My wife and I arranged transport to Narita Airport. They were on time, courteous and drove us in a professional manner.
We would definitely recommend this service.

Great service with very friendly and helpful drivers. They make great unofficial ambassadors for Japsn. Very proud of their country. We had a lot of fun on both of our trips.

Be sure to fill out form request for "early walk-off with your own luggage" . We requested 8:30 walk-off time and got into the cruise terminal before 9:00. Saw the Green Tomato signs and personnel, had a quick shared shuttle trip to our Tokyo hotel. Excellent service.

There was a slight difficulty in finding the reps for green tomato shuttle. Once we got on the shuttle, it was a hassle free and comfortable ride into Tokyo and our hotel. We forgot to make reservations for our return to narita so we took the airport limousine service (bus). It took much longer since we stopped at so many hotels and it cost only 1000 yen less. Definitely recommend the shuttle over train or bus.

We were greeted and shown to place to wait! Person greeting and driving very polite and tidy. Transport vehicle were immaculate! Took us right to hotel and handled all our luggage for us. Would definitely use them again also for tours.

The pick up went very smoothly and they were at the port very early and identified themselves to us. We waited for a couple of other people and then we were off. Driver was very helpful and lifted all our luggage himself and would not let us help. We would use this company again.

We were met as soon as we left our ship & they took us to our very comfortable and clean van. Our driver was very professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend Green tomato!

Our Veltra mobile wi-fi was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel in Tokyo and served us very well during our entire trip. We got around great on our self-guided trip through Japan with the help of google maps and other apps and were able to keep in touch with family and friends back home. To preserve battery life, we often only turned it on when needed and carried a portable charger for times when we wanted to use it for more hours in the day (although it was never really needed, except for charging my phone). The price was very reasonable, including the delivery charge, drop-off at Narita Airport was easy, and it worked perfectly throughout our trip. I highly recommend this service.

A great day spent with our guide. He was very well informed and friendly. We saw so much in our short time from shrines, temples, the Palace and we were even lucky enough to see part of an traditional wedding. Lunch was something we'd not experienced before but was very delicious. Looking forward to coming back and spending more time next time.

This company is obviously very popular for Yokohama transfers to Tokyo., There were may passengers waiting to get the transfer and this was well organised with a lot of staff coordinating booking details and the taxi. The tranfser was very efficient - my only complaint was that our taxi had to many passengers and luggage so a lot of luggage was inside the taxi whichy have little stretch room for what is effectively a long 1.5-2.0 hour journey. I did a lot of research and this company seem to be the best value for this type of transfer ....... Would use again if I came back.....

I travelled to Japan in April this year and ordered my 8 day Wifi Router for my stay in tokyo. The pick up and drop off point is very easy to locate on terminal 2 , very easy to connect and very fast service. The battery would last for the whole day or atleast 8 -9 hours. I connected to two devices i loved the speed and connectivity. Would definitely recommend it to others.Thanks

This is second time to use pocket WIFI from Veltra.. I really enjoy this service especially in Japan .

Great service! Someone met us immediately coming off the ship and led us to a very comfortable shuttle. We were quickly downtown Tokyo at our hotel.

The driver was courteous and punctual. I recommend this to those who are going to the cruise port.

Prompt pick-up at the hotel. Clean, comfortable van for the ride to the airport. Half the price if not more than a cab.

Veltra got the wifi unit delivered to my Tokyo hotel so I was able to start using it right after I checked in. I had brought my own spare battery to ensure that the charge would last through the day and the unit did everything I needed it to during my 3 weeks of travel. I would recommend this for both convenience and price. I returned the unit at the airport at their counter, but they also had an option wherebi could have dropped it in the mail in Japan before taking off. I opted to keep it until the airport so that I could still use it at Narita.

We rented a portable router for 2 weeks and couldn't believe how excellent the overall experience was. Easy to book and pay in advance, delivery to our hotel as promised, incredible strong router signal wherever we went, including subways, trains, elevators, etc. Our group had 10 devices on at one point and we couldn't believe how well it worked. Used skype instead of cell phones and left our cells on airplane mode throughout the trip. We dropped it off at Narita airport without a hitch when we flew home to Canada. Saw a lot of complaints in other reviews about problems with how long the battery lasted, but we didn't have any problems and only had to recharge it once during the day with our back up portable battery charger, after a very long day. Will definitely use this service wherever we can in the future! Wish they had it in Canada!!

Our driver Mr. Mogi was great. It was quick and easy to book our transportation from the cruise port to our hotel. We were off the ship early and therefore needed to wait for the driver, but that wasn't his fault, he was on time and met us with a sign with our name at the designated spot. The van was large enough to easily hold 4 adults and luggage with room to spare, (one person is over 6"9").
Our driver was very nice, drove safely and helped with the luggage. Being most taxis in Japan are small, it's difficult for them to hold more than 2 persons with 2 large suitcases and carry ons, this is definitely the way to travel.

It was a smooth transfer from ship to shuttle. Our names displayed to pick us up and some delay waiting for other passengers to arrive but then seven of us in a people mover with drop off at our hotel. We were a little worried that we were 15 minutes later than the 8am time given but we were assured that this is normal and they would wait until all passengers arrived around that time. We're glad to have used the service. We were surprised how quickly it was booked out after we made the arrangement so book early if you can.

Our Tour Guide Taiji Endo was professional, friendly and informative. He gave us a lot of background and history of the sites we visited.
Highly recommend this tour.

As soon as we got through Customs the service was signposted and the staff who greeted us were efficient. Within 5 minutes we were escorted to our transport which was comfortable and clean and we were at our hotel in Tokyo within an hour of leaving the ship.
Would recommend this service for a worry free transfer after a lovely holiday.

The wifi router worked perfectly. Used it in Yokohama and Tokyo. Delivered it to my Hotel and I returned it at a 7/11. Battery lasted at least 8 hours. I'll use this again on my next trip to Japan.

We just arrived from a fun filled experience tour in Tokyo. Our pickup transfer driver/guide arrived on time but unfortunately we got lost in locating the exact meeting area because of the wrong map that was given by the agency. Through the help of a Filipina working at Narita airport we were able to contact our guide. Inspite of the rain, our guide Taji still managed to bring us to Meguro River with full bloom cherry blossom trees and to the (secret) as described by our guide long stretch of cherry blossom trèes not popular to tourists.He also recommended an authentic and tasty ramen for our group to try. Thank you Taji for the wonderful experience!

We've been on a dozen cruises and the only thing we dread is getting from the ship to our next location. It's frequently a nightmare. Not so this time. Our van arrived on time, it was roomy and held our large suitcases with room to spare. Without doubt the best end of cruise experience we've had. Urge you to expand to other ports. Thanks!

Sorry to say that I find it very difficult to pick up the item because of the language barrier. Secondly, the postal name was not included in in the voucher that's why I have to inquire every postal booth in the airport terminal. Anyway, the good thing was, I find it very useful, especially when I was left behind during our train trip, I was able to call my friend to guide me where to embark.

The driver arrived early, was extremely courteous, and knew some English. The vehicle was very nice and tidy. Ride to airport was pleasantly uneventful. Bear in mind, these are shared rides. We traveled quite a way across the city to reach the other passenger who was going out to the airport, but arrived at Narita in plenty of time to catch our intercontinental flight. Since one normally walks and rides the Metro in Tokyo, it can be interesting to see some of the city by car. I would recommend the service highly.
