Initially, the plan I reserved was canceled due to insufficient participants, and I was forced to change plans at the last minute. However, the recommended plan was very fulfilling. I do wish I had received the cancellation notice a bit earlier, but it turned out well in the end. I appreciate the attentive service and would like to use your services again.

I wanted to visit Manza Beach, Warumi Bridge, Kouri Island, and the Churaumi Aquarium, so I signed up for a tour to efficiently cover these places, even though it included some extra stops. The hotel pick-up was very helpful. For lunch, I brought food onto the bus since it might take time and be expensive at tourist spots. The bus ride was long, so it worked out perfectly. I enjoyed Nago Pineapple Park and Okashi Goten more than I expected.
万座毛、ワルミ大橋、古宇利島、美ら海水族館に行きたかったので余分なところも付いてくるけど効率よく廻るためにツアーに申し込みました。
宿泊先のホテルまで送迎があったので、とても助かりました。
昼食は、観光地では時間もかかるかもしれないし、お値段もするので、バスに持ち込んで食べました。
乗ってる時間も長いので、ちょうど良かったです。
ナゴパイナップルパークや御菓子御殿は思ったよりは楽しめました。

This was my first trip to Yakushima.
First of all, I appreciated the reminder phone calls three days before and the day before the trip, which gave me a sense of reassurance. (I thought it would be even better if email communication was also an option since I was at work.)
On the day of the trip, I had some anxiety because it was early in the morning, but the transportation was on time and comfortable. The tour itself was conducted in small groups of about seven people, which made it very pleasant.
Especially since the pace was well thought out, I believe that having a guide is essential for beginners. It was a highly satisfying tour that I would definitely recommend.
屋久島自体が初上陸の旅でした。
まず、行く3日前と前日にリマインドのお電話があり安心感がありました。（仕事中だったのでメールでの対応も可能だと、よりありがたいなと思いました）
当日は早朝だったので不安もありましたが、時間通りの送迎で快適でした。ツアー自体も個々の7人程度の小グループ行動だったのでとても過ごしやすかったです。
とくにペース配分をしっかり考えてくださったので、初心者の方はガイドさん必須だと思います。大満足のお勧めできるツアーでした。

This was my third time visiting Ishigaki Island, and it was my husband's first time, so we decided to book this tour. Since our hotel was a bit far from the terminal this time, we opted for a plan that included transportation to the hotel and a rental bicycle on Taketomi Island.
Even though it was my third time, crossing from Iriomote Island to Yubu Island by water buffalo cart and leisurely exploring Taketomi Island by water buffalo cart was still a uniquely enjoyable Okinawan experience. We were able to spend relaxed time with the uniquely individual water buffaloes and savor a break from the everyday. Everything went smoothly, and it was great that we could choose our departure time for the boat from Taketomi Island.
On Yubu Island and Taketomi Island, there were opportunities for photo shoots, and those who wanted could purchase the photos, but if you didn't want them, you could simply pass by, which I think is a good system. Since there were just the two of us participating, we decided to purchase all the photos (with data), and it became a wonderful keepsake.
3度目の石垣島でこちらのツアーも3度目でしたが、夫が石垣島初めてとのことで申し込みをしました。今回はホテルがターミナルから離れていたこともあり、ホテルまでの送迎と竹富島では、レンタサイクルを含むプランで申し込みをしました。
3度目でしたが、西表島から由布島に水牛車で渡ったり、竹富島を水牛車でゆったり散策したりするのは何度やっても沖縄らしく楽しめました。個性豊かな水牛たちとのんびりした時間を過ごせ、非日常の時間を味わう事ができました。全てスムーズですし、竹富島からの船は時間を選べるのもよかったです。由布島と竹富島では、写真撮影もあり、希望者が購入出来ますが、不要な方はそのままスルーすればよいので良いシステムだと思います。私たちは2人参加とあって、写真(データ付き)も全て購入させて頂き、良い記念になりました。

The guide came to our accommodation on the day of the tour and took us to the site. This time, there were only two of us, my friend and me.
She was a friendly woman who introduced us to various trees and plants, including cedar, as well as birds, insects, and stones. I learned that the content of the tour varies depending on the guide, but I found it all very interesting.
She made sure to take breaks frequently, so we were able to keep up without getting exhausted. She also chatted easily with other tourists and guides we passed by, which created a great atmosphere, even though I only managed to greet them.
Additionally, I was able to ask her not only about Shiratani Unsuikyo but also about Yakushima as a whole, which was very fascinating.
As a recommendation, if you remember some places you want to check out after exploring Yakushima the day before the tour, you can ask the guide about those spots and hear interesting stories like "Actually..."
Overall, I had a very enjoyable time, and I felt a sense of lightness even during work hours. I believe it’s the power of Yakushima, with its nature and people!

また、ガイドさんとは白谷雲水峡のことだけでなく屋久島全体のことについても伺うことができたのでとても面白かったです。
おすすめとしては、ツアーに行く前日にある程度屋久島をまわって気になったところを覚えておくと、ガイドさんに気になったところを聞けたり「実は......」という話が聞けます。
総合的にとても楽しい時間を過ごせましたし、仕事をしている時間でもなんとなく気分が軽くなっている気がしました。自然や人といった、屋久島パワーだと思います！

This time, I participated in a bus tour at my grandmother's request. It was rainy in the morning, but we thoroughly enjoyed Dazaifu Tenmangu, Yufuin, and Kamado Jigoku! We also got to eat a lot of delicious food ❤️ The ropeway depends on the weather, but I think other places can be enjoyed even if it rains! The driver, our guide Mr. Chong, and the locals were all very kind and wonderful people, making it a very satisfying trip for my chatty grandmother. The heavy rain in the morning stopped, and on the way there, I encountered a family of monkeys. Walking through the forest, which sparkled beautifully after the rain, the air released from the trees was delightful, and I felt my skin rejoice in the moist atmosphere. It started to rain lightly from Shiratani Lodge, but I was able to enjoy the fantastical moss-covered forest wrapped in mist. The guide not only provided various explanations but also maintained a perfect walking pace, allowing us to enjoy the forest bathing leisurely and descend safely while it was still light, making for a joyful walk through the divine forest. The weather was great, and the course was good. Especially, our guide, Ryu, was wonderful; he was fluent and knowledgeable in Chinese, English, and Japanese. I was the only Japanese participant, but he explained everything diligently in all three languages at the same ratio. I think he might be a graduate student studying abroad, but he was very considerate towards me, the oldest participant, and I am grateful for that.

While there are local buses for sightseeing in Nanki Shirahama, I opted for a taxi tour since I was with my elderly mother. We efficiently visited various attractions in the heat, had lunch, and were taken directly to the airport, all within two and a half hours. The driver mentioned that there aren't many taxis in the area, and especially on weekends, with inbound tourists, the local buses can be crowded and delayed. It was definitely worth it to hire a sightseeing taxi, even if it was a bit more expensive. The driver was also very kind. I recommend taking a taxi for sightseeing in Shirahama.
南紀白浜観光は路線バスもありますが
高齢の母もいたのでタクシー観光にしました。暑い中効率よく観光地をまわり、ランチをしてそのまま空港まで送ってもらい2時間半で楽しむ事ができました。
運転手さんも言っていましたが、ここら辺はタクシーは多くなく、特に土日はインバウンドもあり路線バスは乗れない上に、観光客が多くて遅れるそうです。

We experienced this with our 5-year-old and 8-year-old. I was worried about seasickness on the high-speed boat, but they guided us to sit at the front where it was less bumpy, which made me feel at ease. The weather was great, and the mangroves at high tide were incredibly beautiful. I heard that you can see a lot of marine life at low tide, so I would like to visit again during that time.
Since it was our first free plan on Taketomi Island, I was concerned about getting around by bus and on foot, but we were able to visit Kaiji Beach, Kondoi Beach, Nishizaki Pier, and the Island we wanted to see. Our free plan started after 2 PM, and we had to return from Taketomi Port to Ishigaki Port by 5 PM, so our stay was short, and I wished we could have explored a bit more leisurely.
The meals were sufficient for our 5-year-old when shared. The water buffalo carts moved at different speeds, so we were guided to different carts for the ride to and from, which the kids really enjoyed, and it was great to take photos together.

食事は5歳児には取り分けで十分でした。水牛車は水牛車によって速度が違う為、行きと帰りと別の水牛車を案内してくれて、子供もとても楽しんでいて、写真も一緒に撮れて良かったです。

Since the weather forecast predicted rain, I checked in advance whether the open bus roof would close, and was told to assume that it would most likely remain open. However, at the meeting point lounge, I was informed that due to the rain from the previous day, they planned to operate with the roof closed. The roof was indeed closed, but I was able to enjoy the cherry blossoms from the windows. Since it was a simple roof, there were occasional drips from the joints, but it wasn't bothersome. Other buses from different companies passed by with their roofs open, but it seemed that the passengers on those buses couldn't face forward due to the strong rain and wind. I enjoyed the cherry blossoms, and it was also fun to see the scenery from a different height on the highway than usual. I would like to ride again during cherry blossom season next year.

ですが、集合場所のラウンジで前日からの雨で屋根を閉めて運行する予定とのご案内。屋根は閉まっていますが、窓から桜が十分楽しめました。簡易屋根なので、時折金具の継ぎ目から雫が垂れて多少濡れましたが、気にならない程度です。すれ違った他社のバスは屋根が空いたままで運行していましたが、雨風が強く乗車されている方は前を向いていられないようでした。
桜も楽しめましたが、高速道路が普段とは違う高さからの景色を見れて楽しかったです。また来年も桜の季節に乗車したいと思います。

I'm glad I participated in this tour. There were couples and solo participants as well. I've been to Okinawa several times, but I wanted to visit places I hadn't been to yet... The lunch was impressively delicious, and the scenery at the cape was wonderful. I really liked Daishi Forest Mountain. It was about a 30-minute course, but it was quite satisfying. There's also a longer course that lasts about 45 minutes. Luckily, it didn't rain while we were walking around.

Most importantly, when I reported that I had forgotten something at Manzamo during the first tour and needed to change where I would get off, the staff kindly said, "The bus does leave from there, but isn't it difficult? The guide was a veteran, knowledgeable about flowers, trees, and wild birds, with extensive experience in mountains across the country. While other guiding parties passed by, he would stop each time to share various insights about plants and animals, which I found incredibly valuable. He also meticulously calculated the walking order considering the participants' stamina and pace, and since we had extra time on the way back, he even added a visit to the emerald green riverbank, which was outside the original course! I would love to request this wonderful guide again for future courses.

This was my first time visiting Takayama and Shirakawa-go. It was a one-day course departing from and returning to Nagoya. The tour guide and the bus driver were wonderful, making the journey comfortable both ways. Just before arrival, the tour guide wrote notes on a map and explained it to each group. The driver was always smiling and had a great vibe.
As for the sightseeing spots, I can say they are "a must-visit at least once in your life." Especially in Shirakawa-go, I recommend the "interior tours" at several houses. I visited Meizenji, and it was incredibly fascinating to see the depth of history and culture!

A bit difficult to access from Kyoto City, Amanohashidate and Ine. This time, I participated in a tour along with foreign visitors. We were the only Japanese. The guide mainly spoke English, but came to our seats to explain necessary information in Japanese.
The weather was nice that day, and we were able to enjoy the scenery of Amanohashidate and the quiet streets of Ine. In Amanohashidate, we had about two and a half hours of free time, and after a 20-minute cruise in Ine, we had about 30 minutes to explore freely.
While strolling in Amanohashidate, I went out to the beach and was healed by the beautiful and calm sea. Despite most participants being foreign, everyone gathered on time, making the experience very smooth.
京都市内からはちょっとアクセスしにくい天橋立と伊根。
今回、外国の方に混じってツアーに参加しました。日本人は私達のみ。ガイドさんは英語メインでしたが、必要なことは私達の座席まで来てくれ、日本語で説明してくれました。

Shirakawa-go is definitely worth a visit. While exploring the town is nice, be sure to go up to the observation deck as well. It's a shame that I only had time to buy souvenirs in Takayama.

I can't navigate this efficiently on my own. The ferry from Ishigaki to the remote islands was clean and had restrooms. The crew worked efficiently and were friendly, and the bus driver on the Iriomote cruise was an excellent guide! We even saw a crowned eagle. Yubu Island was lovely with the sound of the sanshin and the cuteness of the water buffalo. The rental bicycles on Taketomi Island were also pleasant and allowed for an efficient tour! I'm very satisfied.
