I initially thought I would just be dropped off at the parking lot, but they accompanied me and provided detailed explanations, while also thoughtfully creating some time for me to explore on my own. With the extra time, we passed by recommended alleys and shops, and they suggested stopping by a hidden gem, a sweet rice cake shop, saying, "Let's eat in the car" and "Let's buy some for the friends we're meeting later," which was a nice touch. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying trip. Thank you very much!

目的地の相談をしながら回ってもらいましたが、私が迷っている部分にほどよくご自分の提案を入れていただき、ありがたかったです。駐車場で降ろしてもらうだけかと思っていましたが、一緒に回って丁寧に解説してくださり、またさりげなく１人で回る時間も作る気遣いもしてくださいました。時間に余裕が出ると、お勧めの小路やお店の前を通ったり、穴場のやきもち屋さんに寄って「車の中で食べましょう」「これから会うお友達にも買っていきましょう」と勧めてくださる少し押しの強めなところもステキでした。とにかく大満足の旅行でした。本当にありがとうございました。

It was great to have this means of transportation, as my parents are elderly and it allowed for transfers and flexibility with time. In fact, we couldn't return at the scheduled time, and we appreciated the wait. Upgrading the vehicle made it easier to get in and out, which was also helpful.

I stayed in Chatan and visited Shuri Castle, Sefa Utaki, and Okinawa World. While checking the weather, I was taken to recommended spots like scenic capes and the Nirai Kanai Bridge, allowing for a relaxed 8-hour tour. The taxi had a high ceiling, which was also nice.

北谷に宿泊していましたが、首里城、斎場御嶽、沖縄ワールドを中心に周っていただきました。天候をみつつ、おすすめの岬やニライカナイ橋等、景色の良い場所にも連れて行って下さり、8時間無理なくのんひりまわれました。タクシーの車両も天井が高いタイプだったので良かったです

Kyoto is best explored with a chartered taxi. The driver also acted as a guide and helped us discover hidden gems, which was very helpful. I would like to use a taxi again next time.

I'm glad that I was able to visit almost all the places I wanted to go. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so I mostly enjoyed the view from the car window, but the driver's explanations were excellent, and I had a great time. I also left the choice of dining places to the driver, and since we avoided the crowds by going at a less busy time, that was a good decision. I was very satisfied, and I wish I had a little more time.

生憎、天気が悪くて、殆ど車内からの車窓でしたが、運転手さんの説明も上手で、楽しかったと思います。
食事する場所も、運転手さんにお任せで、混雑を避けて空いている時間にしたので良かったです。

A few days ago, I was worried about the tour due to heavy snowfall, but I felt relieved when I received a confirmation SMS the day before. The driver was well-trained and provided a lot of helpful information. Unlike group tours, I had the freedom to choose where to go and the timing, which was great.

数日前まで大雪とのことだったので催行が心配でしたが、前日確認のSMSが来て安心でした。ドライバーの方はきちんと研修を受けているそうで、いろいろな情報を教えていただき助かりました。団体ツアーと違い、行きたいところや時間など自由になり、とても良かったです。

I made a reservation for a trip with two other people. On the morning of the day, we discussed the course with the driver and added Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine instead of Shirakawa Suigen, allowing us to visit all the places we wanted to see, making for a very fulfilling day. Additionally, the driver recommended a restaurant for lunch where we had red beef bowl, which was great. It was also very interesting to hear the driver share a lot of information about the history of each location and the geography of Aso.

3人での旅行時に予約しました。当日朝に運転手の方とコースの相談をして白川水源の代わりに上色見熊野座神社を追加していただき、行きたかったところを全て巡れて大変充実した1日になりました。また、お昼も運転手さんおすすめの赤牛丼のお店を紹介していただきました。各場所の歴史や阿蘇の地形についてなども運転手さんのお話沢山伺えたのもとても面白かったです。

Initially, I had planned to take a highway bus, but there were no available seats, so I used this service for the first time. They picked me up at the station and dropped me off right in front of the hotel, which made it very convenient as I didn't have to worry about my luggage. I hadn't done much research beforehand, but I was guided to recommended places and shops, allowing me to experience locations I wouldn't have visited on my own, which was a lot of fun. The female driver was very chatty and even took photos for me, making for an enjoyable time.

当初高速バスの予定でしたが空席がなくこちらを初めて利用しました。
駅に迎えに来てもらい、ホテルの目の前まで送ってもらえるので、荷物を預ける必要がなく、とても楽でした。また、事前にあまり調べていませんでしたが、おすすめの場所・お店をガイドしてもらい、自分たちだけだと行かない場所や経験ができて、とても楽しかったです。
女性ドライバーさんでしたが、たくさんお話をしてくださり、写真も撮ってもらえて、楽しい時間でした。

I made a last-minute reservation, but I was very grateful to be able to secure it. I was able to visit the places I wanted and adjust the timing as needed, which was great! Since it was my first time in Okinawa and I wasn't familiar with the area, I think taking a taxi was the right choice. I would definitely like to use this service again.

I was taken to Yutsun Falls and more by a cheerful and bright guide.

It was a trekking day with light rain, but thanks to that, the waterfall's water volume increased, allowing us to enjoy a more powerful sight than we had imagined. I was a bit anxious after checking the weather forecast, but ultimately, I was very satisfied to see such a dynamic waterfall because of the rain! Above all, the guide ensured our safety, so I could walk with peace of mind.

Additionally, they provided shoes, raincoats, and waterproof backpacks, which allowed me to participate almost hands-free. I was grateful to enjoy trekking without worrying about equipment.

The journey took about two hours one way, but the guide shared a wealth of knowledge about the mountains and nature, as well as the island's lifestyle and culture, making the trip very enjoyable. It felt like we arrived at our destination in no time.

Since we had a bit of time left after the tour, we were able to stop by other attractions like Maya Rock Falls and Modama Pond on the way back. If it hadn't been a private tour, I think we would have only visited Yutsun Falls, so I’m really glad I made a special request.

The guide's tour concept was "a tour you won't forget in five or ten years," and that was absolutely true. The time we spent enjoying food and coffee at the summit became an unforgettable memory.

If I have the opportunity to visit Iriomote Island again, I would definitely like to request a tour!

笑顔で明るいガイドさんに、ユツンの滝＋αに連れて行ってもらいました。

当日は小雨が降る中のトレッキングでしたが、そのおかげで滝の水量が増し、想像以上の迫力ある姿を楽しむことができました。天気予報を見て少し不安もありましたが、結果的に雨のおかげでダイナミックな滝を見られて大満足！ 何よりガイドさんが安全に案内してくれたので、安心して歩くことができました。

また、靴やカッパ、防水リュックも用意していただいたので、ほぼ手ぶらで参加できたのもありがたかったです。装備の心配をすることなく、気軽にトレッキングを楽しめました。

片道約2時間の道のりでしたが、ガイドさんが山や自然の知識はもちろん、島の暮らしや文化についてもたくさん話してくださり、道中もとても楽しく、あっという間に目的地に到着した感覚でした。

また、ツアー終了まで少し時間があったため、帰り道にマヤロックの滝やモダマ池など、他の観光スポットにも立ち寄ることができました。プライベートツアーでなければユツンの滝だけで終わっていたと思うので、個別にお願いして本当に良かったです。

ガイドさんのツアーコンセプトは「5年後も10年後も忘れられないツアー」とのことでしたが、まさにその通り。特に頂上でゆっくりごはんやコーヒーを楽しんだ時間は、忘れられない思い出になりました。

また西表島を訪れる機会があれば、是非ツアーをお願いしたいと思います！

If I had even a little time to visit the shrine, I would have received a goshuin, but since I only looked around, I decided not to get one.

神社を少しでもお参りする時間があれば御朱印も貰ったけど、見るだけだったので御朱印やめたと言ってました。

It was a 9-hour course, but since I wanted to stop at some places along the way and the driver didn't seem to be feeling well, we wrapped up 2 hours early. The driver was a kind older gentleman who took me to two additional places beyond my requests. He also shared interesting stories about the lifestyle of the people in Okinawa and about the Yuta, making for a fun time.

Thank you for taking me all around from north to south in just one day!

We visited Oishi Bunsan → a Shikuwasa factory → the big bridge and heart rock on Kouri Island → and I was dropped off at a power stone shop with rutilated quartz.

9時間コースでしたが、途中寄りたい場所があったのとドライバーさんの体調が芳しくなさそうだったので2時間早く切り上げました。

I participated in a 3-hour course. I communicated the places I wanted to visit, and then I left the rest to them. The car was spacious and clean, allowing for a comfortable sightseeing experience. There were various explanations along the way to the destination, which made it enjoyable. It's reassuring that they accompany you to the destination and guide you.

Overall, I highly recommend this for a fulfilling sightseeing experience in a short amount of time! I think it's especially good for comfortable travel in winter and summer. I will definitely use this service again next time. Thank you for your assistance.

We gathered at 8 AM in Naha City and headed to Ginoza, where the Hanshin camp is taking place. There is no parking available around the venue, but there are no issues with a chartered bus.

Since two people who weren't really Hanshin fans got bored along the way, we were quickly guided to nearby tourist spots, which was very convenient for avoiding the crowded shops and going shopping in various places.

The driver was very kind, and it's much more reasonable than booking a hire car directly, so I highly recommend it.

那覇市内で8時集合し、阪神キャンプが行われている宜野座へ。会場周辺には駐車できませんが、貸切チャーターならなんの問題もなし。
途中にさほど阪神ファンでない2名ぐらいが飽きてしまったので、周辺観光地に急遽観光地に
案内いただいたり、激混雑の売店をさけてあっちこっちに買い出しに行くのに大変便利でした。
ドライバーの方が大変親切でしたし、直接ハイヤー予約するよりかなりリーズナブルですのでお勧めです。

I used this service for a two-day itinerary to avoid crowds and ensure smooth sightseeing. The driver had many years of experience providing top-notch attendant services and was very knowledgeable about Kyoto. He was also great at engaging in conversation, and my children quickly became friends with him (;^_^).

At the temples and shrines, he guided us while explaining everything, and the stories about the buildings and shops we saw from the car window were all very interesting. Along the way, we stopped at recommended lunch spots and sweet shops, which were delicious.

The temples and shrines I wanted to visit were scattered across different areas, and if I had relied on public transportation for similar sightseeing, I definitely wouldn't have been able to visit them all. I think I would have felt much more fatigued as well.

The hire service was of high quality ◎. It allows for a flexible itinerary, so I believe it leads to a highly satisfying travel experience. I would like to request this service again for my next trip to Kyoto.

運転手の方は長年、一流のアテンドサービスに従事されていた方で、京都を知り尽くした方でした。お話も上手で子供も直ぐに仲良くなっておりました(;^_^
寺社では説明しながら案内してくださいましたし、車窓から見える建物やお店のお話も興味深いものばかりでした。途中、お薦めの昼食や菓子処に寄って頂きました。とても美味しかったです。
訪れたい寺社仏閣が各地に点在しており、公共交通機関で同様の観光を行っていたら確実に全部は回りきることが出来なかったはずですし、疲労感も全然違っていたと思います。

フレキシブルな旅程を組めますので、満足度が高い旅行が出来ると思います。

Since there were many people, we opted for a chartered taxi instead of a tour bus. The driver was very kind and introduced us to various things. Although we ended up waiting longer than expected at the lunch restaurant, we were really grateful that they extended the plan time for free.

Regarding the plan itself, the time spent exploring Shirakawa-go was about an hour, excluding lunch, and honestly, I think that was a bit short. On the day, we could only visit a small part of the area, and it was disappointing that we couldn't go to the observation deck. If you want to take your time to explore and take photos, it might be better to skip lunch and use that time for sightseeing.

In the afternoon, we went to Suganuma in Gokayama. Compared to Shirakawa-go, there were hardly any people. For those who are not fond of crowds or want to play in the snow, I would recommend this place. But overall, it was a very enjoyable day and made for great memories. Thank you very much.

人数が多いのでツアーバスじゃなく貸切タクシーを利用しました。
運転手さんがとても親切で、色々紹介してくれました。お昼の飲食店で注文を待つのを予想以上に時間をかかったけどプランの時間を無料で延長してくれて本当にありがたいでした。

プラン自体については、白川郷での散策は昼食時間を除けばは１時間くらいで、正直少々足りないと思います。当日はごく一部のエリアしか回れなくて、展望台も行けなくて残念でした。
もっとゆっくり見学したり写真を撮ったりしたいのなら、昼食を抜いてその時間を散策に使ったほうがいいかもしれません。
午後は五箇山の菅沼に行きました。白川郷と比べて人が全然少ない。人混みが苦手な人や雪で遊びたい人にはこっちがおすすめかな。
でもとても楽しかった一日で、良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

It was my second time on Shodoshima, and my impression changed completely. The driver provided thorough explanations, allowing us to visit many places we wouldn't have been able to reach on our own, and I fell in love with Shodoshima.

A three-person trip with my mother in her 80s and my two daughters in their 50s. Considering my elderly mother, we used a private sightseeing taxi. Traveling to multiple tourist spots was physically less burdensome, and we didn't feel rushed, which made the experience very relaxing. Additionally, it was great that the risk of infections like influenza is lower during this time. It was also convenient to leave our luggage and souvenirs in the car, allowing us to move around hands-free.

For two days, Mr. F from Okinoto Transportation was our driver. His safe driving, guiding, and attentiveness were all “professional”! Thanks to him, we had a safe and comfortable private sightseeing taxi trip.

80代母と50代娘二人の三人旅。高齢の母のことを考え貸切観光タクシーを利用しました。複数の観光地への移動も体力的に負担が少なく時間に追われることもなく気持ち的にとてもラクでした。またこの時期インフルエンザ等の感染症リスクが少なくなるのも良かったです。宿泊に伴う荷物やおみやげを車内に置き、手ぶらで動けるのもありがたかったです。

今回２日間、沖東交通のFさんが担当してくださいました。安全運転、ガイド案内、気配り等全てにおいて“プロ”でした！お陰様で安心・快適な貸切観光タクシーの旅でした。

It was very helpful to have someone waiting at the meeting place on time. If there are places you want to visit, you can let the driver know, and they will make a stop for you, so there were no particular issues. We did go a little over time (about 15 minutes) at the end, but there was no additional charge. The driver's driving was very comfortable and calm, so I don't think anyone who gets car sick needs to worry.

時間通りに待ち合わせる場所に待機してもらうことにとても助かりました。回りたいところがあれば運転手さんに伝えたら寄ってくれますので、特に困るところはありませんでした。最後に少し時間オーバー（15分ぐらい）しましたが、追加料金の請求はありませんでした。

On Sunday, I requested an 8-hour tour of Manzamo and the Chubu ruins. In the morning, I was picked up in front of the hotel, and I received a call to confirm my arrival. I communicated the places I wanted to visit during the ride, and we set off. As we headed north from Naha, we passed by a U.S. military base, and the drivers provided various explanations. They also explained the usage of the returned areas. Inside the vehicle, they had prepared sanpin tea, snacks, tissues, and umbrellas, which made it easy to travel despite the rain that day. For lunch, the driver introduced me to a roadside station where I enjoyed a seafood bowl, fish soup, and sea grapes, and I received sata andagi as a souvenir from the driver. Throughout the trip, they drove safely and took me directly to the places I wanted to visit. The travel distance was longer than I expected, and I realized it would be difficult to visit all the places I initially planned in one day, so we leisurely visited four locations over the 8 hours. On the way back, I was dropped off at Shuri Castle, and that concluded the tour. I appreciate that they arranged the vehicle for me despite the last-minute reservation.

日曜日、８時間コースで、万座毛と中部遺跡巡りをお願いしました。朝、ホテル前にピックアップ、電話で到着連絡いただき、社内で行きたい場所をお伝えして出発。那覇市内から北へ進むと米軍基地があり、ドライバーの方々色々と解説してくれました。返還地域の利用状況も説明いただきました。社内にさんぴん茶やお菓子、ティッシュや傘を用意してくれて、当日雨でしたが問題なく移動できました。お昼はドライバーの方に道の駅を紹介してもらい、海鮮丼、魚汁、海ぶどうを食べて、サーターアンダギーのお土産をドライバー方からもらいました。旅行中も安全運転で、行きたい場所に直行してくれました。思ったより移動距離があり、当初考えていた訪問先を回るのは１日では難しいと思ったので、ゆっくり4ヵ所を8時間かけてまわりました。帰りは首里城で降ろしてもらい、終了となりました。直前の予約でしたが、車をアレンジしてくれたので感謝しています。
