- In case of rain, raincoats (ponchos) will be distributed for customers to wear on board. (The bus has no roof. ) For safety reasons, umbrellas cannot be used on board the bus. The live shamisen performance is planned to be held on board the bus, but in case of rain, the performance will be held at the dinner venue instead. In case of thunder or heavy rain, operation may be suspended even partway through the tour.
- *If there is a thunderstorm or sudden heavy rain while on board, please follow the instructions of the staff and take shelter.
- Seating on the open-deck bus will be on the 2nd floor. Staff will guide customers to their bus seats on the day. Seating arrangements for dinner at the izakaya will vary depending on the weather and congestion conditions on the day. In case of rain, customers will dine at their seats while watching the live performance. Staff will provide more details on the day. *Advance seat specifications and requests are not accepted.
- While there is an English-speaking staff on board the bus providing customers information about the izakaya culture such as Japanese drinking parties and standard menu items, there will be no accompanying tour conductor.
- Please refrain from eating and drinking on board the bus as there is a risk of items getting thrown out of the vehicle. Only non-alcoholic drinks with lids are allowed. There are no trash bins and drink holders on board.
- As an open-deck bus is used for transportation, customers will be exposed to the wind while the vehicle is moving. Please wear clothing appropriate for the season, using measures for protection against the cold in winter and against heatstroke in summer.
- Guidance by the English-speaking staff ends once customers have all been guided to Yurakucho Sanchoku Yokocho and their seats have been confirmed. Customers are to enjoy the bar experience and dinner on their own.
