Our experience of the Mt. Fuji tour exceeded our expectations. At the 5th Station all was clear sky and sun for the summit and a spectacular sea of clouds below; quite stunning! Our family group of five enjoyed the schedule's pace, the various stops neither too long nor too short. The lunch, very good. The motor coach, comfortable. Lunch was a bit disappointing. We were seated outside with another group, and it was very cold due to the strong wind. The fire for grilling the meat went out quickly because of the wind, and when I informed the restaurant staff, they seemed to have forgotten about it, so we had to wait a long time. I hope they can adjust the seating to avoid overlapping with other groups.

The sightseeing portion was good. We were able to finish smoothly without any traffic jams.

Had a nice trip with a very kind and helpful guide. Our concerns that the lunch would be very "touristy" were unfounded, it tasted great and of high quality!
In early spring stations 2 to 5 of Mt. Fuji were still closed, so we visited Oshino Hakkai instead, which was an acceptable alternative. Luckily the weather was great and we could see Mt. Fuji very clearly with a beautiful snow cap on top.
Unfortunately, we felt a little bit rushed and did not have a lot of time to explore the destinations, but I doubt that this would have been better with a different tour.

The tour guide provided very little information throughout the tour and did not fulfill the role of a guide. She was a Chinese woman, and while her attitude was not bad, it was quite disappointing. Regarding the destinations, she only mentioned the meeting times, and that was it.

When another guest tried to engage in conversation by asking questions, the responses were completely off-target, leading to awkward laughter among everyone.

I don't intend to make comments based on nationality, but foreigners likely can't distinguish between Japanese and Chinese people, so as a Japanese person, it felt uncomfortable. For a tour in Japan, I would prefer a guide who is either Japanese or has knowledge at a similar level. Even just sharing small anecdotes that a Japanese person would naturally know (like about the Fuji Five Lakes or the differences between the Shizuoka and Yamanashi sides, or about the Aokigahara Forest) would have made a significant difference in the overall impression.

We enjoyed the tour thoroughly. We were lucky enough to be able to go up to the 5th level. It was -8 degrees up there but the views were breathtaking. And we got a close view of Mt. Fuji too.
The souvenir shop offered us complimentary tea on arrival which was lovely and very welcoming. We were each given a little complimentary bell too which is supposed to bring good luck and long life to the owner.
The lunch at Lake Kawaguchiko was really nice too. The food great and the experience of eating out of the bowl while the food was cooking was amazing!

I wanted to climb Mount Fuji and ride the pirate ship on Lake Ashi while I was still alive, so I participated. Fortunately, we were blessed with good weather. Due to traffic conditions, we were unable to board the pirate ship cruise on Lake Ashi, but the staff gathered the consensus of the tour participants who wanted to cancel the meal and ride the pirate ship instead, allowing us to do so. I wanted to see Japan's highest mountain, Mount Fuji, at least once, so I planned a bus tour this time. There were various tours available, but I participated in the one from VeLTRA, which had the best content.

The weekly weather forecast showed rain all week, so I had given up on seeing Mount Fuji. However, on the day of the tour, the weather changed from rain in the morning of October 30 to clear skies when we arrived. When we reached the fifth station, we were able to see the summit of Mount Fuji. That was the first miracle!

We then moved to the ropeway from the fifth station, where we could see the entire view of Mount Fuji again. That was the second miracle! Although it was cloudy during the sightseeing boat ride and we couldn't see Mount Fuji as in the photos, it was still a very enjoyable boat ride! That was the third miracle!

The guide for this bus tour, Hiro, was very clear, kind, and thorough in his guidance, making him the best guide! Lastly, that was the fourth miracle!

I’m really glad I participated in this wonderful Mount Fuji tour! I plan to use VeLTRA again if I have the opportunity! VeLTRA is the best!

色々なツアーがあったのですが内容がVeLTRAが

週間天気では、ずっと雨マークで富士山を見る事は諦めていました。当日、10/30朝の雨から到着時には天候が晴れ☀️に変わり五合目に着くと富士山の頂上まで見る事ができました。一つ目の奇跡！五合目からロープウェイに移動し、またそこの場所でも富士山の全景を見る事が出来ました。二つ目の奇跡！遊覧船では雲ってしまい
写真の様な富士山を見る事は出来なかったのですが、とても楽しい遊覧船でした！これが三つ目の奇跡！
今回のバスツアーのガイドさん【HIRO】さんも、わかりやすく、親切、丁寧にガイドして頂き、最高のガイドさんでした！最後に四つ目の奇跡！
いい事ばかりの富士山ツアーで本当に参加して良かったです！
また機会があれば利用しようと思ってます！
