Drive out to a 300 years old Shichiken sake brewery in Hokuto city to sample some of the finest local sake made in-house.
The brewery hosted the Meiji Emperor where the room the emperor overstayed has preciously been taken care of, became a historical site by the Ministry of Education in 1933.
