Awesome experience! The crew were all knowledgeable and helpful, and they made everything so seamless! We even saw sea turtles and were able to spend some extra time snorkeling around them! I thought about going higher but when I did a hot air balloon ride it was the most fun we weren’t as high because when it’s higher it was quieter and you couldn’t see as much. We had so much fun! The worst snorkel tour I’ve ever been on as far as what a person was able to see under the water. My husband didn’t see a single fish. The kids and I saw two species. A black fish and a striped fish..literally two fish of each kind. Water is too cloudy to see much. I don’t believe there is really much to see even if the water were clear. No reef in sight. Way too many tourists from about 5 different boats all dropped off to snorkel at the same spot so people are constantly getting in each other’s way. I never saw a turtle except the one from the boat when we first pulled up. BEST part was the crew and the sail after the snorkel. The crew was wonderful. Brandon was super funny. Ryan and Mike both nice guys. They all work hard. Maybe it was just a poor day at sea for seeing much in the water, but I wouldn’t do it again. A sunset sail with them would be great since the sailing was the best part and the crew is awesome. But if you’re hoping to see a lot of fish and turtles while snorkeling, don’t expect it here. Wish I could get a refund.

Parasailing was amazing! We were a party of 8 including my 7 year old grandson. The experience was perfect for our family and our captain adjusted the ride appropriately for each group of our riders (some were gently dipped and others had a more thrilling experience). This was my family’s first time in Hawaii and first time parasailing. Let me first say how the booking experience was amazing. The day of our parasail adventure we checked in at the booth. The young lady working that morning was so helpful and had great customer service. When I checked in she explained the 2 pieces of paperwork each adult had to sign. Her phone rang handled her business with the customer on the phone and then apologized and thanked me for being patient. Next she explained everything we needed to know, where we needed to wait etc. Check in process smooth and straight to the point. Then our boat arrives I forgot the young mans name but he was so awesome. Captain Mac I believe his name was, was also amazing. What to expect was clearly explained, directions clearly explained and a sense of humor made our first time parasailing all worth it. Definitely a memory that will not be forgotten. Book with Xtreme an experience you won’t forget !!!!

Our experience was ok..we were greeted by a cranky woman at the desk she mentioned our boat would arrive soon, our reservation was for 11am and we didn't end up boarding the boat until approximately 11:20. The crew on the boat was rude, we brought our gopro to film and it was about to die so we politely asked if we could go next so we could get footage of us in the air..they made a big deal of it and told us no even though the people who were up "next" didnt mind. I will say parasailing experience was a lot of fun! Just beware they ask you if you want to be dipped into the water, the couple before us stated they DID NOT want to be dipped but the crew said to us that they have a "special dip" for people who say no and proceeded to dip them into the water multiple times.
