• Guests with exhaustion are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests with sleep deprivation are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests with a fever are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests who are under the influence of any medication are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests with asthma or other respiratory problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests with heart and cardiovascular issues are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests with diabetes are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests with arrhythmia are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests with a pacemaker are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests who are suffering from the ill-effects of the excessive consumption alcohol or are under the influence of alcohol on the day of the activity, are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests with ear, nose or throat issues will need a medical release from their physician to participate in this activity.
• If less than 6 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
• Children 6 years old and above can participate in this activity.
• People 65 years old and above can not participate in this activity.

• Participants are required to disclose their medical conditions.
• Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
• Participants 18 years old and under must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
• Participants 12 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Participants are required to sign a liability waiver in case of injury or natural disaster.

• The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
• You will share the transportation with other customers.
• The activity provider does not assume any responsibility for your valuables and/or personal belongings.
• The tour guide has full discretion to refuse service to customers based on attire, behavior, physical fitness and condition.
• This activity may be changed or canceled for your safety, medical issues or comfort.
• All participants who go in the water must wear a flotation device.
• If you are driving on your own, you will be required to pay a parking fee.
• If any of the equipment is damaged you will be responsible for paying the repair costs.
• Please arrive at your check-in location 30 minutes prior to the start time.
• Transportation bookings made the day of may not be confirmed.
• If the transportation vehicle is unable to pick-up from your accomodation, you will be instructed to go to a nearby pick-up location.
• If you are staying outside of the pick-up area, you will be instructed to go to a nearby pick-up location.
• During the peak season, bookings made with transportation may be confirmed for check-in only.

• 島への上陸はございません。水深3～4mの場所に船をとめてアクティビティを行います。
• 船内に無料でご利用いただけるトイレ2ヶ所・温水シャワー2基完備。※シャワーは個室ではありません
• 集合場所の那覇三重城港にはトイレ、更衣室兼シャワー室(有料・温水3分100円)、ロッカー(有料200円)がございます。
• 水中カメラのレンタルもございます。
• こちらのプランの最少催行人数は6名となっております。前日までに最少催行人数に達していない場合は、中止もしくは一部ツアー内容を変更して催行する場合がございます。その場合は必ず前日までにご連絡いたします。
• 当店では安全上『素潜り』を固くお断りしております。シュノーケリングの際には、必ずライフジャケットの着用が必要となります。​ライフジャケットを着脱してのツアーの参加はできません。
