Shima was great. She helped understand more than just the sights. She explained Japanese culture and current events.

We had the best times of our lives with the grape-picking, wine tasting and ropeway portion of the tour!!! Too bad it was cloudy and Mt. Fuji didn't show itself again (twice for us now). We'll definitely be back!!!

The road leading up to Nikko is quite famous and the journey is beautiful! While the Shrine is also very beautiful esp the woods at the back, make sure not to accidentally join the students' tour. We joined our guide as well but we realized that it would have been a better experience for us if we took everything in by ourselves only as that would have given us a semblance of peace. Some might enjoy going with the group though. To each her own! Also, we missed the falls! Yup, we did. We didn't understand our guide. We thought we were merely going to a parking lot.
I have to say that this tour has the best lunch!!! I'd love to have that set again!

The guide was fun and knowledgeable. The tour of the whiskey distillery and sake brewery was great. The sake brewery did not have an English translation but the guide translated for our group. We went to a great spot for lunch that was recommended by the guide. Amazing, I recommend the tour and especially if you need help with translation. Our driver was very friendly and accommodating interacted with the party. Highly recommend the tour.

Overall was very impressed with the day trip. Coach was comfortable and didn't feel like the journeys were too long overall. Host was very nice and informative.

Only two slight downsides to note was that we went for the 'no set lunch option' thinking there would be a shop to purchase food from or the option to pay for lunch when we got there but neither was correct.

Also, slightly surprised we did not get closer to Fuji.

Overall would definitely recommend.

We had a great trip and were very lucky to see Mt Fuji on a clear day. Everyone on the tour had a great time, the trip was very well organised and we cant recommend it highly enough! Definitely a must for when coming to Tokyo

The place is amazing,breath taking one of a kind, the guide is very informative.we enjoy the tour as well as the lunch serve was delicious.we will surely recommend this tour to our friends and relatives

We were thrilled that we booked this tour, it was a day full of incredible sights and learnings thanks to our sensational tour guide Levin!!!
Levin was brilliant at keeping us engaged and sharing some really interesting facts along the way.
The tour combined a few parts, all of which were spectacular viewing points for Mount Fuji.
We were very lucky to get to level 5 when we travelled in Feb as it was the first they opened this level, what a treat :)
The village along with ninjas was a nice way to break up the day and here was quite the feast waiting on us, the food was delicious and yet again, glorious views.
We ended the tour with a 3D flight simulation ride over Mout Fuji which was a cool and fun way to end the day before the trip back to the city.
Absolutely loved every minute and big kudos to Levin, he was an amazing guide!

There are various types of cruises, but the factory night view was a completely new experience for me, as if I had come to another planet. The captain's explanations were excellent, and I heard many interesting stories about the port and the ship. On the way back, the ship got very close to the Ferris wheel, and I was able to go out on deck and enjoy an exhilarating view of the Ferris wheel and the hotels from directly below. It was amazing!

クルーズにもいろいろありますが、工場夜景は全く初めての経験で、まるで別の星に来てしまったのかと思うような経験でした。船長さんの説明が絶品で、港や船に関して興味深いお話をたくさん伺いました。また、帰りには観覧車のすぐ近くまで船を寄せて、甲板に出していただき、真下から観覧車やホテル群を眺めるという心躍る体験をすることができました。最高でした！

We had the perfect weather to experience Mount Fuji. I recommend checking the weather before you book to avoid disappointment.

We could see Mount Fuji in the distance from Tokyo city. It has snowed the night before so we could only go up to the first station of the mountain. Oshino-Mura was a lovely town with more views, waterfalls were lovely. We even saw cherry blossoms flowering at the shrine temple.

Our guide was informative and spoke clear English. If the weather is clear skies then this trip is worth it!

Our trip was wonderful...We are lucky that our tour guide Levin came from Philippines to be exact in Mabatang Bataan - kababayan! He was very accommodating, explain the history of Mt Fuji very well and of help us in taking pictures. Our food in the Ninja Village was awesome, lucky to book this tour with lunch. We are also fortunate that Mt Fuji that day had a very clear view and great weather as well. Overall experience was Outstanding! Ill definitely recommend this tour. Thanks Japan Panoramic Tour!!! My trip to Mt. Fuji and Hakone was wonderful. My tourguide (Reiko? I can’t remember if that was her name exactly. “Sunshine girl”) was fun, bright, informational, and lovely! My favorite part was being on top of Mt. Fuji and looking out at the Japanese Alps. I imagine when the forrest is alive Hanoke would be even more magical. I liked taking the rail car up the mountain to visit the shrine. I made my own prayer rock stack, and took in the view. Overall, it was an excellent experience. My only issue was a rude couple behind me on the bus, but that stinks for them that they had such a bad attitude. Thank you so much for a great day!

Tour was on time and organized. But it was a big disappointment for all of us that we didnt get to see Mt Fuji when we get to the site. The beginning of the tour title says Mt Fuji tour, but instead we had to stop at two souvenir shops in the morning til we had to take our lunch at around noon. By the time we take the Hakone cruise and ropeway ride in the afternoon, it was all gloomy and there was no view of my Fuji at all because it was all covered with clouds. When i asked the tour guide if we will still get to see a view of Mt Fuji that afternoon, he just said that that was it when we saw it when we were on the bus that morning. And he knew that it is always clear in the morning, so i just didn’t understand why we didn't go that morning but instead we spent most of our time to two souvenir shops when in fact I believe that the main highlight of the tour is Mt Fuji right??

My family were sleeping when the bus pass through the view of mt Fuji. Apparently, we came back to Tokyo without seeing the view of the mountain or any pictures with it. Maybe, we booked the wrong tour but the itinerary should say the most of the morning will be spent shopping and there is a least chance of having a view of mt Fuji in the afternoon during the cruise. The tour also ended very early. We got in Tokyo at around 6pm when the tour says we will be back around 8pm. Im wondering if we are supposed go stay longer? Because right after our ropeway ride, the bus had to leave right away to take us to shinkansen station which we could have done the souvenir shopping by the end of that day.

Im sorry, but wouldn’t recommend this tour to people especially those who are looking forward to see the view if mt Fuji upclose.

The weather was nice and permitted the tour to go up to the Fifth Station. The tour guide was informative, the views majestic and the driver drove safely, minimum requirements met. The bonus were the sumptuous and authentically local lunch in a beautiful Japanese rural village setting, the time given to appreciate our stops. The weather turned for the worse on the gondola right up the mountain. The bullet train ride back to Tokyo was comfortable even considering we were hitting the much dreaded Tokyo rush hour traffic. Took some extra time to explore the city and for some nice warm ramen before heading back to Shinjuku. Day well spent. (posting a photo I took from the restaurant grounds with a view of Mt. Fuji.

A thrilling and exciting factory night view cruise! The shining factories illuminated against the night sky were enchanting! The close encounters unique to the meat-eating small boats were astonishing! The attractions held towards the end were full of thrills!

The captain's talk is somehow addictive, haha!

Pick up point was a centrally located hotel then it was on the coach to Mt Fuji. The tour guide was first class with a great sense of humour and a few useful anecdotes about Japanese life. We were greeted with a fantastic view of the peak of Mt Fuji then headed to a generous lunch at an authentic restaurant followed by a short cruise on a volcanic lake. Then it is cable car ride to the top of another peak in the clouds. After some shopping in the village below we were back on the bus to the station to catch the Shinkansen back to Tokyo. Highly recommended and very good value for money.

My family was apprehended with ever changing weather situation and booked this trip at the last minute. The pickup location was accurate. Our guide Masa was already there. The bus started at exact time and followed the schedule as was mentioned.
The guide, Masa was very an interesting guy with good hold on English. He kept sharing lot of information about Mt. Fuji, Japan, Japanese culture and what not. He made sure everyone in bus was engaged and entertained and the long journey did not become boring. He joined the group at Shnikansen and spoke to everyone of us to make sure we knew how to reach to our hotels from Tokyo Station. I felt that was a good gesture. I give five stars to him.

We could get glimpses of Fuji San from "4th" station and clicked few fotos. Weather turned hostile in no time. Boat and ropeway ride were good. There was not any queue anywhere. Food provided was tasty. It wasn't a wide spread buffet but there was enough for everyone.

Weather forecast was cloudy but very fortunate to view the panoramic view of Mt. Fuji at the ropeway observation deck. Guide Sakata-san was so informative and he always telling us where are the best views at each stop. I believe this tour is best on a fine day. I will definitely recommend this tour to my friends.

It was a perfect day we got up to the 4th gate of Mt Fuji our tour guide Nana-san was so full of enthusiasm and made a few changes to our itinerary to give us the best views of the mountain. It was very cold especially up the ropeway in Hakone and we unfortunately couldn’t see because of the fog but the amazing views of Mt Fuji were worth every penny. Seito-SAN our driver did a great job too. Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, we also meet a lot of wonderful people from around the world.... definitely take this tour. Arigato

It was exciting, interesting and fun going to Mount Fuji and Hakkone. However, each destination had such a long drive between 1-2 hours of driving which allocated a short amount of time for each activity. Overall, great experience!!! Great guide speaker (Keiko)!!

The one-day tour was really simple to navigate. They brought us to nice spots to take pictures and buy souvenirs. The guide was very informative, too.

While on holiday in Japan we participated in the Mt Fuji and Hakone sightseeing tour with Gotemba outlet shopping guided tour guided by Vicky, who was wonderful and very helpful to us Aussie’s with her excellent English.

It took a little while to find the meet up spot because the Subaru building was under construction, it did not take long however for us to find our guide with her sign as indicated in the meet up instructions.

The first stop was a lengthy but nice drive in an air conditioned vehicle which gave us a great opportunity to see some country side along the way. Vicky spoke to us a little on the way to share information about our upcoming adventure.

Our first stop was in Hakone where we cruised Lake Ashi on a pirate ship, although it was very cold the lake was beautiful with 360 degrees of magical views. We took a bunch of photos which Vicky was more than happy to assist with.

Once we crossed the lake we started on the cable car after a quick pit stop at the souvenir store. The weather was very overcast, the fog and steam didn’t allows much of a view of anything not right in front of us (The clouds and steam broke as quickly as it arrived the whole time we were there, somehow this added to the adventure. I really enjoyed watching the speed with which our view left and returned). We were blessed with moments of breaks in the clouds showing us the top of Mount Fuji from Owakudani.

After that we took a trip to a shopping outlet, the outlet was much bigger than I anticipated, again Vicky shared with us information about the layout of the outlet which enabled us to make the most of our time there. We then began our trip home with beautiful photos and great memories.

On the 12th of January my family & I took part in the Mt Fuji & Hakone sightseeing tour with Gotemba outlet shopping guided tour. The meet up point for our journey was clearly stated however the land mark building used as a directory was under renovation which made it a little tricky to locate. Many tours were leaving from this location, we soon found our guide with sign as promised.

The trip to Hakone was quiet & comfortable with air conditioning, our tour guide Vicki spoke good English & provided us with great information on the upcoming activities and local history. On arrival, we were given ample time to locate a lavatory & buy umbrellas for mild downpour we encountered, as well as find some morning tea before departing on our pirate ship cruise.

We boarded the pirate ship to cruise Lake Ashi. The boat ride itself was cold but the views more than made up for it. Vicki happily took photos of our family which was greatly appreciated.

We then arrived for our cable car journey, we were given time to browse the souvenir shops prior to boarding the cable car which was fun & surprisingly calm for our family members with a fear of height, it did not make them nervous at all, and the view was spectacular! The cable car took us to Owakudani to sample some black eggs and view the gas releases in the dormant volcano. This is the place we had hoped to for a great view of Mt Fuji, as our hopes were fading due to cloud cover, the clouds broke just in time for us to see Mt Fuji, again our guide Vicki was present and ready to take photos for us.

Off to a shopping outlet in Gotemba, here we were able to eat some spectacular treats in the food court and make a few small purchases of souvenirs. There were many offerings of well known western outlets for those who love their brand names.

Overall the tour was enjoyable and well directed, i would highly recommend this tour for those wanting a view with a difference of Mt Fuji.

I participated in a factory night view tour for the first time. Before the tour, the meeting place and time were changed, but I received very polite communication about it.

As for the tour, the female guide's explanations were very skillful, and I could feel her love for the local area. The next day, I saw the same scenery during the day, and thanks to that, I was able to understand the factory better!

初めて、工場夜景ツアーに参加しました。参加前に集合場所と時間が変更になりましたが、とても丁寧な連絡を頂きました。
ツアーですが、案内役の女性の説明がとても上手で、地元愛が感じられました。翌日は昼間に同じ景色を見ましたが、お陰様で工場を理解しやすかったです！
