Our family booked a private taxi tour with Kazu, and everything about our experience was perfect. The staff in the Tourist Information Centre were all very friendly and helpful, and even though we don't speak Japanese an... mored they didn't speak English, the tablet translation tools they used made communication seamless. Kazu was very professional and kind, and he clearly loves what he does. His enthusiasm for the sights in Sasebo was delightful and we would 100% book an experience with him again.
