ハワイ在住の娘と参加しました。
こちらのツアーは昼食付きと記載されていますが、現在はついていません。スタッフにもついていないんですか？と確認しましたが、昼食は有料で購入との事でした。また、クジラについての解説は英語、日本語ともにありませんでした。
過去のコメントから昼食への期待はあまりしていませんでしたが、実際に昼食がついていないのであれば、他のツアーの方が良かったなーと思いました。(嘘の記載は良くないですね...)
このツアー1番の目的である、鯨は何度も見ることができたので良かったです。
感染対策に関しては、ワクチン接種確認も陰性証明書提示もありません。スタッフはマスクをしていますが、乗客はみなノーマスクです。それが今のハワイの現状だと思った方が良いです。それと、ハワイは海外旅行ができなくなったアメリカ本土からたくさんの観光客が来ています。このツアーも大勢の方が乗船していました。日本人、アジア人は私たちだけと思いました。

素晴らしく美しい体験でした。私たちは素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。スタッフはフレンドリーで、情報も豊富でした。

We could not have imagined how beautiful the scenery would be. The singing and dancing was an added bonus. The Smith family really did an amazing job providing a fun filled adventure.

This is an outstanding snorkel tour that I would highly recommend to anyone of all ages and water experience. The staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable and the snorkelling was beyond what we expected. 10/10. The boat kept many mean mai tais following to compliment stellar sandwiches.

Great crew on a nice ride to Lanai. I really liked Captain Turtle’s snorkeling lesson. It was funny but very informative!

ワイルア川のボートクルーズを楽しみました。とても効率的に運営されていました。エンターテイメントは楽しく、情報も豊富でした。シダの洞窟までの散歩とその歴史も楽しみました。景色が大好きでした。

We enjoyed the Wailua river boat cruise. It was very efficiently run. The entertainment was delightful; entertaining and informative. Enjoyed the walk to the fern grotto and the history there. Loved the scenery.

10/10。小さなクルーが自分の仕事を愛していて、このツアーをみんなにとって楽しいものにしてくれました。

Excellent day, we were supplied with all equipment needed - even beach chairs and Mats. We had a great time

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、クルーズ自体が少し退屈でも、楽しんでもらえるように一生懸命努力してくれました。マスクを着用していない人に対して何も言わないのは、まだ義務付けられているにもかかわらず、あまり良い印象ではありませんでした。その点は本当にイライラしました。

The staff was very friendly and they try really hard to be sure you have fun even if the cruise itself can be a little bit boring.
I didn’t appreciate that they don’t say anything to people who don’t wear a mask even if it’s still mandatory. That part was really annoying.

このシュノーケルツアーでは約束されたことがすべて実現されませんでした。スタッフは親切でした。私は少し船酔いをしましたが、彼らは私の面倒を見てくれました。しかし、体験は彼らが約束したものとはまったく異なりました。これはシュノーケルツアーではなく、パーティーボートでした。家族にはお勧めできません。

All that was promised was not fulfilled on this snorkel tour. The staff was nice. I got a little sea sick and they took care of me. But the experience was nothing like what they promised. It was a party boat not a snorkel tour. I would not recommend to any families.

This was a fantastic experience! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable crew. I appreciated the brief snorkel lesson and tips. We were able to see turtles, a variety of fish, and during the sailing portion dolphins and whales. Overall great experience with no complaints! Would recommend to others and will remember them on my next trip!

モロキニへのシュノーケルツアーに以前参加したことがある私たちは、異なる体験を求めてラナイへのこのツアーを見つけて嬉しかったです。

ボートに乗った瞬間から素晴らしい時間を過ごしました - クルーは素晴らしく、食事も美味しかったですし、ラナイに寄港してビーチからシュノーケリングできるのがとても良かったです。SNUBAアクティビティに参加し、その後ハイキングもしました。芝生の椅子、サンマット、日焼け止め、シュノーケルギアがすぐに利用できたのも良かったです。

トリロジーのドックサイドパビリオンで提供されたランチは新鮮に調理されていて美味しかったです。

マウイへの帰りの旅も素晴らしく、たくさんのクジラを見ることができ、定期的に立ち寄って観察することができました。私たちは提供された写真パッケージを購入し、クジラの写真もそのパッケージに含まれていました。

このシュノーケルツアーをぜひお勧めします！

Having been on snorkel tours to Molokini previously, we were happy to find this tour to Lanai for something different.

From the minute we stepped on the boat, we had a great time - the crew was great, the food was great, and we really liked being able to dock on Lanai and snorkel from the beach. We took part in the SNUBA activity and then hiked afterwards. It was great to have the lawn chairs, sun mats, sunscreen, and snorkel gear readily available as well.

The lunch provided at Trilogy's dock-side pavilion was fresh-cooked and delicious.

Our trip back to Maui was great with lots of whales sightings and we were able to stop periodically to watch them. We bought the photo package offered and whale photos were part of the package.

We would definitely recommend this snorkel tour!

スミスのワイルア川クルーズはとても良かったです。開いた窓からの写真撮影は素晴らしかったです。リラックスしたスピードでクルーズしました。途中でカヤックやパドルボードに乗っている人々を見るのが楽しかったです。ボートには屋根があり、とても日陰で、クッション付きのベンチシートは快適でした。川や地域についての興味深い歴史を聞かせてもらい、楽しませてもらいました。ボートへの出入りも簡単でした。ファーン・グロットはとても豊かで美しいエリアでした。私たちが11時から12時30分の間にいたとき、蚊や飛んでいる昆虫はいませんでした。グロットやボートでは、歌やダンスで楽しませてもらいました。皆にとってとても楽しい時間でした。

The Smith's Wailua River Cruise was very good. The open windows were fantastic for taking pictures. We cruised at a relaxing speed. It was fun to watch the people in Kayaks and on paddle boards along the way. There is a roof on the boat so it's very shady & the padded bench seats are comfortable. We were entertained with interesting history about the river and area.
It was easy to get in & out of the boat. The Fern Grotto was a very lush & beautiful area. There were no mosquitoes or flying insects when we were there between 11 A. M & 12:30 P. M.
At the Grotto & on the boat, we were entertained with singing and dancing. It was a very enjoyable time for all.

これは本当に私の旅行のハイライトでした。北岸から南岸へ移動するために午前4時に起きる価値がありました。とても組織的で、要点が明確で、私はそれが大好きでした。クルー全体が素晴らしく、親切で、常に乗客が快適であることを確認していました。面白いことに、クルーは何度もその景色を見ていると思いますが、それでも楽しませてくれて、カウアイについての洞察に満ちた情報を共有してくれました。景色は素晴らしく、写真やビデオではその美しさを伝えきれません。私はこの体験を本当に感謝しており、永遠に心に留めておきます！ホロホロ、ありがとうございました！

This is as honestly the highlight of my trip. It was definitely worth waking up at 4am to travel from north shore to south shore. It was so organized and straight to the point which I loved. The whole crew was amazing and kind, always making sure passengers were okay and comfortable. It’s funny because I’m sure the crew has seen the views a million times, yet they still make it enjoyable and share such an insightful information about Kaua’i. The views were amazing and no pictures or videos can ever do them justice. I really appreciated this time experience and will carry it with me forever! Thank you so much, Holo Holo!

マウイからラナイへのセーリングをキャプテン・タートルと一緒に楽しみました！キャプテンとそのクルーは楽しい冒険の日を作ってくれました。ラナイに着いたときにスヌーバを体験し、シャムスは皆と一緒に安全を保ちながら素晴らしい仕事をしてくれました。コートニー、シャムス、クレイはボートの上で私たちを楽しませてくれ、個別にサービスを提供してくれました。

クジラ、飛び魚、そして白波を見ることができ、帰りの旅は冒険に満ちていました。

Really enjoyed the day sailing to Lanai from Maui with Captain Turtle! The captain and his crew made it fun and a day of adventure. We did the Snuba when we got to Lanai and Shamus did a great job working with everyone and keeping things safe. Courtney, Shamus and Clay were great on the boat keeping us entertained and personally served everyone.

We saw whales, flying fish and some whitecaps which made for an adventurous trip back.

現地に行ってまず驚いたのが
全く日本語ガイドがなかったこと。全て英語で行われていたのでこのツアーのタイトルに騙された感じでした。

このクルーズのクルーは素晴らしかったです。彼らはいつも私たちに何かを持ってこられるか尋ねてくれました。ボートからハワイの夕日を見るのはとても美しかったです。ドリンクと前菜はとても良く、確実にお金の価値がありました。

The crew for this cruise was amazing. They were always asking if they could get us something. So pretty to see the sunset in Hawaii from the boat. Drinks and appetizers were very good, definitely worth the money.

良い旅行でした。ボートは清潔で手入れが行き届いており、皆さんとても親切でした。ファーン・グロットは美しく、地元のエンターテイメントがイベントを楽しくしています。リラックスできる静かな旅で、カウアイの美しさを楽しむ良い方法です。

This was a good trip. The boat was clean and well-kept-up, and everyone was very friendly. Fern Grotto is pretty, and the local entertainment makes the event fun. It's a relaxing, quiet trip and a good way to see some of the beauty of Kauai.

最高の時間を過ごしました！シュノーケリングやウミガメを見に行くのが大好きでした。巨大なウミガメを見ました。今まで見た中で一番大きかったです。その日はボートに私たちだけが数人しかいなかったのが良かったです。ハンバーガー用のグリルがあれば良かったですが、ランチはそれでも美味しかったです。

We had the best time! Loved our time snorkeling and going to see turtles. Saw a huge turtle. Biggest I have ever seen. It was great that there were only a few of us on the boat that day. Would have loved to have a grill for burgers, but lunch was good nonetheless.

カウアイに来るたびに、このリバークルーズを利用しますが、毎回新鮮です。楽しく、教育的で、美しく、すべての年齢層にとって本当に楽しいです。スタッフやクルーがいつも楽しんでいる様子も特にありがたいです！

Every time I come to Kauai, I do this River Cruise and it never gets old. It is entertaining, educational, beautiful and just plain fun for all ages. I especially appreciate that the staff and crew always seen to be enjoying themselves as well!

大きな家族グループで、皆が旅行を楽しみました。年齢は2歳から60歳以上までいました。COVIDの影響で少人数だったので、混雑はありませんでした。美しい日でした。たくさんのクジラを見ました。タイニーが演奏した素晴らしい音楽に合わせて踊りました。このエクスカーションを心からおすすめします。

We had a big family group and everyone enjoyed the trip. We had ages from 2 to over 60. COVID conditions meant a smaller group so it was not crowded. Itxwas a beautiful day. We spotted lots of whales. We danced to the great selection of music played by Tiny. Wholeheartedly recommend this excursion.

Love, love, LOVE this boat! It's a beach catamaran so no transportation is needed. Plus, they provide you with FINS that are super comfy and adjustable. After snorkeling, you get some snacks and can purchase drinks on board. We got the souvenir Holokai shaker to keep. We did the 9am cruise which was perfect for visibility and to catch a little bit of sun before it got too hot in the afternoon. Would recommend!

アクアアドベンチャーズに出かけましたが、乗客の数に対してスタッフが少ないと感じました。スヌーバの料金を前払いしましたが、夫は試すことすらありませんでした。返金の連絡はありませんでした。提供された食事は最小限で、品質もあまり良くありませんでした。

Went out on Aqua Adventures and felt they were a bit understaffed for the amount of passengers they had. Pre paid for Snuba but my husband didn’t even try. No contact for refund. Food served was minimal and not the best quality.

全体的に、シュノーケリングツアーは素晴らしい体験でした。5つ星を付けたかったのですが、2つの問題がありました。1つ目は、スタッフの一人が少し失礼だったこと（白人のブロンドで、少し人種差別的な態度に見えました）。しかし、他のスタッフは皆とても親切でした。2つ目の問題は、シュノーケリングスポットの水が少し濁っていて、亀を見るのが少し難しかったことです。私は1匹見ましたが、家族は見ることができませんでした。しかし、途中でたくさんのクジラを見かけ、そのうちのいくつかは私たちのボートの非常に近くにいました（数秒間は少し怖かったですが）、それは素晴らしかったです。

Overall, great experience with snorkeling tour. I would have given 5-starts other than the two issues, 1 - One of the staff was little rude (white blonde seemed little racist attitude), however everyone else on the staff was super nice, 2 - the second issue, snorkeling place was little muggy water and it was little hard to sight any turtles, even though I saw one but my family couldn't see any. However, we sighted bunch of whales on the way, with couple of them very close to our boat (little scary for few seconds) which was awesome.

i whole experience was amazing. The employees greeted guests with enthusiasm and personality, very happy and entertaining. the boat ride took us giding down the river providing beautiful sites and emotions. the fern grotto and short walk were great as well. all around a+ adventure.

It was a great day of snorkeling and whale watching on the Aqua Adventures. The captain was knowledgeable and funny. He was clearly enjoying what he was doing and went out of his way to make the trip truly enjoyable. The staff was super helpful. Kudo to Aqua Adventures for a memorable day. Thank you guys! Cheers.

Best experience ever. I seen so many beautiful. Fish and turtles. The crew were awesome and fun i would definitely do it again. Just being out there on the ocean was so amazing

The Smith’s Wailua River Cruise was a beautiful way to spend our morning. Start off by learning some island history and geography by a native guide from the Smith Family. Ours was Wade.

Once you arrive at the Fern Grotto, you’ll walk a beautiful path to get there and learn about its natural history and cultural significance as well as anything you’d like to know about it. We learned so many fascination facts and it was so beautiful and peaceful.

On our way back, we were treated with professional musicians and a top notch dancer. Everything about the small group of performers was beautiful from the sweet sounds of the musicians to the graceful display of cultural dance. You couldn’t get better quality and for the price!

It was an honor and gift to ride with the Smith Family. Looking forward to coming back with the kids.

Wish it didn’t rain the whole time but they can’t control that obviously. I recommend it.
