春休みに子供と参加。
ワイピオ渓谷内への道であるワイピオバレーロードは、落石の危険性等への
安全対策として、無期限閉鎖。
現地の人しか谷底に行けないという事でツアーに参加♪
展望台からの景色は絶景なのですがスタート地点の素晴らしい景色を見たあとはもう絶望的に怖い道。車は大きいしギリギリの狭さ。くねくね道。
ゆっくり下まで降りていくと野生の馬がワラワラと寄ってきて
とても人や車に慣れてる感じでみんな触ったり写真を撮ってました。
川も車でぐんぐん進んできますが
こんな谷底でどうやって生活してくのか。
渓谷には約50人が暮らしているらしく何回かすれ違いました。
タロイモ栽培や漁師とか自給自足の生活で別世界！
ツアー参加者で日本人は私たちだけだったのと英語ガイドなので
ワイピオ渓谷にまつわる歴史や伝説、植物についてのお話などはほぼ
理解できず景色を見るだけ^^;
ガイドさんの話に盛り上がってみんな笑ったりしていたので
そこはちょっと残念でした。

火山好きの息子のためにと思ってお願いしましたが、ガイドの市川さんのお陰で親のほうも本当に楽しく勉強になりました。
丸1日というかなりの長丁場でしたが、子どもたちの体力を考えて市川さんがコースを選んで下さり、また色々と 飽きないよう御配慮頂きましたので最後まで安心して過ごすことができました。素敵な写真をたくさん撮って頂き心から感謝申し上げます。ハワイ島のダイナミックな自然を家族全員で満喫できました。市川さんの優しい笑顔と語り口と共にハワイ島旅行は家族の大切な思い出になりました。本当にありがとうございました。

This was a great experience for my family I clouding kids as young as 8. Bryce, Joe, Diego, and Tamae were so kind to the guests and very knowledgeable about the manta rays. We got a bonus of seeing a dolphin on our way to the snorkel site as well as a beautiful sunset. Mahalo!

初心者や高所恐怖症の方に配慮して、小さなところから始めるのが良かったです。ガイドの方々は、すべてを説明し、地域の歴史を教えてくれる素晴らしい方々でした。一番面白かったのは、アンジェラが茂みの後ろに隠れて豚の声を出し、参加者の一人が驚いて飛び跳ねた時です！笑！ガイドの方々は、本当に楽しく、私の緊張を和らげる素晴らしい仕事をしてくれました。
I liked how you start small for those who a less experienced and afraid of heights. Our guides were awesome in explaining everything and giving history of the area. The funniest part was when Angela hid behind some bushes and started making pig sounds, causing one of the participants to jump back! LOL! The guides really did a great job making it fun and relaxing my nerves.

忘れられない体験 Memorable Experience

午後6時30分前に到着すると、温かい笑顔と感謝の言葉で迎えられました。
マンタレイを見るための30分間のボートライド中、クルーはスナックや飲み物を提供してくれました。キャプテン・ルイが美しい夕日を見せてくれ、別のボートがマンタレイを見つけるまで「アンカー」を待っていました（マンタレイを見るチャンスを最大限にしてくれようとする姿勢が良かったです）。その頃、少し船酔いを感じていました。ボートが止まると、クルーが役立つ指示をしてくれました。
水に飛び込むと、スタッフは必要な人にライト付きの筏へのガイダンスを提供してくれました。泳ぎが得意でない私は、タマエに親切に導いてもらいました。
準備が整って数分後、私たちはその晩の最初の6〜7匹のマンタレイを見ました。マンタレイは素晴らしかったですが、その晩は海の底に近いところに留まっていました！
体験中、筏が私の頭にぶつかり、マスクがずれることがありました（私の仲間の一人も同じ経験をしていたので、クルーは筏の角の場所を誰にも渡さないようにした方が良いと思います）。そのため、片手で筏のロープを持ち、もう一方の手で筏が頭にぶつからないようにしなければなりませんでした。ボートライドと筏の衝突の組み合わせで、私の乗り物酔いがひどくなりました。ディエゴとタマエが優しくボートの方へ導いてくれました。ディエゴは心配しないでと言ってくれました。毎回、少なくとも一人は体調を崩すそうです。気分が良くなったので、最後の10分間は筏に戻ることができました。
ボートに上がるための梯子を登るのは簡単ではありませんでしたが、キャプテンとクルーが助けてくれました。
帰りのボートは風が心地よく、寒すぎることはなく、タオルを肩に巻いていました。また、私の乗り物酔いのために使える小さなバケツがあったのも嬉しかったです。
クルー全体が素晴らしく、私たち全員がマンタレイを見る体験を楽しむ手助けをしてくれました！タマエは私たちの冒険の実際のビデオ映像を無料で提供してくれました。
思い出に残る体験をありがとうございました！
Arriving shortly before 6:30 p.m., we were greeted with welcoming smiles and thank-yous for choosing them.
During the 30-minute boat ride to the manta ray sighting, the crew offered us snacks and beverages. Captain ?Louie? showed us a beautiful sunset while waiting to "anchor" until another boat saw a manta ray (we liked it that he wanted to give us the best chance of seeing manta rays). I was feeling a little seasick by then. Once the boat stopped, the crew gave us helpful instructions.
As we jumped into the water, the staff provided help to any who needed guidance to the lighted raft. Not being the best swimmer, I was one who Tamae kindly guided.
Minutes after setup, we saw our first of 6-7 manta rays for the evening. The manta rays were amazing, even though they chose to stay close to the bottom of the ocean that evening!
During the experience, the raft kept bumping my head and shifting my mask (another in my party had the same experience, so the crew should try to avoid giving the corner spot of the raft to anyone), so I had to hold onto the raft rope with one hand and prevent the raft from bumping my head with the other. The combination of the boat ride and the raft bumping caused my motion sickness to literally erupt. Diego and Tamae compassionately led me toward the boat. Diego comforted me, saying not to worry, at least one person each trip became ill. Because I started feeling better, I was able to return to the raft for the last 10 minutes.
Climbing up the ladder into the boat wasn't the easiest thing to do, but both the captain and crew were there to help.
The ride back was breezy but not too cold with a towel wrapped around our shoulders. I'm also glad there was a small bucket for me to use with my motion sickness.
The entire crew was fantastic, helping us all to experience watching the manta rays! Tamae also offered free actual video footage of our adventure.

We had a great time as a family and would highly recommend this group. The guides are amazing!! Henry, Keanu and the others are so kind, positive and tell great stories. Our Kids ages15 and 12 throughly enjoyed it and kept saying “again”…. When going through bumpy, rocky areas. The UTV’s are in great shape and have great suspension (doesn’t mean you won’t feel the bumps). We felt safe the entire time. We would recommend to anyone wishing to have a great outdoor family adventure.

MUST DO-Our family comes to Hawaii every summer and this is by far the most magical experience we've ever had on an excursion!!! There were four manta rays swimming around us-truly awe inspiring! Our kids are 16, 14, and 10...ALL LOVED IT and said it was the highlight of our trip! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

日本人のガイドさんがいます。電話も日本人の女性が親切に対応してくれました。
残念ながらマンタに会えない時は、次回の参加は無料にして頂けます。実際、無料で再度チャレンジできました。
6/10 18:00からは最高の夕日は見れましたが、遠くに通り過ぎた1枚しか見れませんでした。主人は、全く見れてません。
6/13 21:00に無料で再チャレンジさせてもらい、4～5枚のマンタが目の前で何度もクルクル回転してくれる最高の出会いを見れました。これぞマンタという感じでした。自然相手なので。。。。。石垣島での通り過ぎるマンタを見るのとは、迫力、感動が違いました。
英語が解らない私でも、乗組員のスタッフの興奮が伝わりました。
暗い海なので、日本語がわかるだけで安心して参加できました。
リトライでのご参加ありがとうございました。

オアフ島のクアロア牧場での乗馬が楽しかったので今回挑戦しました。
クアロアは観光化されていて英語がわからなくても安心して利用できましたが、こちらは日本語が話せる方はいなかったので不安のあまり馬の上でくらくらしました。しかしスタッフの方が熱心で温かくフォローしてくださったのでなんとか安全に過ごすことができました。
馬が賢いのでほとんど乗っているだけで大丈夫でしたが、下りは少し怖くて力が入り、終了時は膝が痛かったです。
乗馬時は危険防止のため、水と携帯は専用のバッグにいれるように言われました。また、風がつめたいので、羽織るものも必要です。ウインドブレーカーに長ズボン、スニーカーで参加しました。

Hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had! We were there over Mother’s Day weekend and he was AMAZING… we definitely felt like we made a friend.. he dropped so much knowledge about everything that we couldn’t have been happier to learn what they do there and hand feed the ducks! …Of course the ATV’s were cool and the land beautiful but he truly made our experience what it was and we are so grateful.. thank you!

This was a very easy, cruise at a leisurely pace and get some awesome views ride. It was perfect for a family activity; this included one 17-yr old and a 12-yr old. Very friendly staff and small group ride was very enjoyable. Definitely recommended.

The guides were very animated and well versed with history. My husband was so impressed with the Honda machinery. We even saw wild pigs which was a favorite impromptu thing that happened. Well organized and seemed very safe. We got dustier than I expected but that was me being naive. Follow their instruction on what to bring and no worries. You will get dirty. We didn't get muddy but maybe if it was wetter we would have. We loved it and highly recommend this group.
