  Each person is allowed to bring one suitcase-sized item. It may either be stored in the trunk or brought into the seating area.

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the departure time of the bus or private vehicle. The bus or private vehicle will depart on time, so please make sure to adhere to the boarding time. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of your trip, and no refund will be provided. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility in such cases.

• The tour will not be canceled without prior notice. Please wait at the meeting point until departure.
• Eating and drinking are generally prohibited inside the bus or private vehicle. However, beverages with lids are allowed. If food or other items are found, or if the bus is deemed to be soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged directly.

• Please note the following points before participating in the tour:
  
  -The itinerary, as well as departure/arrival times and stay durations, may be significantly altered or canceled due to traffic conditions, weather, disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances on the day.
  -If delays in the tour's end time result in missed connections with public transportation, any additional transportation costs such as taxi fares or accommodation expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
• -Cancellation fees will apply even if you are unable to join the tour due to delays in public transportation.
  -All photos shown are for illustrative purposes only. Outdoor facilities, meal contents, and other details may vary depending on the circumstances or season on the day of the tour.
• Admission fees, entrance fees, meal costs, and other personal expenses not included in the itinerary are not covered.

• Depending on the number of participants, we will arrange a bus (large, medium, or small) or a private vehicle (Hiace or Hiace Commuter).
• This tour is available exclusively through online booking, and all information will be sent via email. No physical mail will be provided.
