This bus tour brought us to awesome spots in Yamanashi. Very lucky that we were able to see the full glory of Mt. Fuji while at the cruise and view autumn leaves at Lake Kawaguchiko, Maple Corridor and Shosenkyo on a fine day. Very recommended tour.

This is one of those tours that can be a hit or a total miss, it is heavily reliant on the weather. We were lucky, we had clear views and cloudless blue skies.

We were picked up from our hotel in Tokyo and were dropped off in the evening at our hotel in Odawara - Hakone. It is long day.

Well worth the cost as all of our luggage was also on the mini-bus

Noasan, our driver and guide was punctual, professional and patient.
I cannot recommend Veltra and their team in Japan highly.

Overall, the tour was good and organized. Our tour guide, Ms. Mayo was very accommodating and pleasant. I just hope that next time, the tour would give longer time for shopping at gotemba. We would definitely recommend this tour to friends.

Joji was sooo funny!!! She was a great guide!! The trip was awesome too!! The driving around was a tad too long but it gave us time to nap and ended up giving us some energy for night activities.

Bus arrived on time, Japennese style lunch was delicious, the crab legs were fresh tasty. First time to Japan for autumn foliage, the view at the corridor and waterfall were unbelievable. See my pictures.

Traveled with family a group of six. Bus was on time and comfortable. Headsets were not working properly but Japennese style lunch was delicious. The viewing at the corridor and waterfall were unbelievable. A great day trip with 5 stars

- Easy to find pick up point
- great guide called Shin who was very knowledgable providing facts throughout the day with handy picture cards
- reasonable amount of time spent at the 5th station, Hakone cruise and cable car

Very lucky to travel on a good weather; we were able to see Mt. Fuji. The view of Mt. Fuji while on board the cruise was perfect. We also enjoyed our free time at Maple Corridor and Shosenkyo viewing colorful autumn leaves. I will definitely recommend this tour to my friends.

Sites visited were absolutely stunning. It is now a bucket list item to climb to the top of Mt. Fuji!! The tour guide was awesome and provided history, language and cultural lessons in a very clear and entertaining way. I cannot remember his name but our guide (bus 3 on 11/2/18) was outstanding.
The only complaint is that we were very rushed. We were only able to stay at Mt Fuji for about 30 minutes and ran through Owakandani. Understanding that it was peak fall traffic, perhaps the tour should start a few hours earlier?
Other than that aspect, we had a great time.

The entire tour was way behind on its schedule. We barely mad it to Mount Fiji and when we did make it the obserervation deck was closed. There were way to many tours going on at the sametime we were told 7 busses that’s close to 301 people just for this company If the tour was not so far behind i might rank it good

Looked for signs of fall foliage in Tokyo Nov 7 2018 and found it on this tour. Japanese maple reds and golden gingko. 30% color change and should be spectacular in few following weeks. A good option if you've already done the Shinkansen tour. Another highlight is autumn colors at Shosenkyo falls and gorge. The tour was expertly led by friendly tour guides. Highly recommended!

Such a great day, couldn't have done all the spots without this guide. Defo worth it... Definitely bring lots of snacks with you as there is only one meal and barely any time to grab things throughout the day.

A day day trip out from Tokyo to try and see more of the country but be warned - the time on the coach is considerable. I knew of course there would be around 2hrs to Mt Fuji but there is then over an hour to lunch, another hour to the next site and so on. We were a little unlucky with the weather but the submit was visible at station 4 - a shame to then have to stop at station 5 with no visibility

Guide was very sweet and tried hard. It was a good day out if you have time but I would not rush to book this trip again.

The experience we got was priceless. Very Recommended tour for a short visitors in Japan.

Fantastic experience! Seeing Mt Fuji was enthralling! The strawberry picking and eating is something everyone should experience. My advice is to come in around March or April as most of the flowers were wilting away by May. Weather quite warm too.

The tour guide went over the borde of my expectations. She was very prepared. Outstanding.

Our experience on the Mt Fuji was the highlight on the weather and the snow experience that make my family enjoy the trip.
My daughter was enjoy the Hakone and Lake Ashi.

I will rate it 5 stars/outstanding if the weather in mt fuji were good but it was foggy/cloudy that day. Thanks to our tour guide mr.yoshi of japan gray line, he tried his best making our tour enjoyable though the weather was not favorable for us to see mt fuji. We enjoyed the tour. Highly recommended.

Great tour. I love the lake cruise esp the pirate ship and the gondola. It was an amazing experience. The tour guide spring was very nice and entertaining, she is very funny and helpful.

Overall, tour was excellent. Had a unique experience and i enjoyed it even though i'm solo traveller.

Best experience during our stay in Tokyo. Everything was on time and managed with great professionalism. Highly recommended!
We went with our two kids 11 and 13.
Make sure you check the weather. It can’t be cloudy or you won’t see Mt Fuji. Take the bullet train to return to Tokyo.

Tom, our tour guide was simply fabulous. He arrived at our hotel on time and had a driver with him. He explained our plan for the day and asked if we wanted to alter anything. It was raining that day so he suggested an alternate tour so we can get the most out of the experience. Instead of going to the Pagoda to view Mt Fuji ( which wouldn’t happen because of the fog and rain), we decided to visit the natural ice cave and wind cave instead. It was such an adventure and me and my girlfriends had so much fun. We then went to an authentic tic Japanese restaurant for lunch by the lake, did the ropeway, went to a Sakw brewery and finished off with a bath at the hot springs. If tpu’re thinking of a day trip to MT Fuji, hiring Tom is the only way to go! And he spoke perfect English :)

The Trip to My Fuji, Janine and cruise to Lake Ashi gives you a memorable experience to cherish for your life. Well organised tour with English guide made it easy to understand the things. The beautiful scenery of lake Ashi,Gondola ride, and marvellous Mt Fuji makes a wonderful combination. The return journey via Bullet Train was an icing on the cake.
Go for it.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get to the 5th station because the roads were closed but the view from the stop was beautiful. It was a sunny day for us. The tour guide was really nice. I wish we would have had a little bit more time at each location but otherwise the tour was good. Expect a long bus ride .

The tour leader was very organised and informative. She shared information that was both specific to the sight seeing and general info on Japan and the culture. She had a great sense of humour. Highly recommended.

We went on this tour the day after a typhoon, this was a good and bad choice. Good because we had extremely clear skies to see the mountain from far away. Bad because the road up to the 5th station was closed.

The Guide was informative and funny, the tour bus was comfortable and clean. Lunch was really tasty buffet and the Ninja show(an extra cost) was very cool.

all in all it was amazing.

The overall day was fantastic, great guide... very engaging. my only hindrance from a 5 star review was the weather at the final stop. certainly not the fault of the tour. Overall, I recommend this trip... its well worth the yen and your day.

Overall tour was excellent. Long drive, but that was to be expected. Nori was friendly and informative.
Climate control in van needed to be more efficient.
Lunch stop location was excellent. Participants pay for own lunch, not included with tour price.
Tour stops were not the typical tourist stops, but more local attractions which were wonderful and not at all crowded.
