The staff where extremely courteous and helpful and we had a great time. Make sure you book in advance as there was a steady stream of customers coming and going.

I booked this activity for my first full day in Toyko. It was easy to find even though I wasn't used to navigating Tokyo yet and very close to the Harajuku Station. The experience was amazing. You could tell that the sta... moreff loves the owls and is very invested in their well being.

The cafe was a little hard to find (it was raining the day we went) but, once there it was amazing!!!!! The owls are so CUTE and very chill. (I think they are used to people by now). Chai was my fav only because he was t... morehe chillest and, during the petting demonstration/owl introduction, he looked the happiest to be getting pets. Would definitely do again.

My girls and I truly enjoyed the experience. With several types of owls and sizes, everyone was comfortable in petting and holding these beautiful creatures. And the staff was awesome!

This owl cafe is nicely located, though a little hard to find since it's up a staircase off a side street. The waiting area with beverages was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. The area with the owls was brightly ... morelit, and because of the windows it felt like a nice location for the owls to live. A great experience overall.

We reserved to meet with the owls ahead of time, which made things easier. The staff were very kind and are good with communicating in English. The owls were, of course, my favorite part! I got excited when we held them.... more Would come back to this particular owl cafe, when I come back to visit Tokyo.
