I signed up for a tour that picks you up at the Loisir Hotel Naha. The driver's driving was very skillful, and the ride was comfortable. The tour guide was kind.

ロワジールホテル那覇宿泊地でピックアップしてくださるツアーに申し込みました。運転手さんの運転はとても上手で移動中快適でした。添乗員さんは親切でした。

This was my third time participating, and I had expected the current employees to wear uniforms while explaining, but this time they weren't wearing them. I was very disappointed. However, seeing the facility in person made it clear that they truly value their customers. It's a place that makes you want to visit again and again. There’s something exciting about it.

Considering how much you can do, it's an incredible deal! We stopped by Mushroom Kingdom before lunch, and since we were there, we tried the premium mushroom soup! The lunch seemed a bit lacking for men, so if you can eat, it might be a good idea to have something beforehand. The course to fully enjoy nature was truly the best!

The bus guide shared various stories about Hokkaido, which was both educational and enjoyable. It was great to see the winter version of Asahiyama Zoo's animals. Since it was my second visit, I was able to read the exhibits that I couldn't read last time at a leisurely pace. There was also plenty of time, allowing us to enjoy everything without feeling rushed. I was very satisfied to be able to eat delicious food at the rest area as well.

バスガイドさんがいろいろと北海道のお話をしてくれたのが勉強になったし楽しかったです。
冬バージョンの旭山動物園の動物達がみれてよかったです。2回目だったので、前回読めなかった展示などもゆっくり読めました。
時間も余裕があって、せかせかせずにゆっくりと楽しめました。
休憩場所でも美味しいものを食べれて、大満足でした。

I think it's a strong ally for solo travelers, as it allows you to visit tourist spots that are difficult to access alone, enjoy a delicious lunch, and adjust the schedule to see the Okinawa rail. In the end, you can just relax and arrive in Naha. Many people actually travel alone as well.

個人では行きづらい観光スポットを周遊してもらい、かつ美味しい昼食をいただけ、
ヤンバルクイナの見られるように時間も調整されており、最後は寝ていれば那覇につく。

This was my second time participating, and I was able to observe the training of ground staff, mechanics, and cabin crew, which was very educational. The guide's explanations were also thorough.

2回目の参加でしたが、グランドスタッフや整備士、CAさんの訓練の様子が見学出来て、勉強になります。ガイドの方の説明も丁寧です。

The entire island was fun. The staff who worked hard also left a strong impression on me.

I thought that transportation such as buses and ferries would be guaranteed for everything, but after the last water buffalo tour, I found myself unable to catch the bus to the ferry terminal.

The information stated, "For your return, you can choose from the 15:10, 16:00, or 17:00 departures from Taketomi Port on-site. If you choose 16:00 or 17:00, you will have free time on Taketomi Island! Feel free to explore at your leisure." There were some people who couldn't board and had to walk to the ferry.

If walking is allowed, I would like them to ask what time bus we prefer and confirm the bus. It’s fine for younger people, but I wouldn’t recommend it for the elderly.

I prefer to book local tours because I don't want to feel anxious while traveling.

全島楽しかったです。
一生懸命対応されているスタッフさん達も印象に残りました。

すべてにおいてバスや船等の乗物が約束されていると思っていましたが、
最後の水牛観光後→フェリー乗り場行きのバスが乗れない状態になりました。

案内には、「お帰りは竹富港発15:10・16:00・17:00の便より現地でお選びいただけます。16:00・17:00を選んだ場合は竹富島でフリータイム！散策などご自由にお過ごしください。」
とあります。
乗れず歩いてフェリーに向かう方もいました。

散歩自由なら何時のバスを希望するか聞いて、バスを確定にしてほしいです。
若い方は良いですが、お年寄にはお勧めできないです。

このようなツアーは旅行先で不安になりたくないので、地元のツアーを申し込んでいます。

I run a travel business. This time, I participated privately. The content of the tour was good, but I think the bus guide, Mr. Sunakawa, was excellent. He was very skilled at providing information on the bus, but his kindness, sincerity, and attentiveness in dealing with customers outside the bus were outstanding. I have interacted with various bus guides before, but he was the best.

The lunch was a bit lacking, but considering the tour price, it can't be helped (laughs). I definitely recommend it. Thank you for your assistance.

私は旅行業を営んでおります。今回はプライベートで参加いたしました。ツアーの内容も良かったですがバスガイドの砂川さんが大変良かったと思います。車内での案内もお上手なんですが、車外でのお客さんへの対応が非常に親切で誠実で気配りがあり、今までいろいろなバスガイドさんと接してきましたが最高でした。

I didn't do much research before going to Ishigaki Island, but thanks to this tour, my satisfaction with the trip increased. I thought it was well-packaged.

We were the only Japanese couple among the guests, participating from Hokkaido. Most of the guests were Chinese, but they frequently incorporated Japanese and provided us with incredibly thoughtful service, which was very moving. The constant focus on putting customers first left a strong impression on us. It was a wonderful bus tour, and I would love to request Chinsan again someday. I don't think there are many wonderful guides like him. I've become a complete fan. Thank you! 😊

During our trip to Nagoya as a couple, we spontaneously decided to visit Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go. To our surprise, once we got past the highway, it was like entering a snowy country (laughs). We were amazed by the many inbound travelers, and we enjoyed conversations with them while savoring delicious food. The gohei mochi, skewered dumplings, Hida beef, and amazake were all so tasty! The people we met were kind, and our guide provided thorough explanations with a great smile.

夫婦で名古屋旅行の時に、思い立って飛騨高山と白川郷へ行きました。まさか、高速抜けると、雪国でした(笑)
たくさんのインバウンド旅行の方々にびっくりしながらも会話も楽しく食べ物も美味しくいただきました。やはり五平餅や串団子、飛騨牛、甘酒、すべてうま～い。出会った人たちも優しかった。ガイドさんも丁寧に説明してくれて笑顔もよかったです。

I participated in December. There were only two groups of Japanese people, including us; the rest were foreigners. The tour guide explained everything to us directly in Japanese and guided us throughout the sightseeing. We visited many attractions and had a fulfilling day. I have used VELTRA several times, and I have never been disappointed. I would like to participate again in another location next time. Thank you very much.

I had a tour of the facility guided by CA. It was great to see the training in progress. The atmosphere was relaxed, and they kindly answered all my questions. There was also a corner selling ANA merchandise. It was a fun tour that any aviation enthusiast would love.

This January in Okinawa was very cold and windy, and I was worried when the ferry to Iriomote Island was canceled, but I was able to go on this tour. Since it was a two-island tour, I returned to the hotel in the afternoon without getting too tired, which was great. On Taketomi Island, I could explore at my own pace the next day without using a tour.

I recommend the tours from Veltra because they are cheaper than booking on-site. The lunch time was at 10:30 AM, but since we gathered early in the morning, I was able to eat. Those on the three-island tour must have been hungry (there are no shops on Taketomi Island), and the bento was cold, the tempura was hard, and I wished for something delicious as a main dish.

I had a good experience.

今年の1月の沖縄はとても寒くて風が強く、西表行きの船は欠航で心配しましたがこのツアーは行くことができました。
私は2島のツアーだったので午後にホテルに戻り疲れず良かったです。竹富島は次の日ツアーを利用せずマイペースでゆったりまわれます。

ベルトラさんのツアーは、現地で申し込むのよりお安くてお勧めです。
ランチの時間が 10時半でしたが、朝早くの集合でしたので食べれます。3島ツアーの方はお腹が空いたでしょう（竹富島にはお店がないので）、そして、お弁当は冷たくて天ぷらは硬くて、何か美味しいメインのおかずが欲しかった。

良い経験ができました

The bus tour in sub-zero temperatures was completely different from other seasons, allowing us to enjoy the scenery and food unique to the cold period. There were many foreigners, but as a local, I also had a great time. Both Mount Usu and Showa Shinzan are representative volcanoes of Hokkaido, and the winter scenery was breathtaking.

氷点下というなかでのバスツアーは、他の季節とはまったく違っていて、寒い時期だからこその景色や食を楽しめました。外国人が多かったですが、地元民である私も存分に楽しめました。有珠山も昭和新山も北海道を代表する火山ですが、冬景色は圧巻でした。

On December 29, 2024, I participated in a sightseeing tour of Shirakawa-go and Takayama. Starting from the urban landscape of Nagoya, the scenery transformed into lush green mountains, brown coniferous forests, and a snow-covered silver world, which was truly breathtaking. I was particularly moved every time we passed through a tunnel, revealing a completely different world.

There was some traffic and unstable weather due to heavy snowfall the day before, but thanks to our guide's professional judgment, the itinerary was flexibly adjusted in terms of order and timing. Because of this, we were able to enjoy all the sightseeing spots safely and smoothly, for which I am truly grateful.

This tour was an amazing experience and has become an unforgettable memory. I highly recommend it to many people!

2024年12月29日に、白川郷と高山を巡る観光ツアーに参加しました。名古屋の都会的な街並みからスタートし、緑豊かな山々、茶色の針葉樹林、そして一面雪に覆われた白銀の世界へと移り変わる景色は、本当に息をのむ美しさでした。特にトンネルを通り抜けるたびに、まったく異なる世界が広がっていて感動しました。

前日に大雪が降ったとのことで、多少の渋滞や天候の不安定さもありましたが、ガイドさんのプロフェッショナルな判断によって、柔軟に行程の順番や時間を調整してくださいました。そのおかげで、すべての観光地を安全かつスムーズに楽しむことができ、心から感謝しています。

このツアーは本当に素晴らしい体験で、忘れられない思い出になりました。ぜひ多くの方に参加をおすすめしたいです！

I participated in the Shirakawa-go and Takayama sightseeing tour on December 29, 2024. Traveling by bus, the scenery changed beautifully from the urban landscape of Nagoya to green mountains, brown coniferous forests, and then to the snow-covered wonderland. Each tunnel we passed led us to a completely different world. I heard that there was heavy snow the day before, which caused some traffic jams and unpredictable weather conditions. However, thanks to the tour guide's professional judgment, the itinerary was cleverly adjusted in a timely manner. I am truly grateful for being able to safely and successfully enjoy all the sights. I highly recommend everyone to join; it will be an unforgettable memory.

參加2024/12/29的合掌村及高山觀光團，搭著遊覽車，從名古屋的都市街景，到綠色山林，棕色針葉林，再到覆蓋白雪的雪之仙境的景色變化美不勝收，每經過一個山洞便會是完全不一樣的世界。因為聽說前一天下了很大的雪，所以有一些塞車或天氣不定性之類的路況，但是在導遊專業的判斷下巧妙的適時的更改行程順序或時間，真的是非常感謝。能夠安全且圓滿的觀賞到所有行程真的非常感謝，非常推薦大家來參加，會是一個非常難忘的回憶

I participated in a tour from Ishigaki to Iriomote, and then to Taketomi Island (glass boat + water buffalo).

Indeed, it might be difficult to visit all these islands at once without joining a tour.

Going from Ishigaki to Iriomote was good, and Yubu Island was nice.

However, Taketomi Island was not good. I was just made to wait, and I didn't even know what time the ferry was leaving. After arriving at Taketomi Island, I had to wait to board the glass boat. After getting off the glass boat, I had to wait again for the bus to the water buffalo experience. I wanted to return early on the last bus. After the experience, I had to wait about 50 minutes for the free shuttle bus to the ferry. It was a very wasteful use of time. I thought joining the tour would prevent such issues.

確かにツアーに参加しないと、これだけの島を一気に回るのは大変かもしれません。

石垣から西表に行き、西表で由布島は良かったです。

竹富島は、よくない。
時間だけ待たされ、何時に発なのかもわからず。
竹富島についてから、グラスボートに乗るのに待ち。
グラスボートを降りて、水牛体験をしに行くバスでも、さらに待ち。
水牛は、最終便で早く帰りたい。体験後、無料送迎バスにのり、フェリーまで約50分さらに待つ。
非常にもったいない時間の使い方でした。
そういうことがないようにツアーに参加したつもりでした。

Only three family members participated on New Year's Day. The grandeur of the Yakusugi trees was breathtaking, and although the temperature was 3°C, the humidity exceeded 70%, making the moss incredibly beautiful and soothing. It turned out to be a fun trekking tour that wasn't too strenuous. The guide took many photos for us, which we received via AirDrop at the end. They made us delicious miso soup for lunch. The tour was comfortable as they adjusted the pace to suit us. Thank you very much!

元旦に家族3人のみの参加だった。屋久杉の壮大さ、気温3℃だが湿度が70%超えており苔がとてもきれいで癒された。
それほどハードではなく楽しいトレッキングツアーになった。ガイドさんがたくさん写真を撮ってくださり最後にAirDropでいただきました。お昼にお味噌汁を作っていただき美味しかったです。私達に合わせて歩いていただき快適なツアーでした、ありがとうございました。

It was quite cold at the end of the year. The trolley path on the way there was frozen, and crossing a bridge without handrails made me nervous, thinking I could break a bone if I fell. With a headlamp in one hand, I kept walking, walking, walking. I took a heart-shaped photo at the Wilson tree and felt healed. From here, due to the deep snow, I put on crampons and set off. After climbing up and down the snow-covered mountain path, I finally reached Jomon Sugi. I took many photos from two observation points. What a magnificent size it was. Having achieved my goal, I headed back. I walked the trolley path again, which was especially tough on the way back. The scenery didn’t change, which was disheartening. I had to return before the 5 PM departure of the return bus, so I couldn’t take my time. The poor footing on the trolley path made me look down while walking, causing pain in my neck and shoulders, and I continued walking while enduring calf pain. With five members encouraging each other, we were able to return without anyone dropping out. Thank you to our guide for the strict yet precise instructions.

年末はかなり冷え込んでいた。行きのトロッコ道は凍っており手すりが無い橋を渡るので落ちたら骨折かとドキドキ。ヘッドライトを片手に道を照らしながらひたすら歩く歩く歩く、歩く歩く、歩く。ウィルソン株でハートの写真を撮り癒された。ここから積雪が深いためアイゼンを履いてさあ出発。雪深い山道を登り下りようやく縄文杉にたどり着いた。二ヶ所の見晴台から写真をたくさん撮る。なんとまあ見事な大きさ。目的を達成し帰路へ。ひたすらトロッコ道を歩く。帰りが特に辛かった。景色が変わらないので気が滅入る。帰りの登山バスの出発が17時のためそれまでに帰らねばならずゆっくりできない。トロッコ道の足場が悪いため下ばかり向いて歩くためか首と肩の痛みがつらい、ふくらはぎの痛みに耐えながら歩き続けた。5人のメンバーで励ましながら脱落者なしで帰ることができた。厳しくもあり的確な指示出しをしてくださるガイドさん、ありがとうございました。

It was a tour that made effective use of the last day. The bus was efficient, and the timing was accurate. The guide's explanations were very easy to understand, and I was able to enjoy myself without getting bored on the bus. There were also several participants who joined alone, so I recommend it for solo travelers as well. The guide kindly took photos for us.

あいにくの雨でしたが、洞窟を回れて大満足でした。凄い迫力の洞窟で、自然のすごさを体感できて高齢の母が大満足でした。割引券を用意してくださったのも嬉しかったです！

The experience was really good considering the hassle of renting a car alone.

However, the bus guide was terrible.

When she spoke, it felt like she was instructing her subordinates, and even though she was just confirming things, she came off as very condescending.

She was kind to the foreign tourists who were late to the meeting point, which was frustrating.

Also, we were told to meet at a certain spot, but even after four of us searched for ten minutes, we couldn't find it.

Some people gave up on the activity.

She was smiling at the foreigners and spoke politely.

I can read like anyone else, so...

I felt discriminated against as a Japanese person while in Japan. Others mentioned they were too scared to ask questions because they felt they would be scolded.

内容は、一人でレンタカー借りる手間を考えればすごく良かった。

ただ、バスガイドさんが、酷すぎました。

何か話す時、上司が部下に指導するみたいで、確認しているだけなのに高圧的でした。

集合場所に遅刻した外国人には優しく接していてモヤモヤ。

あと、ここにいると言われたのに、4人がかりで10分探してもいない。

アクティビティ諦めた方もいました。

外国の方には笑顔でした。話し方も丁寧。

人並みに、リーディングは出来るので…

日本にいて、日本人差別された気分です。
他の方も、怖いし、怒られそうで聞けないって言っていましたよ。

This time, I stayed overnight in Nagoya for a live event and was wondering where to go the next day. I had always wanted to visit the snowy Shirakawa-go, so when I searched, I found this bus tour. I was a bit worried since it was available in Chinese, English, and Japanese (I wonder how many Japanese people were there?), but the guide talked non-stop and provided various explanations, including popular shops and recommended meals. The meeting and departure times were strictly followed, and the tour ended without any issues. Some people reclined their bus seats or brushed off the snow that had accumulated on their coats inside the bus, but it seemed there were no issues regarding that.

今回、ライブで名古屋に1泊して次の日どこへ出かけようかと。
以前より雪の白川郷へは行ってみたいなぁと思っていたので、検索するとこちらのバスツアーがヒットしました。
中国語、英語、日本語対応との事で少々心配してましたが（日本人何人いたかしら？）ガイドさんはずっと喋りっぱなしで色々説明してくださいました。人気のお店とかお勧めの食事とか。
集合出発時間も、きちんと守られて問題無くツアーも終了しました。
バスの座席を倒したり、コートに積もった雪をバスの中で払ったりする方もいらっしゃいましたが、その辺りは注意はなかったようです。

This time, my trip to Okinawa was sightseeing without a car, but I wanted to visit places other than Naha, so I booked this tour. I was able to fully enjoy Okinawa as I was taken to various sightseeing spots! There were participants from different countries besides Japanese people, and they prepared a very easy-to-understand audio guide, which deepened my understanding of Okinawa. The audio guide was available in multiple languages, so I think everyone can enjoy it regardless of nationality. The bus was comfortable to sit in, and the windows were kept clean, allowing me to take beautiful photos of the scenery from the window. Each person received a bottle of water when boarding, which was very helpful. At the Churaumi Aquarium, we had about three hours to explore, so I enjoyed it to the fullest! If I have the opportunity to come to Okinawa again, I would definitely like to participate once more!

今回の沖縄旅行は車なしの観光でしたが、那覇以外の観光地にも行ってみたいと思いこちらのツアーを予約しました。
色々な観光地に連れて行ってもらえたので、沖縄を満喫することができました！
参加者は日本人以外にも各国の方がいらっしゃったのですが、とてもわかりやすい内容の音声ガイドを準備してくださっており、沖縄への理解を深めることが出来ました。
音声ガイドは各国の言語に対応していたので、国籍問わず楽しめると思います。
バスも座り心地が良く、窓も清潔に保たれていて車窓からの景色もきれいに写真を撮ることが出来ました。
乗車時にはペットボトルの水を1人ずつもらえたので、大変助かりました。
美ら海水族館も、参観時間も約3時間あったので思い存分楽しめました！
また沖縄に来る機会があれば、ぜひもう一度参加したいです！

From Kencho-mae, we were able to efficiently visit Manzamo, Pineapple Park, Okashi Goten, Kouri Ohashi, and Churaumi Aquarium by sightseeing bus. The time spent at each location seemed just right. I think it would be nice to have a course that includes lunch as well. Additionally, I felt that having more explanations from the guide would have been beneficial.

県庁前から、万座毛、パイナップルパーク、御菓子御殿、古宇利大橋、美ら海水族館を観光バスで効率良く巡れました。各場所の時間もちょうど良かったように思います。昼食付きのコースもあると良いと思いました。
また、ガイドさんの説明ももっとあれば良いと思いました。

ANAのCAをはじめ、パイロットや地上係員の訓練を見学することができます。
なかなかこのような施設はないのでいい経験でした！

I participated with my parents in their 70s.

1. Iriomote Island Mangrove Tour
The guide provided fascinating explanations, and the photo opportunities were well-organized, making it a lot of fun!

2. Yubu Island
Traveling by water buffalo cart was relaxing, and we were very satisfied with the extraordinary atmosphere! The island exploration took about an hour, including lunchtime, so we couldn't see everything, but that was fine.

3. Taketomi Island
Be careful with the glass-bottom boat; if you get too absorbed, you might feel a bit nauseous! You can see the fish clearly. The walking distance on the island was a bit tough for my parents.

Still, it was a very satisfying tour where we could fully enjoy the remote islands!
