I have party of 3, went to Asakusa Nitenmon, saw no sign of Mizube cruise, ask the shop around there and told us go to the river band, finally found the ship after running from Asakusa temple Nitenmon to river band along with two other people also booked the same cruise line, the Japanese asked why we were not exchange for actual ticket in really rude manner, of course he finally let us on the ship but made us really mad. four out of five of us are Chinese so we can read Chinese characters and I can read Katakana too, your company lack of signs to follow by the intersecton of the police box which the pier is further down the river bank. Please tell him to control his temper.

Found this transfer on the web and booked it for the two of us to get from our hotel in Tokyo Bay to Diamond Princess in Yokohama.
Although it was booked as a shared shuttle, when the minibus arrived in true Japanese efficiency 5 minutes early, we were happy to learn that we were the only two passengers.
The driver was very friendly and professional, and we arrived at the ship in good time.

The driver was very helpful and friendly. It was probably not his fault as he was probably following instructions, but he dropped us off at the wrong hotel. The hotel we are staying is part of a chain which has hotels with the same name. I checked the original confirmation and the address I provided was correct. We had to book another ride to get to the correct hotel.

In conclusion, it was incredibly convenient! I could move around without worrying about my luggage. As long as I made time to buy souvenirs at the airport at the end, I could enjoy myself until the very last moment.

What worked well with my planned actions:
- Work backward from the flight departure time to determine the time needed for check-in and souvenir shopping (airport arrival time).
- Research transportation methods and times from the final destination to the airport.
- Upon arriving at the airport, first check the pickup location (then go buy souvenirs).
- After buying souvenirs, go to pick up my luggage (considering packing time).

A bit of a hassle:
I had to upload documents like my hotel confirmation and the receipt for storing my luggage, but due to my smartphone model, I kept getting English instructions and felt flustered about when to upload. In the end, it seems I could have done everything after storing my luggage at the hotel and receiving the receipt. There are also instructions in Japanese.

I thought a bus tour would be a great way to efficiently explore Tokyo with friends visiting from abroad, so I searched online and found this open-air tour that offers unlimited rides for a day. We started on the Blue Course at 10:05 AM, got off at Tsukiji, had an early lunch, and visited Tsukiji Honganji Temple. We returned to Marunouchi Mitsubishi Building at 1:20 PM after a restroom break. Next, we took the Red Course departing at 2:05 PM and got off at Asakusa Hanakawado. We visited Senso-ji Temple, enjoyed ningyo-yaki and matcha ice cream on Nakamise Street, and took photos with Tokyo Skytree and the Asahi Headquarters. We returned to Marunouchi again at 4:23 PM. While there wasn't enough time to see everything, we got to view various tourist spots from the bus, and my friends and other international travelers seemed to have a great time. I misunderstood that I could only ride from the Marunouchi ticket center with just the voucher, so I had some questions and called in advance. They answered my questions politely. バウチャーだけでは、丸の内のチケットセンターのみの乗車しか出来ないのかと勘違いして、疑問がわき、事前に電話で問い合わせしました。丁寧に答えてくださいました。着いた時に待っててくださったスタッフの方も質問に的確にアドバイスくださり、ありがとうございました。とても助かりました。ガイドさんは人によって違いました。イヤホンのアナウンスとは別に日本語と英語でガイドしてくださったり（この交差点を曲がると目の前にスカイツリーが観えますとか）次は○○バス停ですと声掛けしてくださる方と、ほぼガイドなし、シーンとしている方で様々で、決まりはないようです。質問した時には まとめて要所を答えてくださる方と、お話が好きで止まらない方…景色を観たいので、話が止まらないのは少々困惑しました。外国の方々が多いので日本人の私たちは話しやすかったのかしら？でも総合的に満足でした。東京在住ですが、いつでも行けると思い、そうは言っても実はなかなか行かないところを周ってくださるのでオススメです。展望良く笑顔の多い春の時間を過ごせ、リフレッシュできました。コロナ明けのthe東京 改めて満喫させてもらいました。また秋の紅葉コース行ってみたいなって友人と話しました。お世話になりました！
