Agent meet me to locate the shuttle. Very fast and convenient.

The green tomatoes rep was at the exit waiting with green tomatoes sign, as we came through after disembarkation, all went smoothly. Check in was fast. waiting time at hall was about 20 mins but that's fine as plenty of seats. The vehicle was in good condition, driver was courteous and helpful. He also put away our luggage. it was a long ride but I arrived safely at my hotel about 2.5hrs after leaving the cruise. Will use the service again. Thank you.

Confirmation the day we arrived at our motel in Japan. Pick up was on time and easy ride to airport. Very reliable and would recommend them for any transfer either from a cruise ship port or to airport. Tours are well ran also .

we used this shuttle from the Yokohama port to our hotel in Shinjuku. The shuttle was available very shortly after disembarking the ship. The Green Tomato employees were waiting in the terminal building. After a short wait we were checked in and taken on a very short walk to our bus. The van was clean and comfortable, driver was very courteous. I would definitely recommend.

This shuttle service from our Hotel in Shinjuku Tokyo to Yokohama Cruise Port terminal was the best thing out. As the journey took 90mins being picked up from the hotel and travelling in a comfy coach made this so wonderful - no stress!! The only problem was that they needed to set their pick up times better, to reduce the waiting time at the hotel.

The shuttle was a good experience. A little more explanation is needed so you can understand how everything works. Our waiting time was minimal.

Not enough stops, not enough pick-up points.
English narrative was good.

Picked us up on time, in a bus big enough for our stuff, and safely got us to the Port with plenty of time to check in.

WE returned our tickets, as it was inconvenient to use , it was raining and we were too tired.

The car arrived on time. The driver was courteous and the car was clean and comfortable. The Hotel Staff Fare welled us, politely.
After picking up one more client, in the centre of Tokyo, we went straight to the airport. Fast, efficient and friendly service, all the way.

Good way to explore Tokyo City. It was raining but covers on our bus is inoperable

Everything went smoothly from the moment we left the customs area and arriving at our hotel. The guide was there to greet us and the van for the transfer was extremely comfortable and clean. Great experience .

It is worse than a similar service in Hong Kong by three criteria:
1) Flexibility for Hop-On and Off users
Purple and Red paths differ only by 3 stations. A short (3-stops) Purple extension to the Red one would be a better option for covering all sites.
2) Usage as an all-weather carrier from point A to point B.
No sitting places on the lower deck is a serious disadvantage on rainy or too sunny days.
3) No Russian language in the list. Adding this option is cheap and will draw more customers from CIS countries like myself (My wife does not speak English and I had to translate for her)

4) The good news is that Tokyo service is organized better than that in Kyoto :)

Easy access and close to all main attractions; child friendly which was a bonus

Having to line up for 45min at the ticket office to redeem our prepaid voucher when unreserved people could purchase tickets 15 mins before was frustrating to say the least. Not enough buses, had to wait over an hour for the next bus only to wait in line again for people who had not purchased their tickets. The audio recording stopped half way through the description and was often out of sync with the locations.
If your interested in historic or cultural sights and information, don’t waste your time and money on this tour.

I would recommend the tour and to arrive as early as possible, furthermore it leaves the option of going back to explore further by using the “ hop on and off “ option...

We found this tour to be well worth the money. It was easy to exchange the online voucher at the office and immediately catch the purple line. The purple line was significantly more interesting than the blue line, but both were worth it. This was an effective way to get around Tokyo and see many beautiful areas. Highly recommend.

Too few stops. Need to increase stops for places of interest

This is definitely a great way to start your tour in Tokyo. The bus ride over the bridge to Tokyo Bay is exhilarating! Just make sure you sit all the way at the front because the wind on the high way is no joke. There are multiple buses so if you want to see more stuff you can easily switch. The price is about the same if you were to take the underground metro, but you get a guided tour instead on the bus! Thanks for a great experience!!

Easy to buy tickets and very friendly staff, but the audio guide was really uninteresting, almost boring. Often landmarks were discussed after they had already passed out of view. Stops are spaced very far apart, and not necessarily where you would want to get off. It's a reasonable way to spend a sunny day but expect to take the subway to get where you want to go.

2nd time using this portable router in Japan. It worked flawlessly and the pickup and return were easy.
