  How to Use:
  Advance reservations are required to attend the Osaka-Kansai Expo.
  You must create an Expo ID on the official Expo website and register the Ticket ID associated with your purchase.
  If you do not register and reserve your visit date and time in advance, you will not be able to enter the venue or participate in pavilion lotteries and reservations.

• 4. Participate in lotteries and make reservations for pavilion entry through your Expo ID.
  5. Arrive at the venue on your reserved date and time.
  ・Reservations open six months before the desired visit date, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  You can change your reserved date and time up to three times.
  If you cannot make a third change, reservations may be available after 0:00 (Japan time) on the day of your planned visit, depending on availability.

  1. Enter the venue through the entrance/exit gate using one QR code per person.
  2. Use the gate QR code for pavilion entry, with lotteries and reservations linked to your Expo ID for collective management.

  ・When using trains, hold the QR code over the QR code-compatible ticket gate to enter and exit.
  ・When using buses, scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the authentication screen to the driver before disembarking.
  ・If you travel beyond the valid area, you must report it at the disembarking station and pay the fare.
• ・You may not be able to use the discount benefits if the facility is closed or if there are obstacles preventing you from presenting the QR code display screen. Please note that once the ticket has been used, refunds will not be provided for reasons such as being unable to receive the facility discount.
  ・Each QR code is valid for one person only.
  ・Cannot be used on Hankyu, Kitakyu, Kintetsu, or other companies’ lines.
• ・When using preferential facilities, please present the QR code display screen of the ticket currently in use to the facility staff. You will not be able to receive the discount if the ticket has not been used, or if you are unable to present the QR code display screen due to any obstacles or other reasons after the ticket has already been used.
• ・If the ticket cannot be displayed due to a malfunction of the device you are using, a dead battery, or unstable communication service, you cannot use the ticket. Please pay the fare separately before using the ticket. Please note that any fares paid during the period when the ticket cannot be displayed cannot be refunded.
  ・Matters related to the use of tickets are subject to the transportation conditions and passenger business regulations of each company.
• ・Notes when purchasing multiple tickets: If multiple tickets of the same type are purchased at once, they cannot be distributed. Be sure to use all of them for the same trip.
  ・When using the voucher, open the usage screen from the link sent to you at the time of purchase, press the “Use” button, and show the screen to a staff member.
  *Please ensure you have a stable network connection, as you will need to access the web page on your smartphone.
• *Screenshots and printed copies cannot be accepted.
  *If you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, they cannot be used separately, and all tickets will be activated simultaneously. To use the tickets individually, please purchase them separately.
  *For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a one-time password (OTP). If prompted, please follow the steps below:
  1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button.
• 2. Check that the OTP has been received by the email address set up in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp.” Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you can’t find it there, your email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again by entering your email address.)
• 3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)

  General Admission Reservations:
  After purchasing your admission ticket, you must choose your visit date and make a reservation in advance for that specific date and time.
  Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, starting six months before your desired visit date.

• Pavilion and Event Lottery and Reservation:
  ・Make Reservations: Use your registered Expo ID to make reservations on the official Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai website.
  ・Reservation Details: At the Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai, you can reserve visits to pavilions and events based on your booked visit date and time. Families and groups can enter lotteries and make reservations together.
• ・Reservation Opportunities: Starting three months before your visit, you have three opportunities to make reservations: two lottery entries and one application for available slots on a first-come, first-served basis, up until the day of your visit.
  ・Same-Day Reservations: You can make one reservation on the day of your visit. After using that slot, you can make another reservation if available.
• ・Reservation Announcements: Information about pavilion and event reservations will be available on the official Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai website from late 2024.
