私たちのツアーガイドのトニーは素晴らしい運転手であり、ナレーターでした。彼はたくさんの無料の水と2つのマラサダを提供してくれましたが、私たちはそれが本当に素晴らしいと感じました！バスはとても快適で、フットレストや座席をリクライニングするためのレバーがあり、完全にエアコンが効いていました。

ツアー体験を改善するための2つの提案があります。
1. ドールプランテーションでの時間をもう少し増やして、ピニャップルエクスプレスの列車に乗ったり、ドール迷路を訪れたりできるようにすること。
2. ノースショアでの時間をもう少し増やして、景色の美しいビーチを探索できるようにすること。

それ以外は、私たちはツアー体験を楽しみ、皆さんにオアフ島を探索するためにぜひ参加することをお勧めします。

Our tour guide Tony was a fabulous driver and narrator. He gave us lots of complimentary water and 2 malasadas, which we found ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The bus was very comfortable with footrest, a lever to recline the seats, and was fully air conditioned.

Two suggestions for improving the tour experience -
1. Little more time needed in Dole plantation, so that people can get to ride the Pineapple Express train and visit the Dole maze.
2. Little more time needed in North Shore to explore the scenic beaches.

Other than that, we enjoyed the tour experience and I highly recommend everyone to take it to explore the wonderful Oahu island.

We were greeted at the large comfortable motor coach by LOLA. Throughout the day she demonstrated an amazing amount of knowlege coupled with humor about China man's hat, macadamia nut, sugar cane, coffee, pineapple, and coconut farms. The Japanese Temple and coy farm was an incredible sight. We were able to ring the bell for health and wealth then proceeded to the 10 foot gold Buddha. We ate at Shrimp truck which was delicious. We were given time to explore the North Shore town of Halewei. We learned about how the islands became under one ruler and where the original Oahu people were "pushed" over a cliff to their deaths by King Kamehameha. Thoroughly enjoyed the Doke Pineapple Plantation with the delicious dole whips. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST TOUR ON THE ISLAND. LOLA IS #1

アメリカ本土在住の日本人ですが、日本よりも国内のほうが旅行しやすかったこともあり2022年1月中旬にひとり旅でこのツアーに参加しました。当日は私一人だけの参加だったこともあり、マサさんには柔軟に対応していただきノースショアを満喫することができました。バンも十分な広さですし、マスクはもちろん換気も十分にしてもらっていたので安心して過ごせました。

ホテルでピックアップしていただき、サーフィン前にノースショアのコーヒーショップに立ち寄って頂きました。ハワイならではのココナツなどを使ったコーヒーやハワイアンスイーツなどもあるかわいいお店でした。朝食を済ませていなかったのでとても助かりました。

サーフィンも全くの初心者でしたが、セルジオさんやマサさんのアドバイスのおかげで何度か練習するうちに波の上に立つことができました。セルジオさんに直接レッスンを依頼している他のアメリカ在住の方々3人と一緒にレッスンを受けました。セルジオさんがひとりひとり内容をきちんと理解しているか確認しながら、英語が不安な場合でもジェスチャーを交えゆっくり話してくださるので、安心して受けられると思います。レッスンでは最初の10分くらい砂浜で基礎を練習したあと、早速実践にうつってサーフィンを体験しました。ビーチには他のインストラクターからレッスンを受けている方々がたくさんいて、波に乗れると周りの方から拍手や歓声をもらえたりしてとても楽しい時間でした。

レッスンのあとはハレイワ散策でガーリックシュリンプを昼食に頂きました。昼食後はこのプランに載っている場所だけでなく、自分の希望に合わせてマサさんが場所を選んでくださったので本当にありがたかったです。私の場合はハワイの自然や歴史を感じられるスポットや、ドールのプランテーションでパイナップルジュースを飲みたい、などの希望をお伝えしたところ、時間内に上手く調整して全て連れて行って頂けたのでとても満足でした。なので参加者の方はあらかじめご希望があればお伝えしておくのが良いかと思います。

マサさんはハワイだけでなくアメリカの歴史や政治などもお詳しく、移動中も色々なお話しをしながら周ることができとても充実した一日となりました。
サーフィン初心者の方や、コロナの時期ということもあり安全に少人数でまわりたい、ノースショアに初めて行くが効率良く周りたい、という人にはおすすめのツアーだと思います。

全体的に、このツアーはオアフの主要なハイライトを見たい人にとって最高のツアーで、ハワイの料理の楽しみを味わう素晴らしい機会があります。私たちの家族はオアフに少なくとも4回行ったことがあるので、すべてを見たと思っていましたが、このツアーはオアフの美しい島をさらに楽しむことができました。地元のツアーガイド、トニーはとても親切で、情報豊かで、面白く、私たちを「オハナ」のように扱ってくれました。彼のおかげでツアーは忘れられないものになりました。たくさんの素晴らしいおすすめを共有してくれました！ツアーの無料の水ボトルやマラサダなど、さりげないが印象的なホスピタリティのタッチが大好きでした。

Overall, this is the best tour for anyone wanting to see the major highlights of Oahu with wonderful opportunities to enjoy Hawaii's culinary delights. Our family has been to Oahu at least 4 times, so we thought we had seen it all, but this tour really allowed us to appreciate the beautiful island of Oahu even more. Our local tour guide, Tony, was very kind, informative and funny and really treated us like "ohana." He definitely made the tour memorable. He shared a lot of great recommendations! We loved the subtle but impactful hospitality touches of the tour, such as the free water bottle and malasada.

What we really loved about the tour was having a variety of stops that allowed you to appreciate the surrounding nature, history and food of Hawaii. There is something for everyone!

For the ocean lovers, make sure to sit on the passenger hand side of the bus because you will have ocean views throughout the journey. The stops at Hanauma Bay and the Pali really help you appreciate the lush surroundings.

For foodies, not only do you get a taste of the poi malasadas from Kamehameha Bakery during your journey, but you get to visit: 1) Tropical Farms where you can taste and purchase locally grown macadamia nuts, coffee and other island delights. Our favorite flavors of the macadamia nuts were the cinnamon glazed and maui onion. 2) Haleiwa town where you can enjoy the delicious garlic shrimp. We went to Camaron Shrimp Truck which serves theirs peeled with rice, salad and a slice of fresh pineapple. I really loved the coconut shrimp which comes with a side of the garlic sauce. The shrimp was crispy and scrumptious! 3) Dole Plantation where you can try their world famous Dole Whip! We got a cup of Dole whip with fresh pineapple topping each bec it's too good to share. Make sure to line up when you arrive because it gets busy!

For newbies, this tour is a great way to see it all in one day.

My family and I enjoyed this activity very much!!! We got to see other parts of the island that we wouldn't be able to do on our own.
We loved the Dole plantation and the Hale'iwa town, all the locals are very friendly.

My three teenagers and I had a great time visiting all of the places that Hawaii has to offer. Besides all the pretty places we loved learning about the history of Hawaii, our bus driver was very nice and very knowledgeable. My favorite part was definitely the breathtaken views everywhere.
I would recommend to other people doing the tour, to have good night sleep the night before, so you dont fall asleep and miss part of the fantastic ride around the Island.
The tour does have a bunch of stops and the driver will give you enough time on each one of them.

Very happy with the entire experience. Ryan was awesome to have as a guide. Would definitely do it again. Hike was super fun and informative, and the river crossings and swimming hole at the end of the first half was great. Nothing but great things to say!. Thanks Ryan for the awesome day and super chill time today. Can't wait until the camping experience is up and running so I can take another trip out here and sign right up!

A very well conducted tour highlighting the must see's around Oah'u. Danny, our guide provided us with so much information, both historical as well as cultural, making the experience memorable, despite the rains. Our entire group felt like an extended family, long-lost cousins just Danny mentioned, who stepped up to help me when I had a minor mishap. And Danny thank you for the tasty malasadas :)

We had a group of 7 for this tour and it was perfect to see the highlights of the island, outside of Honolulu. Stephanie was a fantastic tour guide and driver!! She gave a lot of info and local insight on hang outs, fun facts, etc. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone that wants to see more of what the island has to offer! I have so many pictures and was able to buy some of the unique foods and items Hawaii has to offer as well.

This was a surreal experience! Toured the whole island of Oahu and saw so many sites I didn't even know about when I first researched the island. I was very impressed as was the whole family!

I had the best time!!! The staff was so friendly and nice and we even got a little special guitar performance on the way back to the island. The lunch was spectacular and if there are any leftovers, they will be given! But it is very filling! I can’t imagine what I’d do if I came to Hawaii and missed this tour! I wholeheartedly recommend this!!!

The grand circle island tour was just amazing, some really nice places were visited and we had some time to enjoy them as well as having some amazing views of Oahu island. Lola is the best tour guide!! Not only she is nice and funny she kept us informed all the tour with interesting facts about the places visited and about the island and Hawaiian culture in general.

Cousin G was awesome! We had a great day. The morning activity we chose snorkeling. Unfortunately for others, the falls were closing on Monday’s starting THAT day due to covid restrictions, so everyone had to do snorkeling. Had some food from shrimp truck, it was okay. We stopped at a macadamia nut and coffee tasting place, that was really cool. We did kayaking for our afternoon activity- not a lot of shade so definitely bring sunscreen or wear a long sleeve top, we roasted on the river. Then we stopped in town. Was a great day on the north shore, thanks again cousin g!

We took the round the Oahu Island tour. Best thing we could’ve done. The entire day we were shown fantastic sights, historic points, and history of the island. Dole PineApple Farm and the Macadamia Nut Farms were great stopping areas to have fun shopping. Please ask for the tour guide Lola- you won’t regret it as she is very knowledgeable about the entire island and it’s history. The bus today is well worth it.

I never write reviews, but figure I would with this because of how good the experience was. The driver was on time, communicative, helpful, and courteous. He even got out of the van to find me during the departure. And with that said, the van was clean and spacious. I'd definitely roll with this company again. Mahalo for a great experience!

Kalani was our driver we were greeted with a smile. We made a couple stops for the remaining passengers. Than we were off all the stops that were made we were not rushed but Kalani did give us times and reminders to be back on the bus and at our food stops told us were to go to beat the long lines and eat the best food. Kalani was very informative and kept everyone involved. Thank you again for the memories and great times. We saw Oahu in a way that set us up to know were to go when we come back and have more time to be on the island.

north shore shuttle tour was totally awesome! The tour guide was so kind and nice. He explained about some tourist attractions as well as drived me to north shore. He drived me to famous valley and even food truck. So I could go some place I wanted easily.

This was an amazing experience for our girls trip. If you are looking for fun activities that are self guided this is the tour for you. We did the snorkeling and paddle boarding both were extremely fun and we had plenty of time to do both. The price was great and included everything we needed. We got to see 2/3 of Oahu, which was beautiful. Our tour guide was Sam he was helpful and funny. Would recommend this tour/activity day to anyone!!

ツアー自体が基本的に、休止中ばかり。
そんな中、2名からで催行していただけて、尚且つ、日本のガイドの方で、細やかなお気遣いをいただき、楽しい思い出を作れました。
限られた時間で、長年の経験で、スムーズなご案内に感謝です。

Lola is the absolute best tour guide ever. She made the trip fun and informative. We are requesting her every time we do this tour. This was our honeymoon trip and first time ever in Hawaii and this was actually our first tour.

Our tour guide was the best Kulani! Very informative tour of Oahu. Just a little helpful tip to people buying this tour. The information for the tour indicates breakfast included, however it wasn't an adequate breakfast. It was a hawaiian donut and water. Maybe it would better to say small snack included instead of breakfast. Our tour guide is an asset to his employer. If you've never been to Oahu, you should take the tour! I went with my family of 7 which included 5 adults and 2 teenagers. They loved it!

This was such a great way to see the amazing sights of Oahu without the hassle of driving or looking/paying for parking! The bus was clean including the restroom and we felt safe being driven by our guide Kalani. He was both humorous and informative, we could tell he really loved his culture and the island.

The time allotted for each location was perfect. It was a long, adventurous day but we enjoyed every minute of it! We will definitely book with this tour company should we visit the island again.

Lola our driver was awesome! She was funny and knowledgeable and helpful. The stops she made for photos were prime spots and we got some great shots. Very helpful in letting us know good places to eat and shop as well. Excellent tour!

My family and I were very excited to do the Deluxe Oahu Grand Circle Island Tour. Unfortunately, the bus did not pick us up. I contacted dispatch 5 min. before pick up time to make sure we were in the right spot and we were. Buses came and went and our bus never arrived. According to dispatch, the bus was there waiting for us for 15 minutes. What was upsetting was the bus is a deluxe big bus and not a van. You cannot miss it! Although this was a huge disappointment and a waste of time, I give 5 STARS to costumer service for Veltra. She took care of my concerns and was very easy and friendly to talk to. I'm sure there was a miscommunication somewhere and a huge error. I will be getting a full refund and may use them again in the future. Everyone deserves a second chance!

初めてサーフバスを利用しました。運転手は時間通りに来てくれました。彼は知識が豊富でしたが、最初は態度が気に入らなかったです。少しバカにされているように感じましたが、最後には良いガイドになってくれました。家族と一緒に滝のハイキングとカヤックをしました。滝のハイキングは3時間の予定でした。ワイメアバレーを通り、美しい熱帯植物や鳥を見ることができました。驚いたことに、滝は思ったより小さかったです。すでに多くの人が泳いでいて、まだ午前10時でした。子供たちは水の中にいる人が多すぎて泳ぎたがりませんでした。ハイキングの後、滝を見てカフェでランチを食べましたが、3時間は長すぎました。他のアクティビティに使えたかもしれません。午後にはカヤックをしました。家族は楽しみましたが、カメを見ることはできませんでした。町に歩いて行ってかき氷を食べられなかったのは残念でした。行列が長すぎました。全体的に、家族はまずまずの時間を過ごしました。

First time taking the Surf Bus. Driver was on time. He was knowledgeable. Didn't like his attitude at first because he had a way of making you feel foolish but at the end, he turned out to be a nice guide. My family and I did the waterfall hike and kayaking. The waterfall hike was timed for three hours. It was a beautiful hike through Waimea Valley seeing tropical plants and birds. To my surprise, the waterfall was smaller than I thought. There were too many people swimming already and it was only 10am. My kids did not want to swim because of the amount of people in the water. Even after the hike, and the waterfall and even ate lunch at the cafe, three hours was too much. It could've been spent doing other activities. We went kayaking in the afternoon. My family enjoyed that even though we didn't see any turtles. We were disappointed that we couldn't walk to town and get shaved ice because the line was too long. All in all, my family had a decent time.
