時間通りに迎えに来てくれて、私たちの荷物を十分に載せられる大きなバスで、無事に港まで運んでくれました。チェックインする時間もたっぷりありました。

Picked us up on time, in a bus big enough for our stuff, and safely got us to the Port with plenty of time to check in.

空港からもすぐ近くて（たぶん歩いても行けます）、手続きも時間がかからずすぐに車に乗れました。車に乗るときも、行先聞かれて、道を教えてくれて親切でした。車に乗ったらハンドルのところに、「眠くなったら食べてください」とガムも置いてあり親切だなと感じました。
ただ、帰りに返す時、ナビに場所が登録されているかどうかが分からず、もらっていたパンフレットに書いてあった電話番号も返却場所とは違うところだったようで、到着してから気づき少し焦りました。なんとか時間までにたどり着きましたが、返却場所が分かりやすければよかったです。

チケットを返却しました。使うのが不便で、雨が降っていて、私たちはとても疲れていました。

WE returned our tickets, as it was inconvenient to use , it was raining and we were too tired.

車は時間通りに到着しました。ドライバーは礼儀正しく、車は清潔で快適でした。ホテルのスタッフは丁寧に見送ってくれました。
東京の中心で別のクライアントを迎えた後、私たちは空港に直行しました。迅速で効率的、そしてフレンドリーなサービスでした。

おすすめします。

The car arrived on time. The driver was courteous and the car was clean and comfortable. The Hotel Staff Fare welled us, politely.
After picking up one more client, in the centre of Tokyo, we went straight to the airport. Fast, efficient and friendly service, all the way.

東京を探索する良い方法です。雨が降っていましたが、バスのカバーは動作しませんでした。

Good way to explore Tokyo City. It was raining but covers on our bus is inoperable

税関エリアを出てホテルに到着するまで、すべてがスムーズに進みました。ガイドが私たちを迎えてくれて、送迎用のバンは非常に快適で清潔でした。素晴らしい体験でした。

Everything went smoothly from the moment we left the customs area and arriving at our hotel. The guide was there to greet us and the van for the transfer was extremely comfortable and clean. Great experience .

香港の類似サービスと比べて、以下の3つの基準で劣っています：
1) ホップオン・ホップオフ利用者に対する柔軟性
パープルとレッドのルートは、3つの駅しか異なりません。すべての観光地をカバーするために、レッドにパープルの短い（3駅）延長を加える方が良い選択です。
2) A地点からB地点への全天候型輸送手段としての利用
下層デッキに座席がないのは、雨の日や日差しが強い日には大きな欠点です。
3) ロシア語がリストにない
このオプションを追加するのは安価で、私のようなCIS諸国からの顧客を引き寄せるでしょう（妻は英語を話せず、私が翻訳しなければなりませんでした）。

4) 良いニュースは、東京のサービスが京都よりも良く組織されていることです :)

It is worse than a similar service in Hong Kong by three criteria:
1) Flexibility for Hop-On and Off users
Purple and Red paths differ only by 3 stations. A short (3-stops) Purple extension to the Red one would be a better option for covering all sites.
2) Usage as an all-weather carrier from point A to point B.
No sitting places on the lower deck is a serious disadvantage on rainy or too sunny days.
3) No Russian language in the list. Adding this option is cheap and will draw more customers from CIS countries like myself (My wife does not speak English and I had to translate for her)

4) The good news is that Tokyo service is organized better than that in Kyoto :)

Easy access and close to all main attractions; child friendly which was a bonus

チケットオフィスで事前購入したバウチャーを引き換えるために45分並ぶ必要があり、予約なしの人々が15分前にチケットを購入できるのを見て、非常にイライラしました。バスも足りず、次のバスを待つのに1時間以上かかり、チケットを購入していない人々のために再び並ぶ必要がありました。音声録音は途中で止まり、場所としばしばずれていました。歴史的または文化的な観光名所や情報に興味があるなら、このツアーに時間とお金を無駄にしないでください。

Having to line up for 45min at the ticket office to redeem our prepaid voucher when unreserved people could purchase tickets 15 mins before was frustrating to say the least. Not enough buses, had to wait over an hour for the next bus only to wait in line again for people who had not purchased their tickets. The audio recording stopped half way through the description and was often out of sync with the locations.
If your interested in historic or cultural sights and information, don’t waste your time and money on this tour.

私の家族と私はツアーを楽しみました。情報が豊富で、見るものがたくさんありました。
ツアーのオーディオナレーションオプションが気に入りました。英語で提供されていました。
このツアーをお勧めしますし、できるだけ早く到着することをお勧めします。また、「ホップオン・ホップオフ」オプションを利用することで、さらに探索することができます。

空港に着いて、すぐわかるところにお迎えに来てくれていました。荷物の受け取りでモタモタしてしまいましたが、笑顔でいてくれたのでホッとしました。
返却時もレンタカー担当の方が不在でしたが、タクシーの運転手さんが「戻ったら呼ぶから」とお土産物屋さんで待たせてもらいました。レンタカー担当の方は、他のお客さんを宿まで送っていたようです。すぐに戻ってきて、タクシーのおじさんが呼びに来てくれました。
宿まで送っていただき、ありがたかったです。

翌々日、たまたま受付を担当してくれた方にお店で会ったのですが、覚えていてくれて挨拶できたのは嬉しかったです！

このツアーはお金の価値があると感じました。オンラインバウチャーをオフィスで簡単に交換でき、すぐにパープルラインに乗ることができました。パープルラインはブルーラインよりもずっと興味深かったですが、どちらも価値がありました。東京を移動し、美しいエリアをたくさん見るための効果的な方法でした。非常におすすめです。

We found this tour to be well worth the money. It was easy to exchange the online voucher at the office and immediately catch the purple line. The purple line was significantly more interesting than the blue line, but both were worth it. This was an effective way to get around Tokyo and see many beautiful areas. Highly recommend.

これは東京でのツアーを始める素晴らしい方法です。東京湾への橋を渡るバスの旅は刺激的です！風が強いので、必ず前の方に座ってください。複数のバスがあるので、もっと色々なものを見たい場合は簡単に乗り換えられます。料金は地下鉄を利用するのとほぼ同じですが、バスではガイド付きのツアーが楽しめます！素晴らしい体験をありがとうございました！！

This is definitely a great way to start your tour in Tokyo. The bus ride over the bridge to Tokyo Bay is exhilarating! Just make sure you sit all the way at the front because the wind on the high way is no joke. There are multiple buses so if you want to see more stuff you can easily switch. The price is about the same if you were to take the underground metro, but you get a guided tour instead on the bus! Thanks for a great experience!!

チケットの購入は簡単で、スタッフもとても親切でしたが、オーディオガイドは本当に面白くなく、ほとんど退屈でした。名所についての説明は、視界から外れた後に行われることが多かったです。停留所は非常に離れていて、必ずしも降りたい場所ではありません。晴れた日を過ごすには妥当な方法ですが、行きたい場所に行くためには地下鉄を利用することを期待してください。

Easy to buy tickets and very friendly staff, but the audio guide was really uninteresting, almost boring. Often landmarks were discussed after they had already passed out of view. Stops are spaced very far apart, and not necessarily where you would want to get off. It's a reasonable way to spend a sunny day but expect to take the subway to get where you want to go.

今回は路線バスで海中道路、首里城、美らSUNビーチを旅するために利用しました。
また、路線バスのレトロ車両に乗ってみることも目的でした。
事前にルートや時刻を調べていましたが、空港でチケットを受け取った際にも路線図が渡され、参考になりました。
1日分を買いましたが、沖縄本島ではまだまだ見たい所は沢山ありました。
3日分あればもっと充実したと思います。
1日3000円は高いように感じますが、那覇～海中道路往復分で元がとれます。
費用の面だと1～2人旅では安くなるかと思います。
また、「バスなび沖縄」「バスマップ沖縄」を参考にして旅行の行程を組むとよいと思います。
今回の旅の別の日に、車を運転することがありましたが、交通量が多い上に、ドライバーは地元住民、米軍関係者（Yナンバー）、私を含め観光客によるレンタカー利用者、その中には外国人運転者が居たりと、本州以上に様々な人たちが運転していました。また、路上駐車もあちこち見受けられました。運転に慣れていない人は怖い思いをするかもしれません。
その点、路線バスは旅行中に運転のストレスを感じませんし、お酒を飲んだり、景色を楽しむことができます。
また、地元利用者の沖縄訛りや車内放送の沖縄方言も旅情を感じさせてくれてよかったです！
再び旅行する機会があれば利用したいです。

これは日本で体験した中で、最も良いホップオン・ホップオフバスツアーの一つでした。時刻表はかなり良く、停留所も多かったです。スタッフは皆とても親切で、バスのルートについてよく知っていました。青いルートと紫のルートの両方を利用することをお勧めします。

青いルートでは、ほとんどの人が東京スカイツリーで降りるだけですが、そこは訪れる価値があります。しかし、次のバスは1時間後で、その後1.5時間（私が降りてから2.5時間後）です。私は、1時間以内に戻ることができましたが、ファストレーンチケットを倍の価格で購入したためです。2.5時間も同じ場所にいたくなかったので。

ツアーで最もイライラした点は、ガイドの音声のタイミングでした。次の場所の情報に interruptedされるか、「左を見てください、見えますよ…」と言われても、全く見えない場所でした。ドライバーがもう少しゆっくり運転すれば解決できると思います。あるいは、他の人のレビューを考慮すると、より良い音響システムへの投資が理想的です。

This was one of the better hop on/off bus tours I did in Japan. The timetables were fairly good and there was a good number of stops. Staff were all very friendly and well informed about the bus routes. I recommend doing both blue and purple routes.

On the blue route most people only get off at Tokyo Skytree and it is worth it. However, the next bus is in an hour and then 1.5hrs (2.5hrs from when I got off). I just about managed to get back down within an hour because I bought a fast lane ticket at double the price, because I didn't want to spend 2.5hrs at the one spot.

As they only accepted a printed ticket from their office it meant finding Veltra office. However, I wasted a bit of time in the morning finding Veltra. I eventually found it when I asked Sky Bus Tours office where Veltra was and they said "that's us" - don't know how I was suppose to know that. So you should google map search Sky tours not Veltra.

The most annoying thing about the tour was the timing of the guide audio; it was either interrupted by the next location fact or it'd say "look to your left and you'll see..." and it was nowhere in site. I think this could be resolved if the driver went slower. Alternatively, investment in a better audio system would be ideal judging from other people's reviews.

2018年一月初めてこのパスを利用しました。レンタカー無しの一人旅行にとって便利でした。APPでバス時刻表を調べて有効利用すれば、マイペースで沖縄の有名な観光地から地元の面白い所まで行けます。ずっと発売してほしいです。

バスとルートは良かったですが、解説が不十分でした。もっと多くの情報が提供されるべきでした。例えば、都市の歴史や東京に住んでいた興味深い人物、都市のデザイン、建築様式の進化、100年前や200年前の人々の生活についてなどです。それに対して、解説は退屈でした。残念です。

The bus and the route were good but the commentary was poor. There could have been so much more information provided, about the history of the city, interesting characters that have lived in Tokyo, about the design of the city, about the evolution of architectural styles, about how people lived 100, 200 years ago. I stead the commentary was dull. A pity.

東京の全体を見ることができませんでした。彼らはほとんど英語を話さないので、バスを逃してしまいました。そして、次のバスは私たちのピックアップポイントに戻る途中でした。別の色分けされたバスに乗ると、新宿に戻るには遅すぎてしまいます。

We were not able to see the whole of Tokyo. Since they hardly speak english, we missed our bus. And the next bus we had to take was on its way back to our pick up point. If we take another color coded bus, it would be too late for us to go back to Shinjuku where we are staying.

ドライバーは時間通りに来てくれました。公共交通機関を利用したくない場合、非常に効率的な移動手段です。車内にはWi-Fiもあります。ドライバーは荷物を車まで運ぶのも手伝ってくれました。

Our driver was on time. Very efficient way of travelling if you don’t want to take the public transport. There’s also wifi in the car. The driver also helped carry our luggages to the car.

私たちのフライトは少し遅れましたが、担当者は到着エリアで私の名前が書かれた紙を持って辛抱強く待っていてくれました。公共交通機関を利用したくない場合、とても効率的な移動方法です。車内にはWi-Fiもあります。ドライバーは私たちの荷物を車まで運ぶのも手伝ってくれました。

Our flight was delayed for a bit but the Person in charge was still patiently waiting for us at the arrivals area with my name on the paper that he was holding. Very efficient way of travelling if you don’t want to take the public transport. There’s also wifi in the car. The driver also helped carry our luggages to the car.

手違いで空港へのお迎えが来ていなく、電話したところ、すぐにお迎えに来てくれました。
手続きもスムーズ。
車内が綺麗なレンタカーで、満足の利用となりました。

空港では歩くのが難しかったため、車椅子サービスを利用し、空港の外では杖を使いました。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、空港への荷物の運搬やホテルへの到着・出発時にも助けていただきました。オンラインで御社を見つけられて本当に良かったです。東京への出入りの際には、また御社のサービスを利用させていただきます。ホテル ヴィラ ロイヤル フォンテーヌ 東京 六本木についての一言ですが、ホテルの前の通りから車両が乗客を降ろしたり迎えたりしやすいように、ドライブウェイがあります。これにより、バンの運転手と乗客の両方にとって、より便利でアクセスしやすくなると思います。素晴らしいサービスをありがとうございました。

I had difficulty walking and used wheelchair service at the airport and a cane outside of the airport. Your staff was so kind and gracious with helping with my luggage to and from the airport and also when I arrived and departed my hotel. I am very glad I found your company on line and will use your services again when I fly in and out of Tokyo. Just a note about the Hotel Villa Royal Fontaine Tokyo Roppongi--there is a driveway from the street fronting the hotel that allows vehicles to drop and pick up passengers more easily instead of from the street fronting the hotel. That would be more convenient and accessible for both the van driver and passenger. Thank you for the great service.

東京のような複雑な都市を観光するには、これが最高の方法の一つだと言わざるを得ませんでした。期待を大きく上回る体験でした。ルートは素晴らしく、バスも優れていました。東京の地下鉄を理解したり、駅までの道を探したりするのにかかる時間を大幅に節約できます（子供連れの場合は特に大きな問題です）。指定された場所で降りたり、乗ったりできる柔軟性も素晴らしかったです。唯一の提案は、六本木お台場コースのように、乗降の間隔があまりにも大きい（ほぼ3.5時間）ことです。これを短縮できれば、もっと多くの場所で降りる柔軟性が得られると思います。楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

I must say this was one of the best way to see complex city like Tokyo. It was far beyond my expectations. The route covered was awesome, buses were excellent. This saves lot of time that one would spend otherwise understanding Tokyo subways, finding way to the station and out of station (this is huge concern if you have kids). The flexibility to get down on designated spot and hopping on was great. Only suggestion I would give is like in case of Roppongi Odaiba course, the gap between hop on and hop off is too large (almost 3 .5 hours). If they can shorten this, it will provide more flexibility to hop off at more places. Thanks for the good times.

- 寒い日だったので、私たちを温めるための何か、例えばホッカイロが必要だった印象があります。会社が顧客が良い時間を過ごせるように努力しないとは思えません。
- 音声説明は、終わる前にしばしば中断されました。自動音声システムは、この種の交通機関では機能が難しいようです。会社は私たちに説明するための人間のガイドを提供すべきです。
- 説明自体は時々、重要なことではなく、些細なことでした。

3500円の価値はありませんでした。

In this course, I could see the outline of Tokyo.
But it was really boring.
-It was freezing day, so I had an impression that would have been needed something to make us warm, like hokkairo. I doubt the company can't make an effort to let the customer spend good time.
-Audio explanation had often been interrupted before it finished. Automatic audio system seems difficult to function in this type of the transportation. The company should provide the human guide for us to explain.
-The explanations itself were sometimes trivial matters, not essence of things.

It wasn't worth to pay enough for 3500yen.

バスは常に時間通りで、各停留所に長く留まることはありません。移動時間を心配することなく、すべての目的地に到着できます。オーディオガイドも便利で、特定の停留所に近づくたびに同期しています。限られた時間で観光を楽しむ旅行者には、このアクティビティは非常におすすめです！

率直に言うと、各場所での滞在時間が2〜3分（正確に覚えているかはわかりませんが）と限られているのは、体験を十分に楽しむには短すぎると感じます。しかし、この良い点は、これらの象徴的な場所を訪れ、写真を撮ることができることです。

Bus is always on time and does not stay long at every post. You'll get to every destination without having to worry about the travel time.The audio guide is useful as well since it is in sync every time we approach a certain stop. For a tourist with limited time to explore, this activity is very much recommended!

To be candid, I feel the limited time per location 2-3mins tops (if I remember it right) is too short to fully appreciate the experience. But the good thing about this, you'll be able to visit and take pictures at these iconic places.
