It was my first time in Okinawa, and since I don't drive, I joined a bus tour that included the places I wanted to visit. They efficiently took us to various locations, which saved both time and energy, so it was great. Although the person accompanying us was not a guide but an attendant staff member, they provided explanations at key points and shared recommendations for delicious food, which was very helpful. It was a fun and satisfying day. Thank you very much.

初めての沖縄でしたが、車を運転しないので、行きたいところが入っているバスツアーに参加しました。各所へ効率よく連れて行っていただき、時間も体力も無駄にならずよかったです。同乗されていたのは、ガイドさんではなくアテンドスタッフの方とのことでしたが、要所要所で説明してくださり、また、美味しいものなど教えていただき、とてもよかったです。楽しく満足な1日でした。ありがとうございました。

What surprised me was that 90 percent of the passengers were from the neighboring great country. They looked just like us, so I didn't realize until I heard their language (laughs). However, the explanations were provided through a smartphone app, so it wasn't too bothersome. In fact, unlike domestic tour buses, it was quiet, with most people sleeping and no conversations. It was a windy day, so even with a down jacket, it was tough in a leather jacket—Manza Beach is formidable.

It had been several years since I last visited the Tropical Dream Center, but there were more facilities, and it was very impressive. The viewpoint I skipped last time became my favorite this time. The wind was strong, but I definitely recommend it. Although it was a bit of a long bus tour, the staff (all from overseas) were very kind and helpful, and I am grateful. I also appreciate them coming to pick us up when we misunderstood and were a bit late.

驚いたのは、乗客の90パーセントがお隣の大国のお方。見た目も当方と変わらないので、言葉を聞くまで分からなかった(笑)ただ説明はスマホのアプリをとうして聞く形だったので、そんなには気にならなかった。むしろ、国内のツアーバスと違って静か、ほとんど寝ていて会話なし。風が強い日だったので、ダウンがあっても大丈夫なくらい、皮ジャンでは辛かったです、恐るべし万座毛。熱帯ドリームセンターは、何年かぶりだったけど、設備が増えていて、とても見ごたえあり。前回はスルーした遠見台、今回での一番のお気に入り。風は強いけれど、ぜひおすすめ。少し長いバスツアーだったけれど、スタッフの方々（すべて海外のお方）は言葉の不自由もなくとても親切で感謝。勘違いして少々遅刻した我々をお迎えに来てもらい更に感謝。
　

Traveling from Hakata to Miyazaki can be challenging using public transportation, so I was able to efficiently visit various locations by taking the bus. However, there were many Chinese tourists, and most of the explanations on the bus were in Chinese. I would have appreciated more detailed explanations in Japanese.

博多から宮﨑は公共交通機関だと訪問しにくいので、バスで移動して効率よく各箇所を訪問することができました。ただ中国の方が多くバス車内での説明が中国語が大半で日本語での詳しい説明が欲しかったです。

I recommend this tour for those who want to efficiently enjoy a day, especially for first-time visitors to the islands. It was our first time as well, but the staff's support was smooth, allowing us to relax and enjoy our experience. Thank you.

I leisurely crossed the sea from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island, pulled by a water buffalo! The water buffalo is quite clever and is said to have an intelligence level similar to that of a 3 to 5-year-old human! During the crossing, there was also a performance with the sanshin, which added to the relaxed and charming atmosphere! On Yufu Island, there was a calm water buffalo that specializes in photo opportunities, and it posed perfectly for our interaction photos!

西表島から由布島へ水牛ちゃんに引かれてのんびり海を渡りました！
水牛ちゃんはお利口さんで、人間の3歳〜5歳くらいの知能があるそうです！
海を渡る最中には三線の弾き語りもあり、のんびりと風情に萌えました！
由布島には記念撮影専門のおとなしい水牛ちゃんがいて、しっかりカメラ目線でふれあい写真を撮らせてくれました！

There were many Chinese tourists, and the tour guide spent quite a bit of time explaining about tax-free shopping and manners. The guide didn't seem to have much knowledge about the sightseeing points, and it felt more like a translator for the Chinese tourists rather than a tour guide.

In the Toyako Onsen area, there were few places to have lunch, and I ended up being a lunch refugee.

If you think of it as a tour that conveniently and efficiently takes you to sightseeing spots without any expectations, it is a satisfactory tour.

中国人観光客が多く、添乗員は免税、マナーについてかなり時間をとって説明していました。観光先のポイントに関しての知識があまりなく、観光ガイドさんではなく中国人観光客の通訳って感じでした。
洞爺湖温泉街はランチの取れる店が少なく、ランチ難民となりました。
何も期待せず便利で効率よく観光スポットに連れてってもらえると考えれば、納得できるツアーです。

Nago Pineapple Park is a place that's not easy to visit individually. The self-driving carts were fun, the dinosaur exhibits were impressive, and the freshly made cornet was delicious.

At the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, if you're using a rental car, you need to wait in a long line for parking, but it was nice to be able to enter smoothly using the bus-only parking lot. I also enjoyed the dolphin show without any issues.

I visited Manzamo for the first time since the guidance facility was built, and it was great to have a place to rest after seeing the sights. I would like to participate in other courses if I have the opportunity again.

なかなか個人では行きづらい名護パイナップルパーク。
自動運転のカートも楽しく、恐竜の展示も見応えがあり、作りたてのコロネも美味しくてよかったです。
美ら海水族館もレンタカーだと駐車場の長い行列に並ぶ必要がありますが、観光バス専用の駐車場でスムーズに入れてよかったです。イルカショーも無事、楽しめました。
万座毛もガイダンス施設が出来てから初めて行きましたが、見た後休憩できる場所ができていてよかったです。
また機会があれば他のコースにも参加したいと思います。

Our guide, Takky, had a warm and wonderful demeanor. We were able to explore the great outdoors in a way we had never experienced before, and both my son and I had an incredibly satisfying adventure. I hope to have this experience again in the summer or at another time. I absolutely recommend this guide, and I would love to participate again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you very much.

It was my first time on a bus tour in Hokkaido, and I was surprised that about 80% of the participants were of Chinese descent. The guide was also from China, but they spoke Japanese as well, so I was able to enjoy the tour. I wouldn't have been able to visit so many places on my own, so it was great.

北海道のバスツアーは初めてでしたが、おそらく8割のかたが中華系の方でびっくりしました。ガイドさんも中国の方でしたが日本語もお話しされていたので楽しく参加することができました。一人ではこれほどの場所を巡ることはできないのでよかったです。

Visiting Dazaifu. My first stroll around Yufuin. I thought Yufuin would have a more rundown feel, but the prices were high and it was too lively, which was disappointing. The Beppu ropeway offered a great view of Beppu. The hell tour allowed us to eat onsen tamago and drink ramune. The foot bath was also pleasantly hot. It was a good day with both sightseeing and experiences.

太宰府での見学。初めての湯布院散策。湯布院は、しなびた感じかなと思っていたが、物は高いし、にぎやかすぎてがっかりしました。別府のロープウェイは、別府が一望できてよかった。地獄めぐりは、温泉たまごが食べられ、ラムネが飲めた。足湯も熱めで良かった。見学あり、体験ありの一日が良かった。

The explanation was clear, and we were able to trek at a good pace. They also took photos for us all the time. It was fun!

I have visited Asahiyama Zoo many times, and I often use bus tours. This time, the guide shared a lot of information about the history of Hokkaido throughout the journey, which made it enjoyable. The zoo had already started the penguin walk, so I was very satisfied.

旭山動物園は何度となく訪れており、バスツアーを利用することが多いですが、今回のガイドさんは往路ずっと北海道のなりたちを含めてたくさんお話ししてくださり、楽しく過ごせました。
動物園は早くもペンギンの散歩が始まっていたこともあり、大満足です。

Unfortunately, it was cloudy all day, but I was able to enjoy a fun tour around Taketomi Island, Yufu Island, and Iriomote Island. It was great that I could fully enjoy the sights on Taketomi Island by renting a bicycle. However, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't receive any communication about the change in the order of the island visits until the morning of the tour, before the meeting time.

あいにくと一日中、曇天でしたが、竹富島、由布島、西表島と楽しく周遊できました。
竹富島もレンタサイクルで、見どころをしっかり楽しむことができて良かったです。
ただ、島巡りの順番が変更となってしまいましたが、当日の朝、集合まで連絡をいただけなかったのは、対応として少し残念でした。

As a day trip tour, the timing was not too tight, and it felt just right.
Since it was a tour on the 2nd of the New Year, it was a bit disappointing that there weren't many shops open, but the souvenir shop was open, so we were able to do some shopping.
I also enjoyed the foot bath during the free time because I had brought a towel in advance, and above all, our guide was very entertaining.
On the day of the tour, three buses were used, with about 120 participants. The buses were assigned based on language, and we had guides who spoke both Chinese and Japanese.
Both languages were fluent, making it a memorable tour.

日帰りツアーとしては、時間的にもそんなにキツキツでもなく、ちょうどいい感じでした。
新年早々２日のツアーのため、空いてるお店がないのが少し残念でしたが、お土産ショップも空いてたので、買い物はできました。
足湯も、タオルを事前に持っていたので、自由行動の時間に楽しめましたし、何よりガイドさん、面白かったです。
当日はバス3台、約120名の方が参加されて、言語によって、なるバスが決まりましたが、私たちは中国語と日本語のガイドさんがついてました。
両言語ともに流暢で、思い出に残るツアーでした。

I was very satisfied with the tour, which included island hopping, sightseeing boats, and water buffalo carts, among many other activities! Since my stay was short, it was great to efficiently visit so many places in just one day.

I used this service for the first time from Kyushu. Half of the customers were from overseas. I was worried about the heavy snow along the way, but thanks to the veteran driver and guide, we were able to stick to the schedule. I thought it was a good decision to use the tour since the road to Shirakawa-go was congested during the year-end. The Hida beef lunch was delicious. The guide was great at storytelling, which made it enjoyable. I appreciated the recommendations for souvenirs as well. I thought visiting two places might be challenging, but surprisingly, it went by quickly, and there were so many highlights that I wished we had more time. It was an experience that will become a lifelong memory. Thank you very much.

九州から初めて利用しました。お客さんの半数は海外の方でした。途中の大雪に心配しましたが、ベテランの運転手さんとガイドさんのおかげで、スケジュール通りの運行でした。年末は白川郷までの道が渋滞しており、ツアーを利用して良かったと思いました。飛騨牛のお昼も美味しかったです。ガイドさんのお話が上手で楽しかったです。お勧めのお土産も教えていただき助かりました。2カ所回るのは大変かなと思いましたが、意外にあっという間で、もっと時間が欲しいくらい見どころだらけでした。生涯の思い出になる体験ができました。ありがとうございました。

First of all, I was surprised by the number of inbound tourists. 😳 Also, there were quite a few customers coughing, which was a bit concerning. Other than that, they recommended great places to visit, and the free time provided was ample, allowing me to fully enjoy my experience. Shirakawa-go was also covered in snow... the snowy scenery was amazing. I was able to visit the pilgrimage sites of my favorite anime, and it was a lot of fun.

また、咳をしてるお客様が多く、少し気になりました。
それ以外は、オススメの場所を教えてくれたり、設けられた自由時間も十分で満喫できました。
白川郷も雪が積もっていて・・雪景色最高でした。アニメの聖地巡礼もでき、とても楽しかったです。

I was able to visit a place that can only be reached by car. I think it was because it was a bus tour that we were able to visit multiple locations.

車でしか行けない場所に行くことができました。バスツアーだからこそ何ヶ所も回ることができたと思います。

I participated in a tour for autumn foliage viewing at Takachiho Gorge around late November. It was disappointing that the autumn colors were late in 2024, so I couldn't see much, but I thought it was great to visit beautiful places like Takachiho Gorge and Amano Iwato. Climbing the long stairs to see the stunning view from the top of Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine was also worth it. Thank you for the souvenirs.

About 80-90% of the participants were foreigners. The guide was kind and provided very detailed explanations, even explaining Japanese culture to the overseas guests. When the explanations were given in Chinese, then English, and finally Japanese, I had no particular issues since I am trilingual, but I noticed that the Westerners next to me seemed a bit confused at first. I thought it might be better to explain the order of the languages used from the beginning.

11月中〜末頃に高千穂峡の紅葉狩りでツアーに参加しました。2024年の紅葉が遅かったのであまり見れなくて残念だったのですが、高千穂峡も天安河原も綺麗な場所で参加してよかったと思います。そして上色見熊野座神社の頂点の絶景を見るために長い階段を登る甲斐もありました。お土産までいただいてありがとうございました。

参加者は8〜9割外国人でした。ガイドさんは親切で解説はとても丁寧で、日本の文化までちゃんと海外の方に説明してくれました。中国語→英語→日本語の順で解説していただいた時、私はトリリンガルなので特に問題がなかったのですが、隣に欧米の方は最初は少し戸惑ってるようでしたので、最初から使う言語の順番を説明した方が良いかなと思ってました。

On the day of the trip, the rain was heavy, and my expectations for island hopping were low. However, I was able to enjoy everything comfortably since the mangroves of Iriomote Island, the water buffalo carts of Yubu Island, and the bus tours of Taketomi Island all had roofs. I was torn between taking the bus tour on Taketomi Island or exploring otherwise, but given the heavy rain, I think I made the right choice. Even with the bad weather, the color of the sea was beautiful and left me in awe.

当日は雨足が強く、島巡りの期待値が下がっていました。
でも、西表島のマングローブも由布島の水牛車も竹富島のバス観光もすべて屋根付きだったので安心して楽しむ事が出来ました。
竹富島はバス観光かそれ以外か迷いましたが、大雨だったので結果正解だったなと。
天気が悪くても海の色は綺麗で感動しました。

It was a cold day with bad weather. It wasn't the scenery I had imagined, but it was still a delight for nature lovers. The mangrove forest was impressive, and the only sighting of the kingfisher was captivating. I was moved when a kingfisher showed itself. If I had more time, I would have liked to join a tour to see the giant trees and waterfalls of the kingfisher.

Yufuin Island is covered in deep forests, giving it a mysterious feeling. Personally, I was particularly impressed by seeing the Papilio butterfly and the starfruit, which shows growth from flower to fruit, at the butterfly garden.

The bus driver's guidance was wonderful, and I had a fun time learning about the island!

天気が悪くとても寒い日でした。想像していた景色ではありませんでしたが、それでも自然好きにはたまらない内容でした。マングローブ林も圧巻でしたし、唯一見られたサキスマスオウも魅力的でした。カワセミが姿を見せてくれ感動しました。もっとゆっくり時間があれば、サキスマスオウの巨木や滝まで行くツアーにも参加してみたかったです。
由布島は深い森に覆われ、また不思議な感覚に。個人的には、蝶々園でオオゴマダラと花から実へと成長がわかるスターフルーツが見られたことが印象深かったです。
バスドライバーさんのガイドが素晴らしく、島の様子がうかがえて楽しい時間を過ごすことができました！

I wanted to visit the remote islands even with limited time, so I joined this tour. From the pick-up at the hotel early in the morning, the tour explanation at Ishigaki Port's remote island terminal, to the guidance to the bus upon arrival at Iriomote Island, everything was efficiently supported in a way that would have taken a lot of time and effort if I had arranged it individually. I realized that visiting the remote islands through a tour allows for effective use of time, especially given the limited transportation options.

時間が限られた中でも離島を訪問したいと思い、本ツアーに参加しました。早朝に宿泊ホテルを出発する際の出迎えから、石垣港離島ターミナル内でのツアー説明、西表島に到着した際のバスへの誘導など、個人で手配していたら時間も手間もかかって無駄になってしまうようなことを、効率的にサポートして頂きました。交通手段が限られている離島の訪問をツアーで訪ねることで、時間を有効活用できることがよく分かりました。

沖縄では見ること、体験できないことができたのでとても良かったです。

As described in my previous experiences, it felt like an overseas tour with only two groups of Japanese people. We departed as scheduled despite the heavy snow warning around Shirakawa-go. The tour guide's explanations were given in Chinese, English, Korean, and finally Japanese, but compared to the lengthy explanations in Chinese, the time allocated for Japanese was quite short. Initially, we were supposed to start with sightseeing in Takayama, but due to the heavy snow, we changed our plans to start from Shirakawa-go. As we traveled on the highway, the snowfall increased, and the bus continued through the heavy snow as warned. However, after exiting at Shirakawa-go IC, we encountered traffic jams, and the bus struggled to move forward. Ultimately, we had to get off before reaching the parking lot and walked to Shirakawa-go. The gassho-zukuri roofs that came into view amidst the falling snow clearly demonstrated the measures taken against heavy snowfall. We couldn't reach the observation deck due to the snow, but we were able to circle around Shirakawa-go and feel its history. The bus headed towards Takayama, but again, we were stuck in traffic and made little progress. We arrived in Takayama just before 4 PM, but places like Takayama Jinya were already closed, so we could only view the townscape. The bus then headed to Nagoya, arriving at 7:30 PM. Although there was traffic, we didn't experience significant delays. According to the tour guide, other companies' tours were unable to leave Shirakawa-go, so we were all quite lucky. Despite the traffic, the heavy snow in Shirakawa-go was definitely worth seeing.

これまでの体験談のとおり、日本人が２組だけのまるで海外ツアーのような状況でした。白川郷周辺は大雪警報の中予定通り出発しました。車内での添乗員さんの説明は、中国語、英語、韓国語、最後に日本語の順でしたが、中国語の説明時間の長さと比較すると、日本語での説明の時間はかなり短いものでした。予定では高山観光からでしたが、大雪の影響で白川郷からに変更になり、高速道路を走行しているうちに積雪量が多くなり、警報通りの大雪の中バスは進んでいきましたが、白川郷ICを降りてから渋滞で、ばすはなかなか前に進みません。結局駐車場の手前で降車して歩いて白川郷へ。雪が降りしきる中で見えてきた合掌作りの屋根は、大雪対策のためあることがよくわかる光景でした。大雪のため展望台までは行きませんでしたが、白川郷を１周して歴史を感じることができました。バスは高山へと向かいますが、またもや渋滞で進みません。高山に着いたのは16時前で、高山陣屋敷などは閉館で街並みを見るにとどまりました。バスは名古屋に向かい、19時30分に到着しました。渋滞がありましたが、それほど遅れることなく、添乗員さんの話では、他の会社のツアーでは、白川郷から出られていないところもあり、みなさんラッキーでしたということでした。渋滞はありましたが、大雪の白川郷は、見る価値がありました。

I was really looking forward to my first visit to Shirakawa-go!

Due to the heavy snowfall leading up to the end of the year, our tour guide and driver suggested that we visit other attractions before heading to Shirakawa-go to avoid the expected crowds.

There were many tourists, and by the time we left Shirakawa-go, the road on the opposite side was heavily congested. Thanks to the quick thinking of both of them, we were able to enjoy our time in Shirakawa-go to the fullest. Thank you very much!

The snowy scenery of Shirakawa-go was absolutely beautiful, so next time, I would love to see the different landscapes of Shirakawa-go in spring or summer and autumn!

In Hida Takayama, I was able to enjoy delicious food and leave feeling both my heart and stomach were satisfied.

Since it was the end of the year, there were some traffic jams, but overall, we had a smooth and enjoyable experience! Thank you for the wonderful tour.

初めての白川郷ということで、とても楽しみにしていました！！

年末&前日までの大雪の影響で大混雑を見込んだ添乗員さんと運転手さんの提案で、白川郷から先に観光することになりました。

たくさんの観光客の方もおり、白川郷から出る頃には反対側の道は大渋滞でした。お二人の機転のきいた対応で、時間いっぱい白川郷観光を楽しめました(^^)ありがとうございました。

雪景色の白川郷がすごく素敵だったので、次は、春や夏秋、違った白川郷の景色がみてみたいです！

飛騨高山では、美味しいご飯を食べ歩き、心もお腹も満たされて帰ることができました。

年末ということで、渋滞などもありましたが、スムーズに楽しく過ごすことができました‼︎楽しいツアーをありがとうございました。

The weather was nice, and the guide was excellent. We traveled by two buses. However, it was quite difficult for my companion, who is Australian, to sit on the tatami mats during the meal. I think we would have enjoyed it more if we could have chosen a table seating option like the other group on the other bus.

天気も良く、ガイドさんも最高でした。2台のバスで行きました。
ただ食事の際に畳に座って食べたのが、連れがオーストラリア人だったので大変でした。
もう一台の方のグループはテーブル席で　できれば選べればもっと楽しめたと思います。

I participated for two consecutive years, last year and this year. The guide provided explanations in both Japanese and English. Right at the start of the new year, we spent a whole day on a bus tour with participants from various countries, and I think the guide had the toughest job. We were able to visit major temples and shrines, and also do some shopping, which made me very satisfied. I would like to participate again next year.

We were the only Japanese couple, but our guide Betty provided thorough explanations in Japanese, which was really helpful. There was traffic on New Year's Day, but we were able to see everything as planned, and I am grateful to the driver as well. This year, as I turn sixty, it has become the best memory for me.
