Bus easy to find, coming on time. The translator should be improved. Its good to try before The Tokyo visting to recognize the most interesting places or to correct the plan of The Tokyo exploration
My wife and I did the 24 hour tour... and this is a "must" in visiting Tokyo, specially if visit in the city is short.
It will give you an overall view of the city and then choose the places you should like to spend more time. The tour gives you the opportunity to hop off and hop in in different stations.
We did the Red tour first and finished this and immediately hopped in to the Blue tour. The Red gives you the chance to see the popular and the contrast with the glamour sites of the city. Blue takes you to the Minato, Ginza and the Financial district...it is amazing!!! At 6pm we did again theBlue tour to see the glamour of the city and the Tokyo Bay at night.
Sky Bus is an amazing experience specially for first visitors to Tokyo!!

All is great. Just wanted to suggest if you can stay a bit for 5-8mins in tokyo tower to take a decent photo just like skystree stop.
Great service. Having wifi for the duration of our trip was fantastic and made sight seeing so much easier.
My partner and I did the both red and blue lines and we enjoyed a lot , nevertheless we missed to visit some of other Southern neibourghoods.
Explications are very complete and fine although sometimes are not at the accurate time, but overall it was an amazing experience and the attending people was lovely so I recommend to everyone wants to visit Tokyo in a touristic bus! ;-)
We immediately saw the Green Tomato sign, and were helped with luggage claim, and then led to the van with the other riders. The driver was extra careful driving in rush hour, and got all of us safely to our hotels. I was impressed!
I came down with the FLU (not corona virus) the first night in Tokyo, and we were able to change or flights home for the next day. Called Veltra, and customer service sent a message to the local Green Tomato office, which was closed. By 10:30 AM Tuesday morning, they reached us at the hotel, and were able to pick us up at 1:30 PM in order to add us to a last minute to a run. The driver was early, spoke enough English to point out sights on the way to the next pick-up, and then continued to point out a few more sights. He also drove well, and we were very appreciative of the trouble Veltra went thru to get us to Narita, with hours to spend in the airport before boarding the flight.
If Veltra offers transfers in other cities we visit in the future, they have our business! And, they will be the first place we look to for tours as well.

It was super easy pick up and drop off at Narita airport. The device was small enough to fit in my purse and convenient to bring anywhere I went.
Though battery life was kind of short. I connected two devices. It was 10% by early afternoon. So I had to carry my backup battery charger which is heavy... I recommend to carry light back up battery with you.
The connectivity was not as steady as I expected. It may be the issue with SoftBank server. Sometimes very fast, sometimes super slow. Sometimes the device rebooted by itself.
Overall, I gave three stars because of the battery life and connectivity. But the cost was very reasonable and pick up/drop off was very convenient.
The staff are nice and friendly. They stood with a sign once we stepped out from the terminal, we have no problem in finding them. The driver was professional, polite and drive safely. We will keep using them.

We used Green Tomato as our transportation from Yokohama Cruise Port to
Haneda Inn; first time in that location, had no idea what to expect.
The company sign was clearly visible, the employees very helpful ,
greeted everyone with smiles. The boarding process was smooth.

Best travel companion! This is my second time renting a wifi-router through veltra. No problem whatsoever.
Easy pick up at Narita and drop off at Haneda. No issues with WiFi - worked easily and was fast. Would recommend having a battery pack with you as charge can go down quite quickly.

The transfer arrangements were very well executed. Your staff was very punctual and he could be seen with the placard from the Pier’s exit . Following my meeting with your staff, there was quick verification and politely told me to. wait for another 2 groups,

Our shuttle was exactly on time out the front of hotel as stated.Very efficient and directly to terminal entrance....Very helpful as this is a fair walk from station and bags have to be dragged up a long ramp if arriving by train.
This is a group shuttle so remember if you have an early boarding time you may not be able to take advantage of it,as was our case.

Would highly recommend this company. I organized this shuttle from Canada and was really impressed with the service. They had a table in the terminal and were very easy to locate. Everyone spoke English (our Japanese was limited...) Would I do it again? Absolutely!!!

The only negative was finding the vendor in Narita! Once done, it was easy to get going and two of us used it extensively for 28 days covering lots of Japan. Besides seeming to work as well as any other pocket wifi, the fixed price for our time period was fantastic. Drop off was at Haneda, and much simpler than the pickup!
The router worked really well the whole time we were in Japan and made things a lot easier as always had WiFi internet backup. Delivery to our hotel and the return all went effortlessly and very efficient. Definitely recommend to anyone

Was able to obtain the router with little hassle, easy location for pick up. Had some issues using it on the Shinkansen but was able to log on to the free wifi available on the bullet trains. Would recommend. Much cheaper than other options seen online.
Good experience overall with easy pick-up and smooth usage - went to some more remote regions and it worked very well.
Needed to change reservation to “from cruise port to hotel” due to travel changes caused by Hurricane Hagibis. Veltra insisted that a change could not be made, only a cancellation (at 100 percent charge) and rebooking (at 100 percent charge yet again). After some negotiations they refunded 50 percent. Veltra is the only provider I used during the trip that did not refund 100 percent due to Hurricane travel disruptions. Buyer beware.
It works very well. We had to rearrange our trip because of the typhoon and we needed to change our WiFi router reservation. The staff helped us very quickly and with no additional costs.
Driver and car was great.
Smooth ride once we really got going to the Port.
Problem:
We were the 2nd of the pickups.
Everything here was perfect.
The problem occurred with the 3rd and final pickup.
They were a no-show and we, the other passenger and driver waited for almost 30 mins before it was found that they were not coming.
There should have been better communications as not to allow this.
We felt bad for this very nice driver as her shifted our baggage to make room for the expected ones who ending up being no-shows.
