ドライバーは早めに到着し、非常に礼儀正しく、英語も少し話せました。車両はとてもきれいでした。空港までの移動は快適で特に問題もありませんでした。これらは相乗りのサービスであることを考慮してください。他の乗客を迎えに行くために市内をかなり移動しましたが、成田空港には十分な時間に到着し、国際線のフライトに間に合いました。東京では通常歩いたりメトロを利用したりするので、車で市内の一部を見るのは興味深い体験です。このサービスを非常にお勧めします。

The driver arrived early, was extremely courteous, and knew some English. The vehicle was very nice and tidy. Ride to airport was pleasantly uneventful. Bear in mind, these are shared rides. We traveled quite a way across the city to reach the other passenger who was going out to the airport, but arrived at Narita in plenty of time to catch our intercontinental flight. Since one normally walks and rides the Metro in Tokyo, it can be interesting to see some of the city by car. I would recommend the service highly.

お天気の都合で予定を決めたかったので、直前の予約になってしまいましたが、迅速に対応していただきました。車もホテルまで配車していただき、ドライブマップもいただけて大変便利で助かりました。

全体的に、あなたのバスツアーに参加して良かったです。東京とその歴史について多くを学びました。しかし、パープルラインでコーヒーを飲むために降りたとき、次のバスが3時間以上来ないことがわかりました。夕食の予約のためにホテルに戻るためにタクシーを利用しなければなりませんでした。また、ブルーラインの録音メッセージは正しく同期されておらず、数分遅れていました。ナレーションと正しい風景を結びつけるのが非常に難しかったです。

Overall, I am happy we took your bus tour. We learned much about Tokyo and its history. However, when we got off for a cup of coffee on the Purple line we discovered that the next bus wouldn't be there for over 3 hours. Had to take a cab to get back to the hotel for our dinner reservation. Also, the taped message on the Blue line was not synchronized correctly and was off by several minutes. It was very difficult to place the narrative with the correct scenery.

昨年7月、研修で京都に行く機会があり、よくテレビの時代劇でみる映画村を見たいと思い、言1人で行ってきました。催し物を見学して、面白くって大笑い！！　気分も上々で、気持ちも晴れました。良い体験が出来ました。

久米島に行った際に、Veltra様経由でイーストレンタカーを申し込みましたが、とても対応が早く、また日程変更にも対応いただくことができました。
さらに、空港で返却できる点もとても便利でした。今後も久米島に行く際には利用させていただきたいと思います。

日本を訪れるのは初めてで、素晴らしい旅行のスタートになりました。午後3時にスカイバスに乗り、翌日に戻って探索したい場所を見つけました。オーディオ録音は、各停留所での探索内容の提案をしてくれるので役立ちました。バスに再び乗る際の停留所も見つけやすかったです。
スカイバスツアーを楽しみ、チケットの価格に見合う価値がありました。家族全員がその価値を感じ、ティーンエイジャーも楽しんでいました。ツアーは家族全員にとって楽しいものでした。:) また日本に戻って、もっと探索したいです。

This was our first time visiting Japan and this was a good way to start our vacation We boarded the sky bus at 3pm and found places we wanted to go back and explore the following day. The audio recording was helpful in giving suggestions of what is available to explore at each stop. The stop was easy to find when wanting to hop back on the bus.
We enjoyed the sky bus tour and the tickets worth worth the price. The entire family found it worth the price, even the teenagers. The tour was fun for the entire family. :) We will return to Japan to do more exploring.

東京の全体像を把握し、降りて探索することができる素晴らしい方法です。私たちは3つのラインのうち2つを利用し、東京のレイアウトをより良く理解できたと感じました。ティーンエイジャーたちも、初めての乗車前に私をからかっていたにもかかわらず、楽しんでくれました。乗り降り自由な点はとても良く、音声ガイドからの降りて探索する理由のおすすめも役立ちました。バスに乗るための停留所は見つけやすかったです。価格に見合った価値があり、東京に戻った際には再度スカイバスに乗りたいと思います。東京を案内してくれたスカイバスに感謝します。

This is a great way to get an overview of Tokyo and have the ability to get off and explore. We did two of the three lines and felt we had a better layout of Tokyo.
My teenagers even enjoyed it after hours of teasing me prior to arriving for our first ride. The hop on/hop off ability was very nice and the recommendations of why to get off and explore from the audio were helpful. . The stops were easy to find when you wanted to get onto the bus.
It is worth the price and we will ride the sky bus again when we are back in Tokyo. Thanks sky bus for showing us around Tokyo and areas to explore.

初めて子供たちと東京を訪れた際、東京の概要を把握するためにホップオン・ホップオフバスを選びました。三菱ビル内にあるチケットオフィスはとても見つけやすく、ビル内にはたくさんのレストランがあるので、バスに乗る前に何かを食べることができます。バスの到着は非常に時間通りで、清潔で広々としています。ルート設計も魅力的な場所のほとんどを観ることができるようになっており、バスの attendants は親切で礼儀正しいです。

旅行者が選べるルートは1日3本あり、私たちは24時間以内に青と紫のラインを利用しました。すべてのルートを終えるためには、計画的な時間配分が重要だと思います。

バスルートの欠点は、観光地の前でバスが停まらないことです。例えば、浅草線の浅草寺や築地市場などです。約10分の距離を歩く必要があります。私たちにとっては初めての東京なので、観光地を訪れた後にバス停を見つけるために、どこに停まるのかを覚えておく必要があります。

また、英語、中国語、韓国語、日本語の多言語オーディオガイドがあるのは良い点ですが、オーディオガイドが現在の紹介を終える前に次の紹介に切り替わってしまうことがあります。これは改善が必要だと思います。

This is the first time we visited Tokyo with young children, we chose hop on hop off bus to get an overview of Tokyo. It's very easy for us to find their ticket office in Mitsubishi building, there are plenty of restaurants inside the building thus you can grab someting before boarding the bus. Bus arrival is super on time, clean and spacious. The route design also allow us to view most of the attractive places, bus attendants are helpful and polite.

There are three routes per day for travelers to choose, we managed to go blue & purple line within 24hours, I would strongly advise a well time planning is essential for you to finish all routes.

The disadvantage of the bus route is the bus didn't stop in front of the tourist places, e.g. Sensoji temple (Asakusa line) & Tsukiji fish market. There are about 10min walking distance, as I said, this is our first time in Tokyo, I need to remember where the bus stop is, so that I can find it after visiting the tourist places.

Besides, this is good to have Multilingual Audio Guide in English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese. However, the audio guide will suddenly switch to next introduction before ending the current one. I think this need improvement so that complete information is provided as described

外国人の友達が喜んでくれるといいなと思い、このツアーを予約しました。浅草コースとお台場コースの２つを巡りましたが、特に好評だったのはお台場コースです。まず初めの停留所は東京タワー横。綺麗にライトアップされた東京タワーは圧巻で、日本に住んでいる私にとっても感動的でした。乗車していたのが上がスケルトンになっているタイプのバスだったこともあり、接近して見上げるような角度で東京タワーの写真を撮ることができました。また、偶然にもレインボーブリッジの脇に花火を見ることができ、ラッキーな思いもできました。六本木まで足を伸ばせたら良かったのですが、バスの本数が少なく、断念しました。六本木のライトアップも綺麗な時期だと思うので、もう少し本数が増えれば良いのになぁと思います。また、最も困った点は、土曜日だったにもかかわらず平日ダイヤで運行していたことです。担当の方いはく、少し前から終日同じダイヤで走るようになったとのこと。当日の朝そのことを知り、予定を変えなくてはいけなくなったので、HPの方にも情報が載っていると良かったなと感じました。

バスの運転手はとても親切で、スタッフも一般的にとても優しく助けてくれました。私たちが利用した2つのルートは、街のかなりの部分を網羅していました。私たちはレインボーブリッジを通るルートを好みました。オンラインバウチャーを受け取った後、チケットを受け取るオフィスを見つけるのに苦労しましたが、親切なバスの運転手がオフィスまで連れて行ってくれました。そこに着くと、チケットを受け取ることができ、出発しました。バスはホップオン・ホップオフですが、時間に制限があるため、昼食の時間にギャップがあったため、1日に2つのルートしか利用できませんでした。そのため、午後のバスまでの時間をつぶすためにオフィスの近くにある小さなレストランを見つけました。他の都市で見つけたものほど頻繁ではありませんが、全体的にはお金の価値があると思います。

Bus drivers very helpful, staff generally very kind and helpful. The two routes we took encompassed quite a great deal of the city. We preferred the route that took in the Rainbow bridge. We had a job finding the office to collect our ticket after getting our online voucher, but a kindly bus driver took us to the office and dropped us off. Once there we were able to get our tickets and were off. The bus is hop on hop off but limited in time, so we were only able to do the two routes in one day as there was a gap over lunch time, which is why we found a little restaurant near the office to while away the time until the afternoon bus. They are not as frequent as we have found in other cities, but on the whole worthwhile for the money.

屋久島1周ドライブしてきました♪途中林道は道幅が狭かったので、マーチくらいがちょうどよかったです。レンタカーを借りたのは初めてでしたが、簡単で快適な旅となりました。

迎えに来てくれた人たちに感謝します。とても親切でした。シャトルバスは清潔で、リラックスした方法での移動ができました。日本が大好きで、移動するのに素晴らしい場所です。

バスの乗車は、東京の一部を迅速に巡るには良いです。天気も良かったですが、雨の日にはこれをするつもりはありません。ガイドは時々少しずれていて、高速で通過する場所では解説が短くなりました。東京の良い入門にはなりましたが、その価格に対してはお勧めできるかどうかは分かりません。

The bus ride is fine for a speedy trip through parts of Tokyo. We had good weather, but I would not do this in the rain. The guide was a bit out of sync at some points and cut the commentary short when you went past locations at higher speeds. It was a good intro to Tokyo, but I am not sure I would recommend it for the price.

残念ながら、この日は雨が降りしきっていました。バスで全身濡れてしまいました。浅草寺だけを訪れることができました。特に思い出に残る日ではありませんでした。

Unfortunately, rain was pouring down this day. We got all wet on the bus. Can only visit Asakusa Temple. Not a memorable day to speak off.

運転手は時間通りで、礼儀正しく、丁寧でした。バスではなく、移動する素晴らしい方法です。

日本のクルーズの後、私たちの新宿のホテルへの交通手段としてヴェルトラを予約しましたが、サービスに大満足です！ウチダさんは礼儀正しく、とてもプロフェッショナルでした。私たちは美しい新しいバンを家族3人と共有し、約40分でホテルの玄関に到着しました。次回の日本旅行でもヴェルトラを利用したいと思います！

Booked Veltra for transportation to our Shinjuku hotel after our Japan cruise and couldn't be more pleased with the service! Mr. Uchida was courteous and very professional; we shared the beautiful new van with a family of three and we were at our hotel's doorstep in about 40 minutes. Will look to book through Veltra on our next trip to Japan!

横浜クルーズターミナルから東京市内への移動には最適な方法でした。非常に効率的で、荷物を電車に乗せたり降ろしたりする手間が省けます。港からホテルまで直行です。

This was a great way to get from the Yokohama cruise terminal to Tokyo city. Very efficient and saves the hassle of getting luggage on and off trains. From port direct to hotel.

横浜港から東京の中心部への非常にコストパフォーマンスの良い方法でした。私たちは他の3組のカップルと共有のバンに乗りました。税関エリアを出るとすぐにサインで迎えられました。全員が集まった後、バンに荷物を積み込み、出発しました。混雑した駅や電車の中でスーツケースを引きずるよりもずっと楽でした。ドライバーは英語を話せませんでしたが、各降車地点の情報シートを持っていました。とても礼儀正しい方でした。私たちにとっては、費用をかける価値がありました。ありがとうございました！

Very cost effective way to get from Yokohama Pier to downtown Tokyo. We had a shared ride van with 3 other couples. We were greeted by signs as soon as we exited the customs area. After we were all assembled we loaded the van and were on our way. So much easier than dragging our suitcase, etc through crowded train stations and trains. Driver spoke no English but had info sheets for each drop off. He was most courteous. For us it was money well spent. Thank You!

ホップオン・ホップオフバスでの時間を楽しみました。最初のループは浅草コースで、いくつかの異なる停留所で乗り降りしました。主要な観光名所を見ることができ、バスの戻り時間も約1時間と合理的でした。その後、お台場コースを利用し、次のバスの時間が1時間以上かかるため、1つの停留所でしか降りませんでした。遅くなってきたので、あまり降りることはできませんでした。東京に初めて行った私たちにとって、交通手段としてとても便利で、次の日に地下鉄を使って戻りたい観光地を決めるのに役立ちました。このツアーは東京に初めて訪れる方に強くお勧めします。

Enjoyed our time on the hop on, hop off bus. The first loop we did was Asakusa course and got off and on the busses at different stops. We were able to see some major sights and the time in between the bus returns was reasonable with about an hour time frame. We then did the Odaiba Course and only got off at a one stop since the time frame was over an hour for the next bus and it was getting late. We enjoyed having the transportation around Tokyo since it was our first time there and it helped us determine what sites we would like to return to the next few days using the subways. I would highly recommend this tour for first time guests in Tokyo.

Hop on Hop off is the best way to Tour Tokyo when on a limited time. It gives you enough information of the sites as you go around the city. They also have 3 selections for Tour routes which you can access. Also allows you to go around without having to use the subways.

大きな「グリーントマト」と書かれた看板があれば助かったのですが、私たちはそれを見逃してしまい、ピックアップポイントを探し回ることになりました！
再び足跡をたどると、私たちの名前が小さな文字で書かれたボードを持った人を見つけました！
唯一の不満はそれだけです……

その後、魅力的な女性がミニバンまで案内してくれ、夫が荷物を積むことすら許してくれませんでした。
彼女は非常にプロフェッショナルで、素晴らしいドライバーでした。ホテルの外に1時間以上遅れて到着し、その途中で東京の見どころを指摘してくれました！！
非常におすすめです！！

私たちは観光を楽しみました。気候はちょうど良く、レインボーブリッジを渡ることができました。日本のさまざまな場所について多くのことを発見し、限られた時間で東京で探索したい場所を選ぶのに非常に役立ちました。ホップオン・ホップオフを予約して良かったです。

we enjoyed our sightseeing, cllimate was just right as we cross the rainbow bridge. we discovered so many things about Japan's diff locations, very informative and helpful to in selecting places we want to explore on our limited time in Tokyo. we were glad that we book hop on hop off.

新函館北斗からのはこだてライナーは混んでいて座れない・・・という口コミを読み、
高齢の母を連れていた旅行でしたのでこちらのタクシーをお願いしました。
新幹線の改札を出たところで私の名前を書いたボードを持ったドライバーさんと
落ち合いいざ函館市内へ。
道中ドライバーさんに函館情報を色々教えていただいている間にホテルに到着。
所要３５分位だったと思います。

新函館北斗から函館国際ホテルまで定額で4500円、3人で一人頭1500円。
当日は土砂降りの雨でしたので函館駅からホテルまでの道のりのことも考えると
決して高くはなかったと思います。混雑が嫌いな方にオススメします。

前から家族で京都旅行をしたいと思い　いろいろ探していたところ　とてもお得なプランがあり感激です　次回はみな忙しいのでいつ行けるかわからないので　いい思い出になりました

新しい場所を訪れる際には、このようなバスツアーを探します。このツアーは情報が豊富で、再訪したい場所を知ることができました。スタッフは親切で助けてくれました。ヴェルトラのようなサービスを利用することに不安がありましたが、全く問題ありませんでした。友人が訪れた際には再度バスツアーを利用し、ヴェルトラを使う予定です。非常におすすめです！

When coming in to any new place to visit, we look for bus tours such as this. The tour was informative and gave us an idea of places we would want to return to and explore fully. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was worried about using a service such as Veltra but I had no problems whatsoever. We plan on doing the bus tour again when friends visit and using Veltra. Highly recommend!

京都へは月3日と桜が満開の時期の日曜日で、どこもかしこも大混雑の時期でした
嵐電の桜のトンネルが見たくて利用したのですが、大正解でした。
世界遺産の仁和寺・竜安寺・嵐山をじっくりまわることができました。

それは良かったし、時間通りでした。オープンエアバスに乗ったとき、朝は雨が降っていましたが。

It was good and on time. Although it rained in the morning when we rode the open air bus.

価格はリーズナブルでしたが、共有シャトルなので出発まで少し待つ必要があります。その日の他のピックアップがある場合、次のグループが来るまで45分から1時間待たなければなりませんでした。

It had reasonable prices but be prepared to wait since it is a shared shuttle so you may have to wait a little while before leaving if they have more pick ups for the day. Had to wait 45-1hr for the next party to come in

バスの間隔が長すぎて、70分です。一日に2つのフルルートも回れません。もし間隔が30分だったら、可能になるでしょう。

The time between the buses is too long, 70 min. You can't make even two full routes in one day. If the time was 30 min, then it'll be possible.
