Since joining the company, I have been impressed by the commitment to self-improvement and the wonderful work being done. I was surprised to hear that those selected as Meisters are not only technically skilled but also possess excellent character (from 20 to 6). Overall, it’s a fun facility, but the attitude of the ANA staff towards their work made me reflect on my own job. They sell a lot of original merchandise, and I ended up buying a lot. Next time, I will try participating in the English tour.

入社してからも自己研鑽されて、素晴らしいお仕事だと思いました。
マイスターに選ばれる方は、優れた技術だけでなく人間性も優れた方（２０名→６名）と伺い驚きました。
全体的に楽しい施設ですが、ＡＮＡの方々の仕事に対する姿勢に、自分の仕事を見つめ直しました。
オリジナルのグッズをたくさん販売していて、爆買いしました。
次回は、英語ツアーに参加してみます。

I was able to directly ask questions this time because the guide was a trainee pilot, someone I've always wanted to meet but couldn't usually contact.

いちばん会ってみたいが日頃接触できないパイロット、今回はその卵の研修生がガイドさんだったのでダイレクトに質疑でき良かったです。

I realized that many people are involved in safely operating airplanes. I was also surprised by the amount of training that can be done here. The building is long and has a long hallway that serves as a runway. The explanations from the flight attendants who guided us were very polite and easy to understand.

飛行機を安全に飛ばすのに多くの人が携わっているのが良くわかりました。
また、多くの訓練がここで出来ることに驚きました。横に長い建物で、長い廊下が滑走路になってました。
案内してくださるCAさんのお話もとても丁寧で解りやすかったです。

The pilot candidates explained everything kindly and thoroughly, making the visit very enjoyable. Being able to see the actual trainees in action... I’ve become an even bigger fan of ANA!

I thought the guide would be a current flight attendant, but the session I attended was led by a pilot trainee. While you can meet flight attendants on board, you rarely have the opportunity to meet pilots, so even though they were trainees, it was a very valuable experience.

I was worried because there were some not-so-good reviews, but I didn't feel that way at all. I learned a lot and genuinely had fun! I highly recommend it!

案内するのは現役CAだと思っていたのですが、参加した回はパイロット訓練生が案内役でした。
CAさんは機内で会えますが、パイロットの方とはお会いする機会がほぼないので訓練生とはいえ、とても貴重な体験が出来ました。

あまり良くない口コミもあるので心配でしたが、全くそんな感じはなく、色々勉強できて純粋に楽しかったです！
とてもオススメです！

I participated with my daughter. From check-in, we were able to experience a virtual uniform fitting, and we spent the waiting time before the tour looking at the exhibition area and the limited edition merchandise corner without getting bored.

The tour itself was lucky as we got to see the training of ground staff, ANA and Peach cabin crew, and maintenance personnel. I was impressed that the cabin crew member who guided us spoke from her own experiences rather than just following the manual. She was a very charming and wonderful person.

There was one foreign participant in the tour, and since the explanations were in Japanese, I was a bit worried. However, within two weeks, an English version of the ANA Blue Base Tour was launched. I want to applaud ANA for their quick response. I have become an even bigger fan of ANA's hospitality, which goes beyond just in-flight service.

Lastly, I have some advice for those planning to participate from afar. We took an ANA flight from a regional area and intended to book the 10 AM tour, so we reserved a flight. However, the tour that day was not conducted in the morning, which threw off our plans a bit. I recommend booking the Blue Base Tour first before making transportation reservations.

娘と２人で参加させて頂きました。
チェックイン時から、バーチャル制服試着体験が出来たり、展示コーナーや限定グッズコーナーを見たりツアー開始までの待ち時間も退屈することなく過ごせました。
ツアー自体もグランドスタッフ、ANAとPeachのCA、整備士の訓練の様子を実際に見学出来てラッキーでした。
案内して下さったCAさんがマニュアル通りではなく、ご自身の体験からお話しして下さったことが印象に残っています。好感の持てる、とても素敵な方でした。
外国人の方がお一人でツアーに参加されていらしてツアーの説明は日本語なので少し心配でしたが、その後2週間もしないうちに英語によるANAブルーベースツアーが開設されていました。このANAの対応の素早さに拍手を送りたいと思います。機内だけではないANAのおもてなしに益々、ANAのファンになりました。
最後に遠方から参加予定の方にアドバイスがあります。私達は地方からANAの飛行機に乗って参加しましたが10時のツアーに申し込むつもりで1便を予約しましたが当日のツアーは午前中遂行なしだった為、ちょっと予定が狂いました。先にブルーベースツアーを申し込んでから交通機関の予約をオススメします。

This is my second time participating, and this time I was able to observe many practical training sessions. It reaffirmed my understanding that safe operations are based on strict and diverse educational training.

２回目の参加ですが、今回は多くの実習している様子を見学する事が出来て、安全運行は厳しく多岐にわたる教育訓練の上に成り立っている事を再認識させられました。

【Positive Aspects】
It's wonderful to have the opportunity to visit a training facility that is not often seen.
【Areas for Improvement】
1. There were cases where questions about the exhibits on the tour could not be answered, so I thought it would be good to provide some answers later on. (The questions from fellow visitors didn't seem too niche.)
2. Access is only allowed 20 minutes before the tour starts, so it would be better to have a lobby or waiting area available. (Since it's a new place, I tend to arrive early.)

①　見学コースの展示物についての質問に回答できないケースがあるため、後日等何かしら回答をすべきかと思いました。
（同行していた見学者からの質問でそこまでマニアックな質問ではなかったと思いました。）
②　ツアー開始20分前からしか入れなく、何かしらロビーなり待機できたほうが良いと思います。（初めての場所は早めに移動するので）

I participated in this tour and had a valuable experience. Above all, it was fun! There were things I only understood after going, and I'm glad I came. The guide kindly answered my questions and shared unique stories that I could only hear here.

今回のツアーに参加して、貴重な体験が出来ました。何より楽しい！行ってみて初めて分かった事もあり、きて良かったです。案内スタッフの方が丁寧に質問に答え下さったり、ここならではの話しも聞けました。

I usually feel like I'm sightseeing by flying to my destination, but at this training facility, I realized the importance of the tablets at the boarding gate and the bolts on the airplane engines. The scene in the movie "Happy Flight" where they were incredibly angry because one bolt was missing left a strong impression on me.

いつもは飛行機を乗って目的地まで観光している感じですがこの訓練施設で見たのは搭乗口のタブレットや整備士の飛行機のエンジンのボルトのネジの大事さを感じました映画のハッピーフライトでボルトが1本なくものすごく怒鳴られた場面が印象に残っています

I was excited from the moment I arrived! During the tour of the training facility, I was lucky enough to see the engine maintenance training, and I couldn't contain my excitement. The limited edition goods were also tempting!

I had a fulfilling time visiting a training facility that I usually can't see, and as someone who loves airplanes and is a fan of ANA, it was a great experience. The tour provided detailed explanations for each aspect, which deepened my understanding of the various roles and made it very interesting.

普段見ることのできない訓練施設を見学することができ、飛行機が大好きでANAファンの私にとって充実した時間でした。ツアーではひとつひとつ丁寧に説明していただけるので、職種などの理解も深められて面白かったです。

I was able to see the training spaces where the ANA staff work in various departments. Additionally, in some areas, I could observe actual training sessions and learned many interesting things. However, there are areas within the facility where photography is not allowed, so I had to memorize those moments and keep them in my heart. There are also original Blue Base merchandise available, which I recommend for fans of blue-themed airplanes.

ANAの皆さんが、各部署で仕事をするための教育スペースを見ることができました。
また、スペースによっては、実際教育されている場も見れましたし、色々知りたいことも教えてもらえました。
ただし、施設内撮影不可のエリアもあり、目に焼き付ける、心の中に収めておくしかない点もありです。
また、Blue Baseオリジナルグッズもあり、青組飛行機好きにはお勧めです。

Hello, when I first checked in, the service staff said there was no English guide. Therefore, the entire tour explanation will be conducted in Japanese. I don't understand anything they are saying.

こんにちは、最初にチェックインしたとき、サービススタッフは英語のガイドはないと言いました。そのため、ツアー全体の説明は日本語で行われます。何を言っているのか全く分かりません？

The tour was very interesting and I thought it was great. They responded quickly to questions, and I had a good time. However, I would like clearer guidance on the location of the facilities. While making reservations via email was fine, I asked the grant staff working at the airport for the facility's phone number, but they said they didn't know it.

I also wondered if more accommodating measures should be considered for disabled participants in the tour, such as lending out available wheelchair-accessible parking spaces within the facility. I hope that in the future, an environment will be created that makes it easier for disabled individuals to participate in tours.

ツアーは大変興味深く、大変良かったと思いました。質問に対してもすぐ対応して下さり、楽しめました。
ただ、施設の場所をもう少しわかりやすく案内して欲しい。メールでの予約は問題ないが、施設の電話番号の表記や、空港内で働くグラントスタッフにも姿勢の電話番号を聞いたがわからないと言われた。
またツアーに参加する障害者に、施設内の空いている車椅子♿️用駐車場の貸出したり、もっと障害車に優しい対応を考えるべきではないか？と疑問に思った。
今後、障害者もツアーに参加しやすい環境を整えてもらいたい。

I have a few requests:
1. Actual fitting of life jackets - I think if I have experienced this while on a plane, I would be able to act calmly in case of an emergency.
2. Distribution of larger stickers - I can't find a use for the small stickers. It would be great if there were more noticeable ones that could at least be stuck on a carry-on bag and also serve as advertising for ANA.
3. The reservation for the maintenance factory tour ends quickly on the reservation start date, making it impossible to participate.
4. I would like to hear a seminar about airplanes from the staff on-site.

お願いがあります。①救命具の実際の装着ーー実際に飛行機に乗った場合に経験していると落ち着いて行動できそう②大き目のシール配布ーー小さいシールの使い道が見つかりません。せめてキャリーバックに張り付けられ、またANAの宣伝になるくらいの目立つものがあればいいなと思います。③整備工場見学予約が、予約開始日にすぐに終了となってしまい、見学できない。④現場の方の飛行機セミナー聞きたいです。　　よろしくお願いいたします

All the tour participants were adults. If it were a group of children, an introduction to jobs like this might be sufficient, but when the participants are adults, I believe the tour would be more worthwhile if it included specific stories unique to each profession, such as the challenges faced at work and how they overcame difficulties.

The content of this tour consisted mostly of information that could be learned without going out. I think it would be better to communicate more with people from various professions and gather interesting anecdotes in advance.

　ツアー客は全員が大人だった。子供相手ならば、今回のような仕事紹介で十分かもしれないが、ツアー客が大人の場合、もっと各職種ならではの具体的なエピソードや仕事での苦労、仕事上の困難にどのように立ち向かったのか等の話があれば、ツアーが参加費に見合った深みのあるものになると思う。
　今回のツアー内容ではわざわざ出かけなくても知り得ることばかりだった。もっと各職種の人とコミュニケーションを取って、ネタを仕入れておくべきかと思う。

I had wanted to go for a long time, but my schedule never aligned, and I finally made it!

I was able to catch a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes of the airline.

There was a surprise at the reception that really excited my inner enthusiast.

On the way back, I took a walk to Haneda Airport.

Before the tour started, I was able to experience various activities in the waiting room, and during the tour, I got to see actual training sessions, making it a more enjoyable experience than I had imagined. I mainly use ANA for my travels, and I could feel the employees' efforts, which made me even more excited to use ANA next time. 😊

ツアーが始まる前の、待合室？でもいろいろな体験ができますし、ツアー中も実際の訓練中の姿などを見ることができて、想像以上に楽しいツアーでした。
旅行ではANAをメインで使用してますが、社員さんの努力が伝わってきて、次回ANAを利用させてもらうのが、更に楽しみになりました☺️

If you love airplanes, be sure to stop by at least once. The content is not too niche and is aimed at the general public. There is a curriculum that trains various safety professionals. Haneda Airport is just three train stations away, and Anamori Inari is a five-minute walk. There are also plenty of ramen shops along Route 8!

飛行機好きなら是非一度お寄りください。
中身は少しマニア寄りではなく一般向け。
色々な安全のプロを育てるカリキュラムがそこには有りました。
羽田空港も電車で3駅。穴守稲荷も徒歩5分。
環八沿いのラーメン屋もしこたま有る！

It was an amazing experience to see what goes into the training at ANA, the staff that hosted us were so beautiful and their wonderful hospitality was very much appreciated by us. I will definitely recommend it to other Travellers visiting Tokyo.

I was excited to see the airplane displays and the actual training facilities! It was very interesting to hear firsthand accounts from the employees who guided us.

The timing of the new employee training allowed me to observe the training scenes of the cabin crew trainees and mechanic trainees, which was fantastic and deserves four stars. However, when I think about why the pricing structure is like this... my rating drops.

時期的に新入社員研修があってCA卵さんや整備士卵さんの研修風景を見学出来たことは最高星4つですが…では、何故、この料金体系なんだろう？と思うと…星は低くなります。

From the moment of entry, just like at airport check-in, I received a ticket and when it was time to board, I touched the barcode on the ticket to the machine to enter. During that time, my excitement grew, and my feelings were 100% elevated. Once inside, I first watched a video, looked at models, and heard stories about getting signatures on Star Wars airplanes. I also observed the training of the ground handling staff from directly above, as well as the training of foreign staff, and I noticed that group company members were also receiving training there. Finally, I was moved to see actual pilots getting on and off the simulator right in front of me. The experience concluded with a video of flying over America and Europe, ending with "Let's meet again with ANA's wings." That final presentation became the best experience for me.

入場の時から空港のチェックインの時と同様チケットをもらい搭乗時間に搭乗案内がされてもらったチケットのバーコードを機械にタッチして入場します。
その間にもワクワク感が増して気持ちは100%盛り上がります。入ると先ずはビデオを見たり、模型をみたり、スターウォーズの飛行機にサインもらった話とか聞いて実際のグランドハンドリングの方々の訓練を真上からみたり、外人スタッフの方の訓練をみたり、また、グループ会社の方もあの場で訓練受けておられました。最後パイロットの方のシュミレーター機に実際のパイロットの方が乗り降りされているのを目の前でみて感激してました。そして最後にアメリカ、ヨーロッパの空を飛ぶ映像見ながらまた、ANAの翼でお会いしましょうで終わり。最後の演出がまた私には最高の経験になりました。

It was a rich experience that flew by in just 75 minutes, even though I joined with a light-hearted attitude, thinking of it as an adult field trip. The detailed explanations allowed me to understand the thoughtful considerations that go into ensuring a comfortable travel experience.

大人の社会見学…という軽いノリで参加してみたものの、実際は75分間があっという間に過ぎる、濃厚なひとときでした。丁寧な解説にて、普段の快適な旅行の裏でどんな心配りがされているのかを知ることができます。

It was very educational to learn about the various roles and responsibilities of the staff in different departments involved in operating the airplane. I felt safe and secure. I would have liked to see the actual training.

I visited the training facility that I had been curious about! There weren't too many participants at the same time, which made it easy to get around. It was an interesting tour where I could see the training in action from above.
