We’re very sorry for the long wait and the uncomfortable experience you had. Our service is a shared shuttle, which does mean multiple pick-ups and drop-offs as well as possible waiting times — but it should still feel smooth and respectful, and we’re sorry this wasn’t the case for you.

Hello Ht. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we caused you some anxiety. That is not good, especially when you are in strange surroundings and you do not speak the language. Our apologies. We cannot make any comment as to why this happened in your circumstance. A shuttle service ranges 10 mins before and 10 mins after the time we quote, because every day is different. We may have many collections before your pickup point or alternatively we may have few. However, this time it was definitely late, well over the time quoted. Our sincerest apologies, it should not have happened. We do hope this didn't mar your visit and you had a safe journey home.
