体験はよく整理されていて楽しいです。ホストはとても親切でコミュニケーションが取りやすく、彼らと話をするのが本当に楽しかったですし、日本や旅行についての私の見解を共有できました。基本的な内容で、スキルについて心配する必要はありません。

The experience is well organized and enjoyable, the host is super nice and communicatable, I really enjoy talking with them and share my veiw on Japan and travelling.
It is elementary and no need to worry about the skill.

高校の同級生７名での参加でした。てんぷらは揚げたてで美味しくいただきました。
お手洗いも狭くて古いですがきれいに掃除されていて快適でした。
ちょうどお花見の時桜が満開の見ごろで最高でしたが撮影ポイントで停泊していただけたら
星５つでした。

日曜日の午後に金継ぎのクラスに参加しました。このカップルの先生がいらっしゃいました。クラスはとても有意義で、持参した陶器に取り組むことができました。壊れたものを修復するこの技術は非常に古く、私たちにとても魅力的でした。このクラスに参加できてとても嬉しかったです。全てのプロセスを経るのに2時間かかりました。お茶、チーズケーキ、そして日本のスイカをいただきました！もっと彼らとクラスを受けられたら嬉しいのですが、残念ながらあと数日で出発しなければなりません！ヨシコさんとヨシイチロウさん、ありがとうございました。

We went on a Sunday afternoon to do a Kintsugi class. This couple of teachers were available. The class is very instructive and we could work on the pottery we brought. This art of mending broken things is very ancient and it appealed to so this classes. We were very happy and it took us two hours to go through all the process ad glueing and patching. We were invited tea, cheesecake and a Japanese watermelon! We would be very pleased if we did more classes with them, but unfortunately, we have to leave in a few more days! We attended this evening to learn how to prepare kintsugi as complete novices, the class was great with many things to learn over 2 hours. When we return we will be sure to spend more time at Kume crafts! A+

知識として知っているだけの地名などがガイドさんの説明でよくわかった。普段何気なく接している皇居、国会議事堂などに関する知識が増えてよかった。時間は短め。

素晴らしい体験でした。非常におすすめします。スタッフは私たちの質問にとても忍耐強く対応してくれ、娘たちが自分たちでお茶を作りたいときにそれをさせてくれました。唯一の欠点は、少し見つけにくいことです。東銀座駅に行き、A3出口から出ます。右に曲がり、劇場を通り過ぎて、角のコーヒーショップの前にあるエレベーターを見つけてください。それはあまり目立ちません。歌舞伎座タワーと同じブロックにありますが、実際にはタワーの中にはありません。場所を見つけるための努力は十分に価値があります。

Great experience, would highly recommend. Person was very patient with our questions, and let our girls make their own tea when they wanted to try. Only drawback is it is a little hard to find. Go to the Higashi-Ginza station, and exit A3. Turn right, walk past the theater, and then find the elevators BEFORE the coffee shop on the corner. They are not very obvious. It is on the same block as the Kabuki-za tower, but not actually in the tower. Well worth the effort to find the place.

クゲさんたちは本当に温かく迎えてくれました！残念ながら、私たちは少し迷ってしまい、クラスに数分遅れて到着しましたが、彼らはとても寛容で、軽食とコーヒーを用意してくれて、創造的な空間に迎え入れてくれました。スタジオは小さくて魅力的で、さまざまなサイズの彫刻や陶器が棚に並んでいました。彼らは自分たちの作品をいくつか見せてくれて、その日の予定を説明してくれました。英語もかなり上手で、手順を簡単に説明してくれました。雰囲気はカジュアルで、彼らとの時間を楽しむことができました。全く急かされることはありませんでした。完成した作品はプラスチックの容器に丁寧に梱包されていて、アメリカに無事に持ち帰ることができました！クゲさんたちとの楽しい午後を過ごし、新しいスキルに興奮して、クラスの後すぐに近くのトキューハンズに立ち寄って、自宅で自分たちの金継ぎをするための材料を買いました！全体として、とても楽しい文化体験でした！観光地の外で日本文化を体験する方法として、金継ぎとクゲクラフトを強くお勧めします！

The Kuges were so genuinely warm and inviting! Regrettably we had been a bit lost and arrived a few minutes late to the class. They were very forgiving and welcomed us into their creative space with a light snack and coffee. The studio was small and charming, and had shelves full of sculptures and pottery of all sizes. They showed us a few of their pieces and explained what we were going to do that day. They spoke English fairly well and were able to explain the steps easily. The atmosphere was casual and we were able to take the time to enjoy their company. We didn't feel rushed at all. Our finished pieces were carefully packed in plastic containers which we'd like to add, made it back to the U.S. safely! We had a delightful afternoon with the Kuges and were so excited by our new skill that we stopped by a nearby Tokyu Hands right after class to buy supplies to do our own Kintsugi at home! Overall, it was an enjoyable cultural experience! We highly recommend Kintsugi and Kuge Crafts as a way to experience a bit of Japanese culture outside of the common tourist hotspots.

お料理がどれも美味しく、連れていった両親も大変喜んでいました。
ただ、予約時のコース説明に、お台場方向までの周遊とあったので、そのつもりでいたのですが、実際はお花見コースでお台場方面には行かず、隅田公園の方にずっと留まったままでした。
桜がほとんど咲いていない状態でしたし、両親にお台場の景色を見せてあげたく思って申し込んだので、せめて出向前に、一言、お台場にはいかないと、言ってほしかったなぁと、それだけが残念でした。

お料理、船内の清潔さ、スタッフの接客態度、周遊コース、全てにおいて大満足でした。
十分な時間のコースだったのでとてもゆったりした時間を過ごせました。
天ぷらが揚げたてですごくおいしかったです。
飲み放題、さくらもち、フルーツまでついていて、とてもよかったです。
また機会があれば利用したいと思っています。

このクラスは、とても親切で魅力的なカップルによって教えられています。彼らは私にいくつかのカップを選ばせてくれ、美しいものを作る手助けをしてくれました。素晴らしい体験ができ、旅行からとても意味のあるものを持ち帰ることができました。

This class is taught by a very kind, charming couple. They provided me with a couple of cups to choose from and helped me create something beautiful. I had a great eperience and was able to bring home something very meaningful from my trip.

これは素晴らしい体験でした。茶室に到着した瞬間から出発するまで、すべての詳細が楽しかったです。茶道を行う女性（名前は思い出せませんが :( ）はとても礼儀正しく、着物を着ていました。彼女は入口で私たちを迎え入れ、抹茶（お茶）や茶道の歴史、正しいマナーについての短い教育的なビデオを見せてくれました。私たちはバルコニーにある小さな庭で手を洗った後、茶室に入り、茶道が始まりました。季節に合わせて選ばれた美味しい伝統的な和菓子が出され、茶道の達人が茶道を行うのを見ました。非常に落ち着いた心地よい体験でした。その後、自分たちでお茶を作るよう招待されましたが、達人が作ったものほど美味しくはありませんでした！彼女は自分の仕事をよく理解していて、長い間この仕事をしてきたことがわかりました。彼女は英語が上手で、30年間茶道の達人をしていると教えてくれました。彼女の母親は50年間茶道の教師でした！私たちは夫婦でプライベート茶道を体験し、支払った少しの追加料金に見合う価値がありました。約30分間続きましたが、私たちはお茶を飲むのが早すぎたかもしれません（笑）。茶道の間、好きなだけ写真を撮ることが許されましたが、体験の美しさに夢中になってしまい、後になってからしか撮れませんでした。

東京エリアでこの活動を考えている人には絶対にお勧めします。始まりから終わりまで、これ以上の体験は望めませんでした。出発する前に達人から抹茶をいくつか購入しましたが、販売していて良かったです。彼女は他にもさまざまな必要なもの（カップ、茶筅、その他の器具）を販売していました。

This was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived at the tea house to the moment we left, every detail was delightful. The woman who does the ceremony (I can't remember her name :( ) was very polite and dressed in a kimono. She greeted us at the entrance and then showed us a short and very educational video about Matcha (tea) and the history and proper etiquette of a tea ceremony. We entered into the tea house after washing our hands in a small garden set on the balcony and began the tea ceremony. We were served delicious traditional sweets that were chosen in accordance with the season and watched as the tea master performed the tea ceremony. It was an incredibly calming and pleasant experience. After, we were invited to make our own cup of tea, which we did, but it was not as tasty as when the master did it! We could tell that she knew what she was doing and had been doing this for a very long time. She spoke good english and told us that she had been a tea ceremony master for 30 years. Her mother was a tea ceremony teacher for 50 years! We did the private tea ceremony for my husband and I and it was well worth the few extra dollars we paid. It lasted for about 30 minutes, but I think we might have drank the tea faster than we were supposed to lol! We were allowed to take as many pictures as we wanted during the ceremony, but we were too caught in the beauty of the experience to take any until afterwards.
I would absolutely recommend this activity to anyone thinking about doing it in the Tokyo area. From beginning to end, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We even bought some of the Matcha from the master before we left, which was nice that she had it for sale. She also had other various necessities (cups, wisps, other serving things) for sale.

飲み放題付きも、よく飲む夫婦にとっては、最高でした。
スタッフさんも良い方ばかりでした。

素晴らしい午後でした！アクティビティは楽しく、修理した作品を持ち帰ることができます。ホストはとても歓迎してくれて、寛大でしたし、英語も素晴らしかったです。残念ながら私は日本語を話せませんが、必ずやるべきアクティビティです！

What a great afternoon! The activity was fun and you get to keep your repaired piece. The hosts were so welcoming and generous, their English was wonderful as unfortunately I do not speak Japanese. A must-do activity!

金継ぎの歴史と技術について学ぶ素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。先生方はとても歓迎してくれ、素晴らしい教師でした。私たちは英語しか話せませんが、簡単にコミュニケーションを取ることができました。この地域を訪れる方にはぜひお勧めしたいです。

We had a wonderful time learning about the history and techniques of Kintsugi. Our senseis were very welcoming and fantastic teachers. We were able to communicate easily although we only speak English. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area

彼女と一緒にここに行き、セッションを心から楽しみました。ヨシイチロウさんとヨシコさんは素晴らしいホストでした。クゲさんが用意してくれたコーヒー、アップルティー、フルーツケーキも大好きでした。

I went here with my girlfriend and we thoroughly enjoyed the session. Yoshiichiro and Yoshiko were gracious hosts. I loved the coffee, apple tea and fruitcake that Mrs Kuge prepared as well.

日本を訪れるのは初めてで、ディナーのためにクルーズに乗りました。スタッフは楽しく、フレンドリーで、エンターテイメントもあり、国際的です。日本語が話せなくても心配しないでください、彼らは英語を話せます。料理は本当に美味しかったです。

It was my first time to visit japan and ride the cruise for dinner. The staffs are fun, friendly, entertain and international. Don't be afraid if you cannot speak japanese coz they can speak english. The food are really good and delicious.

ホストのヨシコさんとヨシイチロウさんは、到着時に温かく迎えてくれて、とてもフレンドリーでした。クラスはリラックスした雰囲気で、彼らは非常に知識豊富な教師でした。英語は限られていましたが、笑顔とグーグル翻訳がとても役立ちました。ユニークなクラフトを楽しむ人にはぜひおすすめです。

The hosts Yoshiko and Yoshiichiro, were warm, welcoming and friendly on arrival. The class had a relaxed atmosphere and they were extremely knowledgeable teachers. Limited English language though smiles and google translate really helped.
Would recommend this to anyone who enjoys unique crafting.

クゲ・クラフツで素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。とても親切で寛大なクゲ夫妻に感謝です。陶器に囲まれた親密なスタジオに到着すると、完璧なコーヒーとケーキが待っていて、雰囲気がとても良かったです。忍耐強く励ましてくれる先生からの素晴らしい金継ぎの紹介があり、もっと学びたい、または自宅で試してみたいと思いました。私の素晴らしい金継ぎの酒グラスをどんな機会でも自慢することは間違いありません - アート作品を持ち帰ることができます。ありがとうございます、ありがとうございます、ありがとうございます。

追伸：このクラスの後は、金継ぎのために陶器を壊したくなるかもしれませんので、ご注意を。

Amazing time at Kuge Krafts with the so kind and generous Kuge couple. Very intimate studio surrounded by pottery and perfect coffee and cake waiting for us upon arrival set the atmosphere. Excellent introduction to Kintsugi with the patient and encouraging advices from sensei which just make us wish we could come back for more or at least to try it again very soon at home! No doubt that I will brag about my amazing kintsugied sake glass at any occasion I get - yes you get to bring your piece of art back home.

PS: beware though that after that class you will want to voluntarily break any piece of ceramic you come across just for the excuse of having something to kintsugi...

体験で緊張しましたが、丁寧に教えてくださり自分の江戸切り子ができました。ちょっと先生の言葉が冷たいような気がしましたが。

緊張もしましたが、クールな先生のおかげでみんなで楽しく体験ができました。
一瞬の気の迷いで失敗をしてしまうという緊張もありました。実際失敗もたくさんありましたが、それも体験のいいところでしたｗ

乗った日は強風でしたが気分爽快！
ガイドさんの丁寧で軽快な説明をバックに充分楽しめました。また乗りたい！

初体験でしたがスタッフの方が優しく、丁寧、的確にアドバイスしてもらえたので

グラスを見るたびに嬉しくなり、割らないように大切に扱います。

クゲ先生と彼の奥さんは素晴らしく、私たちは新しいことを学びました。また、このコースは自宅に持ち帰れるものが得られるのでとても素晴らしいです！私は完全におすすめします。とても良い体験で、私たちは自宅でも金継ぎを続けてみようと思います。とても興味深くて楽しかったです！

Sensei Kuge and his wife were great and we learned something new. Also, this course is so great because you get something you can take home! I totally recommend it, it was a very nice experience and we will try to continue doing Kintsugi at home, because it was so interesting and fun!

料理は美味しかったですが、もう少し量があっても良かったです。しかし、ドリンクは豊富にありました。夜のホステスはフレンドリーで、知識も豊富で、包容力がありました。隣のテーブルのダイナーたちもとても楽しく、英語はあまり話せませんでしたが、楽しめました。クルーズはぜひおすすめです。

The food was good, could do with a bit more, but the drinks are in abundance. The hostess on the night was friendly, knowledgeable and inclusive. The diners on the next table were so much fun, despite minimal English. I would definitely recommend the cruise.

夜、屋形船で隅田川から見るお台場やスカイツリーのなんて綺麗なこと❕✨地上から眺める景色とはまた一味違う華やかさです。ちゃんとお写真タイムもとってくれるし食事も普通に美味しいし❗特にきすの天ぷら❗ちょーうまい❗さっきまで知らなかった人ともうお友達乗り合い屋形船 最高です❕✨

　アメリカから日本語留学で我が家に滞在している子(20歳前後)が友人と体験に伺いました。
　前日の予約で不安でしたので予約確認のお電話をさせていただきましたが、和楽庵のご主人が優しくご対応下さいました。当日も駅までもお迎えに来ていただき、和楽庵でも丁寧にお薄茶の体験させていただいたようです。
　このような本格的な茶道の体験は、東京ではまだなかなかないので、ベルトラから見つけて和楽庵に伺えてよかったです。ありがとうございました。

ほとんどの茶道体験はパフォーマンスの形をとっています。「茶の道」の本来の目的であるホストとゲストの感覚を体験することはできません。もちろん、茶道の知識がないゲストとしては、真のゲストや参加者ではなく、ただの観客でしかありません。

Most tea ceremony experiences are in the form of a performance. You don't experience the feeling of host and guest that is the original purpose of "the way of tea"---a framework for communication and meditation. Of course, as a guest without knowledge of the tea ceremony you can only be a spectator not a true guest and participant.

Mat-Cha-Doh does an excellent job of teaching you to be more than a spectator of the ceremony. With an interpreter and instruction you are a participant in what is more than a ceremony---a meeting of host and guest within the framework taught by the Urasenke School of Tea. And surrounded by an authentic tea house with wood from the great temples of Nara, and centuries old tea ware, this is truly a once in a lifetime experience!!

ここは再び見つけるのが非常に難しい場所でしたが、小さなスタジオには6つの作業ステーションと6人の生徒がいました。私たちは見本を見て選ぶことができました。非常に難しかったですが、シンプルなものを選べば十分可能でした。階下には素晴らしいガラス作品のギャラリーがありました。非常に素晴らしく、よく運営されたクラスでした。インストラクターは英語を話しました！

This was again a very tricky place to find, but in a tiny studio there were 6 stations to work at and 6 students. We were given samples to look at and choose from. It was very tricky, but very doable if you choose something simple. Downstairs was a gallery of glass work that was incredible. Very awesome and well run class. Our instructor spoke English!
