I boarded from Hakata, but it was too far. The shrine, which is a tourist spot, lacked impact. The guide's explanations were polite and pleasant, but I couldn't understand much about the gods and such.

博多から乗車したが、遠すぎる。
観光地の神社もインパクトが低かった。ガイドの説明は丁寧で好感でしたが、神様等の説明があまり理解出来なかった、

From the beginning, the guide helped us by considering the pace, constantly sharing various stories while walking. They suggested that I leave my heavy luggage behind partway, and thanks to their various support, I was able to see the Jomon Sugi and reach the goal within the time limit. I am very grateful to the guide.

最初からペース配分を考えてガイドしていただき、様々な話など歩きながら絶えずしてくれ、荷物が重すぎた私に途中で荷物を置いて行く提案をしてくださり様々なサポートのおかげで無事に縄文杉を拝め、時間内にゴールでき、ガイドさんにとても感謝しております。

It was a casual tour to Takachiho. Since the destination is far, we couldn't take our time. However, we were able to visit all the famous spots, so I was satisfied.
The guide, Ms. Chen, was bright and energetic. Thanks to her, I was able to enjoy myself even as a solo participant. Thank you very much!

気軽に高千穂に行けるツアーでした。行き先が遠いので、ゆっくりはしていられません。が、ちゃんと名所はまわれるので、満足です。

There were 15 participants, 6 of whom were Japanese, and the rest included Chinese, Korean, and a young white male whose nationality is unclear. A Chinese and English interpreter also accompanied us. I was able to have a conversation in broken English with a Korean woman sitting next to me on the bus, which was enjoyable. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't see the Aso caldera due to the rain the night before.

We arrived back earlier than scheduled. 😊

Unfortunately, we couldn't see anything at Mount Aso due to the fog, and it was overcast the whole time, but I'm glad we were able to visit Takachiho Gorge. The lunch was also delicious. The guide and the interpreter (Chinese) were both very good. I recommend it!

あいにく霧がかかってて阿蘇山は何も見えなかったし、ずっと曇り空でしたが、高千穂狭にも行けてよかったです。お昼も美味しかったです。ガイドさんと通訳（中国語）の方のガイドもとってもよかったです。お薦めします！

The one-day tour flew by in no time, and it was a fulfilling experience. I would like to use this service again when I go to Hokkaido.

1日観光があっという間に時間が過ぎ去り、充実したツアーでした。北海道行く時再度利用したいと思います。

I arrived by plane just before noon and was wondering if I could do some sightseeing, and that's when I discovered this tour. It was great because it efficiently took me to some attractions that are a bit difficult to visit on my own.

昼前に飛行機で到着して何か観光できるかな？と探していた所こちらのツアーを発見しました。個人ではちょっと行きにくい観光地を効率よく回ってくれるので良かったです。

We participated in a tour of Iriomote Island and Yubu Island with our family of four, including our 1-year-old and 4-year-old children. I appreciated the kindness towards families, as one child per adult could join for free. On the day of the tour, we were picked up at 7:15 AM at Fusaki Beach Resort, which was perfectly timed since breakfast started at 6:30 AM. After boarding the bus, we arrived at the port around 7:50 AM, where we received our tickets and an explanation of the day's tour. We departed at 8:15 AM and arrived at Iriomote Island around 9:00 AM. After using the restroom, we quickly boarded a boat for a mangrove exploration. Upon arriving at the port, we swiftly moved by bus to the water buffalo cart station for Yubu Island, reaching there around 11:00 AM. After having lunch at a restaurant, we took photos with the water buffalo and toured the island. We returned to Iriomote Island by water buffalo cart at 12:30 PM and then moved to the port by bus. We quickly boarded the ferry for Ishigaki Island, which took about an hour (arriving at Ishigaki Port around 2:15 PM). The tour provided all the buses, boats, and water buffalo carts, resulting in very short waiting times and minimal waste, allowing even small children to participate comfortably without long waits. The staff on the bus and boat were also very kind to the children, which was touching. Our little one was able to nap in the air-conditioned ferry (with the 4-year-old in a stroller and the 1-year-old in a carrier), making the afternoon activities smooth.

夫婦、1歳、4歳の子供と4人で西表島、由布島ツアーに参加しました。幼児は大人1人あたり1名まで無料ということで、子連れへの優しさを感じました。当日はフサキビーチリゾートへ朝7時15分バスまでお迎え、朝食6時30分からのため絶妙な時間と感心しました。バスに乗り込み、7時50分ごろ港に到着、各種チケットの配布と当日のツアーの説明があり、8時15分に出港、9時ごろ西表島に到着し、トイレを済ませ、すぐにボートに乗り込みマングローブ散策。港に着くとバスで、由布島への水牛車乗り場へ速やかに移動、11時ごろには由布島へ到着し、レストランで食事を済ませたあと、水牛と記念撮影&島内観光、12時30分に水牛車で西表島へ戻り、バスで港へ移動。すぐにフェリーに乗り込み石垣島へ1時間ほどの移動でした（14時15分ごろ石垣港到着）。バスも船も水牛車もツアーで用意されており、待ち時間が非常に短く、無駄が全くと言っていいほど少ないため、小さい子でも待たされることなく快適に参加することができました。バスやボートのスタッフの方々も子供たちに優しい声かけをしてくれ感動しました。お昼寝はエアコンの効いたフェリーの中で（4歳ベビーカーと1歳抱っこ紐）することができたので午後の活動もスムーズでした。

The tour was an amazing experience! It gave me a deeper understanding of ANA and showed how much effort and professionalism goes into training their staff. As a passenger, it made me feel even more confident and safe flying with ANA.

Our guide, Ms. Lin, was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Her explanations were clear and engaging, making the tour even more enjoyable.

Highly recommended for aviation fans and ANA passengers!

It was very enjoyable with the veteran bus guide in charge. They picked us up at the hotel and stopped at a flexible drop-off location on the way back, which was great.

The reception at the initial meeting point was crowded, and I was seated in a completely different spot than what was initially indicated for the bus seats, which left me feeling disappointed right from the start. However, the tour guide was very proficient in Japanese, and despite my initial disappointment, they provided thorough explanations, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant time during the tour.

最初の集合場所での受付から混み合っていたのもあるのですが、バスの座席場所案内が最初に案内された所とは全然違う所に座らされ、初っ端から残念な気持ちでの出発でした。でも、添乗員の方はとても日本語が上手で残念な気持ちで出発したものの、丁寧に説明してくださったのでツアーの旅は楽しい時間を過ごせました。

It wasn't my first time, but I really understood the company's overall commitment to safety at ANA. I thought it was wonderful that they conduct regular training to maintain their standards. The explanation was somewhat lacking, but it was a valuable tour. No matter how many times I visit, there are always new discoveries, making it worth the trip.

初めてではなかったが、ANAの安全に対しての会社全体の考えがよくわかった。
定期的に訓練を行い、レベル維持をもって
もらう事が素晴らしい事だと思った。

The tour guide provided explanations in Japanese, Chinese, and English.
At Shirakawa Suigen, I bought a large okra for 100 yen from a self-service vegetable stand, and it was very delicious.
However, as soon as we entered the lunch spot, which was a private home, it smelled musty, and the wagyu lunch was mediocre, leaving everyone silent.
Other than that, it was a tour that I felt was worth going on.

白川水源で無人野菜を100円で売っていて沢山入った大きなオクラを買いましたがとても美味しかったです
ただ、昼食場所の民家に入った途端カビ臭く、和牛ランチも微妙で皆無言でした
それ以外は行ってよかったなぁと思えるツアーでした

I was glad that I could efficiently visit the places I wanted to by bus. I was worried about the weather, but it only rained a little, and it gradually improved, allowing us to stick to our schedule.

行きたい場所にバスで効率良く回れたので良かったです。
天気が心配でしたが、雨も少しだけ降ったが、だんだん回復し予定通りまわれた。

On the day of the visit, it was rainy, but the rain stopped when we got off and started sightseeing, which was great. I had been to Ryukyu Village several times, but this was my first visit to an awamori distillery. I learned a lot about the production process of awamori. The view from Banta Cafe was stunning; I lost track of time while gazing at the ocean, and it was truly wonderful. I definitely want to come back to see the sunset.

当日は、雨模様でしたが、降車して観光時には、雨が止み、良かったです。琉球村には何度か、行って事がありましたが、今回、初めて泡盛工場に行きました。泡盛も製造工程がよくわかり勉強になりました。バンタカフェは絶景で、時が経つのも忘れて、海を眺めて、とても良かった。是非、夕陽を観に、また来たいと思います。

The day before the tour, I was worried because of heavy rain, but on the day of the tour, the weather was clear, and I could see the beautiful mountains, including Asahidake. The tour was packed with activities, so it felt a bit rushed. However, I was satisfied because we were able to cover almost all the sightseeing spots. The driver and guide were very friendly, which made me feel comfortable participating.

ツアー前日は、ひどい大雨で心配しましたが当日は、晴れやかな天気で旭岳はじめ、山々がきれいに見えました。ツアー内容は、盛りだくさんなので、少しせわしないです。でも観光スポットをほぼ網羅できるので満足です。運転手さん、ガイドさんがとてもフレンドリーで安心して参加することができました。

The driver was very kind. They provided detailed information about the tourist spots and even took a family photo for us, which made us very satisfied. It was great to efficiently visit Kagerou Cafe, Shirarahama, Sandanbeki, Chinjohdai, and Engetsu Island, and I appreciated being taken to a hidden viewpoint as well.

運転手の方がとても親切でした。観光スポットについても詳しく教えてくれ、また、家族の集合写真も撮ってくれるなど大満足です。かげろうカフェ、白良浜、三段壁、千畳敷、円月島を効率的に回れて良かったですが、穴場の展望スポットに連れていってくれたのも加点です。

Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but Lake Toya was beautiful. There were mostly foreigners, which I found a bit unpleasant. It seemed like there were particularly many people from Asia...

あいにく曇りでしたが、洞爺湖はきれいでした。外国人ばっかりで少し嫌でしたが。とくにアジア系の方が多いようで。。。

I wanted to go see the Blue Pond, but it was difficult to plan using public transportation, so I joined this tour. The time spent on the bus was quite long, but thanks to the good weather, all the destinations set for us were wonderful, and I was able to fully enjoy the nature of Hokkaido. Since everywhere was spacious, I felt a bit short on time, but I think it was just right since returning too late would have been tiring as well.

青い池を見に行きたかったのですが、公共交通機関で予定をたてるのが大変だったのでこちらのツアーに参加させてもらいました。バスに揺られている時間はとても長かったですが、天気に恵まれたこともありますが設定されていた目的地はどこも素晴らしく、北海道の自然を満喫できました。どこも広かったので時間が少し足りなかったですが、これ以上帰りが遅くなるのもまた疲れてしまうのでちょうど良かったのかなと思います。

Arriving at the top of the ropeway, you reach the observation deck after a slight uphill path, and I was moved by the wonderful 360-degree view! Please be sure to participate and experience it for yourself!

I was able to visit Cape Hedo, the northernmost point of Okinawa, which I had always wanted to go to. It was a full-day tour, but I’m glad I participated as it became a wonderful memory. There were tourists from overseas, and sometimes the departure times were delayed, but that too is part of the experience. The seafood lunch featured fresh sashimi as the main dish, and it was delicious. Thank you very much.

沖縄観光で一度は行きたいと思っていた北の端「辺戸岬」に行くことが出来ました。一日がかりのツアーでしたが､参加して良い思い出になりました。海外からの観光客がいて、時々出発時間が遅れたりしましたが、これも思い出です。海鮮ランチは､新鮮なお刺身がメインで美味しく頂きました。ありがとうございました。

A time and space where you can forget about work amidst the hustle and bustle of work fatigue. However, the humidity was tough on the body, but overall it was fantastic.

仕事疲れのバタバタとした時間から、仕事を忘れられる時間と空間。
ただ、蒸し暑いのが体には厳しく困りましてが、総じて最高でした。

In the morning, we gathered near the sightseeing bus stop in Namba at 9 AM. About 70% of the participants were foreigners, while around 30% were Japanese. It was helpful that the guide provided explanations in both English and Japanese about the places we were going to visit.

The great thing about this tour is that it takes you directly to the sightseeing spots in Kyoto by bus. I found it helpful since I had a poor sense of geography. I also thoroughly enjoyed the tofu meal in Kyoto and was very satisfied.

朝、9時になんばの観光バス乗り場近くに集合しました。外国の方が7割、日本の方は3割くらいだったかと。バス内ではこれから訪れる場所について英語と日本語で説明してくださり助かりました。
このツアーの良い点は、京都の観光名所にピンポイントでバスで連れて行ってくれることです。地理的な感覚が乏しかったので助かりました。京都の豆腐御膳も堪能して大満足でした。

The price is affordable for a tour that goes to various places. The tour guide's explanations were on par with a professional guide. The duration of stay at each location was appropriate. The total duration of the tour was also just right.

I was able to efficiently travel around various places using the expressway, and I enjoyed it. Both the driver and the guide were very pleasant. The meals were delicious, and the views were great.
I thought it would have been nice to receive a simple itinerary upon boarding.

高速を利用して各地を効率良く廻ってくれてな楽しめた。運転手さんもガイドさんもとても感じ良かった。食事も美味しく眺めも良かった。
　乗車の際簡単な日程表が貰えると良かったなと思う。

It was very convenient to go to the places I wanted by bus. I don't want to say too much, but it was very disappointing to see the poor manners of some Chinese tourists (talking on the phone inside the bus, eating and drinking, reclining their seats without saying anything, not keeping to the meeting time, not listening to the guide, etc.). This was the worst experience I've had among many bus tours I've participated in. The guide was very kind and tried to handle various situations, but it was unfortunate for them. It would have been nice if there were charging options for mobile phones on the bus.

行きたいところをバスで行けるのでとても楽でした。あまり言いたくはないけど、中国人の方のマナーの悪さ（社内での通話、飲食、椅子の背もたれも何も言わず倒す、集合時間を守らない、ガイドのいうことを聞かないなど）がとても残念でした。今まで多くのバスツアーに参加しましたが、一番ひどかったです。ガイドさんはいろいろと対応してくれて親切でしたが、かわいそうだった。社内で携帯の充電でできるとよかった。
