- Infants (ages 0-2) may participate for free, but will not be getting a separate seat on the bus. If you would like a separate seat, please book them as an infant (ages 3-5).
Required items to bring & attire
- The temperature drops significantly after sunset when the tour visits the illumination site. Bringing extra layers of clothing is recommended.
- Please bring a printout or digital copy of the tour confirmation e-mail sent by the tour operator. Participants can also inform their reservation and tour number to the staff upon boarding.

- Please note that anything included in the tour will not be refunded even if the items are not used by the participant for personal reasons.
- The tour company will not be responsible for any delays, time adjustments or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond control.
- The tour may be cancelled in the event of a typhoon, heavy snow or other unforeseen circumstances. Decisions on weather the tour will operate will be made by 3 PM (local time/JST) one day before the scheduled departure date. You will be informed by e-mail should a cancellation occur.
- The place that the tour disbands may be different from the place it starts. For the actual place, ask the tour conductor on the day of the tour.
- Mt. Fuji may not be visible in case of poor weather conditions.
- The best time for viewing autumn leaves is between early to late November. However it might change slightly depending on the weather. The scenery as shown on the photo above may also vary to the actual.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
