5人のグループでバケーションを過ごし、食品サンプル体験では、フルサイズのパフェ、ミニサンデー、ラーメン、フルーツタルトの4種類を作りました。とても楽しかったです。
スタッフは英語でよく説明してくれ、問題があったときには助けてくれました（大きな問題ではなく、私たちが素人として作った問題でしたが、過剰に扱ったワックスを修正してくれ、より良いパフェの渦を作る手助けをしてくれました）。
その場所の雰囲気は本当に楽しくエネルギッシュでした。ワークショップ3には4つのテーブルがあり、他の人たちも同時に何かを作っていました。私たちの食品サンプルは素晴らしい出来栄えでした。またこの食品サンプル体験を絶対にやりたいです。

I vacationed with a group of 5 people and for the plastic food experience we made a total of 4 different items: full size parfait, mini sundae, ramen, and fruit tart. We had a blast.
The staff explained well in English and helped and guided when we had problems (not big problems and they were problems of our own making as non-professionals - they fixed an overworked piece of wax and guided a better parfait swirl).
The atmosphere there was really fun and energetic. There are 4 tables in workshop 3 so other people are making stuff at the same time. Our food turned out wonderfully. We would absolutely do the plastic food activity again.

毎年姪っ子の誕生日に親は抜きでオバ二人で出かけて遊ぶと言うイベントをやってますが、小学四年になったので動物園や遊園地じゃない何かをと探してて、難しいかもと思ったけど江戸切子の体験に参加しました。
説明をしてくれたお兄さんの客観的な説明をどのくらい理解出来たのか不安に思いましたが、怪我もせず、来年も来たい！と今までで一番いい評価でした。ありがとうございました。

ディナークルーズの広告では、「飲み放題」のドリンクを明記してください。私は日本酒やウイスキーは飲みませんが、ビールは飲むかもしれません。それだけです。ディナーには多くのヨーロッパ人やアメリカ人が参加するので、バーボンやさまざまなビールを含めてください。食べ物はまあまあでしたが、何が何だかわからなかったのであまり食べられませんでした。ウナギを食べましたが、誰かに言われるまでそれだとはわかりませんでした。アンディは神のような存在で、彼の技術は素晴らしかったです。

When advertising this dinner cruise, please indicate what drinks are "all you can drink". I don't drink sake, whisky and may drink beer, That was it. You get a lot of Europeans and Americans on this dinner, so include things like bourbon and a variety of beers. Food was fine, but I couldn't eat a lot of it as it didn't explain what was what. I ate eel but didn't know till someone told me I had. Andy was a godsend and knew his craft, asset.

東京の中心部を巡る興味深いツアーでした。オープントップバスに乗り降りできるポイントがありました。六本木/お台場ルートでは、東京テレポートの前に1日にバスが3台しかないため、例えば六本木ヒルズでかなりの時間を過ごす必要があります。東京テレポート以降は、お台場専用ルートと重なるため、バスを乗り換えることができ、バスの間隔は約1時間半になります。今週は強い日差しで30度の気温だったので、今後の旅行者には天気を確認し、帽子と日焼け止めを持参することを強くお勧めします。

As mentioned, this was an interesting tour round the centre of Tokyo, with the ability to get on and off the open-topped bus at points of interest.
On the Roppongi/Odaiba route, before Tokyo Teleport, however, there are only three buses per day, meaning you'd need to spend quite a long time at e.g. Roppongi Hills. At or after Tokyo Teleport, the route coincides with the Odaiba-only route, so you can change between buses, meaning the gap between buses is only an hour and a half or so.
It was a strong sunshine/30C day this week, so future travellers are strongly advised to check the weather, and to take hats and sunscreen.

アイスクリームの食品サンプルを作りましたが、とても満足しています！すべてのステップが非常にわかりやすく説明されており、急かされることもなく、英語の指示も良かったです。アイスクリームを作る部分は簡単ではありませんでしたが、最初はサポートを受け、その後は自分でやりたいか選ぶことができました（実際に自分でやりました）。全体の体験と結果にとても満足しています！皆さんとても親切で、私たちと同じくらい楽しんでいるように見えました！ありがとうございました！

I made an Ice Cream Food Sample and I am really happy with it! Every step was explained really well, there was no rush and the English instruction was also good. Making the ice cream part was not too easy, but I got assistance at first and later on could chose if I wanted to do it on my own(which I did). I'm really happy with the whole experience and the result! Everybody was really nice and seemed to have as much fun as we were! Thank you very much!

I made a Ramen Food Sample and I am really happy with it! Every step was explained really well as well as the materials, there was no rush and the English instruction was also good. Everybody was really nice and seemed to have as much fun as we were! Thank you very much!

日曜日の朝、娘と私、友人で食品サンプルのクラスに参加しましたが、とても楽しかったです！先生は特に幼い娘に対してとても親切でした。私たちはとても楽しみ、サンプルは今や故郷への手作りのギフトになっています。このアクティビティが大好きで、次回日本に来たときにもまた参加したいです！

My daughter, myself and a friend attended the plastic food sample class on Sunday morning and we had a great time! The teacher was very helpful especially with my young daughter. We enjoyed very much and our samples are now hand-made gifts for people back home. We loved this activity and would come back again next time we're in Japan!

* 物流 - その場所は東京から約30分のメトロライドで、駅からも簡単に見つけられました。
* 人々 - 私たちの面倒を見てくれた若い男性は素晴らしく、英語も堪能でした。彼は食品サンプルアートの歴史を説明してくれ、私たちの質問にも忍耐強く答えてくれました。子供たちにもとても優しかったです！
* アクティビティ - 技術的には簡単でしたが、最終的な結果は素晴らしいものでした。子供たちはその結果にとても喜んでいました！

全体的に - このアクティビティは、クラフト、持ち帰るための素敵なお土産、レストランのウィンドウへの興味を持続させる要素、そして子供たちのための教育的な要素が組み合わさっていて、非常にコストパフォーマンスが良かったです。

* logistics - the place was about 30min Metro ride from Tokyo, it was easy to find from the train station.
* people - we had a lovely Young man looking after us, his english was excellent. He explained the history of plastic Food sample art and was patient in answering all our questions. He was so good with the kids!
* activity - from a technical perspective it was easy but the end result looks amazing. The kids were so thrilled with the result!

Overall - the activity was such good value for money because it incorporated craft, a cool Souvenir to take home, constant interest in restaurant Windows afterwards and an educational element for the kids.

素晴らしいクルーズで、素晴らしいホストたちでした。食べ物は驚くほど美味しく、女性たちが私たちの面倒をよく見てくれました。東京での休暇の素晴らしい締めくくりでした。

誰にでもおすすめします。

Great cruise with great hosts. Food was amazing and the ladies looked after us well. Great finish to our holiday in Tokyo.

Some parts of the artwork are PVC with is pre-made, so cannot experience the whole making process

It is a nice experience

初の伊豆でしたが、天候にも恵まれ、たくさんのお魚とも出会えて大変楽しいダイビングでした。スタッフさんはとてもフレンドリーで、入水前のアドバイスや練習もしっかりして頂き、安心して体験できました。二本目は洞窟に行きましたが、波が荒くて少し怖かったです。

観光客が少ない夕方のエクスカーション。乗客のほとんどは地元の人々で、楽しい夕方のボートライドを楽しんでいました。英語はあまり通じませんでしたが、スタッフは親切で助けようとしてくれ、ジェスチャーと辞書を使って十分にコミュニケーションが取れました。前菜に刺身、その後に天ぷら、ご飯、スープ、デザートがある素敵なディナーメニュー。ボートは東京のスカイライン沿いの景色の良いスポットで写真を撮るために停まりました。素敵な夕方の外出でした。

A nontouristy evening excursion. Most passengers are locals out for a pleasant evening boat ride. Very little English is spoken but the staff was eager to please and be helpful, and between hand signals and dictionaries, we were able to communicate well enough. A nice dinner menu starting with sashimi, followed by tempura, rice, soup and dessert. Boat stopped to allowed photos at scenic spots along the Tokyo skyline. Nice evening outing.

コースはとても面白くて楽しいです。子供たちはとても楽しんでいました。次回の東京旅行では、別の食品サンプルのアクティビティに参加する予定です。

The course is very funny and interesting. The kids enjoyed it very much. We are planning to join another food sample activity in our next trip to Tokyo.

香港の類似サービスと比べて、以下の3つの基準で劣っています：
1) ホップオン・ホップオフ利用者に対する柔軟性
パープルとレッドのルートは、3つの駅しか異なりません。すべての観光地をカバーするために、レッドにパープルの短い（3駅）延長を加える方が良い選択です。
2) A地点からB地点への全天候型輸送手段としての利用
下層デッキに座席がないのは、雨の日や日差しが強い日には大きな欠点です。
3) ロシア語がリストにない
このオプションを追加するのは安価で、私のようなCIS諸国からの顧客を引き寄せるでしょう（妻は英語を話せず、私が翻訳しなければなりませんでした）。

4) 良いニュースは、東京のサービスが京都よりも良く組織されていることです :)

It is worse than a similar service in Hong Kong by three criteria:
1) Flexibility for Hop-On and Off users
Purple and Red paths differ only by 3 stations. A short (3-stops) Purple extension to the Red one would be a better option for covering all sites.
2) Usage as an all-weather carrier from point A to point B.
No sitting places on the lower deck is a serious disadvantage on rainy or too sunny days.
3) No Russian language in the list. Adding this option is cheap and will draw more customers from CIS countries like myself (My wife does not speak English and I had to translate for her)

4) The good news is that Tokyo service is organized better than that in Kyoto :)

インストラクターは忍耐強く、キリコグラスを作るために必要なことについて知識が豊富でした。あとはあなた次第です。自分のカットグラスを作り始める前に練習する時間も十分あり、コピーするためのサンプルデザインがあり、それをグラスにスケッチします。

非常に小さな子供にはお勧めしません。機械式のホイールを使う際には、安定した手と集中力が必要です。

ヴェルトラに対する唯一の提案は、会場の地図形式の指示を送ってもらうことです。会場を見つけるのが少し難しかったです。

全体的に、数時間の非常に楽しいアクティビティでした。

When you have done and seen everything on your ‘must do’ list in Tokyo, this is the perfect way to create your own momento of your visit.

The instructor was patient and knowledgeable about what is required to make your own Kiriko glass, the rest is up to you. There was a good amount of time to practice before you start to make your own cut glass and there are sample designs for you to copy which you sketch onto your glass.

I would not recommend this for very young children as it requires a steady hand and concentration when using the mechanical wheel.

The only suggestion I would make to Veltra is that they send instructions of the venue in map form as it was slightly tricky to find the venue.

All in all a very enjoyable activity for a few hours.

クルーズをとても楽しみ、スタッフの皆さんも素敵でした！！

The reservation was made correctly and we had a table with our name.
Drinks were all you can drink style and food was very nice.Japanese small dish and fresh fish and season vegetanles tempura!
We enjoy the cruise very well and the staff crew were lovely !!

We had some sakura also near Asakusa.

レインボーブリッジへの素敵なクルーズでした。ライトアップされたブリッジ、東京タワー、スカイツリーの美しい景色が楽しめました。和風のディナーがあり、食べ物は豊富でしたが、ほとんどが生魚や漬物でした。天ぷらのウナギ、イカ、ポテトがありました。生魚を食べない西洋人の私にとっては、もう少し食べ物の選択肢があれば良かったです。広告には桜の特別クルーズと書いてありましたが、桜は見られなかったので、少しがっかりしました。ビールやアルコールは豊富にありました。また行きたいですが、事前に食事をしておくつもりです。

Nice cruise to rainbow bridge. Beautiful view of lit up bridge, Tokyo tower and sky tree tower. Japanese style dinner. Plentiful food but mostly all raw fish, and pickled things. Tempura eel, squid and potato. For me as a westerner who doesn’t eat raw fish it would have been nice to have a food choice. The advertisement said it was a cherry blossom special cruise but we saw no cherry blossoms so I was somewhat disappointed. Beer and alcohol was plentiful. I would go again but I would eat before hand.

東京の観光地から少し離れた場所ですが、典型的な非観光道路を歩く機会を提供してくれます。そこで働いている人たちは十分な英語を話せるので、助けてくれますし、子供たちが自分たちでサンデーを作る機会を本当に与えてくれます。

素晴らしい体験をしました！

The place is a bit off the beaten path in Tokyo but it gives you a chance to walk along a typical non-tourist road. The people who work there speak enough English to help you and really give the kids a chance to make most of the sundae by themselves.

We had a wonderful experience!

チケットオフィスで事前購入したバウチャーを引き換えるために45分並ぶ必要があり、予約なしの人々が15分前にチケットを購入できるのを見て、非常にイライラしました。バスも足りず、次のバスを待つのに1時間以上かかり、チケットを購入していない人々のために再び並ぶ必要がありました。音声録音は途中で止まり、場所としばしばずれていました。歴史的または文化的な観光名所や情報に興味があるなら、このツアーに時間とお金を無駄にしないでください。

Having to line up for 45min at the ticket office to redeem our prepaid voucher when unreserved people could purchase tickets 15 mins before was frustrating to say the least. Not enough buses, had to wait over an hour for the next bus only to wait in line again for people who had not purchased their tickets. The audio recording stopped half way through the description and was often out of sync with the locations.
If your interested in historic or cultural sights and information, don’t waste your time and money on this tour.

We found this tour to be well worth the money. It was easy to exchange the online voucher at the office and immediately catch the purple line. The purple line was significantly more interesting than the blue line, but both were worth it. This was an effective way to get around Tokyo and see many beautiful areas. Highly recommend.

The teacher is very nice. All the food demos are gorgeous, the plastic good samples are quite easy to make. It's a very good and fun experience.
