空港ではハラハラしましたが・・・

以前より、パムッカレには興味があったのでこのツアーに、家族３人で参加しました。
イスタンブールからの航空券込みの日帰りツアー。
ツアー開始時期が迫ってくるのにe-ticketが届かず、５日ほど前に問い合わせ、ようやくGET。そこで、息子の名前のつづりを誤って伝えていたことに気づき催行会社に連絡したところ、手数料なしで直しもらい、ほっと一息。
しかし、当日、イスタンブールの空港で発券してもらおうとしたところ、「我々の予約は無い」と言われ、頭が真っ白になりました。
催行会社にも電話で連絡し、確認した結果、我々の苗字が間違って予約されていたことに、そこで気づきました。（これは催行会社側のミスと思われます）
催行会社曰く、「航空会社には連絡済」とのことでしたが、我々にとっては初耳だったため事態を把握するのに時間がかかり、一方では、刻々と出発時間が・・・
何とか飛行機に乗り込むことが出来ましたが。朝から冷や汗でした。
パムッカレは想像以上にすばらしく、日本語ガイドもトルコ人の若い女性でしたが、非常に親しみやすく、楽しく過ごすことができました。
航空券のトラブルさえなければ大満足でした。

トルコ国内の国内線に添乗員なしで搭乗するのに不安はありましたが、特段問題ありませんでした！
お値段は少し張りますし、朝もかなり早いですが、大変珍しく、面白かったです。
車にはミネラルウォーターを常備してくださっていたので、飲み物の心配はありませんでした。

We had a wonderful time on this tour, we also did the bosphorus cruise in the afternoon. We recieved a meal during lunch which we did not anticipate as we done a whole day of touring.
We enjoyed the carpet showroom and the apple tea was divine!
This tour was perfect for us as we wanted to visit all the major attractions in istanbul in a short space of time.
A special thank you to Murat who was a splendid tour guide with alot of knowledge about the sites we visited.
The tour was well organised and we would definitely do it again.

カッパドキア周辺の空港まで個人でアクセスしなければならないのがやや難儀に思われるかもしれませんが、Habatasなどを利用すれば決して難しくはありませんでした。
当日は自分たちのグループで貸切で自由にまわれます。ガイドさんもドライバーさんも大変親切で良かったです。
工程はガイドさんが考えてくれていますが（ガイドブックのモデルコースほぼそのままです）行きたいところがあればアレンジもOKのようです。
車にはミネラルウォーター（欲しいときにもらうスタイル、無料）もありました。
ランチは現地のレストラン、口に合うかは微妙ですが、たくさんの量がでてきます。
ドライバーさん、ガイドさんには別途チップをお渡しする必要があります。
イスタンブールまで行ったら、ぜひカッパドキアまで足を運んでください！

Istanbul One Day City Sightseeing Tour

Our tour was scheduled at 9:00 a.m., but actually started at 10:40 after couple of calls in Turkish language from our veri helpfull hotel manager. The tour had to include Grand Bazaar, but bazaar was closed this day and was not replaced with any another place. Fortunately next day we had another tour with the same company, and they added Grand Bazaar tour for free. It was nice, but ruined our plans a little. All tours are very interesting and Istanbul is incredible city.

Great guide called Murat but was moved from us early on afternoon part of tour so ended tour early by one hour

We also did the Bosporus Tour with you.
This was a disaster as they forgot us and eventually after phoning from hotel arrived 2 hours late for tour
Guide was good but organisation was pathetic.
We also did the Princes Island tour with you
This was good but the guide was good but organisation was awful,for transport varies from hour to hour and mobile phone call to mobile phone call depending on availability of transport

We were picked up promptly and were then given a fantastic tour and insight to Istanbul. Our trip would not have been the same without this tour. Very knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy guide - unbelieveable service and I would highly recommend.
