Pick-up (at Narita T1) was fine, albeit without any instructions on how to use the device -- I think QL Liners are really just a delivery service. The device was also set to Japanese so I had to figure out how to get it to English -- which took a while.

Having used it for 4 days now, the connection has been excellent, as has the WiFi performance. Our only issue is that the battery life isn't great -- 5 hours max, really, so we have to carry a powerbank if we're out all day. I think the device might be a little old.

Excellent. Tai-Shi was very courteous and nice. We requested an English speaking driver and his English was very good. He took us to all the sights we requested and even gave us some history and advice.

Definitely would highly recommend to others.

Tour pick up was on time from our hotel in a comfortable mini bus to get us to Yokohama cruise terminal. Great for first time visitors to Japan.

Driver was on time, actually a few minutes early. Van was clean, driver was courteous and helpful. Booking was easy and problem free and everything went as expected. Will definitely use this service again when we are in Tokyo.

The pick up was prompt and fast but the driver left us around the corner, not in front of a hotel but it was the wrong hotel. We had to drag our luggage to the next block to the correct hotel.

My pocket wifi arrived at our residence home in Japan on time. The connection was fast and very reliable! I had no downtime while navigating Tokyo and it's subways stations. The return was easy!

The shuttle was a couple of minutes late but being picked up at Shinjuku and the traffic activity there this was more than just acceptable, this was excellent. The ride to the Yokohama port in itself was flawless.

When leaving Tokyo from our hotel to the Narita airport we decided to contract for a shared shuttle with Veltra. Your instructions say to be at your hotel lobby 15 minutes before scheduled pickup. We arrived at exactly that time and our driver was driving in at that moment. After loading our luggage and getting us in the van and showing where the heat controls were and what the wifi password was we started for the airport. I asked him if he had to stop for others and he said that we were the only ones on the trip. As I looked around the van I was amazed at how clean everything was, Not a single piece of trash or even lint on the carpet. The ride took a little over a hour and he answered questions along the way about things we were curious about. At the airport he unloaded our luggage and thanked us for using his company and was very appreciative when we told him that we definitely would.

You never know what to expect when you are traveling in a foreign country and have contracted with a company for transportation, but with Veltra you do not need to worry. Their representatives were located as soon as we cleared our luggage through customs in Yokohama and directed us to a check in area where our destination was verified. Let me say that on a shared shuttle you are not quite sure how long they will take but it seemed like it was less than five minutes that we along with three other couples were lead to our van for transportation to Tokyo. we cleared the cruise terminal and headed to Tokyo which at 8:30 in the morning is about a hour and a half drive. After one couple was dropped at their hotel we were taken to our hotel and the driver and hotel personnel unloaded our luggage and it was done. After the driver thanked us for our patronage we were done. We definitely will contract with them again.

Our flight to Tokyo was delayed four hours, but someone was waiting for us at the baggage claim exit. The vehicle was very clean, and the driver dropped us off right at the hotel door. Very happy with the overall experience, and will definitely use again.

AS easy at always, making the booking and at the Counter I get the WiFi Router. Even this time I was very late with the booking. They arrange all and make me happy.

Good signage - Meeting point at the arrival area easy to find. Typical First Class Japanese service and one of the best options for travelling from the port to a city hotel.

We had a fabulous tour of Tokyo with Tom as our guide! He was so kind, informative, and interesting. He picked us up at the cruise port right on time and showed us as many highlights of Tokyo as we had time for, and we loved them all. We saw a really nice variety of Buddhist temple, Shinto shrine, Imperial palace as well as more modern shopping and government districts. We had a great driver too who dropped us off close to whereever we were going. Tom was flexible about our needs. We requested one of the department store food halls for lunch, and he took us to a great one and found a nice rooftop area for us to eat at. It was so fun to have Tom guide us through the hall and explain the food to us. After the trip, Tom sent us all pictures and a journal of the day—so thoughtful! We loved Tokyo and Tom and can’t wait to return and schedule more tours with him!

Take the Green Tomato from your hotel to Yokohama Port. They service all Diamond Princess cruises. An on time and direct service to Yokohama. Just wished they had a service from the port to Narita Airport!

Got both the airport pickup and return to and from Shinjuku and everything was incredibly smooth.
From the airport a lady was stood with my name on a board in the arrivals Hall and I was taken straight to the shared shuttle.
From the hotel to the airport we were given a pick up time (just over 4 hours ahead of our flight time), the driver came into our hotel lobby, loaded our bags into the shuttle and off we went back to the airport. Easy as!

The transport arrived before the due time and the driver made herself known to the Group. She was well presented and very articulate in ensuring the group were ready to embark. Water was given to each individual upon entering the vehicle, and candies were also offered.The Driver spoke good English, and during the trip pointed out the various landmarks, and the local history. The journey was enjoyable as any questions raised were quickly answered, and the trip included diversions so that we could enjoy the various landmarks.
The vehicle was modern, very clean, roomy and fully air-conditioned.

The service was more than what I expected. The van ride was comfortable and accommodated all of our luggage with ease. Great price!

We walked off the cruise ship and a Green Tomatoe representative was there to greet us. We sat down while our vouchers were checked and assigned to the correct driver. Our luggage was loaded up and we were on route with a number of passengers right on time. We were delivered to our hotel as we expected. We would highly recommend this service to all cruise passengers disembarking at Yokohama port.

Veltra was our choice for collection after our cruise around Japan, very happy with procedure from collection to drop-off at our hotel.
