Restrictions
- There is no time limit but it will take time to complete the game, so allow yourself enough time to play. However, do note that the 24-hour train ticket that comes with the game kit will only be valid for 24 hours from when you first use it. If you choose to play the game over several days, you will either have to buy another 24-hour ticket, or pay separately for the train fares.
- For parents & guardians of players under the age of 18: Under the law of Japan, please make sure that minors under the age of 18 return to their accommodation safely by 23:00.
- If you lose your game kit, it is not possible to replace your lost kit with a new one. You will need to purchase another game kit should you lose yours.
- One (1) adult 24-hour Tokyo Metro Train Pass is included with the game kit. The adult train ticket cannot be exchanged or discounted to a child ticket.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional notes
- You can enjoy the game from the time of the first train until the last train. However, there may be some checkpoints that will open late or close early.
- Please take extra care when walking around the train stations or at the platforms while playing. Please be courteous of other people while playing.
- Please understand that neither the operating company nor VELTRA are able to take responsibility for any accidents or theft that may occur. Players are advised to take extra care while playing the game.
- For the sake of players who have not yet played or finished this game, please do not upload any spoilers, information or photos of the puzzles, answers and game kit material onto social media or any online platform. It is also prohibited to resell a game kit.
- If you cannot take part in the activity, you will be eligible for a refund only at the following stations until Feb 16, 2020 (Sun):
Ueno, Kita-Senju, Shinjuku, Tokyo, Ginza, Meiji-jingumae, Shimbashi, Oji Station.
*For Shimbashi and Oji Station, returns will only be accepted at the Tokyo Metro Pass Office until 31 Jan 2020 (Fri).
*A refund will only be issued if you return an unused game kit and 24-hour train ticket. However, a handling fee of JPY 220 will be required.
