. I would love to participate again if I have the chance!

- Since I live in an area where it doesn't snow much, I've always wanted to see snow, and I thought I would like to visit Shirakawa-go someday.
- Since it was my first time there, I used a day tour, and after going, I felt it was a good decision for the following reasons:
1. The parking lot is conveniently close to the city center.
2. The tour bus takes you to the observation deck.
3. A delicious lunch is provided, and you can eat without waiting in line.
4. The tour guide shares information about photo spots and souvenirs.
- For those planning to go, my advice is that since there is quite a bit of walking, waterproof shoes that are easy to walk in and slip-resistant are essential. World Heritage Shirakawa-go! I highly recommend it!

・日頃あまり雪の降らない地域に住んでいるため、雪を見たくて白川郷はいつか行って見たいと思ってました。
・初めての場所なので日帰りツアーを利用しましたが、行ってみて次の点でツアーにして良かったと思いました。
①駐車場が街の中心部に近くて便利。
②展望台までツアーのバスで行ってくれる。
③美味しい昼食が準備されていて並ばないで食べれる。
④添乗員さんが写真スポットやお土産などの情報を教えてくれる。
・これから行かれる方へのアドバイスとしたら、結構歩くので靴は歩きやすくて滑りにくい防水の靴が必須です。世界遺産白川郷！お勧めです！
