The meeting point was a bit hard to find, but you can efficiently tour various places in just one day. I've participated in other bus tours, but I was surprised by the quality of the lunch, which was better than other tours. When I participated, about 70% of the group were from Chinese-speaking regions, and there was also an interpreter who joined us separately from the guide.

集合場所がわかりづらかったですが、1日で色々と回れるので効率よく観光できます。他のバスツアーにも参加してますが、ランチの質かわほかツアーより良くてびっくりしました。私が参加した時は、7割程度中華圏の方でガイドさんとは別に通訳の片道も同乗されてました。

I was rocked by the water buffalo cart to Yufushima. At that time, it just happened to be high tide, and the water buffalo was submerged up to its face, with the cart also flooded! I hadn't considered such a thing, so it was quite a shock, but it became a wonderful memory.

水牛車に揺られて由布島へ。その日のその時はたまたま満潮で、水牛さんは顔まで水に浸かり、車も床上浸水でした！　そんなことまで考えていなかったのでかなりの衝撃、そして良い思い出となりました。

Wherever I went, it was too early to enjoy the flowers. I guess it won't be good until July. If that's the case, I should have gone on a tour where I could eat sea urchin.

どこにいっても、花を鑑賞するには、早過ぎました。7月にならないとだめですね。
そんなことなら、ウニを食べられるツアーにすれば良かったです。

The driving was rough, and the attitude was unfriendly. Even when I said "please" and greeted them, there was silence... I at least wanted them to greet me back. Their outfit looked like casual wear, and since they smoked a cigarette during the break and got back in the vehicle right away, the smell of smoke filled the car. The guide, although not completely fluent in Japanese, did their best to explain, which was nice. The time spent at Asahiyama Zoo was too short, so I think it might be okay to skip the Seven Stars tree.

せめて挨拶くらいはして欲しかった。
服装も普段着みたいな格好で、休憩の際タバコを喫煙されてすぐに乗車されるため、タバコの匂いも充満しました。

旭山動物園の滞在時間が短過ぎてたので、セブンスターの木は、特に省いても良いかなーと思います。

The zoo was nice, but I thought the slopes throughout the park might be tough for the elderly. I think it would be even better if they could allow for a more relaxed schedule. I believe it will be quite sweaty once June arrives. I opted for a plan without lunch, but I had to wait quite a while after buying the meal ticket, so I was cutting it close for lunchtime.

動物園は良かったのですが、園内は坂道ばかりで年寄りにはきついかなと思います。
もう少しゆったり回れる時間配分にしてもらうと更にいいと思います。
６月に入ったら汗だくになると思います。
昼食無しプランにしたのですが、食券を買ってかなり待たされたので昼食時間ギリギリでした。

It was a very fulfilling tour visiting all the sightseeing spots in the southern region! Fortunately, we were blessed with good weather, and the staff who attended to us were very accommodating in taking photos at the best positions. I am very grateful to them. On the bus, explanations were provided in Japanese, English, and Chinese, which made me feel like I was traveling abroad. The only disappointing part was that during the sightseeing at Lake Shikotsu, I was told to definitely try the delicious soft serve ice cream, but unfortunately, we arrived after the shop had closed that day, so I couldn't have any. I would like to recommend this tour to my friends.

道南の観光地を全て巡るとても充実した観光でした!幸いお天気にも恵まれ、ベストポジションでの写真撮影も個別に対応して頂き、アテンドして頂いたスタッフの方にとても感謝です。バス内では、日本語、英語、中国語の３カ国語で説明をされていたので、海外旅行をしている気分も味わえました。一つだけ残念だったのは、支笏湖の観光では美味しいソフトクリームを是非食べて見てと言われ期待していたのですが、残念ながらこの日はお店が閉まった後に到着したので、食べられませんでした。
友人達にもこのツアーはリコメンドしたいと思います。

It was great to see polar bears and seals up close, as well as Giraffe-san. I recommend the soft serve ice cream from the vendor outside the main gate. I was very satisfied to see the Blue Pond and Shiraito Falls.

I booked a bus tour because I wanted to efficiently visit the main tourist spots during my first trip to Okinawa. Since there was no driving involved, it was safe and comfortable. The bus guide regularly provided explanations from inside the bus, and they had a great sense of humor, which made it very enjoyable! I was able to think about what kind of plan would be good for my next visit to experience the atmosphere of Okinawa.

There were many places to visit, so I got a little tired, but they were very considerate (I could sleep on the bus, and I think being tired just means I had a lot of fun).

沖縄旅行に初めて今回行く中で効率良く主要な観光地を見て回りたいと思い、バスツアーを予約しました。運転ももちろんないので安心で快適です。観光地以外でもバスガイドの方が定期的にバスの中から説明があったりして、ユーモアある方だったのでとても楽しめました！沖縄の雰囲気とか次観光するならこんなプランがいいかなと考えることができました！
回る場所が多くて少し疲れちゃいましたが、気を遣っていただきました笑（バスの中では寝れますし、疲れるほど楽しめたということでもあると思っています。）

This was my first trip to Hokkaido, so I signed up for this tour. Among the 18 participants, only my husband and I, along with another couple, were Japanese. The foreign participants were also very respectful of manners, making it a very comfortable experience. I was grateful for the attentiveness of both the guide and the driver.

In the hotel lobby where we gathered, there were several other tour guides from the same company, making it difficult to find our tour guide. I had to ask about three people to locate them.

初めての北海道旅行でしたのでこちらのツアーに申し込みしました。
参加者が18名の内日本人は私達夫婦ともう一組のご夫婦だけでした。外国の方もマナーを守っておられてとても快適に参加できまし。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも色々と気を配っていてありがたかったです。

集合場所のホテルロビーで同じ会社の別のツアーガイドさんが何人がいたので参加ツアーのガイドさんを見つけるのが大変で3人ほど声をかけました。

My first solo trip to Okinawa. I considered renting a car, but I wanted to enjoy the scenery from the window, so I joined this tour. About half of the participants were from overseas.

At the main Churaumi Art Museum, there was plenty of time for viewing, dining, and shopping, which was different from the hectic image I had of bus tours. Since I'm not particularly interested in shopping, I wouldn't have stopped at American Village if I had rented a car, but I had a relaxing time watching the sunset over the ocean in Chatan. The optional live performance at the folk song tavern was also a fun experience.

初めての沖縄一人旅　レンタカーの利用も考えましたがゆっくり車窓も楽しみたいと考えてこのツアーに参加しました。参加者の半分くらいは海外からいらした方でした。
　メインの美ら海美術館でも鑑賞と食事や買い物に十分な時間が取られており　バスツアーは慌ただしいというイメージとは違います。　ショッピングにはそれほど興味が無いのでレンタカーならまず立ち寄らなかったであろうアメリカ村では北谷の海に沈む夕陽をゆったり眺める時間もあったし　オプションの民謡酒場のライブも全て楽しい体験でした。

This is a tour to visit ANA's authentic training facility. Regardless of your interest in aircraft, you can enjoy it. You will gain a clear understanding of how the aircraft you casually use are properly operated, making it a must-see tour for those aiming for a career in the aviation industry. Since it is a real training facility, video footage and photography during training are not allowed, but it was a tour that left many memories.

ANA の実務の本物の訓練施設を見学するツアーです。
航空機に興味の有無に関係なく楽しめます。何気なく利用していた航空機がどの様にして正しく運用されているかが、良くわかりますので、航空業界を目指す方は必見のツアーだと思います。
本物の訓練施設ですから、訓練中の動画映像や、写真撮影は出来ませんが、記憶に沢山のことが残るツアーでした。

I had the opportunity to go behind the scenes of ANA, which operates the Flying Honu, during my honeymoon trip!

I learned about the various job roles involved in flying airplanes, the training that employees undergo, and the duration of that training.

I discovered so many things I didn't know before, making it a very enjoyable and fulfilling experience!

The guide was a first-year employee who joined in April, but their professionalism was impressive for someone so new. It's clear that they have a solid approach to talent acquisition and training!

It was very exciting and fun to visit related facilities that we usually can't see. We received our boarding passes at the reception, scanned the barcodes like checking in for a flight, and entered the interior. The young man who explained everything was actually a trainee pilot. It seems to be part of his new employee training. Thank you very much.

普段見ることのできない関連施設の見学がとてもワクワク、楽しかったです。
搭乗券を受付で頂いて、飛行機にチェックインするようにバーコードを読み込ませ、内部へ入っていきました。
説明してくれた若い男性は、何と現役パイロットの訓練生。新人研修の一環だそうです。

You can see the flight attendants who are actually training at the state-of-the-art facility, as well as the equipment being used in the training right in front of you.

The explanation in Chinese was longer than in Japanese, but it was within an acceptable range.
I would have liked to know the scenic spots from the train window a bit earlier.
The location of the Ray Hotel is good, so I will participate in the tour again.

I would like to make the following comments:
1. I wish we could have spent a bit more time at Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. Especially at Lake Toya, since there is a lunch break, it might be tough, but if we had a little more time, I would have liked to take a sightseeing boat ride.
2. I understand that the toilet breaks are necessary, but before lunch at "Mushroom Kingdom," the guide recommended "mushroom soup," which I tried. However, the miso soup at lunch by Lake Toya was also "mushroom soup." I think there is room for reconsideration regarding the location and timing of the toilet breaks.
3. The guide from Chuo Bus was pleasant and friendly, just like during the half-day course I participated in last year (2024). I really felt their professionalism.

①支笏湖、洞爺湖の滞在時間をもう少し取ってもらいたかった。
　特に洞爺湖は昼食時間があるので、厳しいのかと思いますが、
　もう少し時間があれば、観光船への乗車をしたかったです。
②トイレ休憩の関係もあるので、致し方なしと思いますが、
　昼食前の「きのこ王国」でガイドさんから「きのこ汁」を進められたので、
　食したのですが、洞爺湖の昼食の味噌汁も「きのこ汁」でした。
　トイレ休憩の場所と時間は、再考の余地ありと思いました。
③中央バスのガイドさんは、去年(2024年)参加した半日コースの時も、
　今回の時も感じが良く、親近感を持って接してくれるところは、
　さすがにプロだと思いました。

Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island are located very close to Ishigaki Island. These islands offer a different scenery compared to Ishigaki Island. If you're going to Ishigaki Island, I highly recommend participating in an island-hopping tour.

石垣島からすぐ近くに浮かんでいる西表島、由布島、竹富島。石垣島とはまた違う景色が広がる島です。せっかく石垣島に行くのなら離島ツアーに参加されることをお勧めします。

I opted out of the ship's optional tour and explored on my own, but it was affordable and easy to navigate. Taketomi Island, pulled by a water buffalo while listening to the tranquil songs of the sanshin, was absolutely wonderful.

船のオプションツアーに外れて自力で探した観光でしたが、値段も安く、分かりやすかった。三線の長閑な歌と共に水牛さんに引かれていった竹富島は最高でした。

During the tour, I was able to hear various explanations. I felt that the service was truly top-notch in the industry, as they quickly checked with their internal team on difficult questions from the tour guests right on the spot.

ツアー中、色々な説明を聞くことができました。ツアー客からの質問で、その場で答えるのが難しいものについても、端末ですぐに社内に確認をとるなど、さすが業界トップのサービスだなと感じました。

It was unfortunately rainy, but it was great that they took us by bus. Both the guide and the driver were very pleasant, and we had a very meaningful time. Personally, I really enjoyed the bear ranch! It was adorable to see them catch cookies!

It was more challenging than I expected, but the weather cleared up halfway through, and it was really nice. When I said my legs were tired, they made time for me to rest by putting my feet in the river. There weren't many breaks, but I was glad we were able to do everything on time!

The tour guide made miso soup for us. I felt a sense of accomplishment, which was great. Even though it was a weekday, there were a lot of people climbing, and I think I want to try it without a guide next time.

Toshi's English and Japanese exchanges were very smooth and a lot of fun! However, I walked a lot and was exhausted. It was quite hot for May, so it might be better to avoid the summer months.

I participated with my middle school daughter this time. It was really helpful to visit all the major places we wanted to go. The weather was forecasted to be cloudy, but the sun came out and it got quite hot, so after sightseeing, it was really convenient and comfortable to have a cool bus waiting for us with our seats already prepared. Also, since my daughter doesn't understand much Japanese, having an English guide was truly appreciated. I highly recommend it!

今回は中学生の娘と参加しました。行きたかったメジャーなところをすべて周っていただけて本当に助かりました。天気も曇りの予報でしたが日が照って結構暑くなったので、観光後は自分の席が既に用意されている涼しいバスが待っているのもあり、本当に便利で快適に京都を周ることができました。あと娘は日本語があまりわからないので、英語でのガイドが本当にありがたかったです。おすすめです！

My friend and I participated, and there were two groups in total, including a couple. The guide assessed our fitness levels and set a pace that was comfortable for us, and there was absolutely no difficulty in having conversations. The day after the trekking, I felt zero fatigue! I am grateful to have met such a wonderful guide. Thank you! ♫

I booked a tour departing from Kyoto Station.

The meeting point for the tour, the tourist bus stop in front of the Hachijo Exit of Kyoto Station, is located in an easily accessible area where large tourist buses frequently arrive and depart, with convenient access from the Kyoto AVANTI side. However, depending on the time of day, you should be prepared for a large crowd of various travel company guides and numerous tourists gathering at this bus stop.

We were flustered when we couldn't find our scheduled bus at the meeting time, but thanks to the guide calling out participants' names loudly, we were able to join the tour without any issues.

The guide, named Frederick, was fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese, and had a great sense of humor with a clear voice. His explanations of the tourist sites were easy to understand and thorough, and it was very helpful to see how Japanese culture could be translated into English. He also sent detailed information about the meeting time and stops via LINE, which greatly assisted us in planning our activities. He was very considerate, checking in on our health and understanding of the explanations multiple times, allowing our group to enjoy Kyoto and Nara thoroughly.

There was ample free time in the Kyoto area, making it easy to take breaks, have meals, shop for souvenirs, and take photos or videos at our own pace. We were able to visit Kiyomizu-dera and Fushimi Inari Taisha while considering our stamina, and even though it was a very hot day for early June, we successfully completed our stroll.

The time spent exploring Nara Park seemed to be greatly influenced by road traffic conditions, but our tour arrived with plenty of time to spare, allowing us to enjoy interacting with the deer and fulfilling our long-held wish to visit Todai-ji Daibutsuden.

As a tour that departs in the morning and ends in the evening, it efficiently covers Kyoto and Nara. The return destination is the Namba area in Osaka, which offers many options for shinkansen, meals, and accommodations, making it a very convenient location.

If I have the opportunity again, I would like to book a tour with this company.

京都駅発でツアーを申し込みました。

ツアー集合場所となる京都駅八条口前観光バス乗り場は、大型の観光バスが頻繁に発着し、京都AVANTI側からのアクセスも容易な、わかりやすい場所に位置しています。
ただし、時間帯によっては様々な旅行会社のガイドさんと、おびただしい量の観光客がこの乗り場に集結しており大混雑に揉まれることを覚悟しなくてはいけません。

我々は集合時刻になっても予定のバスが見つけられず狼狽えていましたが、ガイドさんが大きな声で参加者名を読み上げてくれたため、無事にツアーに参加することができました。

ガイドさんはFrederickさんといい、中国語、英語、日本語、いずれも流暢でユーモアがあり、声の良く通る方でした。
観光地の説明はわかりやすく丁寧で、日本文化をどのように英語に翻訳したらいいのかがとても参考になりましたし、LINEで集合時間や立ち寄り先の丁寧な案内を送っていただけたので、行動予定をたてるのにとても助かりました。
気配りも素晴らしい方で、体調や解説の理解度を何度もさりげなく確認に来ていただけたこともあり、同行者も大いに京都奈良を楽しむことが出来ました。

京都エリアでのフリータイムが大きくとってあるので、食事や休憩、お土産物探し、写真や動画撮影を自分のペースで挟むことが容易です。
清水寺、伏見稲荷大社界隈を体力と相談しながら観光できるので、6月初旬としてはとても暑い日でしたが無事に散策を終えることができました。

奈良公園での散策時間は道路交通状況に大きく左右されるようでしたが、我々のツアーは余裕のある時間に到着し、鹿とのふれあいを楽しんだり、念願だった東大寺大仏殿への拝観が叶いました。

朝出発、夕方終了のツアーとしては、非常に効率よく京都奈良を巡ることができます。
帰着先は大阪なんばエリアなので、新幹線、食事、宿泊、いずれの選択肢も多くとてもありがたい場所になります。

また機会があれば、こちらの会社のツアーに申し込んでみたいです。

I requested a two-hour tour, and the driver was bright and kind, efficiently taking us around to many places. I have a driver's license, so I considered renting a car, but navigating in an unfamiliar area while looking at a GPS and searching for parking would definitely be less efficient and safe than taking a taxi. The driver also introduced us to a place where we could enjoy "Ikagerou," and we were able to go there. We also took photos at the sightseeing spots, which was really great. I would like to use this service again. Thank you very much. Please send my regards to the driver as well.

2時間の観光をお願いしましたが、明るく優しい運転手さんで、効率良くたくさん回っていただきました。運転免許はあるのでレンタカーも考えましたが、慣れない土地でナビを見ながら、駐車場を探しなら、とするよりはタクシーの方が絶対効率良いし、安全です。『生かげろう』をいただけるお店も紹介してくださり行くことができましたし、名所では写真撮影もしていただきましたし、本当に良かったです。また利用したいです。

The guidance and explanations were very clear, allowing me to participate in the Yakusugi tour with peace of mind. Being able to see and experience the untouched nature with my own eyes was the best memory of all.

Experiencing the majestic nature of Hokkaido was a series of surprises! The explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese were rushed, and I was desperate to catch the meeting time. Since this wasn't a guided tour, it was important to get a sightseeing brochure as soon as we got off the bus. I was amazed by the rugged mountains of Hell Valley, the sulfur smell, and the size of the caldera lake! I highly recommend this for those who want to enjoy nature.

北海道の雄大な自然を目の当たりにし、驚きの連続！

観光のガイドではないので、バスを降りて、まず観光パンフレットを入手することが重要でした。
地獄谷の荒々しい山肌と硫黄臭、カルデラ湖の大きさに驚き！自然を楽しみたい方におすすめ。

We participated as a couple over 60 years old. The guide noticed that my wife might find the walking difficult and adjusted to my pace. They always encouraged us, providing detailed instructions on walking techniques, how to use trekking poles, and route selection, and we reached Jomon Sugi. On the way back, my legs started to feel numb, but the guide motivated us to keep going, and I almost cried. I couldn't have succeeded without the guide. I am truly grateful.

トロッコでの歩き方で、奥様はもしかしたらきつくなるかもしれませんと、ガイドさんに見抜かれ、私のペースに合わせてくれました。
いつも声をかけてくれて、歩き方、ストックのつき方、ルートの取り方など、細かく教えてくださり、縄文杉に到達しました。
