I participated in the ANA Blue Base Tour. The training facilities were wonderful, and I was able to observe the ANA employees seriously engaged in their training up close, with very clear explanations from current ANA flight attendants. As someone who loves traveling by plane, this was extremely helpful for me.

素晴らしい訓練施設、ANAの社員の方が真剣に訓練に取り組んでおられるのを、間近で、ANAの現役客室乗務員の方の、とても分かりやすい説明で見学する事が出来て、私自身、飛行機の旅が大好きなので、大変に参考になりました。

I participated on a clear day after heavy snowfall. I didn't need a scarf or gloves; in fact, I felt like using a parasol. However, I held back since no one else was using one.
The tour guide was enjoyable to talk with, and I could see the Tateyama mountain range from the window. They recommended cafes and photo spots, and one of my pictures is from that location.
Since I was participating alone, I was worried about how to spend the more than two hours, but I was able to enjoy food sampling and purchase souvenirs recommended by the tour guide, making it a meaningful time.

大雪の後の快晴の日に参加させていただきました。マフラーや手袋も不要で、むしろ日傘をさしたいほどでした。しかし、日傘をさしている方が一人もいなくて我慢しました。
添乗員さんは、社内で楽しくお話してくださり、車窓からは立山連峰も観る事ができました。お薦めのカフェや撮影スポットを教えていただき、写真の１枚はその場所です。
一人参加でしたので、2時間あまりをどう過ごすか心配でしたかが、食べ歩きしたり、添乗員さんお薦めのお土産も購入でき、有意義な時間が過ごせました。

It was my first time visiting Shirakawa-go. I got the impression that there were many foreigners. Due to the snow, it was hard to see the boundaries of the area, and I might have accidentally entered some restricted places. The illumination from the observation deck was a bit difficult to capture with my smartphone. Since I couldn't make detailed settings, many of my photos turned out blurry. I brought a digital camera, so I mainly took pictures with that. The shuttle bus was smooth, and it felt closer than I expected. On the way back, we arrived significantly earlier than planned, which was great.

白川郷へ行くのは初めてでした。外国人が多い印象を受けました。雪で敷地の境がわからずにおそらく多々侵入禁止の場所に入っているのかもしれませんが？展望台からのライトアップもスマホでの撮影は少し難しく感じました。細かな設定ができないので結構ブレていました。デジカメを持っていったので撮影はデジカメ中心でした。送迎バスもスムーズで思っていたよりも近く感じました。帰りはノンストップで予定よりも大幅に早く到着したので良かったです。

I think it was a tour with a fulfilling schedule that allowed us to enjoy the characteristics of each of the three islands. If I had to be picky, I would have liked a bit more time on Taketomi Island.

スケジュールが充実していて、3島それぞれの特徴を楽しめるツアーだったと思います。
欲を言えば、竹富島の滞在時間がもう少し長かったらと思いました。

The guidance was smooth, and I was able to enjoy the experience at a leisurely pace. The local specialty, Hida beef grilled on a leaf, was also delicious. Since there are few restaurants, I recommend opting for the dinner option. It's a big plus that the restaurant allows you to use their restroom. There are few toilets in the village, so the women's restroom had a long line. The guide also pointed out great photo spots, so I was able to take beautiful pictures! I recommend this tour over going individually.

案内もスムーズでゆったり鑑賞できました。名物の飛騨牛ほう葉焼きも美味しかったです。お店が少ないので夕食付きはおすすめ。レストランでトイレを貸してもらえるのもポイントが高いです。集落にトイレが少ないので女子トイレは行列でした。ガイドさんに撮影ポイントも教えてもらえるのでキレイな写真が撮れました！個人で行くよりもこちらのツアーをおすすめします。

I had to make a last-minute reservation for a long-distance bus that was fully booked, but it turned out to be great. The guide's extensive knowledge and recommendations for shops were very helpful, and it was nice to be taken to various places without having to check the travel itinerary. There were fewer Japanese people, but I highly recommend it.

事前予約が必要な長距離バスが満席だったため急遽予約しましたが、とても良かったです。ガイドさんの豊富な知識やおすすめのお店の紹介などが役立ちましたし、旅行工程を確認せずに次々連れて行ってもらえるのはありがたいです。
日本人は少なめでしたが、おすすめです。

The bus guide on the bus we took was a Chinese person studying Japanese, and it seems they had hardly dealt with Japanese people before. They had been in Japan for about a year, but their Japanese was very good, and they spoke earnestly. There was a kind atmosphere. It was heartwarming to see the driver teaching the bus guide various things. I would love to participate again someday.

私たちが乗ったバスのバスガイドさんが日本語勉強中の中国人の方で、日本人を対応したのがほとんどなかったそうです。来日されて１年くらいだったそうですが日本語がお上手で、一生懸命にお話してくれました。優しい雰囲気でした。運転手さんもバスガイドさんに色々教えている感じが微笑ましかったです。また、いつか参加させてください。

Overall, it was a trip that left little impression. It might be suitable for buying lots of souvenirs. I ended up buying a lot of souvenirs, including a horse placenta cream for about 5,000 yen for my mother-in-law and relatives, all because of the guide's voice saying, "You can only buy this here!"

At the bear ranch, we threw biscuits at the bears below (who seemed bored and didn't eat them), and it was the most boring place where I couldn't really tell what I was looking at.

When the guide started saying, "This bear beauty cream can only be bought here!" I began to wonder if the guide was getting a commission from it.

At Hell Valley, we walked through the sulfur smell, but in the end, there wasn't much to see. The outlet was just average...

In any case, I do not recommend this tour and would like a reconsideration of the route. I don't regret it, but I won't go again. I wonder if it was because my husband is a foreigner that we ended up on the English tour? There were many people of Asian and Indian descent, and it's a mystery whether they were satisfied.

全体的に思い出の薄い旅でした。お土産を沢山買うのには適してるかもです。実際乗せられて沢山お土産を買い「ここでしか買えない！」と言うガイドさんの声で馬のプラセンタ入りのクリーム5千円位のを義母や親戚用に大量購入しました。
くま牧場は下にいるクマめがけてビスケットを投げて(クマも飽き飽きしてるようで食べない)何を見てるのかよくわかんない1番つまらない場所でした。

またもガイドさんが「ここでしか買えないクマの美容クリーム！」と言い出した時にこれはマージンがガイドさんに入ってるのかな？と疑うレベル。

地獄谷では硫黄臭の中歩いて歩いて行きましたが結局大した物もなく。
アウトレットも普通で。。。
とにかくこのツアーはお勧めしないのでルートの再検討をお願いしたいです。
後悔はしてないけど2度と行きません。夫が外国人だから英語のツアーにしたせいなのかな？アジア系とインド系が多くて彼らが満足してるのかは謎です。

Hello, I want to recommend Veltra because everything was always very professional with the people who organize it. Amy, super good, gave me a thousand recommendations.
The super patient guide and driver recommended that my children go to places that he knew they would like because of their age.
What I didn't like very much was that the food was very long, it was good that they had the experience but it was too long which we wasted time there.

The guide explained in both Japanese and English, so my friend who doesn't understand Japanese was able to gain a lot of knowledge. The bus to Shirakawa-go can enter areas where other buses are restricted, which is very convenient. Once you get off, you can immediately line up for the bus to the observation deck. Lunch at a gassho-zukuri farmhouse in Shirakawa-go will be a great memory.

ガイドさんは日本語と英語両方とも説明するから、一緒に行った日本語をわからない友達も色々知識を得ました。白川郷にバスは別のバスが通行止めになってるエリアに入ることがてきるので、すごく便利です。降りたら、すぐに展望台行くバスに並べることがてきる。昼食は白川郷の合掌作り民家に、いい思い出になります。

At the Ocean Expo, everyone except me went to the aquarium, but since I wasn't interested in fish, I went alone to the tropical botanical garden. The orchids were very beautiful and reminded me a lot of the botanical gardens in Singapore. Along the way, I participated in a 30-minute guided tour at Ryukyu Village, where I learned about the life in Ryukyu at that time. Manza Beach was a place where, before the defeat in the war, Okinawa's residents were cornered and threw themselves in, and I joined the tour to confirm that. Okinawa has many traces of the sacrifices made by the nation, and I felt the tragic reality of how not only soldiers but also civilians were caught up in the war, as well as the happiness of living freely and normally now.

海洋博では私以外の方は皆さま水族館に行かれましたが，魚に興味がない私は，一人熱帯植物園に行きました。蘭の花がとてもきれいでした。シンガポールの植物園とよく似ていました。途中，琉球村で30分ガイドに参加して，当時の琉球の生活を勉強しました。万座毛は敗戦前，沖縄の県民が追い詰められ身を投げた地であり，それを確認したくて参加しました。沖縄には国の犠牲になった痕跡がたくさん残っており，当時，軍人はもとより文民達が戦争に巻き込まれた悲惨さ，自分が今不自由なく当たり前に生きていることの幸福を感じ入りました。

You can experience unique activities that are characteristic of the remote islands. You can easily travel by bus or cruise ship and have a great time. The locals are also thinking of various ways to entertain visitors.

離島ならではの体験ができます。バスでの移動やクルーズ船など楽に移動ができて楽しめます。現地の人も楽しませようといろいろ考えてくれています。

The weather wasn't very good, but I was satisfied to finally experience riding a water buffalo cart. During our free time, we went to see the ocean, but since we were on foot and the bus schedule was tight, I regretted that we couldn't relax too much. When we were returning from Taketomi Island to Ishigaki Island, we were waiting at the port for our boat. There was an announcement for the departure of a large ferry, but there was no announcement for our boat at all. Since it was scheduled to depart at the same time as the ferry, it was confusing to distinguish between the line for the ferry and the line for our high-speed boat. We initially lined up in the ferry line and had to hurriedly switch to the correct line. There were several others who seemed just as confused, so I thought it would have been helpful to have announcements.

天気があまり良くなかったのですが、以前から体験したかった水牛車に乗ることができて満足でした。自由時間は海を見に行きましたが、徒歩だったため、バスの時間が迫っており、あまりのんびりはできなかったのが残念でした。竹富島から石垣島へ戻る時、港で船が来るのを待っていたのですが、大きなフェリーの出発の案内はあったのですが、私達が乗る船のアナウンスは全くなく、フェリーと同じ時間の出発だったため、フェリーに乗るための列と私達が乗る高速船の列が分かりにくく、最初フェリーの列に並んでいたので、慌てて正しい列に並び直しました。同じように戸惑っている人が何人もいたので、アナウンスがあると良かったと思います。

The tour was a full day, gathering at 8 AM and dispersing around 7 PM. Despite being busy, there was no wasted time, and I enjoyed stopping at many different places.

8時集合19時解散くらい丸１日のツアーでした。
忙しいながらも無駄な時間はなく色々と沢山の場所に立ち寄れて楽しかったです。

Overall, the time spent at each sightseeing spot was often too long. The winter tour truly felt like a "cold endurance tour," and I was the first to return to the bus.

At Dazaifu Tenmangu, I entered the museum to escape the cold. Despite being famous, Yufuin had few things to see, so I took my time enjoying a meal to pass the time. It was snowing at the top of the ropeway, so I wished I had worn winter boots. Finally, I was able to warm up by soaking my feet in the foot bath at Kamado Jigoku.

I was disillusioned by the warm image of Kyushu, and strengthening my cold weather preparations was a point of reflection.

全体的に各観光地での見学時間が長すぎる事が多かったです。真冬の観光で本当に「寒さに耐えるツアー」となり、真っ先にバスに戻ってしまいました。

太宰府天満宮では博物館に入って寒さをしのぎました。
湯布院は有名な割に見る物は少なく、ゆっくり食事をして時間を持たせました。
ロープウェイで上った先は雪が降っていたので、冬靴で行けば良かったです。
最後のかまど地獄で足湯につかり、ようやく温まることができました。

九州の温暖なイメージを打ち砕かれ、防寒対策強化が反省点でした。

The tour from Ishigaki was great for a day trip without any stress. Exploring Yufu Island at my own pace was enjoyable, and the water buffalo cart ride allowed me to relax and listen to songs. The guide on the boat in Nakama River showed us the mangrove forest and the wild birds. It was wonderful.

石垣からのツアーですが、無理なく日帰りでよかったです。由布島の散策はマイペースで、水牛車はのんびりと唄を聞けて、仲間川のボートのガイドさんはマングローブの林と野鳥を案内してくれました。良かったです。

I was glad to have a tour that allowed me to travel safely and efficiently since I don't usually drive. At Pineapple Park, I could also enjoy wine tasting, and the pineapple cornet was crispy and delicious. At the Churaumi Aquarium, I was fortunate to catch the dolphin show at the right time, but as mentioned in the reviews, there aren't many places to eat lunch, so I recommend preparing in advance or stopping somewhere along the way to snack on things like sata andagi. At Manzamo, I was able to take wonderful photos just in time for the sunset and fully experience the beauty of the Okinawan sea.

普段から車を運転しないため安全に効率的に周れるツアーで良かったです。
パイナップルパークではワインの試飲もできますし、パイナップルコルネがサクサクで美味しかったです。
美ら海水族館ではタイミング良くイルカのショーを見ることが出来ましたが、口コミにも記載の通りお昼ごはんを食べる所があまりないので予め準備するか途中で寄る所でサーターアンダギーとかちょこちょこ食べておくことをおすすめします。
万座毛ではちょうど夕陽のタイミングで素敵な写真を撮る事もでき、沖縄の海を存分に感じることが出来ました。

I participated in early January. I'm glad I joined the tour. It was truly a great way to experience the Yaeyama Islands. It would have been very difficult for us to explore so many places in such depth on our own. Every part was enjoyable, but the mangrove cruise was particularly impressive; the guide's explanations were very skillful and full of intelligence, making it a great learning experience.

Additionally, on Yubu Island, I learned about the history of pioneering while fighting malaria. On the day of the tour, it was quite windy, and many people were buying and wearing raincoats. Even though it's a southern island, it's essential to prepare for the cold.

The iconic water buffalo carts of Yubu Island had some staff whose communication skills varied, leading to some minor issues. Considering all of this, let's just embrace the experience of sightseeing in the southern islands.

1月上旬に参加。ツアーに参加して良かったです。まさに八重山諸島のいいとこどりです。自分たちではこれほと内容濃く、多くの場所を観光することはとても困難です。どこも楽しかったのですが、マングローブクルーズは、ガイドさんの説明がとても上手かつインテリジェンスにあふれ、大変勉強になりました。
また、由布島では、マラリアと闘いながらの開拓の歴史について学びました。
当日は風が強く、途中でレインコートを買って着ている人が多く、南の島とはいえ、防寒対策は必須です。
八重山の象徴的な由布島の水牛車ですが、人にもよるのでしょうが、ずいぶんと話し方が悪いスタッフもおられ、小さなトラブルが生じていました。そういうこと含め、南の島の観光と割り切りましょう。

I'm glad I was able to get an overview, but I really felt the presence of many Chinese tourists. There was a Chinese tourist who lost their wallet and passport, but a local Chinese guide from Sapporo, who was in a hurry, found them and handed them back. The tourist accepted them calmly, without any expression of gratitude. Frankly, I couldn't help but think that in their home country, they might not have gotten them back or could have been robbed.

　取り敢えず概要だけでも知ることが出来て良かったですが、中国人の多さを肌に感じました。財布とパスポートを落とされた中国人の観光客がいらっしゃいましたが、焦って入らした札幌在住の中国人のガイドさんが探して本人に渡されていましたが、平然と受け取っていました。感謝の念が有りませんでしたね。失礼ながら、母国でしたら戻って来ないかお金を抜き取られているのではと、思います。

In mid-January, I participated in this bus tour, and out of 47 people on the bus, 40 were from China. Each time we departed from different locations, there was about a minute of explanation in Japanese, but afterwards, the conversation continued in Chinese for 20-30 minutes. It created quite an alien atmosphere, and I constantly felt out of place on the bus. If this is such a foreigner-oriented tour, I would have appreciated being informed of this in advance as a precaution.

Additionally, outside the bus, I experienced behaviors such as people cutting in line and persistently pushing to get ahead during the lineup, which even caused some people to fall.

Throughout the tour, I often felt anxious and disappointed, but the personality of the driver and the guide was very good, and it was nice that they generally adhered to the scheduled departure times.

1月中旬こちらのバスツアーに参加し、バス車内47人中40名が中国の方でした。
各地出発の度に1分程度日本語で説明がありますが、その後は20-30分ほど中国語でのお話が続きます。かなりアウェイな雰囲気で、車内では常に肩身の狭い思いをしました。
これほど外国人向けツアーであるならば、注意事項として事前に教えていただきたく思いました。

また、車外でも列に割り込む、整列時も前に入るため執拗に押す等の行為を受け、転ぶ人が出るほどでした。

終始心細く残念な気持ちになることが多かったですが、運転手さんやガイドさんのお人柄は非常によく、基本的に定刻出発が守られており気持ちがよかったです。

I will be sightseeing with various people from overseas. Sometimes, there might be only one Japanese person like me. The guide communicates equally with everyone, providing the same information in both English and Japanese, which is reassuring. I chose this tour because my first choice was fully booked, but I was able to visit the classic sightseeing spots in one day and make effective use of my time. Being able to ask about recommended souvenirs and have my questions answered is something unique to guided tours.

色んな海外の方々と一緒に観光します。時には私のように日本人は1人なんて時もあるかもしれません。ガイドさんが平等にコミュニケーションとってくださるので、同じ案内を英語と日本語で案内してくれます。安心です。第一希望のツアーが満席か？でこちらに決めましたが1日で定番の観光地を巡れて時間も有効に使えました。おすすめのお土産をたずねたり、質問に対応してもらえるのはガイドさんつきツアーならではです。

Sapporo, our departure point, had little snow, but Asahiyama Zoo was a winter wonderland at -6 degrees, truly representing Hokkaido! Although it was a freezing world, as long as you dress warmly, the cold is not bothersome. The zoo was a place where I could watch the active animals for hours. We had just over three hours there, but it flew by as we ate and browsed for souvenirs. For those with children, it's best to start with the must-see attractions! The kids' snow play can slow you down quite a bit. The polar bears and seals are located on the opposite side from the main entrance, so it takes time to get there. The return trip on the highway was exhausting due to many road closures, taking nearly five hours, but I'm grateful for being safely delivered on the snowy roads without any accidents.

出発地の札幌は雪が少なかったんですが、旭山動物園は雪で-6度、これぞ北海道！！という天候でよかったです。マイナスの世界ですがきちんと防寒すれば気にならない寒さでした。動物園も活発な動物の動きに何時間でもみていたい場所でした。3時間ちょっと滞在時間はありましたが、ごはんを食べたりおみやげを見たりしているとあっという間でした。子供がいる方はこれは絶対見たい！ってところから回るといいです。子供の雪遊びでなかなか前に進めません。しろくまやアザラシは団体入口とは正反対の場所にいるので行くのに時間がかかります。
帰りの高速道路は通行止めが多く5時間近くかかり疲れましたが、事故なく雪道を安全に送り届けてくれたことに感謝です。

On the day of the trip, it was drizzling from the morning.

First, we took a ferry to Iriomote Island. We then traveled by bus to the spot where we could ride the water buffalo to Yubu Island. The bus guide was fantastic, and we had a fun time filled with laughter.

Finally, we got to ride the water buffalo to Yubu Island, which was a long-awaited experience. The water buffalo was very cute, and we crossed over to Yubu Island while listening to shamisen music, which made me truly feel that I was in Okinawa.

Yubu Island is quite small, so we were able to do some quick sightseeing.

Next, we took a sightseeing boat to explore the mangroves. Unfortunately, it was raining quite heavily, and the rain cover made it a bit difficult to see.

By the time we arrived at Taketomi Island, the rain and wind were intense, and we couldn't enjoy the island much. Since we had signed up for a free walk plan, there was no guide on-site, and I felt that it was difficult to sightsee in bad weather.

I hear that Taketomi Island has beautiful beaches, so I definitely want to come back when the weather is nice next time!

当日は朝からしとしと雨が降っていました。

まずはフェリーで西表島へ。
由布島へいく水牛のスポットまでバスで移動でした。
バスガイドのおじさんのトークが素晴らしく、笑いが絶えない楽しい時間でした。

そして念願の水牛に乗って由布島へ。
水牛はとても可愛く、三味線の音楽を聴きながら由布島へ渡りましたが、沖縄に来たんだなぁと改めて実感しました。

由布島はかなり小さい島なのでサクッと観光できました。

その次は遊覧船でマングローブを観光しました。
かなり雨が降っていたので、雨除けのカバーが付いており、少し見づらかったのが残念でした。

竹富島に着く頃には雨と風が激しく、あまり島を楽しむことができませんでした。
私たちはフリーウォークプランに申し込んでいたので、現地でガイドさんがおらず、天候が悪いと観光するのが難しいなと感じました。

竹富島も綺麗なビーチがあるみたいなので、次回は是非天気が良いときに来てみたいなと思います！

The guide's extensive knowledge and hospitality towards customers, along with the driver's safe driving, made for a thoroughly satisfying day trip. I will definitely use this service again when visiting another location.

It was unfortunately rainy, but I was still able to enjoy it to the fullest! The Korean guide was also very dedicated and shared a lot of interesting information.

Mr. Kan's way of speaking was polite, and his heartfelt dedication to his work was wonderful. He was working hard even in bad weather.

案内の金さんの話し方が丁寧で、とても心のこもったお仕事ぶりが素晴らしいでした。悪天候の中でも一生懸命働いていらっしゃいました。

The departure from the bus terminal in front of Ishigaki Port was convenient, as the highlights were well-organized. It's nice to hear the guide's stories instead of driving a rental car. The guide who led my tour seemed to be studying the sanshin and even performed for us. I participated in a day tour to another remote island, and compared to that, I think the lunch was good for the price.

石垣港前のバスターミナルより出発、見どころがまとまっていて便利でした。レンタカーで行くよりガイドさんのお話も聞けます。私が参加した時のガイドさんは三線を勉強されている様で演奏してくださりました。別の離島で一日ツアーへ参加しましたが比べるとランチは、この金額でよかったかと思います。

Winter is cold and tough for humans, but the animals are very lively and full of energy, which was a lot of fun. I recommend winter over summer!

冬は寒くて人間は大変ですが、動物達はとても元気で生き生きしていて、とても楽しかったです。私は夏より冬がおすすめです！

The mangrove boat tour had attentive guidance and was filled with real-time information about the arrival of birds. The bus driver on Iriomote Island shared very interesting stories, making for a time filled with laughter. The water buffalo cart tour to Yubu Island was a wonderful experience that healed me with the sound of the sanshin and the unique personalities and paces of each buffalo, allowing me to forget the busyness of everyday life. On Taketomi Island, I was efficiently shown the tourist spots, but I wished I could have taken a bit more time to relax.

マングローブのボート散策は案内が丁寧で鳥の飛来などリアルタイムの情報も満載でした。西表島のバスの運転手さんのお話がとても面白く笑い声の絶えないひとときでした。由布島への水牛車ツアーは、三線の音色とそれぞれの牛さんの性格や歩みに癒され、日常の慌ただしさを忘れさせてくれる素敵な体験でした。竹富島は観光スポットを効率よく案内してもらいましたが、もう少しゆっくりできたらいいなと思いました。
