Since we were visiting various places in a day, it was more about seeing and experiencing different islands compactly rather than taking our time to explore. It was wonderful for that kind of travel. However, there were some inconsistencies in the instructions regarding the restrooms at the port, as they said not to go because it would be crowded, yet others were using them. Given that it was a busy trip, it would have been better if they had provided explanations in advance about where to find restrooms.

This was my second visit to the zoo. The last tour I participated in didn't have enough time because it stopped at other sightseeing spots, so this time I chose a tour with plenty of time. However, there was also a penguin walk, so in the end, we still didn't have enough time...
I think it can't be helped since the blizzard made the road conditions worse.
But once again, I was healed by the cute animals and I was very satisfied.

The highlight of this tour was the Churaumi Aquarium, where we stayed for two and a half hours. We arrived just before 1 PM and rushed to see the dolphin show at the Okichan Theater, but we were a bit late and ended up standing at the back. However, we were able to enjoy the fun show until the end. Since it was fully booked, if you want to sit, please arrive early. I had bought lunch at a convenience store in the morning, so I was able to take my time exploring the aquarium.

The impressive Elephant Rock at Manzamo and the beautiful blue sea and white sandy beach of Kouri Island were great, but I really liked Nago Pineapple Park. It's not very large, but after riding the Pineapple Bus around the park, there were a botanical garden and a dinosaur area. It was quite enjoyable. Next time, I want to bring my grandchildren along.

I would like to use your services again next time.

　今回のツアーのメインは、2時間半滞在の美ら海水族館。13時少し前に到着したので、オキちゃん劇場のイルカショーを観るのに走りましたが、少し遅れて一番後ろの立ち見で、最後まで楽しいショーを観ることができました。満席だったので、座って見たい方は早めに行ってくださいね。朝コンビニで昼食を買っていたので、水族館の見学はゆっくり見ることができました。
　迫力ある象さん岩の「万座毛」、青い海と白い砂浜の「古宇利島」も良かったのですが、私は「名護パイナップルパーク」が気に入ってしまいました。広くはありませんが、パイナップル号に乗って園内を周遊した後、植物園や恐竜エリアがありました。なかなか楽しかったです。次回は、孫達を連れてきたいと思いました。
　また次回もお世話になりたいです。

Since I rode a water buffalo cart in Taketomi in the past, I opted for a rental bicycle, but we were in a rush because the return boat was already scheduled. We quickly visited three places: Nishi Sanbashi, Kondoi Beach, and Kaiji Beach. There was no time to go to a café. I thought it was nice that those walking could choose the last boat. I was worried about the weather since it was winter in Hokkaido. In the morning, it was snowing, so Nakayama Pass was in a blizzard, and I couldn't see Lake Toya very well. Gradually, the weather improved, and Showa Shinzan and the bear ranch were beautiful. The final Shikotsu Lake Ice Festival was impressive. However, since the lights came on at 4:30 PM and I was heading back at 5 PM while it was still bright, I wished I could have stayed until it got a bit darker. But I was satisfied that they took me to places that are difficult to go to alone.

Overall, it was great for me. This course is quite fast-paced, but it's very difficult to book and complete this itinerary on your own within this time and budget. The explanation of the mangroves, along with the shamisen and singing while riding on the cow, was flavorful and enjoyable. If you find a place you like, there are boats available to each of the surrounding islands, so I think it would be nice to revisit the next day for a more leisurely experience. I think it would be easier to rent a bicycle to get to the beach on Taketomi Island.

全部ありで自分には良かったです。このコースはかなりの駆け足ですが、自分で全部これだけの行程を　この時間と予算で予約してこなすのはたいへん難しい　マングローブの解説も牛さんに乗って聞く三味線と歌も味があってよかったです。気に入った場所があったら各離島への船は出ているので　今回は一回ざっとのおさらい経験として翌日再度ふらっと行けばいいかと思います。竹富島で浜の方に行くにはレンタサイクルあると楽かなと思います。

I applied with my Canadian boyfriend. On the day I participated, there were no other Japanese people, and the guide was in Chinese and English. He was also satisfied and able to understand the content! The guide was fluent in Japanese as well and communicated with us in Japanese during the tour.
I don't think it's possible to explore so efficiently on your own, especially in winter, so I was very satisfied! The time allocation was very sufficient, and in Gujo Hachiman, we walked to scenic spots with the guide, while in Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go, we had the freedom to wander around.

I think it was good to efficiently visit many attractions in one day, with a reasonable amount of free time. However, there were several disappointing aspects.

⚪︎ While there was indeed a "multilingual" indication, over 99% of the announcements on the bus were in Chinese. On that day, two buses were operating, and the other one was in English. I would have understood if it were in English, but I couldn't understand anything in Chinese. I never expected that a tour booked in Japan would be conducted only in Chinese. The Japanese explanations were minimal at best. I believe English would have been better for Japanese participants. I think there should have been an option to choose in advance, or at least a notification that it would be in Chinese this time. The Chinese participants on the same bus had no issues at all. I did mention to the guide that I would like more explanations in Japanese, but I was told that most of the Chinese announcements were just safety instructions, though it didn't seem like that for two or three hours. I didn't press the issue further.

⚪︎ I saw several notices that the entrance fee for the Shikotsuko Ice Festival was separate, but I may have missed the information about the entrance fee for the bear ranch, which ended up being an additional expense for me.

⚪︎ During the tour, we were driving on the highway, and I noticed we were overtaking trucks and cars on the left at quite a speed in the snow. There was never any instruction to wear seatbelts. While I didn't feel in immediate danger, I was scared and made sure to buckle my seatbelt.

I decided to participate in your tour based on a recommendation from a friend, but I was a bit disappointed.

⚪︎確かに「多言語」の表記はありましたが、バス内は９９%以上中国語でした。その日は2台のバスが出ていて、もう一方は英語でした。英語なら分かったのに中国語では全く何もわかりません。日本のツアーを予約してまさか中国語だけとは思いませんでした。日本語は必要最低限の内容だけでした。日本人には英語の方がまだマシだと思います。あるいは事前に選べるか、せめて今回は中国語であることくらいのお知らせはあるべきだと思いました。同じバスの中国系の方々には全く問題はありませんでした。ガイドの方に一度日本語の説明を増やして欲しい旨を伝えましたが、中国語はほとんどが注意事項ですと言われましたが、２時間も３時間もそういう訳ではなかったでしょう。それ以上は言いませんでした。

⚪︎ツアー内容に支笏湖氷濤祭りの入場料は別途との案内は何度かみましたが、熊牧場の入場料については見逃したのかも知れませんが、私にとってはプラスの出費になりました。

⚪︎ツアー中、高速道路を走りましたが、気がつくと左を走るトラックや乗用車をドンドン追い抜いていました。雪の中、かなりのスピードが出ていたと思います。一度もシートベルトをするよう指示はありませんでした。危険な思いをしたわけではありませんでしたが、こわくて自身はシートベルトを絞めていました。

友人から御社のツアーを推薦され参加を決めましたが、少し残念でした。
