楽しかったー！！
投稿者: たかむら, 2015/09/05集合時間を過ぎてもなかなかバスがこなくてちょっと焦りました。
バスの中は、私たち以外は、全員外国人だったと思います。帰りの集合時間や、場所の案内もすべて英語でした。
日本のディズニーに比べて、空いていたので、短い時間でも充分楽しめました！
パレードの規模は全然小さいですが、日本のと雰囲気が違って楽しめました。
寒い時期に行ったので、早めにパークをでて、電車で近くのアウトレットにも行ってきました。
バスだと快適なのでお得だと思います。

不安でした
投稿者: みっきー, 2015/09/03ディズニーランドの帰りに利用しました。
夜のDisney Dreams!を鑑賞したかったので、閉園後40分後の時間で予約しました。
ですが時間を過ぎても、ドライバーさんらしき人を見つける事ができず。。
予約時間の10分後に国際電話から連絡があり、電話の相手は担当のドライバーさんでした。当方英語がわからない為困りましたが、一緒にいた者に代わってもらったのですが一方的に電話を切られました。
その後5分後くらいに、当方からかかってきた番号に連絡したところ、『今遅れているのであと10分で着く』との事でした。
10分程待ち、また電話があったので無事ドライバーさんと会え、送っていただく事ができました。
遅れた事に対し、お詫びの言葉もなく（笑）、終始無言で運転に集中されておりました。
道が空いてたのは幸いでしたが、かなりのスピードが出ていたので正直怖かったです。
乗車している間は「事故が起こりませんように・・」とずっと祈っていました（笑）
無事ホテルまで送っていただけたので、結果的にはよかったかなぁと。
今回はH⚫︎Sのツアーだった為、この日だけ宿泊をなしにする事ができなかったので、もし次行く事があれば、ディズニー付近で一泊して空港にバスで行くと思います。

丁寧な応対でした。
投稿者: タルサ, 2015/08/29子連れの６人利用でしたので、行きのみホテルからランドへはハイヤーをお願いしました。６人だと日本のベンツVクラスと同様のベンツ車種でお願いした９時半のピックアップ時間より５分ほど早くホテルへ迎えに来てくれました。英語を話せるドライバーさんで、ちょっとしたパリ情報を教えてもらいながら市内からは４０分弱で到着しました。座席が進行方向とは反対向きになっているのが残念でしたが、次回、お願いするときはあらかじめ座席は全て進行方向きでとお願いしたいです。

待合わせ時間より早く迎えに来て下さったので良かったです！ありがとうございます。ネームボードの名前もわかりやすく表示されていました！
迷わず目的のホテルまで40分くらいで
到着出来まして良かったです！
英会話はあまり出来ませんが、
目的のホテル名を英語で伝えれば特に問題はありませんでした！
ペットボトルのお水サービスなのでしょうか？いただきました♪

お願いしてよかったです
投稿者: yamashita, 2015/08/2323時閉園予定でしたが、ショーの開始が遅くなり、入り口のゲートにたどり着いたのは、23時半過ぎになりました。タクシー予約時間の23時半を過ぎてしまったので、ドライバーの方が電話を掛けてくれていたのですが、私の携帯の電波が悪く、電話に気付くのが遅くなって心配をかけてしまいました。ただ、丁寧な対応で無事待ち合わせ場所で合うことができました。大勢の人の中、この時間に電車でパリ市内に帰るのは怖いなと感じ、タクシーをお願いしてよかったです。宿泊先の門の前でしっかり止まってくれるので、お土産をたくさん買っても安心して帰ることができました。運転も安全でした。ありがとうございました。

自由度が高くオススメです。
投稿者: Tao, 2015/08/12パリ中心部の代理店にチケットを取りに行きましたが、スタッフの方はとても感じが良く親切に説明をしてくれました。
他のエージェントの、往復のバスとディズニーのチケットがセットになったツアーも検討しましたが行き・帰りの時間が決められています。この商品は、好きな時間に電車を利用して遅くまでディズニーランドにいられる点が良いと思います。小学生の子連れでしたが開演から遅くまでディズニーで過ごし、パリ中心部のホテルに23時前に着きました。復路の列車もディズニー帰りの人たちで混んでいて危険な感じは全くありませんでした。ただ、パリ到着後、ホテルのロケーションによっては注意が必要だと思います。

投稿者: ＤＲＧ, 2015/08/10夜も遅かったので帰りの送迎に利用しました。行きは、電車で行きました。
夏なので夜でも明るいのですが、待ち合わせのタクシー乗り場でまっていても、
それらしき人がいません。何人かに声をかけたのですが、違いました。
電話で、事務所に連絡すると、折り返しドライバから電話ありました。
待ち合わせには注意が必要です。

Disneyland® Paris Tickets with Express Shuttle Transfers from Paris
Excellent Tour!! Highly recommended!!
投稿者: Wesley, 2015/08/03This tour was the highlight of our Europe trip and is highly recommended. We elected to be picked up at the Opera metro station which was one short train ride away from our hotel and on our booking confirmation we found easy details on where the pickup point could be found from the station (it was literally just over the road and could be seen as we exited from the metro). With our tickets we had the option to select entry to either the Disneyland Park or universal studios. Gaining entry to the park was very easy. We queued for 2 minutes to get through security and then skipped the queues into the park itself since we had already received our tickets on the bus. We spent the whole day enjoying rides were my overall favourite ride was Space Mountain. It was absolutely incredible and should not be missed!! The day out in Disneyland was the highlight of my trip to Europe and I cannot wait to return one day. The trip back by bus was quick and easy and we were dropped back at the station where we had elected to be picked up. Overall this is an excellent tour which I highly recommend. If you are considering a trip to Paris then this tour is not to be missed!!

Disneyland® Paris Tickets with Express Shuttle Transfers from Paris
Best tour - value for money!!!
投稿者: Wezniks, 2015/08/03We were excited at the thought of visiting Disneyland but the cost of a taxi to get there was extortionate and public transport would take us two hours to get there. Finding the Veltra tour, which included transport and tickets to Disneyland, was a God-send!!! The purchasing process was easy and user-friendly – and I received confirmation for the tour immediately over email. The tour conveniently collects at a number of easily accessible points in the city. The bus arrived well before the time which gave us peace of mind as we didn’t have to wait. We showed the lady our booking confirmation and received the warmest welcome onto the tour. She gave us our tickets for access to Disneyland and welcomed us onto the bus. The bus trip didn’t feel long at all and we arrived at Disneyland well before the gates opened at 10am. We went into the Disneyland Park and had the time of our lives!! We started at a ride themed Pirates of the Caribbean and soon learned how much detail went into all of the rides. It was incredible!! The attention to detail on all of the rides was incredible and it felt like we were in a Disney movie!! One of my favourite rides was a Buzz Lightyear themed ride where you take a journey through a Buzz Lightyear themed area and collect points by shooting lasers at marked targets – a very fun concept!! After an amazing day filled with many rides and lots of laughs, we found our bus exactly where we were told it would be. The bus had arrived early so we were able to gain access early and not worry about rushing. This tour is by far the most fun we’ve had and I cannot wait to return one day when we have children. Thank you Veltra for an unforgettable day!! We look forward to planning more trips with you in the future.

投稿者: anju, 2015/07/30ユーロスターでパリに戻ってきた所を近くのホテルでpick upしてもらいました。
パリに着いた時にcomfirm はしておいたものの、ホテルステイでのpick up でなかったので、ホテルフロントの人にも名前を告げれず、ドライバーがくるまで不安でしたが、10分前には来てくれ名前をきかれました。ディズニーランドまではtraffic jamに巻き込まれ1時間半ほどかかりましたが、たくさんの荷物と子供を抱えての旅だったので、タクシーを頼んでおいて良かったです。

投稿者: PAGU, 2015/05/06「行きでバウチャーを出してしまったら、帰りは・・・？」
と心配になり、念の為もう１枚プリントアウトして持参。
帰りは嫌な予感が的中し、バスに１番乗り→行きと違う運転手さんに
「オペラ行きですか？」ときいてバスに乗り込もうとした途端に
「証拠を見せろ」的なことを言われ慌てて予備のバウチャーをみせて
無事バスの中へ・・・。
私達の後の人からはノーチェックでバスへ入っていましたが、
持っていてよかった～と胸をなでおろしました。
DL自体はアメリカ程はすいてないけど日本よりは随分すいていて、
１０時間もあればじゅうぶん２パークを楽しめることが出来ました。
また利用したいです。

楽々、ホテルへ・・・
投稿者: Mari, 2015/04/20ディズニーが好きで世界中のディズニーランドへ行きましたが、10年前にパリに来た際には時間がなく断念。。。今回は、ディズニーが目的でパリにきました。しかし、フランス語はさっぱりわからず、夜のショーを見た後に、郊外のディズニーランドからメトロでホテルに帰るには少し不安で、貸し切りチャーターを予約しました。22時にパーククローズの為、余裕をもって22：30のピックアップを依頼したのですが、この時期のパリは、21：30を過ぎても暗くならず、夜のショーが22時からスタート！！バス停に着くのに5分ほど遅れましたが、ネームボードをもって待っていてくれました。（ボードが小さくて一度見落としました）車内では、パークは、どうだったかなど話しかけてくれて楽しかったです。少し値段が高いかもしれませんが、ショー終了後にあれだけの人がパーキングや駅に向かう姿をみたらチャーターをお願いして良かったと思います。時間や安全は、お金では買えないですし、荷物の心配もないのでたくさんお土産も買えました！！又、行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。

快適♪

集合場所が合っているか不安でしたが、バスが時間通りに来てくれたし、
集合場所で「多分ディズニーランド行くんだろうな」と思われる外国人の方々がいたため、無事バスに乗ることができました！
帰りは降車場所と同じニモのマークがついたバス停です。
朝と夜とでは景色が変わるので、
バス停までの道のりが少し分かりにくかったですが、
駅を左手に歩いて行くと到着します。
フランスのディズニーランドはあまり人気がないとのことでしたが、日曜日参加だったためか、思ったより混んでいました。
予め、
これは絶対に乗る！という乗り物を決めておいたほうがいいと思います。
また、運休中の乗り物も多かったので、電子掲示板で確認することをお勧めします。

まず集合場所ですが、住所をあてに行くのですが、通りの名前と、建物に表示してある番号を目当てにします。ガールデュノール駅からの乗車でしたが、駅前ではないので、場所をよく確認しておいた方が良いです。
チケットは2パーク往き来が出来、10時開園から集合時間(20時)まで充分楽しめました。
休止中のアトラクションも多かったのですが、新アトラクションのレミーのおいしいレストランは、シングルライダーですぐに乗れました。
英語でのガイドでしたが、親切で分かりやすく説明してくれたので大丈夫でした。
往復の交通費を考えると楽だし、ツアーにして正解でした!

バスの対応

•同じ車両
•同じ場所
と連絡ありましたが、全く異なっており、他にも困惑している方がいました。
しかも、運転手に聞いても対応してもらえず。
ガイドもいないため、気をつけた方がいいです。

Secondly and regarding the bus back , our guides explains everything on board on the way going to Disneyland . They explain there will be same kind of bus but not same number , also they explains it will be only the driver and advise you to be 15min before departure to be sure you will not miss it . In case any problem happens on board we are always in contact with our drivers and taking care of our clients :)

最高のドライバーさんでした

帰りのドライバーさんが特に良かったです
午後はルーブルに行きたかった為 12時半のお迎えをディズニーホテルに頼みました
ギリギリで待ち合わせのロビーに着くと姿勢良く 名前の書かれたボードを持って待っていてくれました 車種は4人だったのでベンツのワゴン 革張りでゆったりです
車中での会話は英語です
帰りの空港まではタクシーを適当に頼もうと思っていましたが （旅行社の送迎はめちゃくちゃ高かったため）今回と同じ会社に頼めること 料金も安く 4人あたりだとロワジーバスとかと料金も大して変わらないことなどがわかり即決で予約をお願いしました この声がけは本当に助かりました
お迎えの時間のアドバイスも完璧でしたし
（シャルルドゴールは個人でチェックインするのに混んでました） なにより帰り際 空港で娘に 『今回は、お父さんお母さんに連れて来てもらったけど 次は君がご両親を連れてくるんだよ』なんて かっこいい事言ってくれる素敵なおじさまでした
子連れは 子供も親も本当に疲れます
少しでも楽できる移動手段は絶対にオススメですよ

投稿者: フランボワーズ, 2015/03/15当初 電車で自力で行く予定でしたが ディズニーホテルに1泊予定しており 荷物もあって小さな子供を連れて駅の移動を考えると少しでも楽できるようにおねがいすることにしました 9時に着くよう8時にパリ市内のホテルにお迎え。ドライバーさんは予約の時間より前にホテルロビーにお迎えに来てくれて 荷物も運んでくれました 車中では朝早かったので案の定子供はウトウト 私もウトウトしているうちに気づけばホテルのゲートをくぐっていました
ホテルに着くとポーターさんが荷物も運んでくれて 朝9時前にホテルに着いたのにチェックインもしてくれて部屋に通してくれたので ディズニーランドを子連れでも体力に合わせて満喫できました

Great experience!
投稿者: Felipe, 2015/02/06We decide to travel to París and visit Disney (1 park) with the service bus to go more comfortable and sure with my little son. Is very atractive instead the RER option.
The gare du nord point is very good, the service come on time (in winter the temperature is cold) and the guide girl gave precise and extensive instruccions (in english, french and spanish). The busdriver was very concern and helpme with the chair of my son.
We are very happy with the election (the one way and return by bus and the online buy service experience with veltra). The disney day was so lovely for my son and me, a little cold but very fun, 5 minutes max waiting for each attraction and the final show is awesome.

I enjoyed it

But I got to see lots of things and tried the rides and attractions that I would not usually try at Tokyo Disney Land, so I stayed almost till the time limit and enjoyed it fully with just the 1 park ticket I had.
I only waited for 10 minutes for all the rides and attractions.
There weren't many people there really. I was happy that I could relax and enjoy myself without the big crowds.
I went early to get the spot for the parade, and I managed to see it from the 1st row!

There were many children's clothing in the souvenir shop, so if you take your family they will be delighted. There were also other cute souvenirs with "Paris" on it, so I think young people will also like it too.
I thought there was quite a lot of people but it was split into 2 parks, so the queues weren't so long.
Personally, I loved the Ratatouille attractions and the food I ate there!
