Such a well thought out organized and creative luau. I’ve been to other luau’s on the island, but this one is hands down the best. The Chief was so entertaining and the shows were amazing! I was also able to take terrific photos! Highly recommended.

Chiefs luau was so entertaining. Chief was hilarious and the dancers were amazing. We loved the atmosphere and staff was so friendly. I recommend this as a MUST go to event. Food was really good. We were so glad we picked this luau and would definitely go to again. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

On the specific date we went it rained, so that's a lost star that's in no way their fault! If we had wanted to leave and not stay in the rain they would have given us a refund or moved the tickets to a different date.
The show as very educational and the dancing was great! Our one year old was in a trance! Such awesome culture across the Pacific islands. The food was really good and big portions/as much as you want since it's a buffet. Before you leave check out the Hawaiian/Polynesian exhibit inside the hotel.

ヒルトンでの時間を楽しみました。ハワイでは2つのルアウに参加しましたが、こちらの方が他のものよりもずっと楽しめました。オープンバーは素晴らしいポイントでした。長い列に並ぶこともなく、スタッフにサービスしてもらえたのが良かったです。ショーの最中に立ち上がる必要がなかったのも嬉しかったです。
We enjoyed our time at the Hilton. We did two luaus while in Hawaii and enjoyed this one by far over the other. The open bar was a nice touch. Never had to wait long in line. I appreciated being served by staff rather than having to get up during the show

Beautiful hike to a Waimea Falls. The botanical gardens were beautiful and.full of history too. Easy hike for my kids Got to swim in the lagoon under the falls at the top. I love that they provided life jackets. Once we came down and changed it was off to the luau. We had a great time participating in some of the cultural activities and learning the Polynesian history and culture. Dancing was amazing and food phenomenal. My family really enjoyed it -especially my 11 year old and 15 year old. Highly recommend!!

I would have given Chief’s Luau a Great, because the entertainment was the best. Thee food ok. How ever I took our two boys 15 and 16. Paid adult prices. Was told by Veltra, that they could have a virgin Mai tai or coke, sprite, etc.. however they would not give the guys drinks unless I paid extra for them.

We were initially skeptical of going to any Luau after a previous experience we had on Maui. We were concerned it would feel like a crowded dinner show instead of an authentic experience. We live on Oahu and had guests who really wanted to go. Tao Luau appealed to us because Waimea Falls is a beautiful setting away from resorts, and it has way less occupancy for the event then the others (200 compared to up to 800!). We were pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome, hands on experience, delicious dinner, and stunning show. We have visitors coming in a week, and more in the summer, and have already booked for two more times!

We flew from Seattle and purchased the Deluxe Package to celebrate my husbands 45th birthday. I didn’t know what to expect and was wondering if I wasted my money due to a previous review stating that buying purchasing the Deluxe Package was a waste because of COVID. Well, I’m soooo glad I purchased the higher package option! We had full table service, to include drink service and our meal being delivered to us on glass plates. The other packages had to get up and get their food from the buffet area where it was pre-packaged so there was a definite distinction with the Deluxe Package. If you have never been to this luau, it’s a MUST! The food, customer service and show was phenomenal! My husband and I were totally satisfied as this luau totally exceeded our expectations!

息子の誕生日に行き、デラックスパッケージを利用しました。ショーを間近で見ることができるのを楽しみにしていましたが、ビュッフェが閉まっていて、テーブルに運ばれる食事の選択肢が少ないことを知って悲しくなりました。以前来たときは、たくさんの選択肢があったのを覚えています。
プレショーはイマイチでした。豚を地面から引き上げる儀式も行われず、豚がカートで座席エリアを通過するだけでした。
料理は「まあまあ」でした。もっと選択肢があればよかったです。また、テーブルサービスはディナーだけでした。私たちのテーブルから飲み物の注文を取るスタッフが足りなかったので、デラックスパッケージを利用する意味がありませんでした。他の人たちは、より安いパッケージでも食事が運ばれていましたし、どのテーブルからでもショーが見やすい距離でした。
最後に渡された写真は、私たちのパーティーの同じ写真が3枚もありました。ほんの少しの変更もなく、同じ写真が2回印刷されたようでした。そして、無料のギフトは小さなワイン/ミックスドリンク用のタンブラーでした。10歳の子供にはあまり使い道がないものです。若い子供向けの別の選択肢があればよかったです。

We took my Son for his birthday, and did the deluxe package. Was exited as we would be up close to watch the show. Was sad to learn the buffet is closed, and the options of food they bring to your table is minimal. I remember coming before and there being so many options.
The pre shows are bleh. They don’t even do the ceremony of raising the pig from the ground. They just roll the pig on a cart thru the seating area.
The good was “okay” at best. Again, wish there would have been more options. Also, the table service was just for dinner. There were not enough staff members to do drink orders for us from our table. So, essentially it was a waste to do the deluxe package. Everyone else had their food brought to them as well with a less expensive package. And, the seating is close enough to where you can see the show decently from any table.
The photo they give you at the end of you/your party - we ended up with 3 of the exact same picture. Not even a minor change. It’s like they printed the same photo 2 times. And free gift was a little whine/mixed drink tumbler . Not really something my 10yo will use. Would have been nice to have a different option for the younger kids.
My opinion, don’t waste your money on the deluxe package.

As a parent of 7 year old twins, who seeks out kid friendly activities, I’m so grateful I chose this show. This was their first show since COVID. They offered a selection of kid friendly food which I appreciated. The rest of the food was amazing and the drinks were delicious! Now to the entertainment. This group of performers were so enthusiastic that the captured my kids attention the whole time. The story they told was beautiful. My girlfriend and I just recently attended the luau on Valentine’s Day. We were welcomed in and sent straight to our table which was set up very nicely. The show was absolutely amazing even though I feel it was a little short. It started raining pretty heavily and although we appreciated the ponchos it does seem that tents should have been built to avoid what the forecast predicted. This made it really difficult for us to enjoy our food because everything was soaked. All in all the food was decent. We did however have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for someone to notice our on the table signifier for a waitress or bartender to serve us. Fortunately it did work out in our favor as by the time our food and drinks arrived the rain had settled. The chief was extremely funny and we have an experience that we plan to take back to the mainland and talk about for years to come. If you do happen to go to the luau make sure you check the weather because I guarantee you would enjoy it more with clear skies. To the event, I was strongly suggest that pop-up tents are invested in so that customers can truly enjoy the night as expected regardless of the weather.

I lived on Oahu, and have attended many of the popular, industrial, Luaus on the island. Due to Covid, most were closed, so we went with Waimea Valley Toa Luau. I can say it was by far the most intermate, and authentic luau I've ever been to. The "cheaper" tickets still have a great, elevated view. The members/staff/performers are all family and the demonstrations they have are authentic to their history. With the admission to Waimea valley included, you can easily make an entire day of exploring the valley and concluding with the Luau. It truly felt like a family cookout (which is the true spirit of a luau) and not an assembly line of people and mediocre food (as most other industrial luaus are). Homemade coco drink, and no less than 5 fire throwers at once, put Waimea Valley Toa Luau over the top for me. Also, not a coconut bra in sight...

３度目のオールド・ラハイナ・ルアウですが、パフォーマンスのクオリティが高いので毎回楽しんでいます。料理も美味しく、食べきれないほどのデザートと、飲み放題のアルコールも嬉しいですし、今回ウェイターにチップを渡そうとしたら「料金に含まれている」と言って断られました。お土産のバナナブレッド付きで大満足です。

ビュッフェ中にフラダンスで楽しませて下さって、ショーが始まる前からワクワクできました。

初めてのハワイ旅行。せっかくなので、ショーを見たいなぁと思い、口コミが良かったこちらを予約しました。
まずは、ご飯。
ビュッフェスタイルの夜ご飯は、肉、魚、ケーキなど種類が多く、どれもとても美味しかったです。
食事中は歴史の話をしてくれたり、簡単なショーを見ることが出来ました。
食事が終わると、ステージがある部屋に移動。
ショーは２階席の１番前の真ん中くらいでしたので、凄く良く見えました。
ショーは、モノマネやファイヤーショー、フラダンスがありました。
ショーが終わると記念写真を撮ることが出来ました。
ご飯もショーも最高でした‼
