ルアウは素晴らしいです！多くの食べ物の選択肢があり、本格的なハワイ料理も楽しめます！！ショーはとても informative で、ルアウ中に見るのがとても楽しかったです。私たちはとても楽しみました！

The Luau is great! Many food options and authentic Hawaiian food too!! The show was very informative and exciting to watch during the Luau. We enjoyed it very much!

全体的に素晴らしい夜でした。豚の儀式が唯一の後悔です。ダンサーとファイヤーワーカーは皆とても良かったです。数年前のようにテーブルアペタイザーがあれば良かったのに。レイの購入はできませんでした。バレットにレイをお願いしたところ、失礼な態度で「ゲスト専用」と言われました。場所は素敵でしたが、海の景色は見えませんでした。料理は美しく盛り付けられ、美味しかったです。

Overall a great evening. Missing pig ceremony is the only regret.
Dancers and fire workers were all very good.
Wish they would have had table appetizers like a few years ago. They did not offer Lei for purchase. When we asked valet for a Lei they were rude and said for guests only.
Location was pretty but no view of ocean.
Food was nicely presented and tasty.

Such a fun and thrilling experience! Enjoyed the combo of paddling out and then riding/surfing the waves in. First-time for us plus our two teenagers, and everyone loved it! Staff are so friendly and helpful, too. Definitely recommend booking in advance like we did! Won't regret it!

The host was excellent!… the location pristine…. The dinner was also excellent…the show was very nice and sadly to say I would it like to see more “traditional show”… not so staged…

スミスファミリールアウを心から楽しみました！大人6人とほぼ4歳の子供1人で、みんな素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。庭園を回るトラムライドは、夜の始まりにぴったりで、運転手が敷地や熱帯植物について話すのを楽しみました。人が密集することに少し心配していましたが、スタッフが食べ物を取りに行く際に人をうまく調整してくれました。私たちのテーブルは7人用で、実際には外にあり、さらに良かったです。食べ物は豊富で、みんなが好きなものを見つけました。さまざまな熱帯ドリンクも楽しく、もっと簡単に手に入れることができました！ショーは刺激的で、ハワイを構成するすべての文化について多くを学びました。もちろん、私たちの小さな子は火のダンスが大好きでした！彼は「ハワイのパーティー」が今までで最高の夜だと言っていました！カウアイにいるなら、カップルでも友達でも家族でも、スミスファミリールアウの予約を必ずしてください！

We thoroughly enjoyed the Smith Family Luau! Six adults and a an almost four year old, we all had a great time. The tram ride around the gardens was a nice way to start the evening, we enjoyed hearing the driver talk about the grounds and the tropical plants. We were a bit worried about the number of people in close quarters, but the staff did a good job of metering people as they went up to get their food. Our table, for seven, was actually outside, which was even better. The food was plentiful and everybody found something they liked. The variety of different tropical drinks was fun and easy to get more! The show was exciting, learned a lot about all of the cultures who make up Hawaii. Of course, our little guy LOVED the fire dancing! He said, “the Hawaii party” was the best night ever! If you are in Kauai, as a couple, with friends, or with family, be sure to make a reservation at the Smith Family Luau!

The tour was good. The tour guide was excellent! Less time shopping and more time at the sites to hike would make this an excellent tour. We did enjoy it and would recommend it, especially if you don't have transportation.

ショーの会場のロイヤルコナリゾートに宿泊して、たまたま会場を見下ろせる部屋でした。また、口コミ通り、プールサイドからも見えますが、1時間弱のショーを全部見るなら会場の席に座って観た方がよいと思います。席の位置やサービスを期待するなら上級席の方が良いでしょう。
事前に読んだ口コミ通り、良い席に座れるように受付開始15分前から並びました。入場時に飲み物カウンターで順番に飲み物を選んで手渡され、後は自分でカウンターへ取りに行きます。上級席では飲み物の注文を取りに来て、持ってきてくれます。
食事は準備ができるとテーブル毎に案内されます。もともと食事には期待していなかったので少なめに取ったのですが、残さずに食べられたのでそれほど悪くはなかったと思います。
ショーは思ったより早く、日が落ちる前に始まり、途中で沈みました。踊りはハワイ島というよりもファイアーダンスも含めたポリネシアンダンスで、会場から参加を募ったり盛り上がりました。最後には舞台上の出演者を背景にした記念写真が撮れます。また、入場時にグループ毎に撮影した写真を購入することもできます。

私の家族はワイキキビーチで波に乗るのを楽しみました。キャプテンとクルーは、10歳と8歳の子供が乗っていても、とても簡単にしてくれました。このユニークな体験を予約することをためらわないでください。

Beyond our expectations! Food likes for adults and kids, as well as drinks! The entertainment and energy was out of this world! I even spoke to the hotel about it being both of my daughters birthdays that week, and the entertainers did a birthday shout-out and sang them happy birthday!

楽しいショーでした。ルアウで好きなことの一つは、ハワイ諸島やポリネシアの歴史について知ることです。このショーでは、歴史や地域に関する良いダンスがありました。バンドは素晴らしく、ホストは少しラスベガスのラウンジシンガーのようでしたが、歓迎する雰囲気で楽しいトーンを持っていました。観客参加もあり、全体的に良い時間を過ごしました。食べ物と飲み物は少し印象に欠けましたが、広告通りで典型的なルアウの料理でした。ただ、質はホテルのバンケットスタイルで、これが5つ星ではなく4つ星の理由です。楽しいルアウで、購入する価値があります。

This was a pretty fun show to attend. One thing I like a a luau is some of the history of the Hawaiian Islands and Polynesia and this show had some good dances going over the history and region. The house band was excellent and the host, while being kind of Vegas lounge singer-esque, hit a tone that was welcoming and fun. There was some audience participation and the event was generally a good time. The food and drinks we're a little less impressive and while they were as advertised and a typical luau fair, the quality was more of a banquet at a hotel style and the main reason for the 4 star over the 5 star. Fun luau, worth the purchase.

This luau at Royal Kona was a truly wonderful experience! I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Kona area when coming to Big Island.

The luau was amazing. The food was excellent, the dancers were incredibly talented, and we had the best time. It was the best part of our vacation and is an experience that will last a lifetime. Must do if you’re in Maui!!

ルアウを楽しみました。食べ物とプログラムも良かったです。これが私たちの2回目のルアウですが、今までで一番楽しかったです。食べ物は美味しく、エンターテイメントも魅力的でした。プログラムは意外にもインタラクティブで、さらに楽しめました。12歳の子供たちは、ポイやロミ、ポケを試した後に、マック＆チーズやチキンナゲットのように識別できる食べ物があったことを評価していました。

We enjoyed the luau, the food and the program. This is our second luau and by far, it was the more enjoyable one. The food was good and the entertainment was captivating. The program was surprisingly interactive which made it even more enjoyable. My 12 yr olds appreciated that there were foods they could identify (mac n cheese, chicken nuggets) after trying the poi, lomi and poke.

料理は絶対に美味しかったです。メインコースもデザートも素晴らしかったですし、アルコール飲料や通常の飲み物も無限にありました。ホストはとても親切で助けてくれました。私たちが今までで最高の時間を過ごしました。美しい公園で、ピッグピットから30エーカーのサンクチュアリのトラムライドまで、とても有益で楽しい体験でした。スミスファミリーに感謝します。このアクティビティをカウアイを訪れる際にはぜひお勧めします！

Food was absolutely delicious both the main courses and the desert not to mention the endless alcoholic beverages and regular drinks host were more than friendly and helpful they were great best time we have had in forever beautiful park very informative and entertaining from the pig pit to the 30 acres of sanctuary tram ride thank you Smith family for the great time I definitely recommend this activity if you visit Kauai !!!!

ハワイの文化が学べるポリネシアカルチャーセンター。
当日はセルフガイドでしたが、日本人のスタッフさんがおり、各場所で行なっているショーを全て見て周れるようにと時間や周り方を丁寧に教えて頂けました！
お陰で全てのショーを見ることができ、それぞれ違ったショーを堪能することができました。
夜のステージでのショーはストーリー仕立てでとても感動しました。
ぜひ一度は見ていただきたいです。

良い場所です。清潔なトイレがあります。ビュッフェはシンプルですが、食べ物は美味しかったです。ショーは良かったですが、少し長く感じました。

ルアウはハワイの歴史的文化を学ぶ楽しい時間です。私と妻の体験では、ショーを楽しみましたが、ダンスの合間に少しダウンタイムが多すぎると感じましたが、雨のせいかもしれません。ビュッフェの列はよく整理されていて、典型的なビュッフェの質の食事がテーマのルアウです。VIPのアメニティも悪くありません。入場がスムーズで優先されるのはとても良い点で、前列の席も素晴らしいですが、なくても大丈夫です。楽しい夜でした。

Any luau is a fun time to learn the historical culture of Hawaii. My wife and I's experience is that we enjoyed the show, we did feel there was too much downtime between dances but maybe due to the rain. Buffet lines are well organized, your typical buffet quality food themed luau, and VIP amenities are not bad. Getting in and having priority is definitely very nice, front row seats is also nice, but you can also do without. It was enjoyable night.

乗り物は素晴らしく、とても楽しかったです。しかし、写真を撮るためにカメラマンがいると提案されていたにもかかわらず、乗車時には彼女がいなくて、写真を撮る機会を逃してしまいました。

The ride was great----a lot of fun. However, although they offered to have a photographer available to take pictures, she was not there at the time of the ride and we lost the opportunity for the photos.

5人分の席があり、写真を撮ってもらえたので、ショーの後に購入することもできました。最初の30分は雨が降りましたが、全員にポンチョが用意されていました。最後に雨が止み、音楽も素晴らしかったです。食事を楽しんでいるうちにショーが始まりました。ホストのすべてが素晴らしく、物語を語るように説明してくれたのが気に入りました。家族も食事とショーを楽しみました。ルアウは素晴らしく、私たちは幸せな気持ちで帰りました！写真と思い出！ぜひおすすめします。マハロ！

Had seating for 5 and was awesome to get our photo taken so if we wanted, we could purchase after the show. It rained in the beginning for half an hour but they had ponchos for everyone. Finally the rain stopped and the music was cool. We got to eat and the show started. Loved everything about the host and how he explained everything like a story teller. My family enjoyed the food and the show. The luau was great and we left happy! Photos and memories! I recommend for sure. Mahalo!

初めてポリネシアカルチャーセンターに行きました。行き帰りの運転手さんも気さくな方で楽しかったです。着いてからチケット交換をする必要があるので、入って左側にあるチケット交換の所まで行くのをお忘れなく。
入口でチケット確認後には、日本人留学生の方がいらっしゃり、おすすめのまわり方などを教えてくださり、途中でも声をかけてくれて安心しました。日本語バッチをつけたスタッフさんに是非声をかけることをおすすめします！また、日本語版の案内はスマホのQRコードから読み取れるようになっていますが、紙タイプのものはないそうです。日本語版の案内を紙で見たい場合には、印刷して持っていくと良いかもしれません。
夕方からのビュッフェも種類がたくさんあり美味しかったですし、HAのショーも迫力があり感動しました！！

マネージャーのカミカさんは、今夜のホストで、そのおもてなしは素晴らしかったです。全体の夜は非常によく考えられ、組織されていました。とても家族向けでした。私は完全に植物ベースの食事をしているのですが、彼が私たちのテーブルに直接来て、私のために特別に用意された驚くべき食事の配慮について教えてくれました。その体験は信じられないほど素晴らしかったです。

The manager - Kamika - was the host for the evening and his hospitality was phenomenal. The whole evening was incredibly well thought out and organized. It was very family oriented. I eat a fully plant-based diet and he personally came to our table to inform me of the amazingly unexpected meal accommodations they made JUST for me. The experience was incredible.
