このサービスは素晴らしかったです！妻と私は、東京周辺のスポットを訪れるために、急遽ツアーバスに乗ることに決めました。「急遽」というのは、朝食の時に0800頃に1030のホップオン・ホップオフバスツアーをすることに決めたという意味です。私が携帯電話で予約してからチェックインするまでの間、担当者はすでに私たちの情報を印刷して確認してくれていました。チェックインはスムーズでした。バスツアーは私たちにとって完璧でした。いくつかの人気のある場所に立ち寄ることができました。全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。またヴェルトラを利用します。ありがとうございました。
This service worked out wonderfully! My wife and I decided last minute to do a tour bus ride to visit spots around Tokyo. When I say "last minute" I mean at breakfast around 0800 we decided to do the hop on hop off bus tour at 1030. From the time I booked it on my phone and when we checked in, the Representative already had our information printed out and confirmed our activity. Check in was smooth. The bus ride tour was perfect for us. We were able to hop off and visit a few popular locations. All in all, it was a great experience. I will use Veltra, again. Thank you.

見晴らしのいい場所で、こじんまりとした場所でした。
デザインを考えてなかったので行き当たりバッタリでしたが、楽しかったです。
途中で自分の下手さにへこみましたがなんとか仕上げました。先生が上手に出来てますよ！と慰めてくれます。友達とリベンジを約束しました。いつになるかわかりませんが、また伺います。

この体験のすべてが大好きでした。ショップ/工場は東京の素敵なエリア（北池袋駅の近く）にあり、アクセスも簡単で、到着時もとても歓迎してくれました。私たちの先生はあまり英語を話せませんでしたが、とても親切で、私たちが必要なことをすべて示してくれました。また、同僚から翻訳機を借りて、私たちの旅行計画について尋ねたり、アクティビティを推薦してくれたりしました。
私と友人は、美しいミニチュアサンデーを持ち帰り、友人や家族のためにショップで他の購入品も手に入れました。絶対に素晴らしい体験でした！日本旅行の一部にぜひ加えてください。
I loved everything about this experience. The shop/factory is situated in a lovely little area of Tokyo (near Kita-Ikebukuro station) - easy to get to, and very welcoming on arrival. Our teacher did not speak much English, but was so helpful and demonstrated everything we needed to do. He also borrowed a translator from his colleague to ask us about our holiday plans and to recommend activities.
Myself and my friend came away with our beautiful miniature sundaes, and also some other purchases from the shop for friends and family. Absolutely delightful! Do make this a part of your trip to Japan.

Yamato Sample was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff was very accommodating, and could speak English better than I can speak Japanese. They explained the processes behind creating each type of sample. It really gives you an appreciation for their craft since they take so much care in doing it. 初めての屋形船

海外に住む弟が、現地でいろいろとお世話になっているゲストを連れての来日。過去数回日本観光はしているので、浅草も銀座も慣れているし・・・と思いついたのが屋形船。今回の日本観光の最後に屋形船ツアーを計画し、それに私も便乗して、小学生の息子と参加しました。前日に確認の電話を頂戴しました。
当日は駅から地上に出て厩橋を渡っている時に、これから乗ると思われる船が見えて息子は大興奮！店舗で受付をし、出発時間まで店舗前で同じ船に乗る方々と待機し、時間になると旗を持ったお店の方が乗船場まで連れて行って下さいます。店舗前の横断歩道を渡ってすぐ。当日は天気が良かったので問題ありませんが、雨天の場合にはどうしているんだろう・・・と思いました。店舗内には5名程度しか待っていることができません。
私は船に簡単に酔ってしまう体質で、停船している間は揺れてる・・・と不安になりましたが、動き出したら全く問題なし。船内のスタッフの方々も皆さんとても対応が良くフレンドリーで、揚げたて天ぷらもとてもおいしく、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。途中、お台場でしばし停船。船上から見る夜景はとてもキレイ！小さな船でアサリの佃煮を売りに来る業者さんもいて、味見もさせてもらえたので、しっかり食べてから購入しました。翌朝自宅でいただきましたが、これがまたとても美味しく、もっと買ってくれば良かったね、と話していました。
息子は小さい頃から水上バスが好きで、竹芝から浅草までの路線には何度も乗ったことがあったのですが、乗船できるのは30分程度。今回は2時間半も楽しむことができました。満席の船内に子供が1人、周りの方々にもご迷惑をおかけすることがないか不安ではあったのですが、スタッフの方をはじめ、皆様に良くして頂き、皆で楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。飲み放題の席では、泥酔したりする人も出ちゃうのかな・・・なんて不安もありましたが、皆様とてもマナーが良く、これもスタッフの方々の給仕が良いからなのかな、と感じました。靴を脱いで船内に入りますが、トイレも含め、船内はとてもきれいです。下船するまで気持ち良く利用することができ、また乗りたいね～と帰り路は皆で話していました。長々と綴ってしまいましたが、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができたので、それをお伝えしたくて。
そうそう、食事の最後のデザートの黒糖プリンまんじゅうがとても美味しかったです。どこで購入できるのかなぁ・・・。

私たちは5歳と7歳の子供2人を連れて、大きなパフェとラーメンを作りました。子供たちはそれを楽しんでおり、旅行用に丁寧にパッケージされた素晴らしいお土産を持っています。また、駅に向かう途中に子供たちがエネルギーを発散できる小さな公園が2つありました。
We took our two kids, ages 5 and 7, to make large parfaits and ramen. The kids loved doing it, and they now have great souvenirs that were thoughtfully packaged for traveling. Also, there were two small parks near the location on the way to the train station for the kids to release their energy.

ちょっと難しい！けど楽しい！

旅行先で工芸品の体験ものがあると参加している。いろいろな工芸品の中でもちょっとコツをつかむのが難しいものだと思う。削ってしまったところはやり直せないので思い切りが必要。失敗したとしてもそれも思い出ということで… 好きなグラスと好きな図柄を選ぶことができるが、凝りすぎず楽しむという気持ちが一番！ 思うようにできなかったところもあるが、貴重な体験ができて満足。出来上がったグラスも大事に使いたいと思う。

5人のグループでバケーションを過ごし、食品サンプル体験では、フルサイズのパフェ、ミニサンデー、ラーメン、フルーツタルトの4種類を作りました。とても楽しかったです。
スタッフは英語でよく説明してくれ、問題があったときには助けてくれました（大きな問題ではなく、私たちが素人として作った問題でしたが、過剰に扱ったワックスを修正してくれ、より良いパフェの渦を作る手助けをしてくれました）。
その場所の雰囲気は本当に楽しくエネルギッシュでした。ワークショップ3には4つのテーブルがあり、他の人たちも同時に何かを作っていました。私たちの食品サンプルは素晴らしい出来栄えでした。またこの食品サンプル体験を絶対にやりたいです。
I vacationed with a group of 5 people and for the plastic food experience we made a total of 4 different items: full size parfait, mini sundae, ramen, and fruit tart. We had a blast.
The staff explained well in English and helped and guided when we had problems (not big problems and they were problems of our own making as non-professionals - they fixed an overworked piece of wax and guided a better parfait swirl).
The atmosphere there was really fun and energetic. There are 4 tables in workshop 3 so other people are making stuff at the same time. Our food turned out wonderfully. We would absolutely do the plastic food activity again.

毎年姪っ子の誕生日に親は抜きでオバ二人で出かけて遊ぶと言うイベントをやってますが、小学四年になったので動物園や遊園地じゃない何かをと探してて、難しいかもと思ったけど江戸切子の体験に参加しました。
説明をしてくれたお兄さんの客観的な説明をどのくらい理解出来たのか不安に思いましたが、怪我もせず、来年も来たい！と今までで一番いい評価でした。ありがとうございました。

東京の中心部を巡る興味深いツアーでした。オープントップバスに乗り降りできるポイントがありました。六本木/お台場ルートでは、東京テレポートの前に1日にバスが3台しかないため、例えば六本木ヒルズでかなりの時間を過ごす必要があります。東京テレポート以降は、お台場専用ルートと重なるため、バスを乗り換えることができ、バスの間隔は約1時間半になります。今週は強い日差しで30度の気温だったので、今後の旅行者には天気を確認し、帽子と日焼け止めを持参することを強くお勧めします。
As mentioned, this was an interesting tour round the centre of Tokyo, with the ability to get on and off the open-topped bus at points of interest.
On the Roppongi/Odaiba route, before Tokyo Teleport, however, there are only three buses per day, meaning you'd need to spend quite a long time at e.g. Roppongi Hills. At or after Tokyo Teleport, the route coincides with the Odaiba-only route, so you can change between buses, meaning the gap between buses is only an hour and a half or so.
It was a strong sunshine/30C day this week, so future travellers are strongly advised to check the weather, and to take hats and sunscreen.

アイスクリームの食品サンプルを作りましたが、とても満足しています！すべてのステップが非常にわかりやすく説明されており、急かされることもなく、英語の指示も良かったです。アイスクリームを作る部分は簡単ではありませんでしたが、最初はサポートを受け、その後は自分でやりたいか選ぶことができました（実際に自分でやりました）。全体の体験と結果にとても満足しています！皆さんとても親切で、私たちと同じくらい楽しんでいるように見えました！ありがとうございました！
I made an Ice Cream Food Sample and I am really happy with it! Every step was explained really well, there was no rush and the English instruction was also good. Making the ice cream part was not too easy, but I got assistance at first and later on could chose if I wanted to do it on my own(which I did). I'm really happy with the whole experience and the result! Everybody was really nice and seemed to have as much fun as we were! Thank you very much!

観光客が少ない夕方のエクスカーション。乗客のほとんどは地元の人々で、楽しい夕方のボートライドを楽しんでいました。英語はあまり通じませんでしたが、スタッフは親切で助けようとしてくれ、ジェスチャーと辞書を使って十分にコミュニケーションが取れました。前菜に刺身、その後に天ぷら、ご飯、スープ、デザートがある素敵なディナーメニュー。ボートは東京のスカイライン沿いの景色の良いスポットで写真を撮るために停まりました。素敵な夕方の外出でした。
A nontouristy evening excursion. Most passengers are locals out for a pleasant evening boat ride. Very little English is spoken but the staff was eager to please and be helpful, and between hand signals and dictionaries, we were able to communicate well enough. A nice dinner menu starting with sashimi, followed by tempura, rice, soup and dessert. Boat stopped to allowed photos at scenic spots along the Tokyo skyline. Nice evening outing.
