I think it's possible to go by rental car or other means, but in winter, the conditions in the mountains can be uncertain, so I decided to go with a tour, and I'm glad I did. Additionally, thanks to the guide, I was satisfied with the photo spots and how to enjoy the surroundings. For lunch, we were able to eat smoothly at a place that would usually be crowded because it was part of the tour. Overall, I am very satisfied!

レンタカーなどの手段で行くことも可能かと思いますが、冬ですと山の方の状況がわからないこともありますのでその点でまずツアーに決めようと思いましたしよかったと思いました。加えてガイドさんのおかげで写真スポット、周りかたを教えてもらえて満足でした。昼食も通常であれば混むところをツアーですのでスムーズにいただくことができました。総合してとても満足です！

As someone who is about to become a pilot, you have studied various positions within ANA thoroughly. You answered questions accurately, making for a fulfilling visit.

これからパイロットになろうとしている方だけあって、ＡＮＡ社内のいろいろな職種のことをよく勉強されていました。
質問にも的確に答えて頂き、充実した見学でした。

I attended a completely reservation-only light-up event. The observation deck tickets were only available through accommodation or bus tours, and they were as difficult to obtain as tickets for the Takayama route or Southern route, while the Kanazawa route was relatively easier to get. That said, they sold out quickly.
The scenery was impeccable. It was a clear day, and I could see many stars. There were quite a few inbound tourists, but the crowd level was manageable for proper sightseeing.

完全予約制のライトアップイベントに行きました。展望台チケットは宿泊するかバスツアーしか無く、高山ルートとか、サザンのチケット並みの取りにくさ、金沢ルートは比較的取りやすかったです。と言っても分で売り切れます。
景観は文句なし。快晴で星が沢山みえました。インバウンドの方々も多かったけど、適切に観光できるレベルの混みようでした。

In one day, we were able to visit popular tourist spots including the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium from Naha, and it was fulfilling. There were many foreign participants, but the tour guide provided clear directions and we kept to the schedule. They were a bright and kind person.

At the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, we enjoyed the dolphin show and the manatee exhibit, and the two and a half hours flew by. We were blessed with good weather and were able to enjoy the scenery.

I did wish we had a bit more time at each location, but I was satisfied after trying pineapple at Pineapple Park, Mont Blanc at the Okashi Goten, and sata andagi at Manzamo. I highly recommend this tour!

那覇から一日で美ら海水族館ほか人気観光地を回れ、充実してました
外国人の参加者も多かったですが、添乗員さんがポイントをしっかり案内されてて、時間どおり進みました　明るくて親切なステキな方でした
美ら海水族館ではイルカショーやマナティ館にも行ったりで、2時間半もあっと言う間でした
お天気にも恵まれ、景色を楽しむこともできました
各所、もう少し時間が欲しいなとは思いましたが、パイナップルパークでパイナップル、お菓子御殿でモンブラン、万座毛でサーターアンダギーといろいろ食べて満足、おすすめのツアーです

I was happy to be able to visit American Village after going to the aquarium.

The illumination was very beautiful, and the atmosphere was lovely.

I wished I had a little more time for shopping.

水族館に行き帰りには最後にアメリカンヴィレッジにいけて嬉しかったです。

ライトアップがとっても綺麗で、雰囲気が素敵でした。

お買い物の時間がもう少し時間が欲しかったです。

It was great that there was no wasted time, and it wasn't a hard schedule either, so I was able to enjoy myself. The river journey in Iriomote Island was a bit disappointing because the water wasn't clear, but it still became a good memory.

I'm glad I was able to visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, which I had wanted to go to for a long time.

It was fun to see the dugongs and enjoy the dolphin show.

ずっと行きたかった美ら海水族館に行けてよかった。

It was disappointing that the glass boat tour was canceled due to the weather, but I was happy to meet the red panda at the alternative Neo Park.

天気の関係でグラスボートが中止になったのは残念でしたが、代りのネオパークでレッサーパンダに会えたのは嬉しかった。

Personally, it would have been a tough schedule to manage on my own, so I'm glad I could do it all in one tour.

I was very satisfied.

It was my first time participating in a tour alone, but perhaps because it was the day after the Ishigaki Marathon, there were many solo participants, and I had a great time. I was glad to be able to efficiently visit tourist spots that I wouldn't have been able to reach without renting a car.

初めての一人参加のツアーでしたが、石垣マラソンの翌日のためか一人参加のかたも多く楽しめました。レンタカーを借りないのでなかなか行けない観光地に効率的に行けて良かったです。

I stayed at a hotel in Manza without a rental car, so I was looking for tours that depart from Manza and found one. There are many tours departing from Naha City, but there were hardly any tours that could pick us up in Manza to go to Kouri Island, so I was glad to participate. I was satisfied with the efficient sightseeing in places that are not accessible by public bus. The weather was nice, and the beach on Kouri Island was very beautiful and impressive.

レンタカーの予約なしで万座のホテルに宿泊したため、万座から出発できるツアーを探していてヒットしました。
那覇市からの出発ツアーはたくさんあるのですが、万座でピックアップしてもらえる古宇利島に行けるツアーはほとんどなかったので参加できて助かりました。
路線バスでいけない場所に効率よく観光ができて満足です。天気が良かったので古宇利島のビーチが大変美しく印象的でした。

Since I participated alone this time, I was honestly a bit anxious, but once I joined, there were no problems at all. I had plenty of time to explore the destinations, and most importantly, I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go, which was fantastic. I got to see the Couples' Rocks, and after visiting the Futami Okitama Shrine, we continued to the Outer Shrine and Inner Shrine.

Before visiting the Inner Shrine, I enjoyed a lunch of Ise udon and hand-formed sushi, which was included in the tour. We were able to eat right at the designated place, and afterward, we could explore at our own pace, allowing us to spend meaningful time at Okage Yokocho.

The tour guide was very polite and kind, making for a fun trip. Thank you very much!

今回は一人参加だったため、正直少し不安でしたが、実際に参加してみると、全く問題はなく、目的地にも十分な時間で回れ、なんと言っても、全部行きたかった場所に行けたので最高でした。夫婦岩も見れ、二見興玉神社参拝後、外宮、内宮と続き
内宮参拝前に、伊勢うどんと手ごね寿司のランチをいただきましたが、こちらもツアー込みのものを選んだため、案内された場所ですぐに食事ができ、その後は各自のペースで参拝に回れたので、おかげ横丁での時間も取れ、とても有意義に回れました。
添乗員の方もとても丁寧でお優しく、楽しい旅行ができました、本当にありがとうございました。

I was recognized as a job-seeking student, and I received advice and had many conversations about the benefits of ANA. I attended alone, but they took photos for me, and there were many others in similar situations, which made it easy to participate!

We signed up for this tour because our travel schedule was limited and we didn't have a car, allowing us to visit the main tourist attractions by bus. There was no bus guide, but instead, there was an audio guide on board that provided information. It introduced various knowledge about Okinawa, making it very easy to understand, and I felt it was a great system.

Pineapple Park was not only home to a diverse range of plants beyond my expectations, but it also had dinosaur sculptures on display, making it a wonderful place for both adults and children to enjoy. The Churaumi Aquarium was larger than I expected, and to be honest, I wished we had a bit more time for sightseeing, but I was satisfied to visit one of Okinawa's representative tourist spots. Lunch was scheduled at the aquarium, but considering the limited time and the few restaurant options, I think it might be a good idea to have lunch during the bus ride.

Additionally, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the bus windows and the beach at Kouri Island, making it a course where we could fully enjoy the charm of Okinawa within a limited time. I highly recommend this plan for those visiting Okinawa for the first time or for those who do not have a car!

私たちは旅行の日程が限られており、車もなかったため、バスで主要な観光名所を巡ることができるこちらのツアーに申し込みました。本ツアーにはバスガイドはおらず、その代わりに車内での音声ガイドによる案内がありました。沖縄に関するさまざまな知識を紹介してくれるため、とてもわかりやすく、良いシステムだと感じました。
パイナップルパークは想像以上に多様な植物が楽しめるだけでなく、恐竜のオブジェの展示もあり、大人も子どもも楽しめる素敵な場所でした。美ら海水族館は予想よりも広く、正直なところもう少し観光時間が欲しかったですが、沖縄の代表的な観光名所を訪れることができて満足でした。昼食は水族館で取るスケジュールでしたが、時間が限られていることや、レストランの選択肢が少ないことを考えると、バスの移動中に昼食を済ませておくのも一つの方法かと思います。
また、古宇利島のビーチや車窓からの美しい景色も楽しめ、限られた時間の中で沖縄の魅力を十分に満喫できるコースでした。沖縄を初めて訪れる方や、車を持たない方に特におすすめのプランです！

It was good that they spoke mostly in Chinese on the bus, but I couldn't understand anything... It was a difficult time for Japanese tourists.

中国語が約9割以上で、バスの中で喋ってくれるのは良いがまったく分からなかった‥日本人観光客には、今は難しい日時だった。

I was able to visit Kouri Island and Pineapple Park, which I hadn't been to yet during my tour of the main island. I couldn't help but think about why pineapples are so cute while taking photos, and the staff who helped us were cheerful, which really lifted my spirits! I also got to enjoy a lot of delicious food from Okinawa, and I finally made it to Kouri Island. The guide was very kind and shared many stories about Okinawa's legends and history, and they were great at singing too! The weather was wonderful, making it a fun tour.

本島巡りで、まだ行けていなかった古宇利島、パイナップルパークにも行けました。
パイナップルって、なんで可愛いんだろう、、って思いながら、写真撮って貰う時のスタッフさんも明るくて、ついついテンション上がりました！
沖縄の美味しいものも沢山食べたり、念願の古宇利島へも行けて、ガイドさんも親切に沢山いろんな沖縄の伝説や歴史について話してくださり、歌も上手でした！
天気にも恵まれて楽しいツアーでした。

Amanohashidate and Ine were wonderful places worth visiting at least once. However, the tour itself was the worst.

First, the sightseeing boat in Ine could only be booked at 12:00 or 16:00, so the order of Amanohashidate and Ine was suddenly switched. At this point, it was already questionable, but then the driver made a wrong turn, causing a nearly 20-minute delay, and we ultimately missed the 12:00 boat, changing to the 16:00 boat instead. We toured Amanohashidate as originally planned. At this point, the guide was expressing dissatisfaction with the driver in Chinese and venting to the Chinese tourists after arriving at Amanohashidate. The guide probably wanted to say that it wasn't their fault, but from the customer's perspective, the guide and driver are on the same team. By the way, the driver did not apologize for the delay at all.

We headed from Amanohashidate to Ine, but this time the guide and driver started arguing again about whether we could reach the funaya by bus. The guide used the bus microphone to express dissatisfaction with the driver in Chinese again, leaving non-Chinese speakers completely out of the loop. Also, although we were supposed to gather at the parking lot at 15:45, the bus was nowhere to be found. While the parking spaces were full, it seemed there was a lack of communication between the guide and driver, and we were left wandering around not knowing where to board.

After disembarking from the sightseeing boat, we stopped by the tourist information center to pick up those who hadn't taken the boat, but there was no explanation about this at all. In the end, we arrived at Kyoto Station an hour late, but despite the obvious human error causing the delay, there was no proper apology.

Additionally, with 48 participants, the bus was so cramped that it couldn't accommodate everyone without using extra seats, leading to arguments among tourists over seating. Couldn't they have capped the tour at a smaller number or arranged for two buses?

This tour began with an unthinkable mistake for a professional, where the sightseeing bus driver made a wrong turn, followed by a clear lack of communication between the guide and driver, and the guide's lack of professionalism in airing internal issues to the customers. I was exhausted from being caught up in things I never wanted to see as a customer. I never want to experience a tour like this again.

天橋立と伊根は素晴らしいところだった。一度は足を運ぶ価値のある場所である。ただし、このツアー自体は最悪だった。

まず、伊根の遊覧船が12時か4時しか取れないということで、急遽天橋立と伊根の順番が入れ替わった。この時点で⁇だったが、さらに運転手が道を間違え20分近いロスがあり、結局12時の船に間に合わず伊根の遊覧船は4時に変更、当初の予定通り天橋立を観光した。この時点でガイドは中国語で運転手への不満を、天橋立に到着後、中国人ツアー客にぶちまけていた。ガイドとすれば、自分は悪くないと言いたかったのだろうが、客からすれば、ガイドと運転手は同じ側の人間である。ちなみに、運転手からも最終的に遅れたことへの謝罪は何もなかった。

天橋立から伊根へと向かったが、今度はバスで舟屋に行けるか否かで再びガイドと運転手が揉め出した。ガイドはバスのマイクを使って中国語で運転手への不満を再びぶちまけるが、中国語の話者以外は完全に置き去りだった。また、3時45分に駐車場で集合のはずなのにバスがいない。駐車スペースが満車だったこともあるが、ガイドと運転手の間で連絡ができていないのか、駐車場以外のどこで乗るかもわからず右往左往させられた。

遊覧船を下船後も、観光案内所に遊覧船に乗らなかった人をピックアップするために立ち寄ったが、そうした説明は全くなかった。結局、京都駅に１時間遅れで到着したが、明らかな人為的ミスによる遅延にも関わらず、これといった謝罪もなかった。

さらに、参加者が48人と多く、バスは補助席を出さなければ参加者全員を収容できないありさまで、非常に窮屈だった。おかげで、座席を巡るツアー客同士の口論までおきた。より少ない人数でツアーを締め切る、あるいはバスを２台用意するなどできなかったのか。

このツアーでは、観光バスの運転手が道を間違えるという、プロとして考えられないミスに始まり、明らかなガイドと運転手の意思疎通の不足が原因の二転三転、そして内輪の事情を客にぶちまけるガイドのプロ意識の欠如など、あってはならないもの、客として見たくないものに振り回されて疲労困憊だった。こういうツアーは二度と経験したくない。

After getting on the bus, my friend, who started feeling unwell after a while, surprised us by saying she wanted to go back to the hotel. We decided to consult the guide, and after talking to them, they provided us with polite assistance, allowing her to recover and enjoy the rest of the trip.

This was my fifth time in Okinawa, but it was my friend's first visit, so I was relieved we didn't have to make any unscheduled stops. I usually rely on public transportation and walking to reach my destinations, so this was my first time taking a bus like this. I enjoyed visiting Pineapple Park, Manzamo, and Kouri Bridge, which were all new experiences for me. Thank you to the guide and the driver.

If I had to say something, I wish I could have spent a little more time at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. However, given our packed schedule, I suppose time constraints are inevitable.

バスに乗って、しばらくして体調不良を訴えた友人は、ここでホテルに帰ると言い出してびっくり。ガイドさんに相談してみよう、ということで、話したら丁寧な対応をしていただいて彼女は復調して最後まで楽しむことができました。
私は沖縄５回目でしたが、友人は初めてでしたし、途中下車しなくてよかったです。
私は、今まで自力主義で路線バスや歩きで目的まで行くので、こういうバスに乗ったのは初めてでした。パイナップルパークや万座毛、古宇利大橋は初めてでしたの、楽しめました。
ガイドさん、ドライバーさん、ありがとうございました。


あえて言えば、もう少し、美ら海水族館にいたかった・・です。欲張りな日程なので、時間不足は敷かないのでしょうが。

It was my first time in Okinawa and my first bus tour, and I was very satisfied. It was a great deal to visit so many places in one day with entry tickets included.

The tour guide's enthusiasm and consideration to ensure everyone had a good time were wonderful!

The souvenir shop's recommendation of "this is what we recommend here" was also nice.

However, I was surprised that… I was told via email that it would be a white or red bus, but when I waited, it didn't come at all. The tour guide called out names and helped me find it, so I was able to board safely, but the bus that arrived was blue.

I was a bit worried when I signed up, wondering if this bus company would be okay, but I was very satisfied with my choice. I would like to use their services again when I come back to Okinawa.

初めての沖縄で初めてのバスツアーでしたが大満足です。
1日でこれだけ回れて入場券付きはお得。

添乗員さんの全力で楽しんでもらおうという意気込み気遣いが素晴らしい！！

お土産さんの「ここではこれがオススメですよ」も良かったです。

ただひとつびっくりしたのは……メールで白か赤のバスですとのことだったので、待っていたらぜんぜん来なくて。
添乗員さんが名前を呼んで探してくれたので無事に乗れましたが。当日来たのはブルーのバスでした。

申し込む時はこのバス会社で大丈夫かなぁと不安でしたが申し込んで大満足でした。また沖縄に来た時はお世話になりたいと思います。

It was supposed to rain, but surprisingly, the clouds held off. Although it was slower than walking, I applaud the water buffalo for their effort. I encountered a kingfisher in the mangroves, which made for a very enjoyable time. Finally, we visited Taketomi Island. It was full of old-fashioned charm, and I was able to savor the good old days. I would love to come back again.

雨予報でしたが、なんと雲でもってくれました。時間的には、徒歩より遅いですが、水牛のがんばりに、拍手👏。マングローブでは、カワセミに遭遇。ととても楽しい時間でした。最後は、竹富島。昔の雰囲気がいっぱいで、古き良き時代を満喫できました。再度来たいと思います。

The weather was great, making it the perfect day. Our tour guide, Mr. Chou, was a wonderful guide who was very attentive. I've visited Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso several times, and while they are easily accessible by car, I decided to join the tour for a more relaxed experience. It was my first time visiting the shrine, and it was a lovely place. Mr. Chou also shared the history of Kumamoto Castle, as well as highlights and local specialties from other sites. Although it was a mixed tour with international tourists, everything went smoothly, and I was able to end the day on a high note.

お天気も良くて、最高の1日となりました。
ツアーガイドのチョウさんは、とても気配りの出来る素敵なガイドさんでした。
何度も訪れている熊本城と阿蘇山
車でも簡単に行くことの出来る場所ですが、気楽に行ってみようと参加しました。
神社は、初めて行きましたが、とても良い場所でした。
チョウさんは、熊本城の歴史、他の各所の見所や名物、美味しい物の紹介もしてくださいました。
海外からの観光客との混載ツアーでしたが、
何の問題もなく、最高の1日を終えることが出来ました。

The weather was great! Takachiho Gorge was just as beautiful as the photos in the guidebook. The food was delicious. What I found concerning was the meeting place. There were many similar tours, mostly Chinese tourists speaking Chinese. There were also many flags for "EasyGo," so I couldn't tell which tour was which. I think the destination should be clearly stated.

『EasyGo』の旗も多数…どのツアーかわからなかった。行き先も明記すべきだと思う。

It's quite challenging to arrange everything on your own, but being able to leave it all to someone else is really helpful. I highly recommend this for those who want to visit various places and see different sights, even if it's a bit rushed! The transportation to and from the hotel and experience locations is very thorough! The bus driver on Iriomote Island was also very entertaining. I have difficulty walking and used a cane, but they were very considerate about the seating, and I was extremely satisfied.

個人で手配すると大変ですが全てお任せ出来るのがとても助かります。少し駆け足ですが色々な所を回りたい、見たい人には凄くおすすめです！ホテルまでの送迎や体験場所までの送迎もついて至れり尽くせりです！西表島のバスの運転手さんの話も面白かったです。足が悪く杖をついていましたが、座席なども気を使って頂いて大満足でした。

I was moved to understand the thoughts and efforts of the ANA staff. I felt this strongly from the person who explained things to us. I want to try flying with ANA now. It was great to learn various things about airplanes and the aviation industry.

ANAの社員の皆さんの思いや努力が分かって感動しました。説明していただいた係の方からも、強く感じました。ANAに乗ってみたくなりました。飛行機や航空関係のことも色々分かってよかったです。

We safely arrived at Jomon Sugi, but unfortunately, it was completely white with fog. It was said to be the second least visible situation in 25 years. However, it was a rare experience, and I was very glad that everyone returned safely without any injuries.

縄文杉に無事に到着しましたが、あいにくの霧で真っ白。２５年の中で二番目に見えない状況だったそう。そらはそれでレアな体験ができたことと、全員が怪我なく無事に帰れたことがらとても良かった。

This was my second visit to Shirakawa-go, and the illuminated scenery was different from what I experienced during the day. The view from the observation deck was particularly exceptional.

The bus guide was also very articulate, making the journey enjoyable.

I would definitely like to participate again if the opportunity arises.

白川郷を訪れたたのは2回目でしたが
ライトアップでは日中訪れるのとまた異なる景色でした。
特に展望台から眺める景色は格別でした。

バスガイドのお姉さんもとても話し上手で道中楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。

また機会があれば是非参加したいと思います。

First of all, the bus driver who guided us around Iriomote Island was very good at explaining things, which was great. The water buffalo cart to Yufu Island was also nice because we could listen to live sanshin music. However, I felt that we had a bit too much free time on Yufu Island itself. After that, we had the Nakama River mangrove tour, but I think it would have been more enjoyable to reverse the order, shorten the time on Yufu Island, and extend the time on Taketomi Island.

先ず、西表島は島内移動バスの運転手さんのガイドは説明が上手く、良かったです。
由布島への水牛車も、三線生歌を聞けて良かったです。
ただ、由布島自体は少し時間を持て余す感じでした。
その後、仲間川マングローブツアーでしたが、順番は逆にして由布島も短くして、
竹富島の時間を長くした方が楽しめる気がしました。

The guide provided information in both Japanese and English, and we, as Japanese people, had a great time. The tour, which allowed us to visit efficiently, was truly helpful. Thank you for your assistance. The guide was kind and wonderful, and we felt safe with the driver as well.

ガイドさんは日本語と英語両方で案内してくれて日本人の私達もとても楽しかったです。
