Yakushima is said to have a lot of rain, but the weather was just right and we were blessed with great conditions for trekking. I was a bit worried about my stamina, but our guide was a 72-year-old veteran who has been there thousands of times. He managed the pace well and explained the mountains with humor, which made the 10-hour trek enjoyable. Thanks to that, I want to go back again.

雨が多いと言われている屋久島ですが、気候もちょうど良く好天に恵まれて、最高のトレッキング日和でした。
体力が少し心配だったけど、ガイドさんは72歳の何千回も来ていると言う大ベテランの方で、キチンとペース配分もしてくれるし、冗談を交えながら山の説明をしていただいたおかげで、10時間楽しくトレッキング出来ました。
おかげで、また行ってみたくなりました。

We are a couple in our 50s. We participated because we wanted to see Pumpkin Hall. Since we joined without properly checking the tour details, it turned out to be unexpectedly hard. Paddling the canoe was within our expectations, but we didn’t know we would be exploring deep into the cave. For someone like me, who lacks confidence in my legs, and my husband, who is quite overweight, climbing the stalactites to go further in was quite tough. Nevertheless, thanks to our guide, Marsh, we managed to keep up until the end. The effort was worth it, as the scenery inside the cave was amazing and unlike anything we had ever seen. I also didn’t know we would be jumping from the top of the stalactites at the end, which was scary, but I’m glad I took the plunge. I was too focused on not losing my glasses to pray, but it became a wonderful memory. If I had known about the jump in advance, I would have brought prescription goggles, which made me realize the importance of doing research beforehand.

The tour content was good, but I hope for improvements regarding the meeting point parking lot, which was hard to find. It said "companion parking" at the entrance, and below that, it said "PIPI," but there was a block placed as a weight in front of the part that said "PIPI," making it invisible from the road. After going back and forth in front of the meeting point several times, I thought this was the only place, got out of the car, moved the block, and finally figured it out. I would appreciate clearer signage.

当方50代の夫婦です。パンプキンホールを見たくて参加しました。ツアー内容をろくに確認しないで参加したので、予想外にハードでした。カヌーを漕ぐところまでは想定内でしたが、洞窟の奥の方まで探検するとは知らなくて、足腰に自信がない私と超メタボの夫は鍾乳石を登って奥まで行くのはかなりきつかったです。それでもガイドのまーし君のおかげでなんとか最後まで着いていくことができました。苦労の甲斐あって洞窟内は素晴らしく、見た事ない景色でした。最後鍾乳石の上から飛び込む事も知らなくて、怖かったですけど、思い切って飛び込んで良かった。眼鏡を無くさないことに気を取られてお祈りはできませんでしたけど、良き思い出になりました。事前に飛び込むことを知っていたら度付きゴーグル持参したのになぁ、と下調べの大切さを痛感。
　ツアーの内容は良かったのですが、集合場所の駐車場がわかりづらく、改善を希望します。入口に仲間駐車場と書いてあって、その下にPIPIと書いてあったのですが、PIPIと書いてある部分の前にブロックが重しとして置いてあって、道路からは見えませんでした。何度も集合場所の前を行ったり来たりした挙句、ココしかないと思い、車を降りてブロックをどかしてみてようやくわかった次第です。もう少しわかりやすい表示をしていただけるとありがたいです。

I had a great time engaging in activities with wonderful staff and cheerful companions under the beautiful weather. I was also happy to enjoy breathtaking views while snorkeling and diving that exceeded my expectations. I am especially grateful for the quick spotting of a sea turtle to fulfill my wish to observe them. Additionally, I had several photos taken during the activities, and the quality of the pictures was fantastic! The instructor was not only skilled in swimming techniques but also in photography, which impressed me deeply. (*´ω｀*)

素晴らしい好天の中で、素敵なスタッフと陽気な仲間と共に活動てきて楽しかったです。
また、シュノーケリングやダイビング共に想像を超える景色を堪能できて幸せでした。
特に僕の希望であったウミガメ観察を叶えるために、ウメガメを迅速に見つけてくれて、深く感謝申し上げます。
またアクティビティ中に写真も複数撮影してもらいましたが、写真のクオリティも素晴らしかったです！
インストラクターの方は水泳技術のみならず、撮影技術も素晴らしくて、感動しました(*´ω｀*)

The same guide accompanied us in the morning and afternoon. The staff had a great atmosphere, and they were very encouraging and smiling even towards participants who were struggling, which was impressive. If I have the chance to come again, I would like to join a different tour. Swimming with sea turtles and getting photos taken created wonderful memories. Thank you very much! ★

I wanted to take photos both with two people and a solo version, and they kindly agreed to my requests. They took a lot of pictures and suggested poses that worked well, making it easy for me. They also carefully filmed multiple times to create a story for the video, and the finished photos were sent to me later. They were so beautiful that I was extremely satisfied. Thank you! 😊

2人でも撮りたいし、1人バージョンも取りたいとわがままを言ったところ快く引き受けてくださりました。沢山写真も撮って頂いて、ポーズもこういうのがいいんじゃないかなと言っていただいてやりやすかったです♡動画もストーリーができるように何回も丁寧に撮って頂いて完成した写真が後日送られてきたのですが綺麗すぎて大満足でした。ありがとうございます☺️

The weather was nice and sunny, which was great.
The bus ride to get there was quite long.
I didn't originally have the image of going hiking, so I was a bit unprepared, but there were steep ups and downs like sudden stairs, making it quite hard.
Our guide, Mr. Nakuma, provided various explanations, which was good.

天気が晴れていたので良かった。
行くまでのバスは結構長かった。
次に登山というイメージが元々なかったので、油断してましたが、急な階段のような坂のアップダウンもあり、結構ハードでした。
ガイドの中馬さんは色々と説明していだだけたので、良かったです。

On my first Jomon Sugi tour, I participated alone, but many others were also solo participants, so it was fun to chat while walking. I was worried about my stamina since it was a full day of walking, but most of the paths were easy to navigate, so I had no problems and enjoyed the hike. I could only see Jomon Sugi from a distance more than I expected, but there were many wonderful spots along the way, like Jomon Sugi and the Wilson stump, where I was able to take lots of great photos.

初めての縄文杉ツアーで、1人参加でしたが、他の方も1人参加の方が多かったので色々お話しながら歩けて楽しかったです。1日歩くので体力は大丈夫かと心配してましたが、ほとんどの道が歩きやすかったので全く問題なく楽しく登山できました。縄文杉は思ったより遠くからしか見れなかったけれど、途中の縄文杉やウィルソン株などたくさん素敵なスポットがあって良い写真も沢山取れました。

The weather was great throughout the day, and during the Pumpkin Cave and snorkeling tour, I was able to fully enjoy the emerald blue sea of Miyako Island!

In the morning, we had the tour of Pumpkin Cave. We traveled to the cave by canoe from the beach. As soon as we entered the cave, we were greeted by the impressive pumpkin formation! From there, we climbed the walls and progressed deeper into the cave, where a mysterious space unfolded! On the way back, we jumped into the sea from the wall we climbed, which was an exhilarating experience!

In the afternoon, we had the snorkeling tour. The waves were relatively calm, and visibility was good, allowing us to see everything clearly from the corals to tropical fish! That day, we were lucky enough to see three sea turtles! They were swimming slowly while eating seaweed, so we were able to get very close!

The guide was very friendly and talked to us a lot, making the atmosphere very pleasant throughout the tour. I was also able to make friends with others who participated in the tour, which made it a lot of fun!

I highly recommend participating in a tour when spending time in Miyako Island!

1日を通してお天気にも恵まれ、パンプキン鍾乳洞・シュノーケルツアーでは、エメラルドブルーに輝く宮古島の海を堪能する事が出来ました！

午前はパンプキン鍾乳洞のツアーでした。
パンプキン鍾乳洞までは、ビーチからカヌーで移動します。
鍾乳洞へ入ってすぐに迫力のあるパンプキンがお出迎えしてくれます！
そこから壁を登り鍾乳洞の中へと進み、神秘的な空間が広がっていました！
帰りは登った壁から海へと飛び込み、スリルのある体験ができます！

午後はシュノーケルツアーでした。
波も比較的穏やかで、視界も良く、サンゴから熱帯魚までクリアに見る事が出来ました！
その日は運良くウミガメを3匹見る事が出来ました！
海藻を食べながらゆっくり泳いでいたためすぐ目の前まで接近する事が出来ました！

ガイドの方もとても気さくで沢山話しかけてくださり終始とても和やかでした。
ツアーに一緒に参加した方とも仲良くなることができとても楽しめました！

宮古島で過ごす時はツアーに参加することをオススメします！

The guide was very knowledgeable, and I learned a lot. I usually go to the mountains, but this experience offered a different atmosphere that I really enjoyed. The people in my group were also great. They were considerate of the pace, which allowed for a safe and comfortable hike. Thank you very much.

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff's response was the best part. They were polite, courteous, and had a great demeanor. During the boat ride, they stood at the front and back on both the first and second floors to ensure safety.

After the marine sports, when I was putting on my fins for snorkeling, a staff member came up from behind and said, "Alright, please follow me," and jumped into the sea. I was surprised and thought, "Wow, they really pay attention!" The person at the reception was always smiling and friendly, very charming! I chose this place because I was attracted to the full-face mask, and it was very comfortable to breathe with it.

I was a bit nervous since it had been a while since my last snorkeling experience, but this mask and the beautiful, clear blue sea were so soothing that I felt no fear at all and just wanted to keep diving. The boat had two showers, two toilets, and a changing area, so I was able to freshen up and enjoy a comfortable ride back without feeling sticky. Last time, my daughter got seasick, so I gave her some medicine, but on this large two-story boat, we didn't feel any rocking, and she comfortably slept with her mouth open, enjoying the gentle sea breeze.

Moreover, the service after disembarking was outstanding! Since I wasn't staying in Naha this time, I wasn't eligible for pick-up, and I had to carry my suitcase from the airport, which was a bit of a hassle. However, right after we got off the boat, a staff member noticed us and asked, "Where are you going? By bus? I'll stop at the best spot, so please ride with us." It was really helpful since the port didn't seem like a place where you could easily call a taxi. They even checked for the nearest bus and dropped us off at the bus terminal. I am truly filled with gratitude. I am completely satisfied with every aspect. I was able to enjoy such a beautiful blue sea, and I definitely want to participate again next time. Thank you so much to all the staff!

乗船中も安全のため１階２階ともに前と後ろに立って見守っておられました。
マリンスポーツ後にシュノーケリングをしようとフィンをつけていたら、「さあ、ついて来てください」と後ろからスタッフの方がきてジャンプして海へ入られた時には「わあーよく視てくださっているな」と驚きました。受付された方はいつも笑顔で気さくに話しかけてくださり男前！今回はフルフェイスマスクに惹かれてこちらに決めたのですが、呼吸も楽でとても良かったです。ひさしぶりのシュノーケリングで最初緊張しましたが、このマスクと透き通ったブルーの美しい海に癒され全く恐怖を感じることなく、ずっと潜っていたい気持ちになりました。船にはシャワーやトイレ２箇所、着替えコーナーも備えておられベトベトの肌もさっぱりして帰りの船の中では快適に過ごすことができました。前回、娘が船酔いしたので薬を飲ませたのですが、大きな２階建ての船で揺れも感じず、彼女は復路では心地良い海風とゆったり揺れる波が心地良く口を空けて寝ていました笑。
さらに下船後の対応も素晴らしかったのです！今回は那覇泊でないので送迎対象ではないのと空港からスーツケースを持って移動して来て足がありませんでした。下船後すぐにスタッフさんが気がついて、「どちらまでいきますか？バスですか？一番良い場所で停めますので一緒に乗ってください」と声をかけてくださったのです。港がタクシーを呼べるような感じではなかったのですごく助かりました。最寄りのバスも調べていただきバスターミナルで下ろしてくださりました。本当に感謝の気持ちで一杯です。全ての点において大満足です。これだけ綺麗なブルーの海を観れて満喫できたので次回も是非参加したいと思います。スタッフの皆さん、本当にありがとうございました！

My first time in Ishigaki Island.
I went on a mangrove kayaking tour, and even though it was low tide, they provided a tour that was enjoyable regardless.
The guide was kind, and I had a great time!
I would love to participate in other tours as well!

In the first half, the guide changed the order of people walking behind him, and while chatting with the guide, I was able to get to know the other group members. Even though I participated alone, I had a great time trekking!

For lunch, the guide gave us instant miso soup, which was comforting. It really hit the spot for my tired body! There was a tough decision made by the guide along the way, but everyone in the group agreed...

And then, we reached the moving Jomon Sugi!!! On the way back, we had the Wilson stump all to ourselves!

In the end, everyone returned to the trailhead with smiles.

Thank you so much to the guide and everyone in the group! It became a wonderful memory!

前半は、ガイドさんの後ろを歩く人を順番に変えてくれて、ガイドさんとお喋りしながら歩いたので、それとなくグループメンバーの皆さんのことも知ることができ、ひとりでの参加でしたが、楽しくトレッキングができました！

お昼はガイドさんからインスタントお味噌汁を頂いて、ほっこり。疲れた身体にしみました！
途中、ガイドさん苦渋の決断もありましたが、メンバー全員で納得…

そして、感動の縄文杉に！！！
帰りのウィルソン株は貸し切り状態！

そして、全員笑顔で登山口に戻りました。

I was blessed with great weather and was able to experience the best of Yakushima. Among the participants, we were the oldest couple, and we debated whether to request a private guide, but since we usually jog, we managed to keep up without causing any trouble. There were seven of us in the group, and the guide was creative in ensuring communication by walking at the front and alternating who walked second. When a younger person took the second position, there were times when the pace picked up a bit, making it challenging to keep up, but overall, we enjoyed the walk. During lunchtime, I was delighted to receive instant miso soup from the guide. Since we worked hard, we had a bit of extra time, and during the return trip on the trolley path, when we started to feel a bit bored, the guide suggested we take a break and dip our feet in the river, which was refreshing. The Jomon Sugi tour at the end of September was warm enough that we didn't need any cold-weather gear; a T-shirt, tights, and shorts were sufficient.

お天気にも恵まれ最高の屋久島を体感できました。参加者の中では年長の夫婦で、専属ガイドさんをお願いするツアーにするか迷いましたが、普段からジョギングをしていたのがよかったのかなんとかご迷惑かけずについていかれました。7名のグループでしたが、ガイドさんは先頭を歩き2番目を歩く人を交代にして全員とコミニュケーションをとるよう工夫されていました。若い方が2番目につくと少々スピードアップしついていくのが大変なじかんもありましたが、概ね楽しく歩けました。お昼ご飯の時間にはインスタント味噌汁をガイドさんからいただき嬉しかったです。頑張った分少し時間に余裕もできて、帰りのトロッコ道少々飽きてきた時間に川で足を水につけると疲れがとれますよとガイドさんが休憩時間をとってくれたのですが、気持ちよかったです。晴れた9月末の縄文杉ツアーは暑いぐらいで防寒着は不要、Tシャツ、タイツ短パンで十分でした。

I was a bit anxious about getting back into the ocean after a long time, but with the thorough explanations and support, I was able to enter the water with peace of mind. I felt like a child again and had a wonderful time. I think observing and admiring the turtles for such a long time was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It was hard to resist the urge to touch the turtles as they came so close. This was the perfect plan for a solo trip! The content and service were outstanding, and the website was easy to understand. When I quickly sent images to my family, my daughter immediately replied, asking how I took them. (This service is something that definitely can't be done on a solo trip, which makes it even more special.)

久しぶりに海に入るので少し不安がありましたが、丁寧な説明や付き添って頂き安心して海に入る事出来、童心に戻りウキウキした時間を過ごす事ができました。
あんなに亀を長い時間観察、観賞するのは人生で最初で最後な事だと思います。すごく近くまで亀がきて触りた〜い気持ちを抑えるのが大変でした

We participated as a family, and since we kayak to the entrance of the cave, we don't use much energy until then. Once inside the cave, we swim and climb, but they provide support, so it's all good. Thank you for taking so many photos!

家族で参加しましたが、カヤックで鍾乳洞の入口まで行くのでそこまでは大量は使いません。鍾乳洞の中に入ってからは泳いだり登ったりしますが、サポートしてくれるので大丈夫です。写真もいっぱい撮ってくれてありがとうございました！

I was a bit nervous about joining a tour with other participants, but those worries quickly faded away. The pace of the tour was well-maintained, and the guide provided detailed explanations about everything. They were also very open to questions and expanded on topics, teaching us a lot. When I was so moved that I stopped to take it all in, the guide naturally adjusted the pace and included little anecdotes to ensure everyone in the group stayed engaged. I participated in a one-day course during my first visit to Shiretoko, and I’m really glad I did. The group had participants of various ages, but we all enjoyed and appreciated Shiretoko throughout the day! Thank you, Kanako!

他の申し込み者さんと一緒に巡るツアーということもあって少しドキドキしていましたが、そんな不安もなんなその。コースを巡るペースは乱さず、細かなところまで丁寧に説明していただきました。質問にも快く答えてくれた上そこからさらに話を広げてたくさんのことを教えてくださいました。感動してつい立ち止まってしまったり見入ったりするとナチュラルにペースを落としたり小話を入れるなどして、グループ全員が飽きることないように全体へ目を行き届かせながら一日案内してくださいました。今回初めて知床にきてツアーに参加させていただきましたが、1日コースに参加して本当によかったです。参加年代も様々なグループでしたが終始楽しく知床を堪能できました！かなこさん！ありがとうございました！！

I participated alone, but I was fortunate to have great members accompanying me, which made me feel very at ease while walking. It was tougher than I imagined, and I almost felt defeated on the way back, but I managed to walk 22 km by refreshing myself at the river and taking a little break from walking. It was a very good experience.

同行して下さるメンバーに恵まれとても安心して歩く事が出来ました。
想像よりもキツく帰りはへこたれそうになりましたが、川で気分転換したりと歩く事から少し解放されながら、何とか22km歩く事が出来ました。

We came to Miyako Island for our honeymoon, and I thought it would be nice to have some memorable photos, so we joined this optional tour. The night sky in Miyako Island was very beautiful, and we were able to take wonderful night photos with the stars and the moon! My wife was also very happy, which was great!

新婚旅行で宮古島に来たので、何か思い出に残る写真があれば良いなと思い、このオプションツアーに参加しました。宮古島の夜空はとても綺麗で、星や月とともに素敵なナイトフォトを撮ってもらいました！

I had concerns about my physical strength, but I was able to join a party that considered my age and successfully completed the hike. I was grateful that the guide paid attention to each individual. It turned out to be more of a climb than I had imagined, so I'm glad I brought trekking poles and work gloves. I'm truly happy that I was able to go.

体力に不安がありましたが、年齢を考慮したパーティーに入れてもらえて無事に完歩できました。ガイドさんが一人一人を気にかけてくれて、ありがたかったです。想像以上に登山だったので、トレッキングポールと軍手を持参しておいてよかったと思います。行けてよかったと本当に思っています。

Before participating in the optional tour, I was worried about whether I would encounter sea turtles, but once I joined, I was able to see about three sea turtles! Additionally, being able to observe the sea turtles up close made for a wonderful memory. The Pumpkin Cave, which we reached by canoe, was a famous power spot and left a strong impression on me with its mystical atmosphere!

オプションツアーに参加する前は、ウミガメに出会えるか不安でしたが、実際に参加してみると、3匹くらいのウミガメに会うことができました！
また、ウミガメを近くでじっくり見ることができたので、すごく良い思い出になりました。
カヌーで向かったパンプキン鍾乳洞については、有名なパワースポットであり、神秘的だったことが印象的でした！

Initially, we planned to challenge ourselves without a guide, but upon arriving at the location, we decided to sign up for a tour! The fact that transportation to the trailhead was included was a big plus! The guide who took care of our group was experienced and not only shared interesting stories but also showed concern for other groups, reflecting the kindness of the people of Yakushima. It was such a great encounter that I want to go back to Yakushima just to see the guide again. 😊

当初はガイド無しでチャレンジ予定でしたが、現地入りしてやはりツアーに申し込むことに！
登山口まで送迎が付いているところはポイント高いです！！私たちのグループを担当してくれたガイドさんはベテランで、お話もおもしろいだけでなく、ほかのグループのことも気にかけたりと屋久島の人の良さを感じました。＾＾
またガイドさんに会いに屋久島に行きたいくらいいい出会いでした。

This was my second time participating, and I had so much fun! The first time, I was able to ride on the back of two dolphins by myself, and this time I rode on one dolphin alone, but I was very satisfied!

The tour guide, considering the previous day's crowd, kindly adjusted the usual hotel pickup time to 9:00 AM, one hour later. As a result, there were fewer trekking guests, and we had a clear view of Mount Miyanoura from Taiko Rock, making it the best tour ever. The guide was fantastic.

Although the sunset was not over the sea due to the wave conditions, I was able to see a very beautiful sunset! The staff were very kind and took a lot of photos for me. Thank you very much!

It was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding, so I was worried about whether I could stand on the board, but thanks to the thorough instructions, both my friend and I were able to stand and paddle perfectly! ✨️ Due to the typhoon, there was some wind, and we couldn't go on our usual course, but the tour was conducted with safety as the top priority, so I felt secure participating. ☺️ The sunset was beautiful, and I was very satisfied! Since it was my first time playing in the sea in the evening, the gradually darkening scenery was lovely and became a memorable experience. Instructor Kei took lots of videos and photos, so I'm looking forward to looking back at them later! ✨️ The tour was so enjoyable that it felt like it went by in a flash! In the second half, we learned to ride in pairs and stand on one foot, making it a fun tour until the very end! I definitely want to use this service again when I come to Miyako next time.

SUPは初めてだったのでボードの上に立てるか不安でしたが、丁寧にレクチャーしてもらえたので私も友達もばっちり立って漕げるようになりました✨️
台風の影響で風があり普段のコースには出られなかったのですが、安全第一でツアーを進めて頂いたので、安心して参加できました☺️
夕日もきれいに見れたので大満足です！
夕方の海で遊ぶこと自体初めてだったので、だんだん暗くなっていく景色がきれいで思い出になりました
インストラクターのけいさんが動画・写真をいっぱい撮ってくれたので、後で見返すのも楽しみです✨️楽しくツアーしてもらったので、あっという間でした！後半は2人乗りや片足立ち、いろいろ乗り方を教えてもらって最後まで楽しいツアーでした！
次に宮古に来た時も、ぜひ利用したいです

I couldn't make it to the Pumpkin Hall tour due to time constraints, but I was able to switch to the snorkeling tour. Thank you for accommodating the change.
I had very little snorkeling experience, but the thorough explanations made me feel at ease!
We stopped at various points, and the explanations about the fish were interesting!
I was able to see beautiful tropical fish and sea turtles, and I was extremely satisfied!!
The photos you took and sent to me became truly wonderful memories. ^ ^

シュノーケリング経験はほとんどありませんでしたが、丁寧に説明していただいて安心しました！
各ポイントで止まりつつ、魚などについて説明があり面白かったです！
綺麗な熱帯魚やウミガメも見ることが出来て大満足でした！！

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour packed with snorkeling, canoeing, and the Pumpkin Cave! I made wonderful memories. I even got to meet a sea turtle and felt energized. The Pumpkin Cave was far more mystical and moving than the photos suggested. I hope my wishes come true... Thank you to our guide, Maashi, for entertaining everyone!
