- Ski/snowboard gear and small items (cap, goggles, gloves, socks) are not included in the rental equipment. Please prepare these items on your own.

- Please arrive at the meeting point prior the boarding time as the bus will depart on schedule.
- Refunds will not be issued in case the tour time at Snowtime Yeti gets shortened due to weather and traffic conditions
- Please understand that the visibility of Mt. Fuji depends on weather conditions. There is no guarantee that guests will be able to see Mt. Fuji.
- In case of tour cancellation due to weather conditions, participants will be informed by 15:00 at least 1 day before the scheduled activity date, Japan Standard Time.
